[00:02:47] Hello everyone and welcome to our big brother Canada 12 eviction episode recap podcast.

[00:02:56] I am your host, Karen Armstrong and I am here tonight to talk through what we just saw.

[00:03:03] Because it was quite a ride here and luckily my guest and I both have our sledgehammers ready.

[00:03:15] Sean tell how you do?

[00:03:17] I'm actually scared.

[00:03:18] Like with what he said that, I'm like, oh, you know what?

[00:03:21] That is a warning sign.

[00:03:22] If I was in the house, I'd be terrified to go against Ducky.

[00:03:26] I'm OK, but I'm not sure if the house is OK.

[00:03:28] They're definitely shook.

[00:03:30] Shuck it.

[00:03:31] Yes.

[00:03:32] Quite the I mean really they built up all this hype about the movie night slash week massacre,

[00:03:41] which really kind of ended in the whimper of a goose.

[00:03:45] But the real drama was hidden behind just the regular game all along as

[00:03:53] quite the turn of events under an Avery Hoh.

[00:03:58] Hala has been evicted from the Big Brother Canada house.

[00:04:02] I mean, I can believe it, but I just was it's just very shocking

[00:04:07] that this house is so easily able to be stirred and turned into the different directions.

[00:04:14] Like, I guess when you're in there, you just have a different kind of psychology

[00:04:17] because out here we're like, you don't have to listen to all of that or listen to this

[00:04:20] and maybe have some discretion here.

[00:04:23] But like look this way, like it just feel like they just go down the one path

[00:04:27] without really looking and combing through everything that's going on.

[00:04:31] And so obviously it's very entertaining and fascinating to watch.

[00:04:34] But in the game, I'm kind of like want to shake everybody and being like,

[00:04:37] you're being fooled, like a wake up guys, like you're getting played here.

[00:04:41] But I don't know if they'll see it until it's way too late.

[00:04:45] What a ride. Yes.

[00:04:47] And really, I mean, this season has been just like the story of Hoh's

[00:04:53] targeting their allies. Like what?

[00:04:57] From spicy targeting Donna to vivic targeting

[00:05:02] dinners to Avery targeting Matt to Avery targeting Kayla.

[00:05:09] What? I mean, I guess we always talk about the first week

[00:05:13] you really lay down the groundwork on how the game is going to be played.

[00:05:16] And so I guess that's what it is.

[00:05:17] It's like, oh, do you know what this game is?

[00:05:19] It's like you turn on your allies, like your closest people to you.

[00:05:22] You turn on them as soon as someone that's not necessarily your ally.

[00:05:26] May I say something differently?

[00:05:27] I've I've been saying from the start, the the safest place

[00:05:33] you know, in the house from spicy V is as her enemy.

[00:05:37] Her allies are more danger from her than her enemies.

[00:05:41] Yeah, I would be very, very nervous playing the game with her.

[00:05:45] I mean, when I watched her season, she definitely for me was somebody that

[00:05:49] like, OK, I wouldn't necessarily want to play with because she's so quick

[00:05:52] to change her direction and turn on her allies and whatnot.

[00:05:55] And so if everybody's all these super fans, you'd think

[00:05:59] that they would go in a little more cautiously.

[00:06:01] The fact that Avery is so willing and able to be her loyal sidekick is shocking

[00:06:06] because like, Avery is going to get the worst like she's just going to get cut

[00:06:10] and it's going to hurt her and it's it'll be interesting to watch.

[00:06:13] But I'm going to feel really bad for Avery.

[00:06:15] It's got to happen, right?

[00:06:18] You would assume so.

[00:06:20] I mean, I think that Avery is probably the ideal person to bring to the end

[00:06:24] for spicy. I think she probably handily beats Avery at this point.

[00:06:27] I think I think that just straight up,

[00:06:30] I think this was a losing move for Avery.

[00:06:32] I think, like, you know, there might be enough kind of like

[00:06:38] women power in the jury for her to scrounge up some votes against like a Tola.

[00:06:46] And I don't think she would need women power to be a Tola to be clear.

[00:06:48] But like a guy essentially, like maybe a Todd, maybe even Anthony,

[00:06:53] depending on how people are feeling about Anthony.

[00:06:54] But man, it doesn't seem like that's going to feel super likely,

[00:06:59] given the fact that like both of her H O H's were very clearly not moves

[00:07:03] that she made herself.

[00:07:05] And it's just like, how do you respect that game play?

[00:07:11] You can't really.

[00:07:12] And that's I just feel really bad because I do feel like Avery has

[00:07:16] a decent sense of the game and the fact that she's just kind of snowed

[00:07:21] by spicy and Anthony indirectly is is I feel bad for her

[00:07:26] because I think that she's going to figure it out when it's way, way too late.

[00:07:31] Yeah. Well, we'll see.

[00:07:32] There's still there's still time left in the game.

[00:07:35] Although it's double double.

[00:07:37] She's out the double probably, right?

[00:07:40] Well, we're going to talk about that.

[00:07:41] We're going to talk about where things stand moving forward.

[00:07:45] But I think first we need to just like

[00:07:48] wrap our heads around the contents of the episode.

[00:07:53] I will say I felt like it was kind of it made the decision to split

[00:07:58] the massacre episode into two episodes, even more egregious,

[00:08:03] given the fact that we had so much content.

[00:08:06] But I do feel like they they did really managed to squeeze a lot into this episode.

[00:08:12] There's still stuff that I felt like I would have liked to see more of.

[00:08:15] But but I really I was honestly coming in expecting to be a little

[00:08:20] disappointed in terms of the coverage.

[00:08:22] But I think we got most of what I think we should have been looking for.

[00:08:26] I would have loved to see goodbye messages.

[00:08:29] It's like the biggest thing I think I missed.

[00:08:31] But what can you do?

[00:08:34] But really, we see that, you know,

[00:08:36] Anthony is following up on what he talked about in this episode.

[00:08:42] And I mentioned this last night when we did our recap last night,

[00:08:46] which was that, you know, in terms of the timing for when you

[00:08:49] introduce big pieces of information like this,

[00:08:55] it might it might be bad to introduce it too early.

[00:08:58] And if you do, you really need to make sure you don't let your foot off the gas.

[00:09:01] That's very much what we saw Anthony do in this episode and on the drops

[00:09:05] that, by the way, if in case you don't know, there were five

[00:09:10] drops of about three hours.

[00:09:13] A very small bit of those.

[00:09:16] Three of them dropped last night, two of them dropped this morning.

[00:09:19] And so basically from the time like the podcast ended last night to

[00:09:24] when survivors started airing, I was that's what I was.

[00:09:27] That was my life.

[00:09:29] Thank you for doing a service for us, Teran.

[00:09:32] We appreciate you.

[00:09:33] I don't understand, though, do they want us to not want the drops anymore?

[00:09:36] Because how they they give deliver them to us is just it's in such

[00:09:40] an unsavory way that I'm like, I don't want the drops anymore.

[00:09:43] Like usually it's outdated information and like or you spoil the information

[00:09:48] that you're trying to keep a secret of.

[00:09:49] It's like, I don't know how they're using these drops.

[00:09:53] But what I see 15 hours of drops that I need to get through is just not.

[00:09:58] It's not appetizing for me.

[00:10:00] It's it's a lot.

[00:10:01] It's a lot to chew through for sure, especially these this batch of drops

[00:10:07] because despite some drops and big drama and big, you know, moves happening,

[00:10:13] there's also a lot of downtime in these in these jobs, especially the latter ones.

[00:10:19] Just like a lot of I mean, they loved Tola and Todd doing their little flirty

[00:10:25] walk session that they used at the start of this episode

[00:10:29] because I swear they spent like 30 minutes on it.

[00:10:32] What next did you have rewatching that on like 8X?

[00:10:36] I wish it's hard enough to hear what they're saying.

[00:10:39] I'm constantly changing the speed.

[00:10:43] Anyway, what we see Anthony do is what his specialty is.

[00:10:49] He gives Lexis the script.

[00:10:52] This is what you need to say.

[00:10:54] He invents a few quite a few things to make sure that the, you know,

[00:11:00] this ledge hammerer, you know, makes its mark and and then Lexis goes and delivers

[00:11:06] and and it's exactly what spicy needs.

[00:11:10] Now, I think one of the major factors here

[00:11:14] because, you know, I do think that that, you know,

[00:11:16] somebody, Rico in the chat is saying you skip the early ones.

[00:11:21] You watched the last couple of drops.

[00:11:22] I think that's what a lot of people do.

[00:11:24] Unfortunately, I don't have that luxury.

[00:11:27] So what I learned from those earlier drops is that

[00:11:31] what I talked about last night in terms of introducing inconvenient information

[00:11:37] that wasn't actually what was happening in that conversation

[00:11:40] that we saw in the previous episode when Anthony is dropping this bomb

[00:11:44] on spicy about Kayla and the goose information.

[00:11:49] There actually was a lot of discussion and movement

[00:11:53] in the direction of Kayla already happening.

[00:11:56] So when spicy heard that information,

[00:11:59] yes, she was thinking about Lexis, but she had also

[00:12:03] kind of been thinking about Kayla, not not as soon as it happened,

[00:12:08] but had been for a while.

[00:12:10] And and I think it's important to talk about this because

[00:12:15] I think it's very easy to forget

[00:12:17] because of the nature of the drops and also like we don't really know for sure.

[00:12:22] But this spicy Kayla thing

[00:12:26] has been happening for a very long time

[00:12:30] from very early on in the game.

[00:12:33] Anthony and I still give credit to Anthony for it

[00:12:36] has been planting seeds specifically about Kayla

[00:12:41] early in the game.

[00:12:42] Goose is talking about Kayla is his number one and spice

[00:12:46] or an Anthony is in spicy's ear saying, man, look at Kayla making these relate.

[00:12:51] Why is why is Goose thinking she's his number one?

[00:12:54] Like, why is she so good?

[00:12:56] And then she starts winning comps.

[00:12:58] And it's like he's talking about what a threat she is.

[00:13:00] And this gets into spicy's head seemingly from what we're seeing in the drops.

[00:13:05] And then spicy starts using Kayla specifically

[00:13:09] as her primary scapegoat for anything that she's doing.

[00:13:13] She'll go to Anthony and be like, hey, Kayla is saying all this stuff about you.

[00:13:17] Kayla is doing all this

[00:13:19] and the rift between spicy and Kayla and the idea that

[00:13:24] that Kayla is a threat that she has to deal with eventually grows and grows and grows.

[00:13:29] And you see some of that tension, I think it was it was last week

[00:13:33] when with the Matt situation, they had that big argument in the pool room,

[00:13:37] the pool table room when spicy just kind of like

[00:13:41] lip thawing Kayla for no reason.

[00:13:43] Like, why didn't you support us more in the decision

[00:13:45] and the quest to get mad on the block and Kayla's like,

[00:13:47] it was my idea in the first place. What do you mean?

[00:13:51] And so that tension has been

[00:13:56] and I also mentioned recently that there is a final free alliance

[00:14:00] between spicy, Avery and Bailey

[00:14:03] that has been there from the start of the game that did not include Kayla.

[00:14:07] Kayla was always on the outside of this core group

[00:14:11] and spicy has always been side eyeing Kayla throughout the game.

[00:14:15] It was easy to forget about that and to not think about that

[00:14:19] for most of the game because it wasn't an issue.

[00:14:21] But when Anthony talks about how he's been holding this hard for a while,

[00:14:26] it wasn't just the goose information.

[00:14:28] It was the Kayla card in general.

[00:14:31] It was when can I press this hard enough

[00:14:34] that I can actually get spicy to make the flip when I need her to?

[00:14:38] And I think that culmination of things is what led to this moment now.

[00:14:44] I have to say I'm impressed by Anthony.

[00:14:48] I know that he's a good player and we've been always all saying that,

[00:14:51] you know, he should have potentially won his season.

[00:14:54] But the fact that he's he's really good at using the information

[00:14:59] that he has against the people and knows how to use it effectively

[00:15:03] like not everybody would be able to take what he's been doing with spicy

[00:15:06] and the information that he's gaining from her and use it against her

[00:15:10] in the exact knowing exactly how she's going to react.

[00:15:13] I think that he does have a talent.

[00:15:16] Like I actually am impressed that he's able to do this well.

[00:15:21] It's it's it's it's pretty awesome, to be fair.

[00:15:26] I can't have to see if he can obviously get to the end.

[00:15:29] But if this is the way he's playing now,

[00:15:33] I think that he's going to be able to get there

[00:15:34] because it doesn't seem like anybody really is looking at him right now.

[00:15:39] It feels like he might have gone away with it.

[00:15:40] But obviously, I haven't seen everything.

[00:15:42] I don't know. But I was impressed.

[00:15:46] Yes, well, we'll we'll we'll definitely talk more about how things are looking.

[00:15:51] But yes, so here's this is how it happens.

[00:15:56] You know the and by the way, Kayla was talking to Lex.

[00:16:00] We saw a little bit of that in the episode

[00:16:02] where Kayla went to Lex's about potentially back during Bailey.

[00:16:06] And that's because just to be really clear about this,

[00:16:11] Kayla is in my mind by a pretty big margin, the most loyal

[00:16:19] the person who was most loyal to hot chocolate.

[00:16:23] She was like that was her primary alliance.

[00:16:28] And she had looked at Lexus in the past.

[00:16:32] She's been frustrated with Anthony in the past.

[00:16:34] Those are primarily things that came from things that spicy was bringing to them.

[00:16:38] But she was certainly doing those things.

[00:16:41] But for the most part, like, you know, the others were doing it way more than her.

[00:16:46] And she was always the most sort of dedicated to the success of the hot chocolate alliance.

[00:16:54] And and that shows in the fact that she's like, well, I know Bailey is good for our game.

[00:17:00] But she might be on hot chocolate and that's not good.

[00:17:05] And so I think we need to take a shot at Bailey, which of course is another part of her undoing.

[00:17:12] And so she's going to Lexus with this.

[00:17:14] She's going to Lexus and trying to pull Lexus back in.

[00:17:18] Matt's gone now.

[00:17:19] So can we get Lexus back in the fold?

[00:17:22] Can we treat her with a little more kindness and and invite her back in

[00:17:26] so that we can make hot chocolate work?

[00:17:29] And she does have this moment of doubt about spicy, which is coming from like a valid place.

[00:17:36] Considering again, spicy has been side eyeing her for a while and is more loyal to Bailey than Kayla for sure.

[00:17:43] And her, you know, I think the goose thing during the movie Massacre was the necessary move for spicy.

[00:17:52] But I don't know that spicy recognized that as the motivation or from herself.

[00:17:58] But also certainly didn't explain that.

[00:18:00] She wasn't like saying, like, well, well, Tola would have stayed if I had put up Tola.

[00:18:04] She just kind of was like, I just had to do goose.

[00:18:07] And so point being Kayla was loyal and she was approaching Lexus about Bailey because Bailey was a problem.

[00:18:17] She had yet she had approached others about it in the Alliance.

[00:18:22] And Lexus, I believe had no intention of turning on Kayla.

[00:18:26] Lexus loved the fact that Kayla was coming to her.

[00:18:29] She was inviting Lexus back into the fold.

[00:18:31] This was all good thing.

[00:18:33] This is all good progress for Lexus until Lexus finds out from Anthony that listen, it's you or her.

[00:18:43] Right?

[00:18:44] Like Avery is either going to backdoor you, which was the plan.

[00:18:49] Or we could throw Kayla in there as the as the deflection.

[00:18:53] And so with that in mind, Lexus somewhat reluctantly, but also like while she did kind of screw over Matt,

[00:19:00] then goes and throws Kayla all the way under the bus and then also drops another fake bus on top of that to ensure that she was done.

[00:19:12] I mean, I've also had to say that I was impressed with her taking her marching orders.

[00:19:17] And I think she delivered quite well.

[00:19:19] We see later in the episode that Tola didn't do as great a job with the orders yet.

[00:19:26] But I definitely felt that Lexus came in pretty believable.

[00:19:31] And I was worried when, you know, spicy goes and brings it over to Bailey and Bailey was being rational being like,

[00:19:39] look who's giving you this information. It's them.

[00:19:41] Like don't believe it.

[00:19:42] And so I was actually a little bit worried that like, you know, she was going to be found out.

[00:19:46] But, you know, it's still still the plan went through.

[00:19:50] But I was impressed that Lexus was able to carry on with her part pretty effectively.

[00:19:55] Yes, believe it.

[00:19:56] Anyways, and very clearly this was, you know, again, like bringing back to what we talked about last night.

[00:20:01] But like this was very clearly something that spicy was immediately willing to latch on.

[00:20:06] This was not inconvenient for her. This was, oh, here we go.

[00:20:09] I finally have a reason to do this.

[00:20:12] And she even says to us in the episode, like even if only a fraction of this is true enough, it's enough.

[00:20:18] She's got to go.

[00:20:20] And so then it's just a matter of like getting Avery on board, which is easy.

[00:20:27] With lucky landslots, you can get lucky just about anywhere.

[00:20:31] Dearly beloved, we are gathered here today to has anyone seen the bride and groom?

[00:20:36] Sorry, sorry. We're here.

[00:22:00] But then it's a matter of getting Bailey on board,

[00:22:03] which was not easy.

[00:22:05] Which you wouldn't think so,

[00:22:07] but it's actually for a pretty good reason.

[00:22:10] One, Bailey of course immediately sees through the fact that like,

[00:22:14] I'm just going to buy this, right?

[00:22:17] She's in danger.

[00:22:19] She's dropping his info on us.

[00:22:21] Two, it's even though this is still a win for Bailey,

[00:22:24] the fact that they turned on Kayla,

[00:22:26] which gives her a bit more of an in with spicy and Avery

[00:22:30] and just a better overall position.

[00:22:33] It would have been leagues better still if this shot had fallen on Lexus,

[00:22:38] because if it falls on Lexus,

[00:22:40] it aggravates the war between spicy and Anthony while doing the same thing

[00:22:45] of like opening up space for Bailey

[00:22:48] and taking out a threat to Bailey specifically.

[00:22:52] So that would have been great for Bailey

[00:22:54] if she had been able to pull it off.

[00:22:56] At this point though,

[00:22:57] she gets outmaneuvered by Anthony and she tries to fight it

[00:23:01] and she had been pushing.

[00:23:02] She was saying, why in the world would we take out Kayla

[00:23:05] when Lexus is right there?

[00:23:07] And they're like, because because it's going to be unanimous

[00:23:09] if we put up Kayla, everyone's going to be on board.

[00:23:11] She's like exactly if everyone is targeting Kayla

[00:23:15] and only we are targeting Lexus,

[00:23:17] who's going to take the shot at Lexus next week?

[00:23:20] Not them.

[00:23:21] But if we leave Kayla in the game,

[00:23:22] they have to take out Lex.

[00:23:23] They have to take out Kayla,

[00:23:25] which is just true.

[00:23:30] It's true.

[00:23:32] They don't want to hear it right now, Bailey.

[00:23:34] This is not the direction they want to go in.

[00:23:36] So logic doesn't matter.

[00:23:38] Yes.

[00:23:39] So Bailey tries to fight it,

[00:23:41] but it's hard to when the most truthful piece of information is,

[00:23:46] yeah, Kayla was trying to backdoor you

[00:23:49] and she can't even explain herself

[00:23:51] because doing so would expose hot chocolate.

[00:23:55] And so Kayla gets completely trapped in this place

[00:23:58] where Bailey feels justifiably upset with her.

[00:24:01] How could you betray the women like this by targeting me?

[00:24:06] Meanwhile, Kayla is like,

[00:24:08] I have it's because of other loyalties.

[00:24:11] It's like, so you had other loyalties than the women.

[00:24:15] And it's like, God.

[00:24:17] And like if she exposes them,

[00:24:20] then they really won't vote for her to stay.

[00:24:23] So she's just kind of definitely between a rock and a hard place.

[00:24:26] But I think she should have gone out guns blazing

[00:24:29] and just thrown it all out there just to make a big mess

[00:24:32] and see where she lies.

[00:24:34] If she's going out the door anyways,

[00:24:35] like see what some chaos and destruction could cause.

[00:24:38] Absolutely should have on her way out the door.

[00:24:40] And we'll talk a little more about it,

[00:24:42] but like she basically gave up by the end and I get it.

[00:24:45] This is this is what I'm saying.

[00:24:47] She's too loyal.

[00:24:48] She was the most loyal.

[00:24:50] She's so loyal that she willingly went out silently

[00:24:53] instead of doing anything else.

[00:24:55] But but listen, come on, give us give us more.

[00:25:00] Look at look at what goose did for us on his way out the door.

[00:25:03] You know what I mean?

[00:25:04] Yeah, you did.

[00:25:05] Some more.

[00:25:08] So so the plan is in place now like they it's Anthony correctly

[00:25:14] reads spicy's game, which is she's impulsive.

[00:25:19] And if you present something to her in the moment,

[00:25:23] she's going to ride with that at least temporarily.

[00:25:27] And so if you get it at the right moment,

[00:25:29] you can flip an entire week and that's exactly what they did.

[00:25:33] And we have this very funny moment where Avery is trying

[00:25:36] to lock in a piece of info from Tola.

[00:25:39] And she's like, yeah.

[00:25:41] So has Kayla said anything to you about me?

[00:25:45] And Tola's like, hmm.

[00:25:48] And she literally says, take your time.

[00:25:51] I want you to be honest with.

[00:25:54] I want you to honestly make up a lie here.

[00:25:57] It's yeah, like I want you to very honestly think up a lie.

[00:26:02] That's believable.

[00:26:03] So tell me.

[00:26:05] And he's just like, you know, I could lie to you right now,

[00:26:09] but I'm not going to do that.

[00:26:11] And then he leaves runs to Anthony.

[00:26:15] Anthony says, oh, I didn't give you your lines.

[00:26:18] Here they are.

[00:26:19] Go back and tell her he runs back in.

[00:26:23] You know what?

[00:26:25] I forgot she did mention.

[00:26:29] But like how did she not like,

[00:26:35] how do you not see straight through this?

[00:26:37] Well, I guess because he really she just wants to believe that

[00:26:41] she's making the right decision. Right?

[00:26:43] She doesn't want to.

[00:26:44] She doesn't want to believe that she's being deceived by spicy

[00:26:47] and Avery and Lexus.

[00:26:49] So she wants to.

[00:26:50] She wants to believe that Kayla is the one that's deceiving

[00:26:53] her so she could feel better about making this decision.

[00:26:55] And so anything that Tola is going to say,

[00:26:57] she's going to make it, you know,

[00:26:59] justify her back during Kayla.

[00:27:04] So the move lands.

[00:27:06] Kayla goes up.

[00:27:08] I think in many ways it was good for this storyline that this

[00:27:13] wasn't the end of an episode because she has no reaction

[00:27:17] immediately.

[00:27:19] Now, from what she says on the drops,

[00:27:22] she was, you know, basically like in shock.

[00:27:26] Didn't know how to react and in in that moment was still

[00:27:30] thinking, well, I must just be a pawn.

[00:27:33] She must have just decided to put me up as a pawn.

[00:27:36] Didn't tell me ahead of time.

[00:27:38] And it wasn't really until she goes upstairs and talks to Avery

[00:27:42] and Avery starts explaining to her why she's being targeted

[00:27:45] that she realizes, wait a minute, hold on,

[00:27:48] everything's catching up to me.

[00:27:49] I'm being targeted.

[00:27:51] And that's when she starts kind of freaking out.

[00:27:53] And then very funny scene where everyone's in the

[00:28:00] backyard area, basically like celebrating like Avery's okay up

[00:28:04] there in walks.

[00:28:06] Like every.

[00:28:13] Whoops.

[00:28:14] Well, at least we got a house meeting out of it, right?

[00:28:17] Yes.

[00:28:18] And then big house meeting and I don't think there was

[00:28:23] like a viable way out of this for Kayla.

[00:28:25] I'll say this straight up.

[00:28:27] However, I think this house meeting business could have been

[00:28:31] more effective for her if she hadn't invited like Bailey and

[00:28:36] Todd and like some of the other people in because she was put

[00:28:43] in an impossible situation where she's trying to withhold

[00:28:49] specific information that is crucial to her defense.

[00:28:53] Because Bailey and Todd and Tola are there and she can't say it

[00:28:58] in front of them.

[00:28:59] And in addition to that, from their perspective, her biggest

[00:29:03] crime is the one she actually did commit, which is targeting

[00:29:07] Bailey.

[00:29:08] And so instead of this being like a quest to discover the

[00:29:13] truth of what she needs to get to the bottom of, which is

[00:29:16] that Anthony, Tola and Lexis are lying.

[00:29:20] She has to then deal with now Bailey's coming for me because I

[00:29:24] was trying to get her back toward and she's right to be coming

[00:29:28] for me.

[00:29:29] But she's like, Bailey, that's not that's not what I'm trying

[00:29:31] to get at.

[00:29:32] And Bailey is like, who cares about the rest?

[00:29:35] You were coming for me.

[00:29:36] You betrayed our alliance.

[00:29:38] And and and and she can't like how can Kayla get across

[00:29:42] to Bailey that it's not important to say she can't

[00:29:46] without betraying spicy.

[00:29:47] And if she betrays spicy, she doesn't have the votes to stay.

[00:29:50] And so with all of those people there, it was an

[00:29:53] impossible situation.

[00:29:55] Especially since she admitted to some truths because Bailey

[00:29:59] was not believing anything.

[00:30:02] She's like, no, they're lying to you like this dirt.

[00:30:04] Like look at it.

[00:30:05] It's a fabrication.

[00:30:06] Like you got to see who's giving you this information.

[00:30:09] And then now that she's like, well, I did say that

[00:30:13] about you though, Bailey.

[00:30:15] So Bailey then can't can easily believe all the other stuff

[00:30:19] now because she wouldn't have believed before that Kayla

[00:30:22] was coming for her.

[00:30:23] And so she, yeah, I agree that if Bailey wasn't there,

[00:30:27] Bailey would still be supporting her and she could maybe

[00:30:30] have a one on one with Bailey or something and maybe

[00:30:33] explain to her the whole hot chocolate situation and try

[00:30:36] to build one by one.

[00:30:37] But the fact that she lost Bailey in such a public way

[00:30:40] and though she has to defend her relationship with Bailey,

[00:30:43] she just was digging her grave.

[00:30:45] Unfortunately.

[00:30:46] Yeah.

[00:30:47] And I mean, the thing is, and I don't really blame Kayla for

[00:30:51] failing to save herself again.

[00:30:52] I want to make that hard.

[00:30:53] I don't think there was a path, a realistic path for her here.

[00:30:57] Her, her, her goose was cooked.

[00:31:01] The moment that she touched that block.

[00:31:03] However, I think in this spot you, I think she was too

[00:31:10] loyal to the truth.

[00:31:12] You know, it was lies that put her in this position.

[00:31:16] You kind of need to fight fire with fire.

[00:31:19] Double down on the lies.

[00:31:20] Not necessarily double down on denies but like make up your

[00:31:25] own right or like, you know, she was very dedicated to

[00:31:30] the story of this is what I will admit to saying because

[00:31:35] I did actually say I did say the thing about spicy.

[00:31:37] I did say I did do the Bailey thing.

[00:31:39] And I did do, you know, whatever.

[00:31:42] But these other things I did not do.

[00:31:45] And I do think that that's a good way to feel believable.

[00:31:50] Like why would she admit to these big things but not these

[00:31:54] smaller things?

[00:31:55] It makes it feel like those smaller things might be a lie.

[00:31:58] Am I getting played by people like Anthony Lexis and Tola?

[00:32:04] But what I would have liked to see from Lexis there is maybe add

[00:32:09] some of those true things into the list of not true things.

[00:32:13] Still admit to the because listen, the unfortunate truth is she

[00:32:17] has to admit to the goose thing.

[00:32:19] It's way too.

[00:32:21] So many people.

[00:32:23] She so not only did that happen.

[00:32:25] So my understanding of this is that goose actually talked to

[00:32:29] more people than just her about.

[00:32:32] She did go to Anthony.

[00:32:34] He did go to, I think, Todd maybe and talked to them about

[00:32:39] spicy a little.

[00:32:41] And so when he whispers that to Kayla, Kayla then makes the

[00:32:46] mistake of like, spicy asks Kayla.

[00:32:50] What did what did he say?

[00:32:52] Kayla says, well, you know, I don't want to say she admits

[00:32:56] it was game related, but she doesn't want to say what it is.

[00:32:59] And then, you know, later tells Anthony about it.

[00:33:02] I would assume that Anthony got this out of her because he

[00:33:05] already knew what it probably was.

[00:33:07] And then still doesn't talk to spicy about it because I think

[00:33:12] she's thinking about this and she's wondering about it and

[00:33:14] all the things we talked about.

[00:33:16] Now, I don't think this is like a game ending mystery by

[00:33:19] any means under normal circumstances.

[00:33:21] But again, given the history of what we talked about,

[00:33:24] the fact that Spice has been siding there for a while,

[00:33:26] this is just a reason to finally pull that trigger.

[00:33:29] But basically the point is this was this was impossible to deny.

[00:33:34] You try to deny this, you look like a complete liar.

[00:33:37] You admit to this part and then but then you say,

[00:33:41] but I promise you, I never talked about back to it.

[00:33:45] Not once.

[00:33:47] She's making that up, right?

[00:33:49] Like, like, that'd be spicy.

[00:33:53] Some big stuff like that.

[00:33:55] And all this other stuff, complete lie.

[00:33:58] Like they're taking this one thing and they're adding a bunch

[00:34:01] of stuff on it because they're trying to get me out because

[00:34:03] I'm a number of you spice or so on and so forth.

[00:34:07] You know, that's what I would have liked to see.

[00:34:10] I think like stick to that indignation of I'm telling

[00:34:14] the truth.

[00:34:15] I'll admit to the things I have definitely done.

[00:34:19] They're lying about the other things, even the one I did

[00:34:22] actually do.

[00:34:25] I mean, I just, yeah, I don't think that she would be able

[00:34:28] to do that.

[00:34:29] Just knowing that she didn't want to throw hot chocolate

[00:34:32] under the bus.

[00:34:33] I just don't think that she would even want to lie because

[00:34:36] then she's kind of throwing a Lexus under the bus a little

[00:34:39] bit and like, I think that she just, yeah, that was the

[00:34:42] problem.

[00:34:43] Yeah.

[00:34:44] She said so basically after the big meeting, she had some

[00:34:47] individual conversations.

[00:34:49] Of course, Anthony is continuing to give lines to Tola

[00:34:53] and Lexus like stick to this script.

[00:34:56] And he even says to them, even in one-on-one conversations

[00:35:00] with Kayla, you have to be adamant that she said this

[00:35:02] to you.

[00:35:03] And so they have conversations and Kayla's talking to

[00:35:08] Lexus and she's like, Lexus is like, yeah, you said

[00:35:12] this to me.

[00:35:13] And Kayla's like, I did not.

[00:35:16] And I would have remembered if I'd said that and Lexus

[00:35:20] like, I don't know.

[00:35:21] I just, I mean, I came away from that conversation with

[00:35:24] the impression that you said it.

[00:35:26] So, so I like, I don't know.

[00:35:30] And then Kayla eventually decides, you know what?

[00:35:35] I'll accept the feat.

[00:35:36] She tells spicy like the only way forward is for me to

[00:35:39] continue to throw barbs at Anthony and Lexus.

[00:35:42] And I don't want to do that.

[00:35:44] Like I want you guys to succeed.

[00:35:46] So I'm just going to, I'm accepting it and I'm going

[00:35:49] to leave and I'm going to root for you guys on the journey.

[00:35:53] She's better than me.

[00:35:55] I would be so vindictive.

[00:35:58] I would be, I would not be rooting for them at this

[00:36:02] point.

[00:36:03] Like they literally got me out of the game for seemingly

[00:36:06] no reason.

[00:36:07] Like she didn't really do anything wrong.

[00:36:09] Like you said, she's the most loyal to hot chocolate.

[00:36:11] She would have, she even says that she would have died

[00:36:14] for hot chocolate, which she did in the end.

[00:36:16] But come on.

[00:36:18] Like it's still your opportunity to play the game.

[00:36:20] I would be a lot spicier on my way out the door.

[00:36:24] I wouldn't, I wouldn't be able to put my sword down

[00:36:27] and defeat.

[00:36:28] And so like for me, it again comes down to like,

[00:36:31] again, like similar to the dinner situation where we

[00:36:34] talked about like, you know, what are you more mad at?

[00:36:38] Like if you're Kayla, and I think the same, this question is

[00:36:41] the answer to this question is different probably for

[00:36:43] everybody.

[00:36:44] But like if you're Kayla, are you more mad at Anthony

[00:36:48] Lexis?

[00:36:49] Hola, probably less so because you don't have as much

[00:36:52] relationship with a bit.

[00:36:53] Are you more mad at Anthony and Lexis for making this

[00:36:55] stuff up about you, getting you evicted and like

[00:36:59] lying about you?

[00:37:01] Or are you more upset with spicy and Avery who were

[00:37:05] supposed to be your close loyal allies who either A,

[00:37:10] bought into these lies about you and got tricked into

[00:37:13] sending you home, which is annoying or B, knowing that

[00:37:18] Anthony and Lexis were probably lying decided to use

[00:37:22] that to send you home anyway.

[00:37:25] Like what are you like?

[00:37:28] What are you more upset by right?

[00:37:30] Like if for me, I'm definitely more upset at my

[00:37:34] allies.

[00:37:35] Absolutely.

[00:37:36] Whether they were tricked or whether they used an excuse,

[00:37:38] I'm like, come on.

[00:37:39] Like if you're going to take me out knowingly, own it.

[00:37:42] And if you're dumb enough to have been tricked by this

[00:37:45] and I like I'm more mad at you.

[00:37:48] Well, I definitely I've won for loyalty and especially

[00:37:52] since she's a loyal person, I would be so upset with

[00:37:56] my allies for not being a safe space.

[00:37:59] So you should be able to talk freely with your allies

[00:38:03] about like, you know, things that are going on and just

[00:38:06] not knowing that they're going to come back and bite you

[00:38:08] and get you sent out of the door.

[00:38:10] Like obviously you have to have some discretion,

[00:38:12] especially if you're playing with spicy, you know,

[00:38:14] she does use things against you.

[00:38:16] So you'd have to be a little bit careful.

[00:38:18] But Avery, Avery, she says it's her closest ally,

[00:38:21] her closest ally.

[00:38:22] She should have never believed anything, even if it's

[00:38:25] true, she should have been no way.

[00:38:27] I don't believe it.

[00:38:28] Even if it's true, I don't care.

[00:38:30] She's not coming for me.

[00:38:31] I don't believe it.

[00:38:32] And I would hope that my closest ally would be swearing up

[00:38:35] and down on my behalf.

[00:38:37] So I would 100 percent be most disappointed in Avery

[00:38:40] because she literally was the person that pulled the trigger,

[00:38:43] but then spicy as well because they're working together

[00:38:47] and the fact that they both were allowing this to happen

[00:38:50] would would be kind of heartbreaking.

[00:38:52] I would have cried probably.

[00:38:54] I mean, I've always maintained that like the most upset

[00:38:57] I would be playing a game like this is if I was betrayed

[00:39:01] by a close ally that I trusted and it was an incredibly

[00:39:05] stupid decision by them to do it.

[00:39:07] Like, you know, like if it was the right call

[00:39:13] and they like won the game because of it or it was like,

[00:39:17] you know, like, OK, you were coming for them.

[00:39:20] And I'm still going to be annoyed.

[00:39:21] I'm still going to be hurt, but like I can accept it.

[00:39:23] Like it's the game.

[00:39:25] They had to do it if it was the wrong call.

[00:39:28] If they betrayed me for not only no good reason,

[00:39:31] but for an incredibly bad reason.

[00:39:34] I mean, like that's like that's the dentist situation.

[00:39:37] Like how can I forgive you, Veevee?

[00:39:39] We're doing that.

[00:39:41] I couldn't couldn't be friends with them ever again.

[00:39:43] To be honest, or I mean, obviously after the game,

[00:39:46] I might let it go a little bit,

[00:39:48] but I'd always be like, man, we can't be friends.

[00:39:51] Kind of dumb.

[00:39:52] So I'd be I'd be pissed.

[00:39:55] But I don't know.

[00:39:56] I don't know if Kayla feels the same way.

[00:39:58] I think that, you know, I think that she again,

[00:40:02] she talked about still rooting for, you know, her people.

[00:40:05] And so I don't know what that means.

[00:40:08] I will be talking to Kayla tomorrow.

[00:40:10] So I will hopefully get a chance to ask her or at

[00:40:14] least ask her related questions.

[00:40:17] So maybe we'll be able to find out.

[00:40:20] But I think it's also something that might evolve.

[00:40:23] Like right now she might be feeling one way,

[00:40:25] but then after stewing with it for a bit in the jury house,

[00:40:28] it might, you know, it might start feeling another way.

[00:40:31] And maybe even getting some more information from Goose

[00:40:34] and hearing his side of things and what he knew

[00:40:37] and maybe maybe he knows a little bit more about

[00:40:40] what spicy was actually thinking about her.

[00:40:42] Or, you know, there's a lot of conversations

[00:40:44] that he might have been a part of or over her

[00:40:46] or been told that she hasn't been privy to.

[00:40:49] And so I hope that she'll have some bitterness

[00:40:53] when she gets a little bit more information, please.

[00:40:56] Just a little bit.

[00:40:58] I just maybe maybe she's just not as competitive as I am.

[00:41:02] But I would be bitter.

[00:41:05] I mean, I do think it's worth pointing out

[00:41:07] that I spoke to Goose and based on what he was telling me,

[00:41:13] his attitude is very clinical,

[00:41:15] very much like no hard feelings whatsoever.

[00:41:18] And with him as the only other person in the jury house right now,

[00:41:22] you know, she's going to come back to a,

[00:41:24] she's going to go to Goose who is going to be sympathetic to her

[00:41:28] because he liked Kayla,

[00:41:30] but also definitely be a presence of no hard feelings.

[00:41:34] And I think that that could also be an aid

[00:41:37] in the direction of kind of like letting it go.

[00:41:41] Let it go. Please, please be bitter.

[00:41:46] Hmm. Well,

[00:41:49] so where does that leave us? Right?

[00:41:51] Like, okay, Kayla's gone now.

[00:41:56] I will say there was one really great moment from the drops

[00:42:01] that I think was my favorite moment from the whole thing

[00:42:04] because after, you know, Kayla,

[00:42:08] you know, gets exposed by Lexis.

[00:42:12] Spicy goes to Anthony and she's like, oh yeah, Lexis was great.

[00:42:17] I mean, she told me so much information.

[00:42:21] You know, I kind of have to ask like, did you do this?

[00:42:26] Like, were you worried about Lexis?

[00:42:28] And then like you made this happen.

[00:42:30] He's like, no, wasn't me.

[00:42:33] You'll be taking credit for that in the final two for sure.

[00:42:40] But spicy does kind of like, I think no that I mean,

[00:42:45] again, she even alluded to it in the episode,

[00:42:47] like even if a fraction of this is true,

[00:42:50] she definitely knows that it was embellished.

[00:42:52] And she also, I think has not openly stated

[00:42:55] that she regrets the move,

[00:42:57] but she's back to her old ways of being like,

[00:42:59] man, Anthony is getting his way all over again.

[00:43:02] And now we still got all his people

[00:43:04] and we really need to make sure that we take shots

[00:43:06] of those people and it's like, spicy.

[00:43:10] One is still on the block right now.

[00:43:12] Yes, still have the opportunity to take out Tola.

[00:43:17] Still can.

[00:43:18] So who knows, but here's where things seem to stand

[00:43:23] from my perspective, given what we've seen on the drops.

[00:43:28] With Kayla out, Todd, whose main target was Kayla,

[00:43:34] is now able to drift back to spicy a little bit.

[00:43:39] Todd really wants to work with spicy and Bailey.

[00:43:42] Those are his people.

[00:43:44] He's not really with a,

[00:43:47] and he talked a lot about a potential final four of himself,

[00:43:52] Bailey, spicy and Anthony.

[00:43:57] What?

[00:43:59] Because he feels like Anthony is the easiest to beat

[00:44:02] in the final three.

[00:44:04] Like competitively or?

[00:44:05] Competitively.

[00:44:06] Yeah.

[00:44:07] Maybe, but.

[00:44:08] And he would love to get to the final three with Bailey

[00:44:10] and Spicey, is Todd's kind of thing.

[00:44:13] Now, spicy kind of pushed back at that.

[00:44:17] Spicey is like, well,

[00:44:18] but is anybody willing to take out Anthony?

[00:44:21] Like she still wants Todd to be her, you know,

[00:44:23] anti Anthony aircrafts, missile weapons.

[00:44:28] And so, you know, I think she's kind of like annoyed

[00:44:31] at Todd suggesting Anthony being their final four.

[00:44:34] It's like, no, I'm trying to get him out.

[00:44:36] Whether or not she's actually trying to get him out.

[00:44:38] I don't even know.

[00:44:40] But she knows that he would be the most difficult for

[00:44:42] her to go up against in the final two.

[00:44:44] So she has to realize that.

[00:44:47] If she's sitting beside him, her chance of winning

[00:44:50] her a lot slimmer.

[00:44:51] She should know that.

[00:44:53] Now the other thing that Todd is saying though is

[00:44:56] I mean, Todd spent the entire week.

[00:44:59] Talking to he Todd went straight up to Bailey

[00:45:03] and Spicey in the bathroom.

[00:45:05] He was like, screwed up guys.

[00:45:08] Like what do you do?

[00:45:10] It's like.

[00:45:11] I had the votes to take out Avery during the movie

[00:45:14] massacre and I didn't do it.

[00:45:16] And they're like, what do you mean you had the votes?

[00:45:18] He's like, I had the votes without you guys.

[00:45:20] I could have.

[00:45:21] It could have been me, Anthony, Toa Alexis.

[00:45:24] We could have voted out Avery.

[00:45:25] I screwed it up.

[00:45:26] Why wouldn't I have done that?

[00:45:28] And then they were like, what are you saying to us?

[00:45:34] And Todd feels that way because Avery is so good

[00:45:37] at puzzles and so good at winning comps.

[00:45:39] She's now one another one.

[00:45:41] She's a super fan.

[00:45:42] He feels like she's the biggest threat in the game.

[00:45:44] He from Todd's perspective, Avery is the biggest threat in the game.

[00:45:50] She's going to win if they don't take her out soon.

[00:45:53] So Avery is very much on his hit list and he's also saying as

[00:45:57] much to Spicey straight up who's trying to like deflect a

[00:46:02] little bit like, I don't think you need to worry about Avery.

[00:46:05] And he's like, Avery is the best player in the game.

[00:46:07] She's going to win if she makes.

[00:46:08] Yeah.

[00:46:10] And so if Spicey's hearing this, like she might be taking it in.

[00:46:13] She might be saying this is stupid.

[00:46:16] Who knows?

[00:46:17] But that's what Todd thinks.

[00:46:19] In the meantime, Spicey and Bailey both are still trying to

[00:46:22] kind of push Toa and even more so Lexus on to Todd.

[00:46:28] So Bailey thinks that Todd will nominate Toa and Lexus

[00:46:32] if he wins.

[00:46:34] The way that he was talking, it might be more like Lexus

[00:46:38] and Avery or even like, you know, I'm not sure.

[00:46:42] It's somewhere you can't be entirely sure where Todd lands

[00:46:46] right now.

[00:46:47] But primarily the main thing is he's definitely not targeting

[00:46:51] Spicey or Bailey.

[00:46:53] Probably not targeting Anthony.

[00:46:55] Anybody else is mostly fair game, but he does have a fairly

[00:46:58] good relationship with Toa and it would be kind of weird

[00:47:01] for him to nominate him.

[00:47:05] Then you have Toa, who is absolutely straight up just going

[00:47:11] straight for Avery.

[00:47:14] Avery and Bailey probably on the block if Toa wins.

[00:47:19] She's nominated him twice.

[00:47:21] He wants her gone.

[00:47:22] If she goes up next to Bailey, who knows what happens at

[00:47:26] that point.

[00:47:27] Todd is definitely a vote for Bailey.

[00:47:29] It probably comes down to what do Anthony and Lexus decide.

[00:47:34] And can they convince Toa to be on board with it?

[00:47:36] It's a whole big mess.

[00:47:38] Lexus also probably will be gunning straight for Bailey

[00:47:42] because Bailey is her biggest threat in the game right now

[00:47:46] and kind of rightfully so.

[00:47:48] But also Toa and Lexus, they are talking like Spicey is

[00:47:54] back on their side.

[00:47:55] They're talking like we can trust Spicey.

[00:47:59] Anthony though.

[00:48:02] Maybe not as much.

[00:48:04] When Toa asked Anthony like who are we looking at and

[00:48:08] basically implying that he's still looking at Bailey,

[00:48:11] Anthony did say well, we can't forget the person we thought

[00:48:16] was with us and then it turned out they weren't.

[00:48:20] He's definitely referring to Spicey.

[00:48:23] So there's a lot going on there between Spicey and

[00:48:27] Anthony themselves.

[00:48:28] They're still promising each other Final Two,

[00:48:30] but they're still typing themselves up and they both

[00:48:33] agreed they shouldn't try to win the next HOA,

[00:48:36] which I think is a mistake for both of them at this point

[00:48:39] if they actually went through with it.

[00:48:41] And so that's kind of where we're,

[00:48:45] and then of course Bailey would be going for Toa

[00:48:49] and Lexus.

[00:48:52] So that's kind of where things stand at this point

[00:48:56] in terms of where the targets are.

[00:48:59] And so I think we're going to have to talk about

[00:49:02] the other side of the story,

[00:49:04] which is a lot like Lexus and Toa in danger on one side,

[00:49:08] Avery and Bailey in danger on the other side.

[00:49:11] And kind of Todd in a good place,

[00:49:14] along with Spicey and Anthony.

[00:49:16] Right.

[00:49:17] I'm trying to figure out like what do I,

[00:49:20] who do I want to win ahead of a household right now?

[00:49:23] Cause like I kind of,

[00:49:27] maybe I want to see what Toa does if he actually goes through

[00:49:30] with it.

[00:49:31] Cause Lexi is pretty straightforward.

[00:49:33] Lexus, Bailey, like I don't,

[00:49:37] I don't want Bailey and Lexus to go up,

[00:49:39] go against each other basically.

[00:49:40] I want them both to stay in the game.

[00:49:41] So, but Toa would probably go for Bailey,

[00:49:44] but I think I want, do I want Avery out?

[00:49:46] Because she made this bonehead move.

[00:49:48] Is that what you want?

[00:49:49] Todd or Toa winning and Avery leaving on their HOH

[00:49:53] would be very fitting for Avery's.

[00:49:56] Especially Toa, I guess.

[00:49:58] It would be very fitting for an Avery demise,

[00:50:01] considering what happened to Vivek right after he,

[00:50:04] you know, did Dennis and, you know,

[00:50:06] it would certainly fit the, you know,

[00:50:09] the normal big brother karma or Avery to Bailey.

[00:50:13] Wait, is there any new curses that are needing to be fulfilled?

[00:50:17] The curses have been broken.

[00:50:19] The draft curse is now officially over.

[00:50:24] Amon's final player was Lexus who managed to survive.

[00:50:27] And Melissa has now lost her first player in Aela.

[00:50:31] And somehow I still have all four.

[00:50:37] It's, I mean, truly like we started the season and I was like,

[00:50:41] okay, Toa's first boot.

[00:50:43] I guess I'm losing someone right away.

[00:50:45] And then, and then it was like, Oh, Toa survived.

[00:50:47] Okay. But Bailey is definitely leaving.

[00:50:50] What is happening?

[00:50:51] Well, and I think I saw that Arissa posted that there's like the

[00:50:55] back row or the standing in the, in the photo.

[00:50:58] So the photo curse, the standing curse is,

[00:51:02] was also a thing.

[00:51:03] The standing curse was broken though because Avery was the

[00:51:06] final person who remained standing.

[00:51:09] Now people have tried to turn this now into the back row

[00:51:12] curse saying that, that, that Hala was in the back row,

[00:51:17] even though she's sitting on the couch.

[00:51:20] I personally, I'm not a, I'm not a back row truther.

[00:51:24] I feel like Hala does not count as back row to me.

[00:51:28] I think that she is very clearly front row.

[00:51:31] She's sitting with the people on the couch just cause she's

[00:51:34] like a little bit further back cause she's on the top of the

[00:51:38] couch does not make her in the same row as the people standing

[00:51:42] behind the couch.

[00:51:43] That's just, that's just my, that's just my views on couch.

[00:51:46] All right.

[00:51:48] Okay. Okay.

[00:51:49] So that wasn't an actual curse.

[00:51:51] I wasn't sure.

[00:51:55] So, so, you know, as per usual H O H is going to be big here.

[00:51:59] I really don't think Anthony should be throwing.

[00:52:02] I think that, you know, Anthony winning and finally taking

[00:52:06] out Bailey or even Todd at this point wouldn't be the

[00:52:10] worst thing in the world.

[00:52:12] And really like even taking like, oh whoops.

[00:52:16] I have to take out Avery wouldn't be the worst thing in the

[00:52:19] world either.

[00:52:20] But because at that point, like, okay, you've upset spicy.

[00:52:24] What can she do about it?

[00:52:27] Is the big thing.

[00:52:28] You know, it's like, like things start to really fall into

[00:52:32] place if you, if you're able to take these shots and

[00:52:36] control like the last thing he wants to do is lose Lexis

[00:52:39] or Todd doesn't have a lot of space to be losing pieces

[00:52:42] like that now that they're at the final set.

[00:52:45] And so obviously the ideal is for Tola specifically Tola to

[00:52:49] win and take that shot at Avery.

[00:52:52] If Tola wins takes out Avery.

[00:52:54] Now he's in a nice, nice position where you know now

[00:52:59] it's just like everyone against Bailey and Todd and then

[00:53:04] spices trapped between having to go to the end with the

[00:53:06] pair of Bailey and Todd or with what Anthony wants.

[00:53:10] And so things get messy from there.

[00:53:12] But then on the other side of things, as I said, he can't

[00:53:14] really afford to lose his pieces.

[00:53:16] So if say Bailey or Todd wins and takes out Tola or Lexis

[00:53:22] now Anthony's the one that's kind of trapped.

[00:53:25] And now he's kind of in trouble.

[00:53:28] So big, big H O H and weak coming up double eviction

[00:53:32] too.

[00:53:33] So going straight into the double.

[00:53:34] Yeah.

[00:53:35] So big stuff.

[00:53:37] Do you think that is hot chocolate dead?

[00:53:40] Is hot chocolate spilled completely?

[00:53:43] Like, or is there any sort of way for them to come back together?

[00:53:47] How do you feel about the two to two going toe to toe?

[00:53:51] Hot chocolate to me is in the exact same place at what it

[00:53:55] has been for the last like month in that it's not

[00:53:59] destroyed, but it's also not real.

[00:54:01] Like it's a thing that they will lean on.

[00:54:07] When they need it.

[00:54:08] When they need it and whoever loses the proxy war is going

[00:54:12] to be like, guys, I've always been hot.

[00:54:15] Like let me let me in the car.

[00:54:20] But if they had won, they would have been like, get to

[00:54:22] my car.

[00:54:24] I may or may not let you in.

[00:54:27] So we'll see.

[00:54:29] But it's really it's really just about this war.

[00:54:32] And then in and through it all remains Bailey and Todd

[00:54:36] where, you know, they are still in a position to maybe

[00:54:39] squeeze through as this war opens up again.

[00:54:43] It would have been massive if Lexus had been the target

[00:54:46] here for Bailey as it stands now because Hala was the

[00:54:49] target still better for her, as I mentioned, but, but now

[00:54:52] she is on the front lines again and she is in trouble

[00:54:55] if say Tola or Lexus wins an HOH and that likelihood

[00:54:58] is fairly high right now.

[00:55:00] There's not a lot of players left competing in the HOH.

[00:55:03] So luckily she is in a hot streak and her winning

[00:55:07] would be big to especially to get past this bump of

[00:55:11] danger.

[00:55:12] She definitely is more primed to potentially win this

[00:55:15] game than she ever has been.

[00:55:17] She's also back in some danger, whereas previously

[00:55:19] she had been a little more insulated.

[00:55:22] So we'll see what happens there for Bailey.

[00:55:25] Are we going to be drop free until Sunday or will

[00:55:28] we know who the head of house is going to be

[00:55:31] or will it be some old T that we're getting shared?

[00:55:34] I would assume so the last drop from that we got today

[00:55:38] ended yesterday.

[00:55:40] So basically as up to date as we normally get,

[00:55:43] I would expect we're back to a regular schedule for

[00:55:46] drops where tomorrow we will see a lot of Hala,

[00:55:50] I guess not campaigning and then and then HOH results

[00:55:54] and like a little bit of stuff after that.

[00:55:58] And then on Friday we'll see like NOM talk and we won't

[00:56:01] see the eventual nominations, but we'll have a good

[00:56:04] sense of what they will be.

[00:56:06] And then we'll get a bunch of stuff on Monday that

[00:56:08] will decide the week.

[00:56:10] All right.

[00:56:11] I was thinking of like, are we just not going to

[00:56:14] get like the rhythm of the drops, you know,

[00:56:17] with the don't have them for five days and then

[00:56:20] episode and then two evictions and then

[00:56:23] yesterday's news and it's just so,

[00:56:27] it's not in a flow that like my was it called

[00:56:30] circadian, circadian rhythm?

[00:56:32] Like I'm not in the circadian rhythm of these

[00:56:34] drops and yeah, I just don't think anybody is.

[00:56:40] I just need that like the flow of it.

[00:56:42] You know what I mean?

[00:56:43] Like, OK, I wake up, I watch the drops or you

[00:56:45] don't need it.

[00:56:46] And I just don't have that anymore.

[00:56:47] Yeah, it's such a weird experience these drops

[00:56:50] because it's like on one hand it is theoretically

[00:56:54] better than nothing.

[00:56:55] But on the other hand, the way that I think

[00:56:58] a big majority of people consume the drops is like,

[00:57:03] you know, like when when like Harry Potter books

[00:57:06] would come out and then there'd be people like in

[00:57:08] the lines to the buying the books who would just

[00:57:11] like shout out the end of the book.

[00:57:14] That's what that's the experience of watching

[00:57:16] the drops where like the first thing you

[00:57:18] hear is like the the biggest highlights

[00:57:22] of the things you need to know.

[00:57:23] And then you go and watch it and it's like

[00:57:26] you're watching for all the super boring other stuff.

[00:57:31] But like you already know everything that's already

[00:57:33] happened, you just you have to at least from my

[00:57:35] brother, you have to watch to like get the context

[00:57:37] of it.

[00:57:38] But like not all of it is even relevant context

[00:57:41] and it's just it's just a weird experience.

[00:57:43] It doesn't make any sense to me.

[00:57:46] But it is what it is, I suppose.

[00:57:49] I just won't understand how to watch them.

[00:57:53] Well, anything else that we should talk about

[00:57:55] from this episode?

[00:57:57] Well, when you when you first did your introduction,

[00:58:00] I was thinking that we're back to a morning

[00:58:02] update and sound like you're going to say good

[00:58:04] morning.

[00:58:05] And I was like, oh, no.

[00:58:07] So I missed that.

[00:58:08] And so I'm happy to have been here today

[00:58:10] just to kind of talk some big brother.

[00:58:12] I haven't been here in a while.

[00:58:14] And you know, the season is actually really entertaining.

[00:58:17] I am enjoying what's been going on.

[00:58:19] I did surprisingly enjoy the movie Night Massacre.

[00:58:23] I know I was speculating that was going to be

[00:58:26] similar to Love Island's movie Night where they

[00:58:29] kind of expose people's like, you know, positions

[00:58:32] in the game or in the house.

[00:58:34] And so I'm happy with the way that that went.

[00:58:36] And I wouldn't actually mind if that's something

[00:58:38] that became a regular part of the movie Night

[00:58:40] Massacre.

[00:58:42] I thought it was actually it could have been

[00:58:45] really interesting if the result was a little

[00:58:47] more interesting.

[00:58:48] So I have to say I'm pleasantly surprised that

[00:58:51] I'm enjoying the season as much as I am.

[00:58:54] And I'm really excited to see who wins head of

[00:58:57] household because I think it will be

[00:58:59] interesting no matter who wins.

[00:59:01] And so looking forward to future episodes.

[00:59:04] All right.

[00:59:05] Well, if you missed that,

[00:59:07] I'm going to go ahead and share some of the

[00:59:10] details with you.

[00:59:11] If you missed it because you're busy watching

[00:59:14] drops or whatever.

[00:59:15] Let's be real.

[00:59:16] Who's doing that?

[00:59:17] In the circle season six.

[00:59:19] Oh, yeah.

[00:59:20] They're first batch of episodes.

[00:59:22] I got to explain quickly.

[00:59:24] I was like, wait, what?

[00:59:25] I haven't even watched these yet.

[00:59:27] Yeah.

[00:59:28] I mean when I when I heard that there was

[00:59:31] a circle season coming up, my first reaction

[00:59:33] was kind of like, all right.

[00:59:35] It's like, you know, it's there's been so

[00:59:38] many of them.

[00:59:39] And they were releasing so rapidly.

[00:59:41] But you know what?

[00:59:42] Like there was there was actually a big break.

[00:59:45] And and by the time I started watching these

[00:59:47] episodes, I was like, I was feeling like, OK,

[00:59:49] I'm actually actually in the mood for this right now.

[00:59:51] Like it's been a little while.

[00:59:53] And on top of that is a fresh new take on it.

[00:59:57] You know, like when the circle first started,

[00:59:59] it was, oh, look, people are going to get catfished.

[01:00:02] Isn't that so fun?

[01:00:04] You know, by season five of the U.S.

[01:00:06] version, it was like, can we just be done with the cat?

[01:00:09] Like it's so tired.

[01:00:10] It's so boring.

[01:00:11] Like there's no point to it.

[01:00:13] So they finally introduced something a little more

[01:00:16] interesting, which is that one of the players is an

[01:00:20] eye, which is I've only watched a very big,

[01:00:23] like the very beginning of the first episode.

[01:00:26] And so I haven't gotten to the A.I.

[01:00:28] introduction, but I definitely think that is fun.

[01:00:31] I want to see people figuring out or questioning

[01:00:35] things.

[01:00:37] I do think it adds an interesting element.

[01:00:39] And so they're not necessarily catfish hunting,

[01:00:42] but now they're A.I.

[01:00:43] hunting.

[01:00:44] And so that's cool.

[01:00:45] Yeah.

[01:00:46] It's like a Turing test in a real.

[01:00:48] It's like X mocking other reality show.

[01:00:50] It's like, yeah.

[01:00:52] You know, like,

[01:00:53] Like it's kind of fun.

[01:00:55] And on top of that,

[01:00:56] I feel like the cast is fun and it feels fresh

[01:01:00] and it feels fun again for the first time in a while

[01:01:03] for me.

[01:01:04] So definitely check it out.

[01:01:05] If you haven't,

[01:01:06] we're doing weekly coverage in the first four episodes.

[01:01:09] Coverage has already dropped.

[01:01:11] I want to check it out.

[01:01:12] And apart from that,

[01:01:14] I will be talking to Kale at tomorrow.

[01:01:16] So make sure you tune in for that.

[01:01:18] I think the plan will be for a Friday podcast,

[01:01:21] assuming we get these,

[01:01:23] you know, two drops Thursday and Friday.

[01:01:26] So, you know,

[01:01:27] be on the lookout.

[01:01:29] Here's the thing with Big Brother Canada,

[01:01:31] you can't ever really tell what it's good.

[01:01:33] Whether there's going to be anything to talk about.

[01:01:35] So it's going to be on quite a few Friday night episodes.

[01:01:38] So when there was no content, there was no me.

[01:01:41] So yeah, you never know what happens.

[01:01:43] So what you need to do is subscribe,

[01:01:45] subscribe to the channel,

[01:01:46] subscribe to the feed,

[01:01:47] whatever it is that you're consuming.

[01:01:49] And then it doesn't matter when it'll pop up.

[01:01:51] It'll either pop up or won't.

[01:01:53] And then you'll have it or you won't.

[01:01:55] So that's that's the play.

[01:01:57] And so that's that's what we're doing.

[01:02:00] You can find me on Twitch and watching these episodes live.

[01:02:03] And it's a fun good time.

[01:02:05] And I'm playing all kinds of social strategy games and such on the weekends often as well.

[01:02:11] So check all that out.
