BB28 Wednesday Live Feed Update July 15, 2026

Big Brother 28 live feeds are all about shifting alliances and a scramble to lock in votes as eviction approaches. Hosted by Taran Armstrong, this recap dives deep into how week one’s power players and floaters are navigating a rapidly changing house. AJ joins to help break down every deal, campaign, and misstep from the July 15th live feeds.

Dee takes the reins as the current Head of Household, having nominated Mallory, Taylor, and Yash. After Mallory secures the Veto and saves herself, Dee puts Ashley up as a replacement. The eviction target is in constant flux, with Ashley unexpectedly drawing attention as a potential eviction, even though she started as a pawn. The vote still threatens to become split, with houseguests aligning and realigning at every turn. Notably, paranoia is running high, fueled by rumors of a supposed gym alliance meeting and by shifting alliances like the β€œcrossovers” (Dee, Devens, Angela, Drew, Barrett) and Red Corner adding and dropping allies as trust wavers.

  • Dee and Barrett’s growing closeness could shift both their positions in the alliance structure, and AJ points out this pairing is raising suspicions across the house.
  • Drew is playing with fire, gathering and leaking information to multiple groupsβ€”a tactic Taran describes as risky and likely unsustainable.
  • Angela’s paranoia over a rumored alliance meeting in the gym cascades into major strategy shifts, sparking the crossovers to rethink their priorities and solidify keeping Ashley over Taylor or Yash.
  • AJ highlights how some houseguests (like Kamu and Haley) capitalize on this paranoia to forge a Red Corner/crossovers hybrid, quietly uniting the numbers against floating targets.
  • A funny moment: Taylor accidentally drops a tray of champagne glasses in the dark before a birthday celebration, bringing some comic relief to a tense day.

The conversation focused on whether the newly formed hybrid alliance will stick together and if Taylor or Yash will find a lifeline in the shifting sandsβ€”or if Dee’s group has finally learned how to pull house votes from behind the scenes. Will these power brokers make the right call, or are they headed for disaster as eviction approaches?

Tune in for the full recap and see who’s shaping up as a BB28 kingpinβ€”or a casualty.

[00:01:01] This summer, serve up the cookout classics, Heinz ketchup and Kraft singles. Every good burger needs a layer of perfectly melty cheese and thick, rich ketchup. We all know it's not a cookout without Heinz and Kraft. Good morning, Darren Armstrong, toxic brother, looking at the stuff from yesterday.

[00:01:34] All the drama, all the strategy, and silliness from Fido to HOH. Single season, you know he is the reason. You know what's happening. Rob said that he could do it. Tomorrow he will do it again.

[00:01:59] Hello, everyone, and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for July 15th. I'm your host, Taran Armstrong, and I'm here to update you on everything that happened yesterday on the Big Brother 28 live feeds. It was day eight in the house, and it was a big day. It was a long day.

[00:02:24] We have finally gotten to some of the campaigning for who might be evicted this week. We've got some shifting of structure and all kinds of nonsense going on, including some peak paranoia. So to talk through it all, I've got AJ with me. How are you doing, AJ? I'm doing great, Darren. I'm super excited

[00:02:48] to be here. I'll be about 50 with you when the cast dropped. I wasn't the most inspired person. I was like, okay, this is fine. It's going to be average. But especially after yesterday, I think you might argue with me with one or two people, but I think 17 out of 70 people came to play. And I love that. I'm with you. I feel like that's true. And I feel like we are getting some fun stuff. I feel like

[00:03:13] there is a level of knowledge, like a baseline level of knowledge that they're all operating from, which is so interesting. I even heard Mallory talk about, I'm pretty sure that's called an onion alliance. Like, what are... Oh, this is fantastic. Which, by the way, does not mean that they're all like phenomenal players and not making mistakes. But it's very fun for them not to be making like

[00:03:41] the same mistakes that we always see from people who know nothing, right? So I think that's kind of fun. Like, I think you have a season like Big Brother 20 when you have like the power alliance also like not only good at concept, but also have basically all the knowledge of Big Brother. And the other side is like floundering around. Like, even if like what people are trying to make as a side happen, like one side has enough knowledge and like are like capable enough in competitions where I think

[00:04:07] this is going to be a fun season, like no matter how it plays out. Yeah. Uh, so let's get into it. Of course, D is the HOH. She initially nominated Mallory Taylor and Yash, but Mallory won the veto, took herself off the block and Ashley went up in her place. Uh, Ashley was originally not supposed to be a target, but then the target shifted to Ashley because the nominees have been doing a decent job of campaigning for

[00:04:33] themselves and the target keeps shifting up and down, uh, and all over the place. So, uh, so who really knows? And it's not really been a super big, uh, thing that, that I've been talking about because it's, it's been so all over the place, but we're going to start to pin down exactly where people want to go by the end of today. So, uh, when it comes to the vote, don't worry. Uh, we'll have some insight,

[00:05:01] not all, but some, um, like, I feel like today we're going to solidify like where the votes are going to happen. But I think after today you have a clear point of view of like where people interest are. And like, I love how like all three noms, there's like a subset of people that are interested in that person saying, which I think is going to be a good fight. I know, um, Melody says, um, it's probably going to be unanimous vote. Like these tend to happen like that, but I genuinely think if everyone's playing optimally for themselves, like this would be like a split house.

[00:05:28] Right. And I mean, the thing about the unanimous vote is that like, if the vote is something like, uh, you know, there's, there's what there's ultimately going to be 14 votes total. So if the vote is something like eight to six or nine to five, uh, the six or the five go, okay, I, they, they concede, you know, like they're like nominees, uh, in a primary, they're like, all right,

[00:05:53] I'll, I'll give up. I don't, we know we don't have the votes. It's not worth the fight anymore. It doesn't mean that it wasn't a split house. It just means that they knew they didn't have the votes, which is usually what happens. Um, the real, the real problem with like house votes or unanimous votes is when everybody actually is on the same page and they all just want the same person out. That's when it gets really annoying.

[00:06:18] No, genuinely. And I think, um, Ashley is like very lucky that both says she does have a, um, solid knowledge of the game. We learned this in the preseason interviews, but also like there are people that have a, uh, interest in protecting Ashley, because I think in most seasons, the fact that Ashley's not really connected to anyone, most people will want to say, this is the ease vote. This is the house vote. This is a consensus. First we target that we do not need to like draw lines in the sands. These players do not care about drawing lines in the sand. They said you are my enemy.

[00:06:45] I have no issue going to war with you tomorrow. Yeah. So leading up to the day, you know, again, there wasn't really a super strong sense of where anybody in particular stood. There'd been talk from pretty much all angles about every nominee and almost all of them have changed their minds one at one point

[00:07:08] or another. Uh, but, uh, but as I said, we'll, we'll start to see as they solidify where things start to land. In the meantime, though, early in the morning, there's a, is a very funny moment where, uh, Taylor, uh, so this is a Lala's birthday, her 58th birthday. And, uh, on top of that,

[00:07:31] the have nots are going to come off of slop, uh, at midnight. Um, and so they're all kind of prepping for the birthday and Taylor's up early in the morning. Uh, and she's, uh, got this big tray of champagne glasses. I call them glasses, but I don't think they're actually glass. Otherwise, this would have been way worse, but she's got this big tray of champagne. She's like carrying it and

[00:07:59] it's, and it's in the dark by the way, like the lights are off, which is important to this story. Uh, she's got the big tray and it's, she's very careful, very careful. And then one of them starts to tip a little bit and she adjusts the entire tray to try to protect that one. And the entire

[00:08:20] tray on the floor trying to pick up the glasses, uh, big brother turns the lights on and

[00:08:38] just such an immensely relatable moment to be like, I don't want them to know this happened. And please turn the lights back on and let me just fix it. Or sorry, off. Turn them off. Yeah. Cause she was genuinely like stunned for a moment and like try to make sure like everything was okay. Cause I was like, Oh, this is loud. Maybe it works on up,

[00:09:06] but she was like trying her hardest. Big brother did not have to be rude to her and like put her on blast like that. But it was, uh, good stuff. Good stuff. Um, all right. So back to the game. Uh, if we recall the night before drew Rome melody and lyric kind of came together, not came together together because they didn't actually come together as a four. Uh, but they started to put together this,

[00:09:35] uh, this alliance of four, um, that, uh, was really started by melody and lyric as the haughty harmonies, um, and, uh, kind of bringing their, their men, so to speak together as well in a four and then hoping to sort of branch out from that. Um, you know, unlucky for lyric turns

[00:09:59] out Rome is, uh, perhaps, you know, not, he had did not get the memo to keep that a secret. We'll talk about that. Um, and unfortunately for melody, same is true of drew. Uh, these men be walking out. Have they not watched love island here? And like they should know you cannot trust these guys. These men just keep exploring. And so drew is already, uh, exposing this,

[00:10:27] telling Devins about this for, of course, this is not a surprise for drew at all. He is telling all of his information and in many ways, like Quinn before him, that is only making his alliance more suspicious of him. Now here's my thing. I, I like drew. I think drew is a very capable player. Drew makes me so nervous. Like drew scares me so much in this game because he actively divulges

[00:10:51] everything to, um, the crossroads, uh, with Angela, crossovers, same thing. I gotta make sure because I get it wrong so often. I gotta make sure. But drew like spills his entire heart and guts to them. Like Angela doesn't trust them fully. Uh, D doesn't trust them fully. Devins and Barak have to reassure them. Like, no, drew is truly with us. And it also scares me that everyone sees what

[00:11:18] drew's doing. Cause everyone's like, no, I'm good with drew drew's with these other people drew brings back information. So everyone understands what drew is doing. Everyone sees what drew is doing and no one's upset with it now because they think it benefits them. The moment like drew has to like, actually like pick a side, like they're not going to be mad at Angela and Barrett and Devis because drew chose them. They're really mad at drew because why didn't you choose us through? Why? So I feel like drew's like playing a very tight wire game that I do not know if he can balance it all the way to the end.

[00:11:49] It's definitely dangerous. And as over the course of the day, we see it continue to sort of unravel, uh, to some degree within the crossovers because of their paranoia of him. Um, and, uh, in the real question starts to become, can the crossovers continue their stranglehold on the game or will their distaste for the red corner and distrust of drew kind of start to unravel it? And we have kind

[00:12:16] of an answer by the end of the night, at least a temporary one. Um, Haley, uh, at this point is somebody who would actually rather see Taylor go than Ashley. She does see Ashley as a number for the other side. And this is important and important sort of place for her to be. Um, Angela is also a bit more anti Taylor pro Ashley because of Angela's recent suspicions and paranoia

[00:12:41] that there was a brand meeting that took place in the gym. Um, which I just to continue to clear this up because we've already talked about it, but I want to make sure that I reiterate that there was technically a meeting in the gym of mama's angels. It was Jason Lala and, uh, and Rome. And they did

[00:13:04] talk some strategy in there, but it was not a massive large alliance where Rome summoned people to the gym. And like, they, you know, had some sort of rally, uh, but that's what Angela thought was happening. And at first we were kind of thinking like, oh, this is Angela. She's being paranoid, but it turns out

[00:13:29] like this is going to be pretty important, uh, to the potentially complete total trajectory of the game. Um, because, uh, Angela ever since having, uh, learning about, um, you, uh, learning about the, the Jason stuff and the Lala stuff about how they don't like her very much. Uh, she has been really, you know, she, she's been in her head a bit, which is understandable, but also like Angela is just,

[00:13:58] it's in her nature, I think to confront people about this stuff, to talk to them about it and to, to talk to anybody about it. And she really wants to, to talk to people about it. So instead, because she can't, because that would give up her positioning and the positioning of Drew and everything. She's going around and telling people like, I know things. I, I know, I know when people

[00:14:27] are laughing behind my back, not you, not you, but I know what's happening. So, you know, like she really wants to tell them, but she can't give them the details. Um, and so it's also causing her to be extra suspicious and paranoid about things. And that includes this big gym alliance meeting. And so because of this big gym alliance meeting that she suspects includes

[00:14:53] people like Jason and Lala, she thinks, well, Taylor is a number for them might've even been part of that alliance meeting. Uh, now this is compounded by the alliance that Yash proposed a day or two ago that included himself, Taylor, Rome, Jason, and, and, and all of these in Barrett and Barrett knew about this alliance. And so Barrett now has knowledge that there is an alliance being proposed

[00:15:19] with all of the people that Angela is suspicious were up in the gym and it's becoming concrete in Angela's mind. And this is why she similarly wants Ashley to stay and Taylor to go. So I'm setting this up, not because it's specifically something that happened yesterday, but because it's important context for the rest of what happens yesterday. Yeah. Like, like little did I know a fake alliance meeting is going to like

[00:15:46] very much determine how this entire week is going to play out. Maybe even the next few weeks of, um, big brother, because I think if you've been following along the past like few days, you notice that like D Devin's, uh, Drew and Barrett, they're like in the middle. And the question is, who do I like least today? Do I dislike the red room today, the red corner today, or do I dislike, uh, the Jason Lala duo today? And the question is like, who is worse in my mind? And Angela says, I have an answer for you. Let me tell you all about it. Yes.

[00:16:15] So Yash is in the meantime, starting to campaign against the cool kids and the cool kids is terminology that is now spreading. Um, and, uh, there are actually various people who are claiming to be the origin of this. Uh, I believe Drew took some credit for it. Um, that when he was talking to Mallory and then Mallory started spreading it, but Taylor also, uh, believes that she was the

[00:16:41] originator of the cool kids. She talks to Devon's later. He refers to them as the cool kids. She's like, you're saying that too. And he's like, yeah, it's been going around. She's like, I started that. Uh, but either way, the cool kids are the red corner. They're Kamu, Haley and Chuck. That's what people are referring to them as in the house, which is very fun for me. Uh, considering that's terminology I like to use. Um, and so, uh, Yash starts to pitch against them and he's been against

[00:17:09] them for the most part. But of course, um, he is, uh, now I think a little more actively doing it and also including D into his pitches now as well. Uh, that, Hey, D put me up on the block. I feel like she's working with them. We might as well be like putting her up on the block. Uh, or I could put her up on the block as well. Like if that kind of thing. Um, and this is in large part because

[00:17:37] I do think the crossovers have been starting to get a little messy here. Um, one, uh, tenet of big brother strategy that, uh, I've always feel is best, uh, exemplified by, uh, Kevin Jacobs, um, who is now a big proponent of this is that, uh, it's some, it, it sometimes doesn't matter what your decision is as long as you make it, uh, and commit to it. And right now the crossovers have spent kind of

[00:18:06] days just in this phase of like, let's keep our options open. Let's, let's not, you know, mind one way or another. Uh, and they keep talking to all of the nominees, um, but not really committing necessarily to any particular one. And Yash is somebody that they have kind of mostly assumed they're just going to vote out and haven't spent, I would say enough time to really lock him in and

[00:18:30] make sure that he's not going to drift away. Um, and again, that's in part because they kind of plan to vote him out, but, uh, but they have still talked about like the option of potentially keeping him on occasion. Um, but either way, he's drifting more and more toward that Rome side of things, uh, over the course of the week. And by the day yesterday, he's kind of firmly there. Um, and, uh,

[00:18:56] even though they don't really include him in things like that's sort of where he falls on, uh, on the spectrum in the house. If we knew more about our sleep, what would we do differently? Would we go to bed at a consistent time or take steps to reduce interruptions to our sleep with sleep score? Apple watch measures your bedtime consistency, interruptions, and sleep duration. Then every morning it combines these factors into an easy to understand score from one to a hundred. So you'll

[00:19:26] know how to take the quality of your sleep from okay to very high. Know your sleep score with Apple watch iPhone 11 or later required. Tomorrow morning is knocking stock your fridge. Now. How about a creamy mocha frappuccino drink or a sweet vanilla smooth caramel, maybe or white chocolate mocha, whichever you choose delicious coffee awaits. Find Starbucks frappuccino drinks wherever you buy your groceries. And I think this is a bad job on most of the house because especially when you hear

[00:19:55] them talk about the vote on Thursday night, there's a lot of people, at least a large contingency of people that are just assuming that Yash is going to win the blockbuster. So if you are working into your plans that Yash is going to be here next week, you need to be doing everything in your power to make sure like Yash is locked in with you because I know Devin is walking around the house being like, I just want a group. I just want to find someone. Yash really just wants a group and Yash really just wants to find someone. And every time Yash attempts to like reach out and form something,

[00:20:22] it's not that he gets shut down. It's like nothing is ever solidified. Nothing is ever concrete, which leads him still being able to wander. And I genuinely think like the first group or first person to locking Yash, I don't know if Yash is saying, we'll talk about that later on about how the votes will lay out. But if y'all assume Yash is saying, I do think Rome is in the best position right now to lock Yash in. Yes, I agree. Despite the fact that Rome doesn't seem to care that much for Yash. I need Rome to be like 15% more in this game. Like it's really terrible.

[00:20:53] I really, I mean, we'll talk about it, but I really feel like Rome and Lyric could be not necessarily running this game with Devin's there, but like could be a lot more dangerous than they are if they had, if they just locked in, like because they're so focused on each other. Jason is sort of the de facto leader of the other side and Jason's a bit too messy.

[00:21:16] Rome and Lyric together have a lot of social capital and could really be moving in a way that is a lot more subtle and a lot more interesting if they were not so focused on one another, I think. But hey, you know, they got to do what they got to do, I guess. I don't, I don't know if this is in your docket for today, but there's talks about making an alliance that is making me very mad. I can hold off over thought about that later.

[00:21:45] We can talk about it. Well, I think let's, let me, let me just explain one thing first, which is that I alluded to it already that Rome goes to Jason and Lala, basically his true alliance in the game to let them know that Drew has approached him about this final four with Melody and Lyric. And this to me is one of those things where it's like

[00:22:07] Lyric was part of wanting to originate this alliance as a, as a core. But I think Rome thought it more came from Drew and has now already exposed an idea that Lyric was a part of creating. And I he is, it's just a little messy. Um, you know, like these are not like mama's angels are great, but I don't need to know what you're doing, how you're moving with your showmans necessarily.

[00:22:37] Uh, and so when Jason hears this, he goes, Oh no, that's actually perfect. Because I've also made a deal with Drew and Matt and Melody, uh, called the court jesters, which is funny because I'm using them as court jesters. Uh, and, uh, and so they actually feel like this is pretty good that Drew and Melody are like on their side and in these different pockets of alliances with them.

[00:23:04] I do like that. I'm glad that's how you took it. I liked, I would like to perfect this with like, I like Jason. I do not like what Jason's doing in the game. Oh, and I genuinely felt like this moment in particular was more Jason wanting to not, not feel like he's behind the eight ball that Rome is like Ashley a step ahead of him in this game. Cause that's how it was talking about. Like Rome was talking about how we should feel comfortable with, uh, drew because of the four Alliance and Jason's like, no, you don't have to worry about that because I deployed them to do this.

[00:23:33] And I'm like, Jason, I don't like the way you're framing it. Like I think that was the vibe. So it was like, Oh, I had already gotten to them just so you know, and like, here's my thing. I genuinely think like Jason's fine. I think Jason has like just such a nice welcoming personality generally where I think him like wanting to be like, cause he, I think he wants to be the head. He wants to be the head of this. And that is like really what's

[00:24:00] rubbing a lot of people the wrong way as well as his comments that do not like low key borderline out of game, which, um, particularly Barrett doesn't like, and drew doesn't like. Uh, so I think Jason, like, and Jason had a very interesting comment. Like, I think he was either talking to Lala or by himself being like, I needed to calm down. Like I'm doing too much in the game early on. And I don't think Jason realized like the damage has been done. Like, I think, you know, the saying you can't lose the game in the first week,

[00:24:27] you can't win the game in the first week, but you can definitely lose it. Like Jason is like such a pariah where it's like a lot of people like just being associated with Jason is like lowering their value to other people in the game. Yeah. Especially like the fact that he alludes to drew and melody as his court jesters. It's like, then why did you give them such incredibly damaging information about yourself that can tank your

[00:24:55] position in this game? Uh, it's like, oof. Um, did you see a funny thing? And now this is my last thing to do when we get back on track where the feeds cut and like Jason and drew and melody are like doing a little court jester thing. And it seems like a meeting's about to start. And then drew's like, actually I'm gone. And then melody's like, you know what? I'm gone too. And Jason's like, Oh, okay. I guess I'll leave as well. Pretty classic drew. Uh, in this conversation with Rome and Jason, Lala also brings up that Angela,

[00:25:25] has been cause, cause, um, Jason's kind of bragging that like his manipulations on Angela and Devin's are working because they actually unbeknownst to him got a heads up from drew, uh, about what was going to happen. And now they've been like playing into it more as much as possible. Uh, like, Oh yeah, we really love you. And Angela has been working on Lala who she thinks Haley is bidding her against to be like, Hey, don't trust anything. Anybody says about me saying anything.

[00:25:54] Oh, you. Um, and, uh, and so Lala relays that to Jason and Jason feels like, Oh, we're doing really well. Uh, like we're really pulling them in, uh, to the point where it's starting to feel like Jason actually is more willing to target the cool kids over the, uh, the vets, at least at first, because they're like more pressing threats. Uh, so this information from drew really came in clutch. Uh,

[00:26:21] it turns out because it has allowed Devins and Angela to kind of counter manipulate Jason into dropping them just slightly down the pecking order, uh, which is, you know, obviously very, very good for them. Yeah. Yes. And like, I, I know people have their qualms with Angela, um, yesterday with some of her paranoia and stuff, I don't have a big issues, but I think this is like showing like the growth someone can have after they played before, because Angela in 26, when I've

[00:26:50] played this the way she is doing it and the way that she is playing it is like lowering her target and Jason, I think her and Lala are becoming a lot closer, but Angela's even in her mind is like, I'm glad that they're coming closer to me, but I remember what the, how they initially feel about me and I'm not going to get too invested in them. I'm not going to get too close. I'm going to have these other options on the side. And I like really liked that from Angela in particular. Yes. Now, speaking of Jason, there, there are a couple of things because you know,

[00:27:16] a big plot line throughout the day is, uh, can we trust true and subsequently kind of like, can we trust his information about Jason? Um, and there are two major points, uh, through the day that are going to help, um, corroborate the information that true gave. Uh, one is that Jason is going to give some contradictory statements. Um, he tells Angela that nobody's talking about the vets, but he tells D

[00:27:44] that what there were, there was some talk about the vets. Uh, and, uh, and that's going to like trip him up a little bit. In addition to that, Barrett, uh, was in a conversation with Jason where he was bragging about manipulating Angela. And so Barrett can now also, uh, again, corroborate the information that Drew is giving, although that won't come until a bit later, uh, though we will of course talk about it. Um,

[00:28:12] so, uh, Drew is also going to, Drew's going to have a conversation with Kamu. Uh, Drew has been developing a relationship with Kamu. Um, and, uh, and Kamu at this point is still team keep Yash because he's a bro, uh, and probably get rid of like Ashley at this point because he kind of likes

[00:28:37] Taylor, uh, though he's been changing his mind. Um, so Drew has this information as well. Drew's going to end up bringing this back, uh, to some other people, uh, to the crossovers later, which is going to kind of throw them in a tizzy, but we'll, we'll get to that. Um, Mallory, uh, at this point is still kind of still suspicious of Drew. Um, if, if you recall when Drew had that conversation

[00:29:03] with Mallory where he talked about, uh, the cool kids, he immediately went and talked to D afterward and she was pretty suspicious of that. And she thinks that Drew might be working with D which she is correct about. Um, she also though is a little suspicious of Jason who she feels like everyone seems close to Jason. And they always say, Jason told me this, Jason told me that. Uh, so Mallory

[00:29:29] having some, like, I would say decent instincts in terms of like who not to trust. But the problem is for Mallory, unfortunately that's probably everyone. It's just a matter of like, which ones does she catch on with? I like Mallory's instincts in these games. I think Mallory has the potential to like form something good and like be in a solid thing. The issue I find with Mallory is I do not see her being in a power, not a power position, but in like the majority

[00:29:58] alliance this season. And I feel like she's going to have to fight a battle all season, which I think Mallory is capable of. She shows that she's smart. She talks about the game all the time. Uh, whether it's, um, the game that's happening at now or past seasons of the brother. So, and she has social skills like lyric loves her melody, loves her Taylor loves her. Lala loves her. Like a lot of people like gravitate towards Mallory. So I think Mallory is capable. I just think the other side of the house have already moved past Mallory and

[00:30:24] do not consider Mallory in their long-term plans. Mm-hmm. Uh, but then we get to, I think like, cause the, the, the day was relatively slow, but once we started to get more toward the like late afternoon evening section of the day, uh, things got more interesting because

[00:30:48] Angela goes and talks to D and I swear, I was, I was in the, I was in the time laser back in big brother 25 and Sari and Felicia were laying in the HOH bed, looking at the spy screen. Izzy was pacing back and forth, uh, out of the bed and they were watching people.

[00:31:16] Oh, did you see that person just came? Do you think they were, they were talking game? She think I'm like, Oh my God, this is so suspicious because Angela is really, you know, she's pitching this theory about the gym meetings and she's really suspicious of drew. And so when they saw drew coming out of the gym, I believe having just talked to Kamu, uh, they were like, wow,

[00:31:42] what were they talking about? We need to, who else is in the gym? We need to, we need to wait. We need to, we need to watch and see who else comes out. And, and then at some point, like somebody else walks up, but the problem is that like, you don't really know if they're coming from the gym or the upstairs DR. Uh, and so like another person eventually, Oh, look at, look at that. Somebody else just, they're like, they're just walking out one by one. They're just walking out

[00:32:11] one by one. And, uh, and unlike I would say Devin's, uh, D seems particularly susceptible to falling into a bit of Angela's paranoia. I don't think she's prepared with what Angela brings. And so she actually is like, this might be true. Uh, and, and I, I think she's, she's genuine in this moment and feeling the paranoia with Angela on top of the fact that she did bring it up to Devin's

[00:32:39] night before that she was a little suspicious of drew and Devin's kind of tried to back drew up, but, but D was kind of like, I think there might actually be something here. And so they're watching, they're watching the cameras. Like, and I'm telling you anytime anybody came up the stairs to walk over

[00:32:56] toward it or away from it. Oh, no. Wait, where is she going? And like sometimes nowhere. And it's, it's a long time. I'm telling it's, I can't convey to you how ridiculous it was to watch

[00:33:20] and how funny it was to watch because it's a very long time. It's a good, like 15, at least minutes or, you know, maybe longer. I can't remember of them doing this. Like, Oh my God, what are they doing? Somebody comes and rings the doorbell cause they want to talk and they're like, just pretend we're not here. We need, we need to see who's in that. Uh, and like, Oh my God, this is so ridiculous.

[00:33:42] Um, and then, and then eventually the, uh, the camera person, uh, finally is like, all right, it's time. And they cut to an empty gym. No, it was like genuinely funny because it really was 15 or 20 minutes of them. Just looking at the screen and of those 15 or 20 minutes, 18 of those minutes was nothing. Nothing was happening at all.

[00:34:12] And I think, what was it? Drew walked out the first two minutes and then Tom, we walked out like three, four minutes after him. Like they're just staring at nothing, but like are building so many scenarios. Like, I bet you melody's in there. We just got to wait for melody to come out. Oh, Ashley, what is Ashley doing in here? Angela at one point, let's just walk into the gym and confront them, which I wish they would have done. Cause that'd be so funny. Them walking to an empty gym, kicking the door open. All right. The jig is

[00:34:47] they must've, they must've left already, I guess. It was so good. It was so much fun. Um, and this is really where like, I was like, Oh man, this again, it's reminding me of Sari and Felicia and Izzy. And we know what happened to that story. They took out Hysam. They like turn, they ate themselves and then they ended up with no,

[00:35:13] uh, no soldiers, uh, not enough soldiers left to, uh, to fight the oncoming war. Um, and it's like, this is how these alliances fall. Um, so, you know, we'll see where it goes. Um, I would like to say, and I know people were like, particularly on Angela last night and D a little bit about being paranoid, being a paranoid person, being paranoid player. I think paranoia is like really good. And it's actually a very necessary trait to have in this game. I think,

[00:35:41] um, by being paranoid, you are building yourself up a defense system from possible other options that could happen. Like you could like, you know, over be pair overly paranoid. Like Angela was in 26 and like call people out, which is not a productive way to use paranoia. Or you can do what Angela and D does, um, throughout the course of this evening, which is use your paranoia and build something more solid or bring something together that can defend you against other people acting weird. Like even if you feel Drew's acting weird, you're building something where you're doing, you're not as

[00:36:08] stressed out about Drew being, um, a little bit weird or having these other connections. And I think if you're not paranoid, you could be like, uh, Rome or, uh, Taylor or Latrice who like do not see that the other side is like building something against you while you are over here playing lollygagging whoopsie daisy, happy birthday. Like other people are playing the game and y'all lack of paranoia. Your lack of agency could be like your downfall this week. Why Taylor could go home this week and why y'all could be like the house target of the next two, three weeks.

[00:36:38] A healthy dose of paranoia can be very useful. I think the key is that you can't let it get out of control. Um, paranoia is good in the sense that it makes you think of things you wouldn't have thought about otherwise. It makes you think up theories that there is no evidence for the, the key is you need to find evidence for it before you actually run with it. And you can't be obvious

[00:37:05] about searching for evidence. Um, like if you are worried that there's an alliance happening, you know, if you're worried that there was a group being meeting up in the gym and that people were being summoned, just keep an eye out for that group. He talked to people, see how they feel about the other, like see how they talk about the, the other people that are supposed to be in that group. Get a sense of who's voting with who, uh, you know, like there are ways to determine who's

[00:37:33] actually loyal to somebody else. And if you know, if you suspect a connection, it's a lot easier to figure it out in a very subtle way. Um, what you should not do is, I think there was a meeting that happened and I say that, but not always because sometimes intentional or not, you help plant a

[00:37:56] seed that makes other people paranoid. Uh, so anyway, uh, Rome and Devins do have a check-in. Uh, remember Rome and Devins had that conversation over the chess, uh, board where Devins was pitching that they were both threats. They've ever since been really like, they've been occasionally checking in. They have a decent relationship. Uh, it's really becoming clear that Devins actually seems to be in one of the better positions in the crossovers alliance. Um, especially as Barrett is

[00:38:25] gravitating more toward D and more on that later. Um, because Devins still maintains a very solid connection to the crossovers while starting to have a drew like level of, uh, spider webs, uh, kind of sprawling out, uh, everywhere else. Um, and that includes this Rome connection, uh, which is very good. And in fact, Devins really likes Rome himself. He says so after Rome leaves the room, like, yeah, I like Rome, maybe a little too much.

[00:38:57] Like, I think that's fair, but also look at what Rome is bringing Devins. Rome is giving Devins like a lot of good information. Like Rome's not drew and just spewing everything and then dipping Rome is saying like, here's what I know. Here's how it impacts you. Here's what I think you should do to better your game. And like, that's the type of ally you want. Someone who can like think through things through, like cover your blind spots for you and help you improve in this game. So I understand why Devin likes Rome. I just think like the fact that there are sides, like Rome just

[00:39:25] happens to be quote unquote on the wrong side, even though I, I genuinely believe Taron, if D and Angel was not in this game, like Devins will be on the wrong. We'll pause. If Jason did not do what Jason did, uh, to Devins, that's actually more right. If Jason didn't do what Jason did to Devins, Devins will be on that side more likely because I think he generally likes these people and he spends every waking moment trying to distance himself from the Kamus of the world, from the Haley's of

[00:39:49] the world, from the Chucks of the world. I really, I think it, it cannot go understated how much drew saved the crossovers, uh, because they were all gravitating toward the Jason side of things away from the red corner, uh, which is a worse position for them. Uh, they were in a really good spot with the red corner, but D was so fed up with Haley and what they were up to. And, uh, and

[00:40:18] they were kind of starting to gravitate away from them. D hadn't even talked to Kamu in a couple of days, uh, which we'll, we'll get to. Um, and they were all just shifting in this direction. And if that had continued and they were like super willing to sacrifice the red corner super early without even needing to, uh, and then just like kind of settle in with the rest of the house,

[00:40:43] they would have found themselves on the bottom of that structure because Jason is near the top of that structure and very anti vet. Uh, but getting that warning about Jason and knowing that Jason is in a good position with Rome and Lala and this entire crew has made them realize, I think to some degree, maybe we do need the red corner. Maybe we can't be dropping them quite so soon. Maybe

[00:41:09] making sure we stay in the middle is important. Um, and, and that's genuinely huge. Uh, so, um, you know, very, very crucial information I would say, because it's not just that Jason is talking about it. It's that Jason is clearly talking about it. If he's willing to talk about it with Drew with all of those people, including Lyric and Rome and Lala. And so, uh, so that's something that you

[00:41:34] should be pretty concerned about. I agree. So, uh, Angela D drew and Barrett do have a chance to come together, uh, later in the night, uh, not super late in the night, but, um, and they're up in the like little balcony area, which is very annoying because they don't have great soundproofing. Um,

[00:41:58] and, uh, and they are talking through their options and they have kind of all come to the conclusion that Ashley should be the person they keep because they need to take out numbers on the, on the Rome Jason side of things. And Taylor is a number for that side. Yash is also a potential number for that side. So Yash is still for sure the, uh, the primary target as he seems like he'd

[00:42:24] be the most capable of winning more competitions. But, uh, Taylor was somebody that they were kind of initially planning to keep. In fact, he has given Taylor her word many times that she plans to break tie in favor of her. And that's potentially a bit of an issue, uh, given their ultimate direction, but we'll see. Um, but the point is that they kind of conclude that Ashley is somebody that they might be able to pull in, uh, and that isn't just a de facto member of the other side. Uh,

[00:42:53] and then lo and behold, Ashley comes up and joins them. Um, by the way, this is, uh, Drew is telling them like Kamu's not with us on this. Uh, Kamu wants Ashley gone. Kamu wants Yash to stay. And they, I think incorrectly take that as just like locked. They're like, ah, damn. So red corner isn't going to help us in this vote. We need to find out, we need to find a way to get votes to save Ashley

[00:43:19] that don't include the red corner. And it's like, you've got, you've done such a great job of accumulating all of this power and influence. You know, you can use it, right? Like you can change people's minds. Uh, but they don't, I think realize how powerful this is, you know, D and Devins are survivor players and you can't wield power and influence in this way, uh, on survivor

[00:43:44] in the same way that you can on big brother. Um, and Angela has never been in this position before Barrett and drew have never played before. And so, uh, I think they don't realize the power of their position. And so instead they're kind of coming up with these whack-a-mamey schemes. Uh, and as Ashley comes and joins them in this conversation, they're, they're way too messy about this. They're like all they're talking about like, yeah, we're considering you or Taylor and go ahead.

[00:44:12] Like it is so ridiculous, Taryn, the way they talk about Ashley's to Ashley's face. Like they are just being like, Hey, yeah, I know you think you feel good. There's a good chance you're going home, especially if you're up against Taylor. I don't think you can survive against Taylor. I don't even think we can do anything. You better win that blockbuster. Actually, if you want to stay in the game. And then it also gets a little bit egregious later on in the conversation where like Ashley's still sitting there, but now drew Barrett and D are

[00:44:39] in the other side of the couch whispering about Ashley. And I'm like, yo, it's so much. And it's so sloppy. Uh, it's, it really is like, you can go in with the right knowledge, but you need to be able to execute properly as well. And this was just messy, especially because it was such a giveaway as to like their connection. Now I also want to point out that during this entire period of time,

[00:45:07] Barrett and D are like, you see that movie together, uh, with, um, uh, Alison Brie and, uh, the other guy, uh, where like they start to just like, uh, morph into one human. It's a horror movie. That's D and, uh, and Barrett, uh, over the last day, basically like they, they're, they're becoming

[00:45:35] glued together with the cuddling and, uh, James, not, it's not James Franco, right? James Franco is the, uh, the other brother. It's Dave Franco. Thank you. Um, it was a good movie by the way. I thought so, um, it's like, that's not great, right? Like Barrett is one of the valuable, like free agents of

[00:46:00] this group because the vets are always going to be tied together in some capacity and we'll get, I know, I guess we'll just talk about it now, but like, as they talk later, like they, the Ashley leaves, Angela comes, drew leaves, Angela leaves, and it's just Barrett and D and they talk for another like hour. And Barrett is basically like, I think at this point it's a lost cause.

[00:46:27] People are just going to see us as a, as a thing now. Um, and they're like, yeah, I guess so. Like, it's just kind of becoming a bit of a given. Um, and, uh, and they're not even going to try to hide it anymore. I think because they just enjoy the cuddling too much. Uh, and so first of all, you know, stay on the lookout. We're probably going to have to come up with a name for

[00:46:49] this. Uh, and I, I guess maybe it's B. I haven't looked. Um, but, uh, I like B. I like B. He's not bad, right? Um, but like, this is definitely not great for the structure of their alliance because it, it re it takes out one of your key players and, uh, and creates a bit of a bigger target on, uh, on D, uh, and, and Barrett. Uh, like if now you're looking at you, like you're not connecting D to

[00:47:19] red corner as much anymore, where you've got extra people like, um, you know, like Kamu and Haley and Chuck to take out if they're on the block. Now it's like, if you do nominate it, well, it's not quite there yet, but it's getting to the point where if you would nominate D you'd probably nominate Barrett too. If they continue this, this path. Um, it's the opposite of the parachute structure that drew is trying to set up. He tried to get Barrett to have Mallory be his person, but that's just not

[00:47:46] happening at the moment. And again, I'm not anti showmans as a rule. Uh, I think that it can be very effective, but I do think that if you're going to operate a structure like this, it's very important to keep this on the down low is at least for now. Um, but Hey, you know, uh, if you have a chance to cuddle with D you're probably going to not turn it down, I guess. I'm not saying, you know, right. Um, but here's the issue. I think D a lot of the house already

[00:48:14] associated with the cool kids. Um, and not so much anymore. These like now with tertiary part of that, they look at Devin's and Angela more closely tied to them. However, the issues with Barrett, because I think everyone in their mama loved Barrett wanted to pull Barrett in, wanted Barrett a part of their structure. And people are talking less about that with Barrett now. And that's because he's spending so much time next to D where it's basically like, okay, either D already got him or some of these people are still sketched out with D and, or some of

[00:48:43] these other people. And it's like, I can't trust Barrett to keep this to just himself. He's probably going to tell someone during pillow talk who, you know, it happens. So I think Barrett is still in a good position. I think Barrett's still in the best position of the house. However, it's not as strong as I think it was just a couple of days ago. Yeah, for sure. Uh, anyway, so they coach, uh, back to the big conversation with Ashley, they coach her up. Um, and, and again, like they're really like dropping stuff on her and ask and asking her to do a lot of work. And it's like,

[00:49:13] you have to know that the nominee themselves is not going to be able to do this work for you. Uh, if you want Ashley to stay, you kind of have to make it happen yourself because Ashley's not going to have the power to do this, but they're, but they're telling Ashley, go talk to Taylor, try to get her vote, try to pitch to the, uh, the, like the roms out of the house that like you're, you're, you're with the women and you're going to be targeting the cool kids and all of this stuff. She's like, got all this stuff in her head.

[00:49:38] Um, and she goes and she talks to Taylor, uh, to like do this. Um, and it's, and it's just like, this couldn't have gone worse for the crossovers because now Ashley's talking to Taylor and saying, yeah, I've, uh, I'm hearing that, uh, that people want to keep Yash and that we need to like, we need to work with each other to try to vote Yash out because, uh, the, the, this other side of the house is going to keep Yash over us. And Taylor's like, who, who,

[00:50:08] who's this other side of the house? Kamu, Chuck, Haley, they want to keep Yash around, which they were telling Ashley. Um, and like, yeah, but like who else? Well, I think like, I think they have numbers and it's like D and Devens and Angela and Drew and Barrett.

[00:50:30] Oh, yo, Ashley. And it's like, oh my God, what have they done? They created a monster. Like Lord knows they are lucky Ashley talked to Taylor of all people and not someone like, uh, Lala because Taylor's just, I'll say my thoughts for Taylor later on, but Taylor was basically like out of it. Like, no, there's just trios. Why are we talking about that? Like Taylor's just so

[00:50:58] over it and just wants to eat. Like she didn't have the proper time to like sit with the information and be like, Whoa, wait a minute. Ashley just named a tire on her side. Cause if there's a majority, that's the majority. And I thought I was good with some of these people. She does, um, later on, um, talk to Angela about it. And I think Devens, but I think that was more of a place of hurt and not as much of a place of, Oh, Ashley just laid out the board. They got really lucky because Taylor did not really believe this. She's had many conversations with

[00:51:28] Devens and Angela and doesn't believe that they would vote against her. She asks Angela about it pretty much right away. And it was like, Oh, absolutely not. I'm so glad that you came to me about this. That's not true at all. Uh, that's just, I'm so happy that you talked to me because we should always talk to each other girls. Uh, cause Lala's there. Um, and, uh, and she completely denies it, uh, that she would not, that she would vote Taylor. And Taylor doesn't even mention like

[00:51:53] the whole grouping of people. She just is talking about Angela and Devens here. And I think the, like the naming of those people kind of went nowhere, but like that was incredibly dangerous for them. And it's because Drew was there with Barrett, with Dee like, and Barrett and Dee are cuddling. And Drew is talking with them openly, strategically talking about Ashley and how she should stay to keep, if she wants to stay in the house and, and while still not being super reassuring about them

[00:52:19] being on her side in the whole, it was, it's just, it was so, so messy, uh, and really could have, and still could, uh, be such a disaster. Um, but, uh, but for now they, they averted that disaster. Uh, we'll, we'll see what happens from here, but like if they want to keep Ashley, they, again, they really need to commit to it and start bringing her in, which they start to do later in the night. Things, things start to turn around, but, uh, there's a, there's a, an unlikely savior for them

[00:52:48] here, um, as, as things, uh, continue through the night. So, uh, Angela later rejoins the conversation. Drew has left, Ashley's gone, and Angela's talking to Barrett and Dee, who are still cuddling. Um, and, uh, and Angela goes, okay, so first of all, Taylor told me about some, I don't know what she's talking about. Like that's, I thought that was the important information. Angela's kind of

[00:53:17] going to tell. She doesn't really even bother. No. More important. What was Drew saying? Did he give you guys any information after he left and came back? You're like, what? What do you mean? Like when he was talking to us? You know, he, he, he left and he came back. Like he had something to tell you. What did he tell you? Like, I don't, Drew didn't leave. You left. Drew stayed here. He was talking

[00:53:42] with us. I don't know. He left. He left for like, uh, like he left and then he came toward the stairs and then he was like, well, and then he came back. Um, and they're like, I really don't think, by the way, I'm pretty sure Drew did leave and come back at one point. Yes, he did. Um, but, but Barrett and Dee do not remember this. Uh, and they're like, Barrett's like looking at Dee, like, I don't think Drew left. Uh, and Dee's like, I don't remember him leaving. Uh, and, and just like,

[00:54:11] no, I'm telling you he left. And then did he tell you anything? Cause he, he, I saw him leave. Uh, and Dee's like, am I being gaslit right now? Like what? I don't remember this at all. Uh, and are we talking about the same person? And Andrew's like, yeah, with Drew, with the droopy eyes. Uh-oh. Oh my gosh. Uh-oh. I can already see it in the future.

[00:54:42] Drew, Drew, Drew with your droopy eyes. Like, it's so funny. This also goes like for five, six minutes of Angela and Dee and Barrett just trying to figure out whether or not Drew, Taryn's such unimportant information for five or six minutes. Like did Drew leave and come back? Or was Drew sitting here the entire time? Like, does it really matter? Does it matter at all? And that's what Barrett eventually gets to. He's like, listen, if the point is that you're not

[00:55:12] trusting Drew right now, you don't need to be doing that. Drew is totally fine. Like he is like, I don't know what conversations you've had with him, but he is telling me everything. And he's talking about how much he's into this Alliance, how important it feels to him and how great that he thinks we're doing. Like he is so fully on board. Um, and Dee's like, yeah, I mean, I was a little suspicious. Uh, and he's like, I had the same thought, but I'm telling you,

[00:55:38] he's so on board. Uh, and, and I even heard, and this is when he tells Angela about his corroboration of the Jason information. Like I was in a, in the storage room when Jason's talking about how he was bragging about like tricking you, Angela. So like that, that did like, I can confirm that was happening. Uh, I think the, like he's telling me and, and here's, here's the problem. I think that like, you know, we don't always get a chance to talk. And sometimes you tell one person a thing

[00:56:07] and you don't remember which person in the Alliance you've told there's so much going on. Um, uh, and later D is talking to the cameras and says, says this to, she's like, I can't, I can't remember all the conversations I'm having, uh, to which I, uh, was thinking to myself, yeah. Imagine trying to keep track of all of the conversations. Um, but, uh, but yeah, so, so Barrett really backing drew up here

[00:56:32] to, uh, to Angela. Finally, somebody like actually just taking a stand and saying, I think Drew's good. I think we're good with drew. And, uh, and she does reluctantly back down though. You can tell she's a bit disappointed here. Yes. So, uh, Angela then goes and talks to uh, Kamu. Um, actually she probably already talked to Kamu by this point, but I'm trying to

[00:56:59] tell the stories and threads. Um, Angela talks to Kamu and tells him about how, you know, I, I see, she does the, I see people in rooms when I leave, they're laughing. Um, not you, not you, not you Kamu, uh, other people. Um, but I wanted to let you know that like, I've decided this,

[00:57:23] that's what I want. Uh, and he's like, I'm, I'm so down for that. It's so funny watching Kamu talk to people because, uh, there's just something like, and I don't, I actually, I don't even, I don't mean this in a bad way necessarily, but like when Kamu talks to people, it always feels like, um, like he, he feels like he's talking to a crazy person. You know what I mean?

[00:57:53] Like he's always just like, like, yeah, Angela, we really want to work. And then like gets interrupted with Angela's thing. And he's like, yeah, totally. That's exactly what I'm saying, Angela. And so what I was trying to say was that like, I think with you on board and Angela's like, and so I saw in the gym, like, uh, and so this is why I kind of, I don't, I really don't mean it to be like a negative thing. Cause like the way that he communicates is, I guess more long winded than

[00:58:22] most people. Like they're just like interjecting and interrupting his stories all the time because he talks so much. Uh, and so he's constantly having to like, stop saying what he's saying to agree with them. Uh, even when they're saying the thing that he was trying to get to, um, it's just a very funny, uh, thing I think for, uh, for, for the communication between Kamu and other people. And I think it's part

[00:58:47] of why he's struggling in the house. Uh, he's just so long winded. Um, but, uh, but anyway, they have this conversation and Angela lets him know about the gym situation. Uh, like I saw, I saw that there was a meeting happening and, uh, people were being summoned and I wasn't invited. I was like, I wasn't invited either. Uh, and she's like, this is what I'm saying. Uh, and, uh,

[00:59:16] and so she, and who's in that Alliance Taylor Yash, like, you know, really, you know, getting into this whole situation. And so she has this conversation with Kamu. Remember too, that this is, uh, this is because Kamu, Haley and Chuck are, uh, have been recruiting Angela to the Red Corner Alliance as an outskirts member. Angela of course knows the core exists, but is allowing them to

[00:59:44] recruit her. Um, and so they're pulling her in. In addition to that, they've been, uh, Kamu has been talking with Drew, kind of starting to recruit Drew as well. Um, and so they're really just like allowing all of this to happen. It's so, it's so interesting because when you know that the Alliance exists, it's so easy to, to be recruited by them because you have people vouching for you inside the Alliance and you know who to say you like when talking to them. Uh, like, oh yeah,

[01:00:12] I really like you and Haley and Chuck and D and Angela and Devin and like all of these things. And so, you know, things can really work out. So, uh, Kamu comforts Angela about feeling bad, uh, and says that he feels really good about D. Um, and, but that he hasn't had a chance to talk to her in like days. So he really wants to find a time to chat with D. I also say when it comes to

[01:00:38] the Alliance, I think this brings me back to flashbacks of 26 when Angela went to, I think Tucker being like, I'll be your bottom. Um, like, like those words slightly. Um, but she was basically, but I think, cause I think most people in Angela's situation will be like trailing their mustache being like, ah, they think they're got me, but really I'm playing them S Y and Z. No, Angela jumps all in with Haley, with Chuck, with, um, Kamu, like to the point

[01:01:07] where I think like Angela's more valuable to them than D and Devin's is because Angela's like genuinely wants to see them succeed in this game. Meanwhile, D and Devin are using them as a means to an end. Uh, so I really do like that from Angela. I think, and you see when they talk to, um, Angela, even though like she's paranoid, they respect her. Like the way they talk to her, there's like this air of respect. And I don't know if it's just from the fact that she's returning, but like they have so much, they appreciate her so much and think she's so valuable to this

[01:01:34] alliance that they're building. Whereas like, if you didn't know that Angela was like the last person that being brought in, you would think that's the core. Right. Yeah. I mean, it, which is true. Like they, uh, and I say they, but like Kamu in particular, I think is approaching, um, you know, Angela and the rest of the alliance in a way that they appreciate, especially like, I think they, I think many of them gravitated more toward the Jason side

[01:02:02] of things, but knowing how, like, you know, Jason is saying all kinds of things behind Angela's back. Uh, and she's heard some of them. Um, and now in comparison, uh, Kamu, who seems like he is willing to give her time and space to talk and doesn't say things behind her back. Uh, and she knows it because he, people like the endeavors are in the core and don't hear any of it. It's like, okay,

[01:02:26] well, I really think I am kind of on board with this side of things. Um, so Kamu spends some more time through the night looking for D trying to find her to chat and finally does. And it's been a couple of days and this has really been like, you know, the biggest weakness of the crossovers is that they've really lost their true like ties to red corner. Um, so, so he comes up and he says,

[01:02:54] Hey, I so good to get a chance to talk to you. Uh, you know, you know, it's been a little while. Uh, and she says, yeah, you know, I'm not going to lie. I was a little upset about the Lala thing. Uh, Haley came up to me for the replacement nominee and she pitched that I should put up Lala. And she said that you came up with the idea of Kamu. Um, and I never heard it from you. Uh, and like, I just wasn't exactly sure cause that feels crazy for my game. Um, and Kamu's like,

[01:03:23] Oh wow. No, no, no. That's, you know, first of all, like, I don't even think it was my idea, but, uh, but even if it was like, I, it was just an option. I think we were floating around for the record. I think it was, if anybody probably Devin's this idea. Uh, but, uh, you know, we don't have to talk about that. Um, he says, I think if anything, like I'm trying to remember, like, Oh, I think maybe like the thing was that because, and this is true, uh, because

[01:03:50] Mallory was on my team, uh, you would replace Mallory with somebody else from my team and it obviously wouldn't be me. And so therefore it would be Lala. Uh, we were trying to come up with a thing that would help protect you. And again, Kamu's pretty much like pretty honest here in terms of like, he has been trying to, or at least had been trying to look out

[01:04:13] for D prior to them not talking for two days. Um, and, uh, and is really just trying to express to her that like, he's on her side and, uh, he still wants to work together. Um, and she's like, okay, that's good to hear. Um, he's like, I never wanted you. I'd never want you to feel like we're pushing anything on you. It's totally your decision. We were just trying to come up with options. Um, and so he then goes on to say like, so how are you feeling about like

[01:04:40] this vote and everything? Because, uh, you know, I was thinking, you know, have you heard about a meeting that happened in the gym yesterday? And he's like, I have, I have heard about that. He's like, did Angela tell you? She goes, Oh, I don't remember who told me.

[01:05:03] Hmm. Uh, he goes, well, Angela told me. Um, and I'm starting to think like, I wasn't invited to that meeting. You, I don't, I assume you weren't invited to that meeting. No, I wasn't invited to the meeting. Uh, I don't think, you know, uh, Drew was invited to that meeting. I don't think Devin's was invited to that meeting. Uh, that means there's a, there's another side of the house. Right. And I think that, and, and again, like basically he came up here

[01:05:31] to say that his conversation with Angela has shifted his mindset and that he wants to take out Yash or Taylor and keep Ashley. He's changed his mind and he's trying to tell the story of how he changed his mind, but he keeps interrupting and be like, so we keep Ashley. Right. And he's like, well, that, yeah, that's what I'm, that's what I'm trying to get at. But, but anyway, let me just finish this. Cause he literally wants to just say like every person that's in the red corner, wasn't invited

[01:05:59] to this meeting, want to name every single person in this conversation that like you were saying, he likes to talk and not get to the point. And he's like, I know where I want to end this. I know where you're going. We don't need to be here for 20 minutes. We can like speed us up. So he starts talking about that and he's like, yeah, so that's what, that's the conclusion I was coming to. I was, I was feeling like it, cause like for as much as I loved D after this conversation, talking to the cameras being like, I let him think it was his idea. I do

[01:06:26] personally think that she could have done a better job of letting him think it was his idea by not interjecting like as much because like, I mean, obviously I know that she already wanted this to be the case, but when he was saying it, she was constantly like, yes, a hundred. That's what I want. I want Ashley to stay as well that I agree. Um, and it was like, I feel like she had such an opportunity to let him talk and be like, wow, that's such a great idea.

[01:06:53] Comment. Uh, like you, this is really interesting. Um, and so, uh, you know, anyway, a little nitpicky there, but he talks through this whole thing and he's all the ultimate conclusion is he wants to keep Ashley, Ashley at all costs. We need to try and pull in Ashley as much as possible and, uh, and vote out either Yash or Taylor, maybe even Yash first, since he's capable of winning competitions. Um, and there's a little bit of back and forth about that, but like, uh, for the most

[01:07:23] part, he came in kind of wanting to go in that direction. Um, in addition to that, he's like, we need, we need numbers for this. We need votes. And I'm, I think like, I feel like I've got drew. She's like, Oh, that's good. I like drew. He's like, yeah, yeah. So I've got drew. Um, and, uh, we've been talking to Angela a lot and, uh, and you know, she, and, and drew said, I've like, drew says that you really like me. Uh, and then, and then like, or, you know, that kind of like,

[01:07:50] he confirms basically the drew is doing what he's supposed to be doing in those conversations. Um, and, uh, and, uh, we've been working on Angela. I think we've got Angela, uh, on top of like the thing. And he's like, how do we feel about Barrett? Uh, because she's like, I think I got Barrett. I mean, it's kind of obvious by now. Uh, and he's like, I, I kind of knew that I kind of figured. And so he's like, so I'm thinking like, you know, us in the red corner, myself, Haley, Chuck,

[01:08:18] uh, and, and you D and Devin's. And then we've got, we're pulling an Angela. And then I feel like we've got drew and we've got Barrett and like, that's, that's some good numbers right there. And it's like, yeah, that's what Ashley was saying earlier. But yes, yes. The crossovers and the red corner are fully uniting in a way that makes Kamu think that he's done this and that he's in charge of the numbers. But in reality, of course,

[01:08:47] the crossovers vastly outnumber the red corner in this group and the red corner remains their shield in front of them. This is exactly how things should be structured for the crossovers. And Kamu kind of came to it, uh, on his own to some degree, but in, in part, in fact, in large part due to Angela's paranoia. Which I, I, I think this is like work perfectly because I will be honest with you. I was over here

[01:09:16] so confused for the past few days about why D is throwing away the red corner. Why are they throwing these people? I get it. You don't like Haley. Let me tell you something. There's a lot of people we don't like, but I think it's beneficial for our game. And the fact that I think Angela's paranoia and D being susceptible to Angela's paranoia, because I think if Angela did this to Devin or Barrett, I don't think this goes anywhere. But I think D being particularly open to Angela and her opinions really got the, um, wheels moving on and setting up this,

[01:09:44] honestly, a majority alliance that we likely will see when a lot of competitions, um, when, especially if like say next week, uh, I know they were talking about in the past throwing it, but say someone like Haley wins it or Chuck wins it like this. That's nothing more than to solidify it even more. And like that's the other side. Mm-hmm. Uh, Daniel in the chat says, uh, the red cross as a hybrid alliance name is pretty. I like the red cross. You Daniel, that was a good, I like the red cross.

[01:10:16] Um, so, uh, so this is obviously phenomenal for, for D and the crossovers and their entire agenda. And this is why in particular, it was so messy for them to be doing all this stuff with Ashley and talking about, uh, I don't even remember if I mentioned this, but, uh, after Ashley left, drew Barrett and D were like, okay, what else can we do to get the vote to keep Ashley? Uh,

[01:10:40] uh, we could wait until the two minutes after the blockbuster and then just like scramble mode and just go to like, like drew's like, I'll go to Mallory. I'll go to melody. Uh, and, uh, and convince her that the house is going that way. D you go to Kamu. Uh, and he's like, yeah, I can go to Kamu and tell him like, Oh, the whole house is voting Ashley to stay. Oh. Um, and just like, like,

[01:11:07] I was like, what are we doing? Just convince them right now. You are in an alliance with them. It'll be okay. Uh, and it turns out they didn't even have to convince him cause he came up with it on his own after talking to Angela. So, um, it's like, D is like, this is incredible. She talks to the cameras afterwards. She's like, man, they really think I'm stupid, which is great. Uh, I mean, I'm playing the middle. I've never played the middle before. Please be patient with me here, but, uh, this is really great.

[01:11:38] Like, and I think, I think D is doing a great job. I do think, um, and I think part of that conversation they had also was like, we might just have to accept the fact that Ashley, um, might not go Mike. Uh, no, Ashley might just go home this Thursday. They were like in a defeat mode, but be like, this could be our last straws when like genuinely, if you take out Latrice, take out Kamu, maybe Rome, no one else has a strong opinion about where they want the most to go. And like, they were looking towards someone to like put their foot down and be like, Hey,

[01:12:06] this is how I feel. And I think D has enough social capital where enough people be like, yeah, I prefer Ashley to stay. And I think the house would have got in line. Most part, you might upset Latrice, but like, you know, that's Latrice. What's Latrice going to do? And well, and that was the thing for me is that like D hadn't even talked to Kamu in days and Drew had, and had said that, that Kamu was pro Yash, which yeah, is unfortunate. But like, before you start coming up with all these convoluted plans and coaching up Ashley in a messy way, just go and

[01:12:36] have a conversation with Kamu. You're in an alliance with him. He might be lying to Drew because Drew's not in the alliance. And Drew doesn't have the sway that you do with Kamu. You can convince this man, you have the powers. So anyway, it all worked out. It worked out. And Kamu is excitedly bringing this new plan to Devons and to Drew and to Haley and to everyone. And they're all on board that

[01:13:03] this voting block is going to come together and they're going to keep Ashley. And they, they basically have the votes for it though. It could get close. It could come down to a tie in the worst case scenario, which D is still a little shaky on in terms of being willing to put herself out there and break that tie against Taylor after everything she's told Taylor and after the position and, and, and breaking the position she feels she could be in with the other people on that side.

[01:13:32] So that remains a bit of a potential issue, but I really don't think it'll be a major one. I think that they do likely have enough, uh, influence to sway a couple of extra votes their way, including people like Melody, um, who doesn't really have a super strong opinion and has gone back and forth before. Uh, so I, you know, we'll see, but this should be, I mean, listen, this is still

[01:13:56] the blockbuster era and this is still a week one, uh, vote and the house is still messy. I'm sure there's going to be plenty of things. Crossovers themselves could change their minds. If it, if it fully gets out what Ashley was saying to Taylor in a more concrete way, that could change their mind. Uh, a single conversation with Yash where he does a good job could change their minds. This is still plenty up in the air. So don't take it for, uh, for locked in stone. Uh, but you know, as of right now,

[01:14:24] I think odds have shifted to Ashley being the safest on the block right now. I agree with you. I do think like you were talking about D hesitancy because D already promised Taylor that she will break the tie in Taylor's favor. And if you're being honest, like Taylor hasn't done much wrong to D or them, like really their issue is with Jason and Lutris who like Taylor's like locked in with like Taylor openly like, yeah, those remember, remember to the D is good with Taylor and

[01:14:51] Jason in a way that the rest of the Alliance isn't. So her breaking the tie against Taylor would be devastating for her relationship with Lala and Jason. Yeah. And also Devin's all day yesterday was like going around being like, I want Taylor to stay. I want to vote to keep Taylor. I want Taylor above everyone. So Taylor, so Devin's might have to figure that out, um, himself too. But I do think like coming together, I do think agree that Ashley's the most likely to stay. I think Yasha's the most

[01:15:16] I believe, um, right now. Yes. Um, Devin's does talk to Barrett later. Uh, and Barrett lets him know about Angela's paranoia. This is funny because they're in little hats, uh, from the birthday celebration. Um, Barrett tells him about Angela being super paranoid, uh, and how drew is totally fine. And this is information is, is totally good. And, um, and Devin's does say like, I mean,

[01:15:44] I'm not gonna lie. Even I was starting to doubt a little bit because, you know, he said that the, the rice crispy thing was like, uh, a tactic to manipulate me, to make me feel to like him more. But then like Jason said pretty much straight up, like, Oh, I'm doing this to get you to like me more. And it made me think like, maybe drew is exaggerating the, like, uh, the malice behind it a little bit. Cause it's so ridiculous. Um, but Barrett is able to come in and be like, no, no,

[01:16:13] I, I did hear in this converse in a conversation with Jason about how he was bragging about manipulating Angela. So it does kind of track that he would be doing the same with you. Uh, and, and it would be kind of crazy to make that up. Uh, if you're drew, um, and, and Devin's like, yeah, I mean, yeah, I mean, kind of crazy to do or make up really. Uh, but yes. Um, so again, we're kind of like locking this down. Angela is actually going to apologize later to D and Barrett for being so paranoid. She says, I'm good with drew now. Like I'm done being paranoid about drew.

[01:16:43] We'll see how, how much that actually sticks. But, um, you know, uh, so that seems to be settled. The drew question, the vote question, the red corner thing. It's a messy day for crossovers, but by the end of the day, they're in a pretty good place again. They are in a pretty good place. I'll give Angela not being paranoid to drew to noon today. And then I think we might be back at where we started, but I genuinely think like today we'll just be

[01:17:09] locking in the fact that Ashley staying over both Taylor and Yash. And, um, the question then becomes, okay, who do we prefer to go home Taylor or Yash? And I, and I genuinely believe because I think all three nominees are doing decent work. I'll complain about their, um, their campaign later on, but I genuinely think Taylor or Yash thing has nothing to do with Taylor Yash. It has everything to do with Rome and Jason.

[01:17:33] Yeah. I mean, if, if Taylor, if Yash wins blockbuster and Taylor is evicted over Ashley, I would say, you know, the originating source of that is ultimately probably Jason. I think that without the knowledge of without Jason leaking his intentions to drew getting back to the other side, um, I think they were all so fine with Taylor stinks. They thought they were good with Taylor Lala and Jason and knowing that Jason is anti them and that Lala is close to Jason and

[01:18:03] that Taylor's close to Lala. And theoretically then therefore Jason, uh, was like, we, we need to take out a number from Jason's side. Uh, and for the record, they don't call it Jason's side. They call it Rome's side. Um, even though it's really Jason's side in my opinion, but, uh, but they still feel that same way. And it's all because of this stuff that came from Jason. And if Jason had been a bit more careful, uh, or just like not feel those things in the first place, perhaps,

[01:18:29] or just not tell people that you felt exactly. Um, you know, none of this would have happened. I do think Taylor probably would have been good. It's very much not Taylor's fault in any real capacity because Taylor's not even fully aware of all of that stuff going on. Um, so, uh, you know, it, it, it, it's, it's unfortunate for Taylor, but, but really Ashley hasn't done that much wrong either. And Yash hasn't done that much wrong either though. Uh, Taylor probably has performed the best of the three nominees. It's just not always up to you at this point.

[01:18:58] Yeah. It's, I will say, here's the hiccup. I think here's where I'm annoyed with Taylor and Taylor and Lala were talking with Mallory, I think saying, Hey, we need to form this alliance. We need to make sure it's a power lines, like maybe six people, maybe seven people and we'll form it next week. And I'm like, what, wait, what? Yeah. I know exactly what conversation you're talking about.

[01:19:24] Cause I had the same reaction. I mean, to be fair, like to some degree, I think there's, there is some value in waiting until a week later to make an alliance, given that there's no more HOH decisions left to go. And it might be useful to see who wins the next HOH before you make a super big commitment. Um, but for the most part, I don't think that's an actual good excuse. I think that you should always make the alliance. Um, we've seen this happen before. Like you can have

[01:19:53] the intention of doing it. And then when you, the momentum drifts, you just never end up doing it. We saw that a lot in 26. And on top of that, if you're on the block, like just make it happen, just go, go, go. Uh, so yeah, that was, that was frustrating. Yeah. Cause I generally think like, I'm not saying Taylor would have stayed, but I think you, you see Lyric and Mallory, who I think is closest to Taylor of the three, you can argue Yash, but I think it's Taylor based

[01:20:20] on the way, um, especially Lyric went to Taylor telling Taylor stuff. Um, but like Lyric and Mallory are like, you know, I don't know. I just want to go with the house. It's because they haven't locked something in concrete with, um, Taylor and Lala. Like they feel good about Rome. They're doing all this other stuff, but they particularly like, um, Taylor and Melody don't like Taylor. Um, because I think Melody think Taylor lied about Yash. I don't know if Taylor did it on purpose or she just got bad information from Jason, but like, that is a sticky point between Melody and Taylor.

[01:20:48] And this is something we see like frequently every season because Taryn, I love a split house. I love big brother says, I love the split house. The split houses are fun, but more times than not, we see what's happening here where one side is getting solid unified together and the other side are not unified. There is infight in between the sides. They do not trust each other fully. And that's why I feel like the red cross, they could, um, dominate at least the prejury part of this game.

[01:21:14] But it will probably require them winning competitions because despite the other side, not being locked in, it's pretty unlikely that they'd nominate one another at this point, but you never know. Um, this is the main thing I think that the day taught me is that the crossovers came in with some good prep knowledge, but still have a lot to learn experientially in terms of how to

[01:21:37] execute and, uh, and, and utilize the power that they hold. Um, you know, I think again, a lot of, uh, you know, uh, you think to the really effective, uh, dominant alliances and, uh, of course, um, uh, uh, Anthony Douglas himself, uh, and the pretty boys and big brother Canada was really, really good at this of like, Hey, when you have all of this influence, when you have all of these

[01:22:05] connections, you can use those connections to change people's minds. Um, you don't have to brute force things. You can just slide things in your favor. And that's, I think like on survivor, that's not really how you play. Uh, it's on survivor. You play by grabbing the numbers by force and just like brute forcing a vote. So, so often, I'm not saying there isn't subtleties to survivor

[01:22:32] and there aren't like some interesting intricacies you can do with the vote, but like on big brother, it's much more a game of influence war than it is about like numbers, strictly war. Uh, and so you can have drew go to melody and really just work hard on her. And then melody tries to convince lyric and Mallory and whoever else she's talking to. And you can have D go to Kamu and be like, Hey,

[01:23:01] I really think we should keep Ashley. And here's why. And Kamu. And, and we sort of saw this inadvertently happen because Angela went to Kamu and actually got him to flip around. Uh, and you can have Devin's go to Rome and you can have like, you can, you can slowly sort of branch out and you can have multiple angles, multiple people come at the same person from different sides. We saw, uh, of course, Mickey do this very effectively last season. Um, and when she orchestrated the,

[01:23:31] the thing to help Ashley, uh, stay off the block when, uh, Vince was HOH, just have a bunch of people come in all saying similar things or scripted in the case of Anthony Douglas. Um, like this is, this is the way that you can make these things happen. And I think they need to like, I think perhaps they are learning it. I would, I would sort of hope given the situation, but, um, but it was interesting to me, of course, to sort of like be able to see some of the cracks in terms of

[01:23:59] both the paranoia and the like gaps in knowledge ability, uh, stuff. Um, so, you know, I don't think we're quite in it for, uh, for, uh, for a steamroll just yet, but, um, but we'll see by the way, a couple other pieces of information, of course, um, D and her camera talk after Kamu left did mention that while not liking Haley, um, still she does like Kamu a lot and of the red corner,

[01:24:28] Kamu's the one person that she would want to protect and bring as far as possible. She did enjoy the conversation with him and, you know, expect that. And I do think that's an incredibly valuable connection for her. Uh, and speaking of Kamu, Haley did let him know late in the night, uh, that Jason has been talking about putting Kamu on the block, uh, which was news to Kamu. Um, and he is now like, Oh, well screw Jason. Then I guess I'll put him on the block.

[01:24:54] Uh, so Jason just continuing to get in more and more trouble, you know, like I would like, this is for future bit bear players. Um, you don't need to lie. You, you, you generally don't, you don't need to just make stuff up whole cloth because people talk, people compare notes. And when things are not passing the sniff test, that could like do so much damage to you and your reputation in the house where people can't even trust you. Like even if they like you, they're like,

[01:25:21] yeah, but this person talks to us. I don't know if I can trust what they're saying. Oh, they're talking to everybody S Y and Z. And I think Jason has fell into that trap. I don't see Jason having longevity into this game. Even if he like straightened up staring, even if today, tomorrow and the day after that, Jason's doing everything he needs to while he's, um, immune to like a normal big brother player would do to guarantee their safety moving forward. I think it's too late for him. I think, um, he is one of the more likely people to be gone in the next two, three weeks. If I'm being honest with you.

[01:25:49] Yes. Um, I, I, I was, uh, thank you again, Daniel in the chat for, uh, reminding me that it was not Vince. That was HOH. It was Lauren. I, uh, genuinely forgot that Lauren was the HOH. No one can blame you. Um, all right. That's about what I've got for you today. Uh, AJ, anything else you wanted to bring up from yesterday?

[01:26:16] Um, two things, one game thing, one not game thing, lyric, Mallory, melody, that trio. Yo, I hated how they were talking about keeping Ashley just to put Ashley up on the block next week. Like that, that made no sense to me, Terry. Like if you're going to... And this is what I'm talking about where it's like, it could be so easy to pick up their votes for no reason. Uh, you know, like, like the other side is just not locked in enough. And if you get in there early, you really could potentially get this vote to be locked in without any extra work.

[01:26:45] But yes, they basically what they were saying was like, she'd be great. A great person to like use as a pawn because like, here's the thing as HOH in the blockbuster era, you have to nominate three people and perpetual pawns become incredibly valuable. And I think with the level of knowledge that is starting to enter the house, uh, people are aware that perpetual pawns exist ahead of time. Usually they learn it over time, but now they're like, well, yeah, obviously you nominate somebody who's already been nominated because now they have more HOHs to be mad at and so on and so forth.

[01:27:14] And so Ashley in a weird way is starting to become valuable in their minds as somebody that's like just an easy nom to get out of the way. Um, now, is that a good idea to have? I don't think so. Um, but that's where they're coming from. I think. That's fair. I think that's fair. I, I'm just more a person of, Hey, you're in a not great position. Y'all all know y'all are in a majority alliance. Everyone in their mama knows that Ashley's with nobody.

[01:27:43] Ashley, yo, pick her up. Like if other people want to nominate Ashley, make her the perpetual pawn. Sure. Go for it. However, like Ashley did gravitate towards all for some period of time. Use her, make her one of your numbers, make her feel good about you. Like here's the D should not have been able to grab Ashley. Like Barrett and Drew should not have as much sway over Ashley as they currently do. It should be those girls. And I think particularly Melody, we saw this with Melody,

[01:28:09] with, um, Malory when she was nominated. They are just too willing to like, not play with the people who are nominated and on the block. And you, you've got, you gotta stop being scared of that. You have to like buck up and do it. There's way too much talk about like, uh, we want to keep our core tight. We want to like keep these people on the outskirts. It's like, I've, I've, I've talked about this before. I've talked about this before. I often refer to the early game of big brother as hungry,

[01:28:37] hungry hippos. Uh, it is just who can grab the most pieces, uh, in as frantic a race as possible. And then you can sort them later. Uh, like, um, just make sure you have the pieces first and don't let them go and drift off to other, other people or groups. Um, and it is worth pointing out that yes, D, uh, did talk to Ashley again later in the night and started to work on her, uh, as like the,

[01:29:05] you know, we want to keep you here kind of thing again. Um, uh, any, anything else, AJ, was it, was, did you already do the non-game related thing? Oh, and I just think this cute thing. Y'all don't have to go back and watch this. It was Latrice's birthday yesterday. She was 58 and both Chuck and Devin's had like such cute conversations with Latrice on the hammock, uh, about missing home and like how valued she is. And it was, it was like a sweet, heartwarming moment. And I think I'm, I'm here for the games. I love the games, but I also love the character moments and the

[01:29:31] emotional raw feelings about that. And that was just a sweet moment that I wanted to bring up. Yes. Uh, well, thank you. Thank you, AJ. Thank you, AJ, for being here today. A long one. It was a, it was a big, big day, uh, trying to get through, especially because like so much of it became irrelevant. Um, but I wanted to kind of take you through the ups and downs, um, because I think it's useful information about like how, uh, crossovers in particular is moving, uh, which will help

[01:29:59] potentially inform you, uh, on like how they might move again in the future. Um, so keep all of that in mind. Of course, I'll be back tomorrow morning, 11 a.m. Eastern to update you and everything that happens today on the big brother, 28 live feeds. [01:30:27] I mean, you could call it a night off, but I am streaming during the day and, and I'm streaming during the episode at night. Uh, but it's my recap night off.
