Like, oh, the returning players, it's going to be All-Stars, it's going to be All-Stars. And then All-Stars actually happened, and the rumors started to kind of die down a bit. But there have been some rumors. There might be returning players this season. We saw the ratings were great last season when Rachel came back. So we might actually get some returning players. Who knows? Yep.

[00:03:32] So let's, who should it be? That's what we're here for. The rumor mill is, you know, alive and kicking. And we don't know what's real and what's not, but we'll try to draft it here today. How have you been, Taren? Oh, I've been great. Listen, Big Brother 27 nearly killed me. So I was very dedicated in the off-seat. I was like, I'm going to get as healthy and relaxed as possible. And I'm coming in, Rob. What'd you do? I am the most ready physically, mentally I've ever been.

It's Traders Season 5, colon, New Blood. New Blood is very interesting. And also, 5 is my favorite Mambo.

[00:05:57] So you already know I'm going to be excited for this one. Is that what they did? They have a little bit of Erica? Mm-hmm. Will Lou Bega be in the cast of Big Brother 28? If Lou Bega gets into the house and I don't get to draft him first overall when we do the draft, I will be fuming. You wanted Will Mega, but here's Lou Bega. Yeah. All right. So we're pumped about that.

[00:06:24] And then also, Taren, I know that you were working on some Big Brother 28 preseason content as well. Oh, yeah, right. I mean, I mentioned Big Brother 27 nearly killed me. And that's in part because half the cast talked about how they asked ChatGPT how to play the game. Should I ask Claude? Maybe, maybe. But I thought maybe we can do even better than Claude or ChatGPT. Maybe we can ask some of the recent winners of the game. How do you play Big Brother?

[00:06:53] How can you win Big Brother? And so we've got a little mini preseason talking to a few winners. I've already talked to Chelsea about how do you win Big Brother? How do you play? Some tips, some tricks. Somebody going on the season this season. You should probably watch those videos. Yeah. It'd be useful. Yeah, Big Brother 26 was so real that AI was the enemy then. We didn't even realize it, that Ainsley was taking over. Nobody was talking about her data center or anything like that.

[00:07:23] But they were so ahead of their time two years ago. Truly. I mean, we were hating on AI before it became popular. Yes. Serious. Janky world. All of it. All of it. That it was ahead of its time. Okay. So we have a draft order that Sam has come up with. And he spun a wheel, I believe. And did he say what it is? Did Sam want to come on and tell us what the order is?

[00:07:53] It's like it's mid-spin. He didn't spin it. How about that? Oh, it just landed. Okay. All right. It's currently being done. Currently being done. Okay. Taron is first. Taron's first. All right. Yep. Taron is coming in hot. Taron coming in with the belt from not only Big Brother 27, also the Survivor 50 draft. Also. We'll have to see.

[00:08:19] I'm just really good at drafts that happen before the game is even filmed. That's how it works. Yeah. Yes. I'm excited. I'm excited. So just to make clear what we're doing here, we're drafting teams of who we think might be cast on season 28 if there are to be returning players. Snake draft or just normal for this? We can snake it. Okay. All right.

[00:08:47] So we're going to do four rounds here. Pick the people that are going to be on the cast. That's it. We don't know if there will be returning players. We don't know how many returning players. But the person who ends up with the most returning players wins this draft. There you go. For funsies. For fun. Yes. And in that light, I do, you know, this is, I'm trying to be somewhat realistic, right? Like who are they going to ask? Who would say yes?

[00:09:17] I'm also maybe like excluding some people that are like clearly way too talkative on social media still at this point. Like they're probably not going to be on this season. Probably not, but you never know. But you never know. Maybe they're in Greece. You know, it's not impossible. Yeah. But I feel like, uh, it can, am I, am I ready to make my choice? Am I good? let me just hold on. So that, so the order's gonna be Taryn, then Sasha, then me, then Pouya. Okay.

[00:09:45] And I'll say the stakes are whoever wins the draft. I will, I will buy a cameo from a big brother alumni. It can be of your choosing or it could be from the rest of the panel. And that person will declare this person the best podcaster on RHAP. Okay. Okay. You will be declared. Now I'm really locked in my number. No. You will be declared the best podcaster. There's stakes now. There's stakes though. On RHAP by, by a, I gotta come back. By a big brother alumni of,

[00:10:43] You said there was somebody that you were excited about. Listen, I, I've been thinking about this and I've been thinking about who's a recent player who was really entertaining. Yep. Who, uh, would be very fun to see back. Who's going to play really hard and who isn't really on social media much. And now Rob, even more incentive. Who would I love to get a cameo from? Give me Vince Pinero. Yeah, that's a good pick.

[00:11:13] Boo. Boo you. That is it. Boo. Cause it was a good pick. Yes. Yeah. He was on my board. It is a really good pick. I listen, obviously, Vince and Morgan. They cost me years of my life last summer. Um, but the fact is, you know, whether you thought he was entertaining or, uh, or, or, or like good or bad at the game. Vince,

[00:11:42] I think cared more about his time in that house than most people who have ever stepped foot in the game. Yeah. And I think that is like one of the number one criteria that I, that I have when I'm looking for a player and, uh, and, and frustrating as he sometimes was, it was really, really fun to watch him throughout the season, especially in retrospect. Um, and, and I, I would love to see Vince come back again. Is, is,

[00:12:12] is immediately the following season, the right time for Vince? Probably not. Uh, but, uh, but I think it would be very fun. I think that Vince in a new cast would be really interesting to see, especially if they have an idea of like how he played his first time and what did he learn from that? And like, I feel like there's a lot left unsaid when it comes to Vince and his journey on big brother. And so I think we have to see him back. There would be a redemption storyline. Can he pull it off? What's he going to be like?

[00:12:41] Has he had growth in the last year? I think there's so much to explore with Vince. And I know we were talking about big brother. 27 was so great. And Rachel brought so much to it, but I really think that Vince also, that really kept things alive for the entire run of the season. One of the closest old school types we'll get right. Like where they actually cared about the game first and they were just acting a fool doing anything and everything. Like,

[00:13:11] you know, the little bit of snakery that I miss. So it's just, he was, he was giving me flashes in the pan. So come back, come back. There's two things I want to say about this. First of all, y'all already called a lot of it. So I don't need to rehash any of that. Two things. One, I 100% can see this. And I think this is a great pick. Two, I now, my darkest fears have come to light because I do think Taron morphed into Vince a little bit at the end of last season. And he's too in character still.

[00:13:40] And he's ready for the reenactments because the man made every, like every life heat update had started to become must see. Like it's always going to be something I was going to tune into. You had to tune in even all the way to the bitter end of the season. There was no bitter. It was just entertaining all the way through. And he was a big part of that. So Taron fire up the beanie. Listen, listen, I have faith in Vince. He's going to be a new player and it's going to be a new character. We, I can't, I can't repeat. That's, that's not what we do. That, that character, it was,

[00:14:10] it was fitting for big brother 27. Vince, he's coming back. He's going to be a new guy. It's going to be a new impression. Yeah. Do we think Vince wants to come back? Why not? Why not? Would he be single and ready to mingle? Yeah. Wasn't there a paparazzi video of him wanting to come back or did I just made that up? There was paparazzi video of him. I don't know if it was relevant. I think there was paparazzi photography of him. I don't know if he got an interview from the, from, from,

[00:14:39] I remember those photos. Well, that's all. Yeah. I just mean recently, I thought I saw something, but me when I, you know, I like to lie on the internet. So, okay. It's, it's one of those, it's like, like what do you got to lose at that point? Right? Like he already kind of like went through the ringer. I feel like there's only up to go from here. And so, uh, I feel like, uh, as opposed to a lot of these people we might talk about who had great experiences,

[00:15:08] it's kind of only room to go down most of the time. Uh, I feel like Vince is in a prime position to like get in there and, and really, you know, rehab his, his reputation as a, as a player. And as a, you know, uh, as a, as a character. Vinny the lip. Okay. Is he coming back? Mentioned for the second day in a row on RHAP podcast. After I, I mentioned him on the, uh, talking love Island with Kirsten and Scally that I said that sincere is giving Vince to me.

[00:15:38] Oh, that's, oh, that's hilarious. That's a good take. That's actually a pretty good take. He's just, yeah. Yeah. All right. Let's the number two pick to Sasha. All right. I, okay. I was going to go all chaos, but then you said competition. So now I'm going to try a little bit. Uh, and listen, I really like him. Yeah. I really like him. He really likes puzzles. I'm picking Tucker.

[00:16:09] Tucker. He beat 26. Tucker's a really interesting pick. I think that the big brother would certainly want Tucker back. I think the question is, does Tucker want to be back in the big brother house? Yes. Redemption. Right. Say it's like similar to Vinny, but, but I do think you have to like stroke his ego a little bit. Right? Like you were so great. Don't you want to win more comps and put, throw some like random integrity thing in there. I don't know. Like he was just so,

[00:16:39] I'm going to follow my sword type of player. I just, just come on. That's the pitch to him. What about Tucker's brother? Oh, no, no. We'll keep him on the amazing race. Yeah. No, no shade. I would largely credit Tucker with the big format change we got last year, where we have this new comp that was there every eviction night. Yeah. Um, and I think he was a catalyst for that. Yeah. And he loves his puzzles.

[00:17:08] Do you know, they love him. So I think they come a knocking. I think even if he was like unsure, I can't see the man not taking the deal, not going for it. Yeah. Taron. Yeah. Yeah. I think, I think you, you're, you might be onto something. I think that they would certainly be interested, but, uh, but Tucker did not enjoy his time on big brother. He was constantly talking about wanting to quit. Uh, he was like always arguing with production. He was a great character,

[00:17:38] but he really did not seem to enjoy the process. And now he's at a taste of something like the amazing race where he found a good amount of success. And I think Tucker would probably be like, I cannot, can I get on like the traders or something? Like, can I do something more fun than having to get stuck on big brother? I don't know if he wants to go back on the traders. I think, right. Like he's kind of a rising star and I don't think he needs big brother. And I don't think he has the affinity for it that a lot of other players might. So I think that that's like, if it was big brother's choice,

[00:18:08] they, they, they would draft talk to this high that the only thing that holds out for me is like, does he want to do it again? Mm-hmm. I'll convince him. Convince him. I need to win the draft. All right. Tucker, number two, people would be psyched to see Tucker back. Not all people, but some people for sure. I'm going to stick with big brother 26, big brother 26. I think that, you know, I feel like that we don't talk about it. Like, okay, that was one of the all time seasons,

[00:18:37] but there was a lot of, it was a top heavy cast. There were some bangers there and I'm going to go with a big one. She, of course, was a star of big brother 26, a big brother and the amazing race. Give me Angela Murray. Yeah. Great pick. Great pick. Yeah. I think she would want to come back. I think that they would want her back. I think that the fans would be excited for,

[00:19:07] for Angela to come back. Do you think, Rob, we get like a challenge rivals type and then crazy eyes, Matt and Angela are cast together. Oh, I wasn't even wrong. Matt Hartman could come up. I agree. But listen, for the memes, for the storyline. I think, I think Angela absolutely could be asked.

[00:19:36] I think she absolutely would do it. Is it the right spot for her to be like one of four returnees, one of two returnees, or is she more of like an all-star returnee? That's kind of, I think the biggest question for me, but I mean, I would be surprised if we never saw Angela back ever on big brother. Yeah. What do you think, Pooja? I mean, I think this was a first round pick for sure. So I'm not, I think you picked very well here. She's someone I could definitely see back again.

[00:20:06] I think would want to come back again. I think they could ask back again. For me, the only concern is I don't, we don't like, first of all, like you mentioned, we do not know how, like if there's any returnees period, if there's a small subset, does she fit in that small subset? I don't see that. But if it's a full cast, I could see that. I think to pair it with Taryn said here though, I do think Angela is a surefire pick for a returning season down the line, whether it's this summer or the future summers. So for sure. Talk me through what you're thinking. You think it's so,

[00:20:36] it might be captains and you feel like that they may pick out different types of people to be captains. I feel like typically at when there's captains, I, I feel like they're not going to end up like if they're going with like, let's say Tucker, it's not going to be like Tucker, Keanu, Angela, and someone else. You know what I mean? Like it'll be someone more closer to that mold. Maybe someone a little more athletic, maybe someone a little younger. I'm not sure. That's the only reason why I would say if there's a captain situation,

[00:21:06] far beyond many people that enter that house. We know this. I feel like probably the closest analog to a spot like this, where it's one of four players potentially is like James. But he was, he was like America's favorite going into that. Whereas Angela did not manage to win that, that title. So I do think it's a little bit of an uphill climb to get into like a one of four spots. Um, but I think, like I said, I think it's a no brainer if it was something like all stars. Yeah. Okay.

[00:21:36] I don't think it's going to be all returnees. So I think that there could be, will be some, but I think it's maybe four, maybe eight. Could it be half and half? They've never done it. Yeah. In the U S. I like it. Mm-hmm. Why not? Okay. All right. I don't think, I don't think they need like half and half is, is I think too lopsided for the returnees personally. I think that, uh, they, they would just dominate the other side. It would not be very fun. Yeah.

So I think I'm going to pivot a little bit. Um, I'm looking at, and because it's back-to-back, I think it only makes sense for me to pick these two people back-to-back. I'm looking at alternates here, y'all. I'm looking at two people that were not on the main cast the day the cast dropped and then got brought in a last second and were both incredible ads.

[00:27:33] Two people I would love to see play again. Two people that have gone on to have quite a bit of success on television after the fact. So with my first one, I'm going to go with Claire from Big Brother 23. Okay. She's coming in hot off of an appearance on We Know Love Island the other night. Mm-hmm. And then we have seen her excel. Let's just talk through Claire first and then, and then, okay. Okay. That's an interesting one of Claire coming back

[00:28:02] for a season of Big Brother. I guess I thought off the top of my head, maybe that, does she want to do three more months in the Big Brother house? I mean, I feel like she would. Go ahead. Yeah. I could see it. I think, I think she's always been game to, to get involved and to go back in. It's been, how many years now? What, nearing five years since BB23? Wow. enough time has passed that you're like, you know what? I'd do it again. Even if you weren't down to do it.

[00:28:32] Yeah. Plus, I just, I think that for me, and this might be a little bit of a bias pick, I think she has such a mind for this game and we've literally watched her talk about this. We've watched her, you know, she, once upon a time, joined one of our games, Rob, that we hosted over here on this network and killed it there too. So, she's someone I've wanted to see for a long time. So, I would love to see her get back in the house again. Yeah. Yeah, I think it's been just long enough and, like, she's kind of entered, I think,

[00:29:02] sort of a newer phase of her life that, like, it could be just at the right time that she might be like, if they reach out to me, like, yeah, I guess I would. The question, I think, would be, would they reach out to her? I obviously think she should absolutely go on again. But, I do think she is in a tough position where she's part of a season that has, is very, very heavy in terms of people that might be in front of her in the line. Hmm.

[00:29:32] Yeah, that's the only reason I didn't pick her in the first round because she's on my list. And I will say, I think, like, her winning The Amazing Race gives her, I think, a good amount of confidence that, you know, hey, I can do something. Reality TV is for me. But, I don't think enough people watch The Amazing Race, you know, my favorite show, but it's fine. And that will, I think, help, like, not have such a big target on her. So, it's just, this is my pitch

[00:30:01] for Claire. But, yeah, I just, I don't think that currently maybe it's an option. Yeah. She just posted on social media that she was so excited for Big Brother 28 and the live feed updates coming back. Hey, she's lulled you into a false sense of security. Yeah. She's not on your list. Yeah. Maybe she's just trying to get in good with Karen. Yeah, she, you know, she wants the good impressions. Yeah.

[00:30:31] But that would be exciting for Claire to come back. Oh, it'd be super exciting. I'm interested about the Big Brother 23 of it all to see, I think it's an interesting group to talk about and I'm interested to see how many other Big Brother 23 people come up here in this discussion and Claire would be, you know, it would be a great pick. I guess she, I think she would be up for it. Yeah, I think so. Yeah. It'd be exciting. All right. All right.

Yeah I think that they have a milestone coming up in that it will be the 1000th episode of Big Brother this season I don't know exactly when I don't know how close we are to that but it's not a big anniversary season in either the year or the season number in terms of Big Brother

[00:37:25] but people have speculated that could be some sort of like look back through Big Brother history although all of the returnees we're talking about are from the very recent Big Brother history. Yeah. Yeah. It doesn't wouldn't surprise me that even if we do a historical theme that most of the cast will be from the last like four years. It's like if there are the returnees. Yeah. It's true.
