Big Brother 28 hits day 70, and the house is split as double eviction plans begin to take shape. Host Taran Armstrong delivers a live feed update recap, walking through all the latest moves, shifting alliances, and emotional moments as the game tightens and power players line up their targets.[00:00:10] Armstrong talk Big Brother looking at the stuff from yesterday All the drama, all the strategy and silliness from Fido to HOH You know he is the reason, you know what's happened Rob said that he could do it, tomorrow he will do it again
[00:00:43] Hello everyone and good morning, welcome to our live feed update for September 15. I'm your host, Taran Armstrong and I'm here to update you on everything that happened yesterday. The Big Brother 28 live feeds, it was day 70 in the house, 70 days in and we had a veto ceremony.
[00:01:10] We had, we had some, some sad people, we had some happy people and we also had a little bit of a check in going on here between Drew and Yash which was a bit interesting so I'm here to talk about it all on my own. Let's get into it, let's have some fun of course as you know Yash is the HOH, he nominated Barrett, Drew and Melody, Drew won the veto in a long long long veto.
[00:01:37] And he of course plans to take himself off the block. Taylor is the forced renom because Yash cannot nominate D or Devins because that little bribe up on his head. So that is the plan, there's going to be a veto meeting on this day, day 70 and that is what will happen because it has to happen. So we'll get there.
[00:02:03] But there's some interesting stuff going on as well when it comes to planning for the double eviction coming on Thursday. So here's what we need to talk about. Day 70, D and Devins, they wake up, they're up earlier than most and they talk about Drew and how much they like him.
[00:02:27] It was cool to see his family. They're really coming around on Drew in general and they also think, it just happens to work out, that they also think he's pretty good for their game right now. That they think, yeah, it's pretty good for us that Drew is around because, hey, Drew's going after Yash.
[00:02:54] And if Drew's going after Yash and Yash is going after Drew, that's amazing for us. Of course, they don't know that Drew and Yash made a little bit of a deal. We don't know how real that deal is. So, you know, there's a lot of not knowings going around.
[00:03:22] Devins mentions that, you know, it's it's just wild to him that there are two people on the block right now. Barrett and Melody, who are barely talking to anyone, barely campaigning. And like. Even even last week when they were in power. Barrett was he was literally in power. He hold himself up in the HOH room.
[00:03:48] Like, why are people so afraid to have conversations in this game? Which, yes. All right. Like, that's exactly what we've been talking about. It's just one of the reasons the survivors are successful in this game is that they actually go out and talk to people. And despite the fact that it has occasionally gotten Drew in trouble, it is something that they do appreciate of Drew as well. That he is one of the few other people in the game that will just actually go out and talk to people.
[00:04:18] Whether or not they're in a fight or, you know, they're mad at each other. Now, we say that. But but there are still some players that Drew doesn't talk to as much. I think his relationship with Taylor is probably his weakest element in that regard. But he is a much more active player than his allies, Barrett and Melody.
[00:04:47] And in comparison, he looks a lot more talkative, a lot more active. Um, she also D mentions that, uh, she talked to Barrett on Thursday before the eviction. She says that, uh, she believed he was being genuine when he came to her. And so she immediately started crying because she felt bad for him, but was like also still coming for him. And it was, uh, like a tough conversation.
[00:05:14] Um, and so she talks about that for a bit, you know, they still, they talk about how they still like Barrett. Uh, that they still feel like, uh, you know, as a person, they like Barrett, but in the game, they're after him still. You know what I mean? And in the game, they warned him what would come.
[00:05:39] Um, uh, so, uh, the two of them, uh, um, break up for a minute. Drew comes out and, and they're talking to Drew. He's there like up in the balcony. He's in the backyard. Drew eventually comes up and talks to Devin's on his own, uh, after D leaves. And Drew starts, starts working.
[00:06:05] And remember, we talked about like, what might Drew do to campaign for Barrett or Melody to stay over Taylor? Still not entirely sure what he might do specifically with that. But, you know, will he rat out the Yash deal? Will, what, what kind of campaign will he do? Will he have any amount of subtlety? And while it's not the most subtle thing in the world, he is going to start in on a campaign against Yash.
[00:06:32] Uh, which, again, like they made a deal. But, yeah, it was, what is a deal at this point, right? It's like, at the final, coming into the final six, a deal with Yash doesn't mean that he should want the icons targeting him. Uh, ideally he wants the icons targeting Yash. So just because he campaigns against Yash here doesn't necessarily mean that he himself plans to go against Yash.
[00:06:58] Although, what I will say is, the campaign he's using against Yash, I think, will be very counterproductive if he chooses not to also follow through on Yash. Because here's the campaign. First, he says that he's down for anything, right? Because, uh, he's just chilling on his own. He's a free agent. He's about to lose one ally. And the two allies on the block are barely allies in the first place. He's really got no one. Um, Devin says, well, you know, you do have me.
[00:07:26] I was rooting for you to win the veto. Uh, and Drew's like, you were the only one. But Drew wonders if Devin's is thinking about Yash. And thinking that maybe Yash could be the play in the double eviction. Now, to this point, Devin's has not been thinking that. In fact, Dee brought it up and Devin's kind of shot it down. But Drew says, listen, it might be our only chance. You know, in season 25, Jag just kept winning.
[00:07:55] And Yash almost just beat me in a competition after 13 hours while he was sick. He's the front runner. If he gets to the end, it's over. Like, the jury's voting for him. Especially if he's sitting next to Taylor. And let's be real, Yash isn't taking anyone to the final two other than Taylor. That's his plan.
[00:08:27] So, obviously, there's a couple of things happening here. He is aiming at convincing Devin's to take a shot at Yash in the double eviction. As well as maybe trying to raise some concerns about Taylor in the event that Taylor stays on the block on Thursday. It gives maybe a little bit of leeway for Dee and Devin's to think about maybe taking Taylor out of the game. Potentially. Who knows?
[00:08:58] So, that's mostly the conversation. And it turns out to be seemingly pretty effective. I mean, I think we can give Drew some credit here. You know, obviously, I've been expecting Devin's and Dee to eventually talk about targeting Yash as early as next week. In fact, Dee already had brought it up. But Devin's had shot it down and then Dee talked to the cameras about not wanting to do it. So, at the very least, Drew helped kickstart this process once again.
[00:09:25] Because I will tell you that Devin's and Dee are going to talk about this. And Drew a little bit used some of Drew's reasoning here. Not that it was exactly the most complicated reasoning to come up with. But it's still the reasoning. So, Melody talks to Drew as well. She says, hey, there's still time to use the veto on me.
[00:09:52] And he says, hey, there's still time to win the blockbuster. And so, of course, he's not going to use the veto on her. He is going to use the veto on himself. And Taylor is his replacement on the block. And look at that. Yash's curse has officially been lifted.
[00:10:22] There are no more duties for Yash to accomplish to fulfill his bribe. It is 100% fulfilled. And he is free from the curse. The only power left in the game is Drew's never not pass, which likely will be null and void soon. As I expect them to declare that there are no have-nots soon.
[00:10:51] So, there you go. Free from the curse. Taylor now on the block. Barrett, Taylor, and Melody now on the block. Taylor obviously isn't pleased that she's on the block. She's going to have some conversations. She's like, yeah, you're never that comfortable. It's, you know, I think she said it was her fifth time on the block. If we can count quickly in our heads.
[00:11:19] It's at least the fourth time, right? It's probably the fifth time. And so, you know, not amazing for Taylor. And honestly, not amazing for her game in general. Like, the fact that she's on the block again. Especially on Yash's HOH. It does just like... It adds to the perception that she is somebody who's like a little bit of a block star.
[00:11:48] A little bit like not in charge of things. Like, it's hard to take credit for influencing Yash. Which I believe she does when she's on the block during his HOH. Whether or not it was like forced. It feels bad, perception-wise. Now, that said, we talked last night on the roundtable. I do think Taylor actually has a much better chance of winning a jury vote than people may think. But still, sucks to be on the block.
[00:12:16] Both for your own safety and for the perception of your game moving forward. So, after the veto meeting, Drew talks to Dee and Devins about how Melody wanted him to use the veto on her. And Dee's like, oh my god. I would have punched you if you had done that. I would have punched you. He says that, well, Melody is saying that I wouldn't even be here if not for her.
[00:12:44] And they're like, that's ridiculous. It's like, it's the complete opposite. We literally wouldn't have saved Melody if not for you. And that is, I would say, true. Largely true. Not 100% true, but largely true. But what I did like here from Drew in terms of him saying this is that Melody has said this a few times.
[00:13:10] And if she leaves this week and goes to the jury house and starts popping off to the jury about how Drew wouldn't be there if not for her. You know, it's good to have gotten ahead of this a little bit. I guess is the thing. The first time that Dee or Devins might hear this in the jury house, they're going to be like, oh, yeah. I can't believe she's still saying that.
[00:13:39] Rather than like, wait, is that true? Let me think. Just a little thing. Not that I think Drew needs a lot of help to win against Melody. Not win against Melody, but again, if he's in the final two and Melody's campaigning against him. Yash talks with Melody and Barrett. And they have a bit of a Drew complaining session. You know, as they do. Drew's annoying. That sort of thing.
[00:14:11] And Melody and Barrett say that they were planning to vote Drew out over Taylor if Drew hadn't won the veto. Which, like, might be true. Like, probably not. But given the way they were talking about it, like, who knows? But this is what they're telling Yash at the very least.
[00:14:40] Taylor checks in with both Devins and Dee about, like, you know, the fact that she's on the block and trying to make sure that she's good. And they both reassure her that they're voting to keep her in any scenario. Don't worry about it. Yes, it sucks to be on the block, but, you know, it's fine. Drew and Melody spend some time together.
[00:15:10] We talked about this last night on the roundtable as well. That, like, they really spend some time together. Like, they have... I described it last night as, like, they're both wearing hockey masks and oven mitts. And they're, like, trying to hook up. Like, they're... They're not allowed to actually hook up.
[00:15:38] So they're just, like, pawing at each other. They're just, like, grabbing and, like, lifting and grunting. Getting real close to each other's faces and then just, like, rawr! It's just, like... It's so...
[00:16:05] Yeah, wrestling is definitely one of the ways you could describe it. They're joking around. She's doing the godfather thing. Like, you come to me on the day I'm on the block. And you don't use the veto. And she's, you come to me. He's like, when did I come to you? He's like, you're here right now, aren't you?
[00:16:39] Listen, point being, they're still doing their thing. Very much so. And, uh... God help anybody that is in the jury house with them. What else here? Dee and Devin's talk after the veto meeting. And they're walking together in the backyard. And it's very, like, two people planning a hit.
[00:17:08] And this is happening, like, during... Drew and Melody's hangout session. Uh... And they're talking about what to do in the event of a double eviction. Barrett's like, okay... Not Barrett. They're like, okay, if Barrett goes... What are we doing? Are we doing Drew and Malady on the block? Or are we doing Drew and Yash on the block?
[00:17:34] It's like, oh... It's gotta be Yash, right? He says, I mean, yeah, I mean, I would love to show loyalty. But he's the better competitor. And they talk about how if he gets to the end, he's got a great chance of winning over the jury. And they talk this back and forth. They're like, oh, yeah. I think, you know, if we have a shot at Yash, we kinda gotta take it.
[00:18:03] If Barrett is gone, we gotta do that. And listen, if... Imagine the world. Again, I mentioned this last night, but you can see... You can literally see, like, the light in Devin's eyes as he envisions this scenario.
[00:18:24] Could you imagine the world where Barrett and Yash are the next two gone? And we're in the final five, the two of us? With Taylor and Melody and Drew?
[00:18:48] D, I mean, we're like, we're almost there. Like, that's it, you know? You know? Like, you could literally see him counting the dollars in his brain. He was already spending the money in his brain if that happened. Like, this is something I think they really are attached to.
[00:19:15] This idea, and I imagine it will continue to needle into their brains. So, they talk about this. He's getting giddy. But there's another thing here. Another scenario to account for. What happens if Barrett wins the blockbuster? And Barrett stays and Melody goes. In that event, they still have Barrett to deal with. Barrett and Drew to deal with. And that would not be ideal.
[00:19:45] So, if Barrett stays, they say that they would need to go Barrett and Drew nominations. With the hope of targeting Barrett. Barrett. They don't want Barrett to stay. Because if Barrett stays into the final five, he will definitely work with Yash. That would be a problem. Here's my problem. This is a bad plan. First plan. The correct plan. The only plan.
[00:20:14] The second plan. If Barrett wins the blockbuster and Barrett stays. To nominate Drew and Barrett with the intent of targeting Barrett. Is a bad plan. And listen. They're making this plan on Monday. They don't have to follow through with the plan until Thursday. But, uh... So, they're likely going to think this through a little more. But if they target Drew... Or sorry. If they target Barrett by nominating him next to Drew,
[00:20:44] they will not get Barrett out. At least, not likely. I mean, who knows? Basically, they won't get Barrett out unless the deal with Drew and Yash sticks enough that they are actually working together to the point that it's not even meaningful which one of them leaves, if that makes sense. Because here's what I'm saying. At the final six, during the double eviction,
[00:21:11] there's one HOH, two nominees, three votes. Three votes means you need two to decide. If Drew and Barrett are on the block, Yash and Taylor decide who leaves. Now, in the event, in the situation where the vets are correct about their assessment of Barrett and Drew, which is that Barrett will work with Yash, Drew won't,
[00:21:38] then Yash and Taylor will both vote to evict Drew over Barrett. And then in the final five, it will be Yash, Barrett, and Taylor against Dee and Devens. So that's bad. Like, that's according to their own logic. They have not set this up correctly, right? They cannot get out Barrett if they put him up next to Drew. If they wanted to take out Barrett, they would need to put him up next to, say, Taylor.
[00:22:07] And then if, you know, if Taylor won the veto, you'd have to put up Yash. But here's the problem there. Given that Yash is one of the more likely people to win the veto, if Yash wins the veto and uses it on Taylor, it forces Drew on the block again, at which point, again, they can take out Drew. It's actually quite difficult to take out specifically Barrett.
[00:22:32] What you actually kind of have to do is nominate Barrett next to Yash. Then if Yash wins the veto, you put up Taylor and then you get Barrett voted out, which is a complicated process. And it pisses off Yash in the process. And now Yash is coming for you at the final five and he's still in the game. But the reality is Yash is coming for you at the final five anyway. So you kind of have to do it,
[00:23:01] but they might not do it because they might not want to piss anybody off. So that's how you get out Barrett. But here's now the other wrinkle to this. They might not be correct about whether there's a difference between Barrett or Drew when it comes to Yash. Yash has now made a deal with Drew and they have not disclosed this deal. So in our reality,
[00:23:29] what might happen is if Drew and Barrett go on the block, Yash might vote out Barrett. Who knows? He might decide he'd keep Drew. I don't know about that, but it's possible. Even if he does, which means he would seemingly go along with what the vets wanted. But even if that did happen, the result of that would be likely the same. Drew would just be working with Yash. Maybe.
[00:23:59] I think that would be a mistake for Yash. I do think that Drew is less likely to work with Yash than Barrett. But still, the only way that their plan falls through, according to their plan, is if Yash and Drew were so locked in that Yash felt comfortable keeping Drew. Which is bad for them anyway. Point being, they need to work on that plan. Either way, the point here is that Yash is definitely in the line of fire. And honestly,
[00:24:28] even with both Barrett and Drew on the block, let's say Barrett wins the veto, you have to kind of nominate Yash as the replacement. Um, and, uh, Yash versus Drew might actually still take out Drew. Because Barrett and Taylor might vote out Drew over Yash. Potentially. Like, there's a bunch of nonsense going on in this double eviction. But here's what I'll tell you. I've tried to run through the scenarios,
[00:24:57] and I mentioned this last night again on the roundtable, so feel free to listen to that if you want. But, uh, heading into this double eviction, I have a pretty clear top three in terms of most likely to leave. Number one is actually Devin's. Because if Drew wins, he says he's putting up the icons. If Taylor wins, she's putting up the icons, or, you know, the icons plus Drew
[00:25:27] in some way. Like, basically Drew and probably Devin's. Uh, maybe Drew and Barrett, maybe Drew and Maladie, with Devin's as a replacement, potentially. Um, that's if Yash doesn't tell her to do otherwise, or try to convince her to do otherwise. Um, if Barrett stays, he's doing the two icons. If Maladie wins, she's doing the two icons. Um, and
[00:25:57] any time that one of, that two of the icons are nominated, they all plan to vote out Devin's over D. And any time that one of the icons needs to be nominated as a replacement nominee, it's Devin's over D. So, that's bad news. Uh, and any time, even if you did take the shot at Yash, if you are, say, Drew, and you don't plan to take, take out the icons, even if he did take the shot at Yash,
[00:26:27] uh, and he nominated, say, Yash and Taylor, if Yash wins the veto, an icon is a replacement nominee. Now, in that sense, it's probably D, but in any other sense, it's always going to be likely Devin's. So, uh, Devin's is actually on the block as a potential target in a lot of scenarios. Uh, so, he definitely has to be worried about that, though he is theoretically one of the more likely people to win a veto to save himself, depending on how many, uh, people are there
[00:26:56] that are big competitors. Then we have Drew, who's also pretty likely to potentially leave again in the event that Barrett stays. Drew is in some danger. The icons would still nominate him. Yash and Taylor would likely vote him out. Taylor will target him and get him voted out potentially. Um, there's just a lot of scenarios where he's ended, he's in, he ends up on the block as a potential target. And then, of course, Yash,
[00:27:26] where the icons are talking about potentially targeting him. If Barrett leaves, Yash is in some danger. If Barrett stays, Yash is less likely to win a veto, which puts him in danger. Even if D and Devin's followed through with their bad plan of putting Barrett on the block next to Drew, if, say, Barrett won that veto, again, Yash goes on the block. Who does Barrett vote out between Yash and Drew? If Drew wins the veto, Yash goes on the block. Who does Drew vote out between,
[00:27:56] you know, Yash and Barrett? And at that point, do the icons choose to evict Yash over Barrett? Does Drew stick to his deal? If Barrett sticks around, does he still target the icons? If he does put the icons on the block and Devin's wins the veto and Yash goes up as a replacement, do they vote out Yash over D? There's all kinds of situations there. The safer people should be Taylor. Taylor should be pretty safe in the double eviction.
[00:28:26] D is safer than I think the top three because Devin's always leaves over her and is almost always targeted over her. But not all the time, not every time. But the three people who take up the most amount of probability in my brain are Devin's, Drew, Drew, and Yash. So, we will see. All right. So, we move forward. There is also, by the way,
[00:28:55] a little bit of a debate between Devin's and D in this conversation. They talk about how Yash, because again, Devin's is sort of giving Drew's pitch about why Yash is going to win the game in the end. And he says, even I would vote for Yash. So, you know, I think he would win. And D says, like, I don't know, I think I might vote Drew over Yash because I, you know,
[00:29:25] I'm his friend and I think he's done well. I know what Drew was doing in the first half of the game. What was Yash doing in the first half of the game? But Devin's is like, I don't know. I feel like Yash was doing a lot in the first half of the game. He knows more than D does. he's just, I mean, he's played really well. And D's like, yeah, but wouldn't we regret it if we didn't give it to our friend? It's like a lot of money. And Devin's like, I don't know. I'm pretty good friends with Yash too. There's a little bit of a back
[00:29:54] and forth here. And it's, I think, sort of similar to the thing I was talking about at the start of this update when I said that, like, okay, this is maybe Drew campaigning against Yash. But if Drew doesn't plan to follow through and actually target Yash, he's just trying to convince D and Devin to target Yash. I think this is not the best campaign to actively be making. It's very Vince-like, right? It's very like, well, yes, obviously, we all need to take out Morgan.
[00:30:24] Obviously, we all lose to Morgan. But then when you don't target Morgan, it makes you look very bad. It makes you look like a bad player. Because you, you have set up a thing that you are, you have set up a standard of criteria that you are then choosing to fail. Which is, we all need to get this guy out because this guy's the most dangerous person and he will beat us all and we will never have another shot.
[00:30:54] And then you're like, but I'm not going to take a shot. And then he gets to the end. It's like, well, okay, you saw this coming and you still allowed it to happen. That makes you a bad player. So, so we'll see. We'll see what the plan is there for Drew and how that impacts his jury potential. But in the meantime, Barrett talks to the cameras and he's planning more pitches. He talks
[00:31:24] about like, this is what I pitched to Yash, this is what I pitched to Taylor, this is what I pitched to the Icons. He's still planning them all. He's hasn't quite done them yet. He's still planning through. He says his plan for the double eviction would be D and Devins on the block with Yash as the replacement nominee, which we know would depending on how that plays out be potentially quite bad for Yash. Let's say Barrett stays. He puts up D and Devins. D wins the veto.
[00:31:54] Yash is the replacement. I do think it's pretty likely that Drew votes out Yash over Devins, even if they do have a deal, but who knows? Again, it's a little all over the place there. He says, as long as one of the three, D, Devins, or Yash leave, it's a successful HOH, which I'm like, yes, I agree. I agree with Barrett about that. Problem is that was true of his first HOH
[00:32:25] and he didn't ensure that it would happen because he picked Yash to play in the Vita. So what are you going to do? What are you going to do? He says that Devins is known for finding idols, then came onto a show with no idols only to be given two idols by America, which is him complaining, yes, and kind of fair in the sense that America has given them powers.
[00:32:55] But I included the quote mostly to again point out that he says that Devins basically got two idols because this bribe thing he's seeing as a Devins thing and not a D thing not as much at least. And he did the same thing with Drew the night before where he talked about how he basically credited Devins for the bribe situation.
[00:33:25] So just again, worth thinking about for Barrett in terms of what he might be saying in the jury. He might be feeling when he casts his vote. So D and Melody talk for a bit as well. And Melody explains to D that she had actually wanted to keep her last week, which is true. she did. She wanted to keep D. She tried to pitch it.
[00:33:55] She had Drew on board. She tried to pitch it to Barrett. Barrett turned it down. And she didn't think she could get Taylor and Yash, who lied to her about what they planned to do. So, you know, it's like, what are we doing? So she tells this to D. She wanted to do this, but she was told it wasn't happening by Taylor and Yash, so she didn't do it. And D's like, that's fine, I believe you. I still can't keep you against Taylor,
[00:34:26] but I will keep you against Barrett. I'm rooting for you in that blockbuster. Well, that didn't go quite how Melody, I think, wanted it to. But at least it was an attempt. We'll see if she keeps making attempts over the course of the week. Now, Barrett, who is still by himself, is still talking to the cameras and still just kind of hanging out. When Devons walks by and sort of like sees Barrett alone, and he's like, hey, Barrett,
[00:34:56] just so you know, everyone's hanging outside if you want to join. No pressure, but we're kind of like, we're out there, we're doing a thing. And Barrett's like, oh, thanks. And then Devons walks by him again to go back out and he still is sitting there and he just sits down, they start chatting. and the feeds had cut at the start of this, but when they come back up, Barrett's crying. He's
[00:35:26] just like, yeah, it's just been hard. You know, I feel like I've ruined some personal relationships last week. And Devon's like, you absolutely did not ruin any personal relationships. Everybody loves you. You're supposed to take big swings in this game. Do not worry about that. Barrett's like, I appreciate that. You know, it's just tough. It's just tough to find the energy every single day. And I'm not that kind of person to begin with. But, you know,
[00:35:55] I appreciate you coming to talk to me. And like, yeah, like, again, he's just so depleted. It's so clear how depleted he is. He, he's really struggling with social interactions at this point. And, and, and like, I think Devin's like, offering him that invitation just really like broke through his remaining like barriers
[00:36:25] and just like, he just started crying to, to Devin. So Devin's leaves, he briefly talks to Drew, and then Barrett goes into the have not room and just cries by himself for a while. Um, just, just kind of lets the floodgates loose. Um, a thing that we discovered yesterday as well is that while he was HOH, he had, you know, given
[00:36:55] production his clothes for the laundry service. And, uh, he still hasn't gotten them back. He is still without his clothes. Something happened. He, uh, they, they didn't, you know, they were like, yeah, sorry, the place is closed on the weekend. So, uh, we'll try to get you your clothes back. Um, but he's just been without most of his clothes since last week. Um, and,
[00:37:26] you know, it's just like production. Come on here. Like, uh, I'm sure, like, I'm sure they didn't do it on purpose, but like, can we figure this out here? Like, can we get the guy his clothes already? Like, come on. Uh, it really, and it, it does. It feels like, uh, it does start to feel bad because it's so many things that
[00:37:56] production is doing, like, on top of each other between, you know, not that it wasn't justified, but like, the diary room where they were all asked, like, you think Barrett's HOH week was one of the worst ever, right? Uh, which Melody refused to go along with, but, you know, everyone else kind of was happy to. Um, and the BB comic and, like, it's just like, all right, like, production.
[00:38:25] Let's at least get the guy his clothes, my God. Um, so, he's crying alone. Eventually, Devins comes back and, uh, talks with him some more, uh, and Drew comes in and they end up joking around, uh, and so, you know, they're doing their best here. I would say this is pretty good jury management from Devins, especially because, uh, Barrett was
[00:38:55] particularly upset with Devins the week before. He felt like Devins was one of the, uh, the people who was initiating the bad vibes in the house when he was H2H the most, um, because he was avoiding D for a lot of it himself, Barrett. Uh, and so, Devins kind of like, saying, hey, it's not personal, we're totally fine, I think is, is genuinely a little bit of needed, uh,
[00:39:25] sort of recovery when it comes to Barrett. Uh, but I also do think that it was just, uh, it was just genuinely being a human being to him. Just, it also happens to double as good jury management. Drew talks to Devins, uh, and he brings up the Devins D, you know, final two, face off. He thinks that Devins would have an edge. He has a lead on D against, uh, D in the final two. But,
[00:39:56] if you think about it, D has at least two votes, uh, on him that are like, uh, already there. Um, I think again, just trying to sort of throw in some little bit of seeds of doubt in Devins as much as he can. Devins says, you know, him and D are in a weird spot because Yash and Taylor did them a big favor by keeping D. But, they're not, they're also not blind to the danger that Yash poses. He certainly doesn't want to sit next to Yash in the end and Drew says he agrees.
[00:40:27] So, again, just more confirmation that what, what Drew said to Devins has, has worked and it's coming back around to Drew that Devins is like hearing what Drew is putting down, picking it up, I should say. Finally, as we get into the night, Drew and Melody, they do their thing. They chat for a while in the bathroom at night of all places. And eventually Melody's called to the diary room. When she does, Yash,
[00:40:57] who's the only other person awake at this point, walks into the bathroom and they dap up him and Drew. And the audio takes a second to turn on. But when the audio does turn on, Yash is laughing as Drew says, everyone thought we were fighting. Yash is like, everyone was like, what are we talking about? I was like, yeah,
[00:41:27] he was just telling me all the bullshit I've done to him. And Yash is like, yes, perfect, perfect, perfect. I was just telling him how much of a fraud you are. And Drew's like, oh, yeah. And Yash is like, because, like, valid, like, can't even say anything about it. And Drew's like, yeah, yeah. Yash is like, bro, bro, this is how it should have been a long fucking time ago.
[00:41:57] It took us too long to get here. And so they continue to kind of like laugh together about this. So first real check-in since the deal was made. They had talked about not checking in, not, you know, being obvious. So they're being very, very careful here. What I will say is there wasn't really anything substantive here. It wasn't like they talked about game or
[00:42:27] their plans moving forward. It was more just like, hey, us. and, you know, even to the point where like at one point, Yash had to was thinking he had to leave because they heard someone and then came back and usually like that's like, okay, now we have more time to actually talk. But it went back to just like, isn't it so funny that people thought we were fighting though? like that was kind
[00:42:56] of the only topic of conversation. So obviously interesting that they talked and that they're seemingly still on the same page. But still a little unclear to me in terms of how actually loyal either of them is to this deal. Again, this is still all just incentivized for them in terms of like, yeah, I might as well pretend like you're still doing the deal. Again, Drew is actively campaigning
[00:43:26] against Yash and potentially has just put him in the line of fire with the vets who theoretically might not have otherwise thought to do this. I do think they probably would have but like, you know, he certainly pushed them in that direction. And so, you know, it's interesting stuff. I'm very, very curious about this because I think that this is really like, this is make or break for both of them. If it's true,
[00:43:57] if they stick to it, it saves them both a lot of headache, but it's also not optimal for either one of them to hold to their end. It's just good for them if the other person does. so, we'll see. We'll see. That's about what I have for you from yesterday though. Let me know if you have any questions before we wrap up here. I will be back tomorrow morning, 11 a.m. Eastern to update you on everything that happens today on the Big Brother 28
[00:44:27] live feeds. We'll also be live tonight with the Survivor 51 draft. me coming in as the reigning champion for that one, as well as coming in as the reigning champion for this Big Brother season. So, you know, heavy as the head, you know, but we'll be doing that tonight. Tomorrow, two-hour episode of Big Brother
[00:44:56] and next week it's the premiere Survivor for Big Brother. So, that'll be fun. And of course, check out my Patreon where I'm doing fun things. I just posted the finale for Bloody Game season one. Jet lag has been rocking. We've been doing all kinds of Traders UK season one and lots of fun off-season Big Brother projects as well. Going back to Big Brother 2,
[00:45:26] watching the episodes and doing daily live feed updates from the archive of that season. check out the Patreon that I've got going on. Are there pet peeves this season? I actually don't know. I have not looked at the cast yet. So, that's something I should probably do before tonight. What happens with next year's draft if Yash wins? I mean,
[00:45:55] the audience wins. The audience becomes the reigning champion. I'll hold on to the crown for you, of course. You know, just, it'll be hard for you all to share it. I'll just, I'll hold on to it. But, you know, in spirit, it's yours. Do I think that it will be ropes for the blockbuster? They all suspect it's ropes. They've done ropes every season since they've, I mean, been doing blockbuster, but that's not exactly
[00:46:24] like hard. This has been two seasons of blockbuster. I do think, for me, Taylor is more likely to win ropes than Barrett or Melody, but it's not a guarantee by any means. Let's see. here. Is there a way to watch BB UK in the US? I'm sure there are ways.
[00:46:55] Let's see. Did Yash tell the truth about the bribe to Barrett Melody after nominating Taylor? I don't think he has officially told them. No. If I were a juror this season and it's Yash versus D or Devin's in the final, would I hold the powers against them at all? I would, certainly. Would that be enough for me to vote for Yash? It depends. It depends. Right now,
[00:47:24] with perfect knowledge of the season, I would still give the win to D because Yash kept D. If Yash kept D when he should not have, in my opinion, and so if he keeps D and then is unable to get rid of her before the final two, then I'm voting for D because it's your fault that she's sitting next to you. Especially if he won out to get there. It's like, well,
[00:47:54] Yash had the option to get rid of D. D never had the option to get rid of Yash. So I'm going to fault Yash a lot more for that than D. But if D similarly reciprocates and chooses to not take a shot at Yash when she has the option and then ends up in a final two with him, then it gets reversed. Well, you reciprocated when you shouldn't have. And now it's your fault that you're sitting next to Yash in the end instead of somebody easier to beat. And so
[00:48:24] I might lean Yash in that instance, depending on how they got there. But, you know, it's always tough. It's always tough to figure out who you might vote for before you know what the path is. Am I going to cover Big Brother Canada? I think the plan is to cover Big Brother Canada. We don't know if they're doing feeds. I think it's pretty unlikely. They probably would have said something. But I'm sure we will cover it in some form or fashion.
[00:48:54] So that'll be fun. How do I think they'll edit the veto competition? I hope they edit it well. I think it could be a very fun episode. They've got two whole hours to do it. So, you know, it could be a good time. All right. I think that's about it. I think you can tell that there's... Either I did a great job of covering all the angles or there just aren't that many angles to cover because a lot of the questions are about
[00:49:23] other shows. So, anyway, thank you for joining me this morning. I hope you had a good time. There's not going to be that much more of these. You know, it's the 15th today. We've got like almost... We're almost two weeks away from the finale. Almost on Thursday, we will be exactly two
[00:49:52] weeks from the finale. That's pretty wild. It feels quite close. on one hand, it feels very quick. On the other hand, it feels like when was there ever a world without Big Brother 28? You know, that's how it often goes. Either way, though, thank you so much for hanging out with me. Again, check out my Patreon, especially as we head into the offseason. You're going to miss me. You know what I mean? You're going to miss me, aren't you? You want to see more of me on my Patreon? Thank you all so much.
[00:50:22] I'll see you next time.
