BB28 Thursday Eviction Ep Recap, Week 4
Also available on YouTube.
Big Brother 28 brings a wild eviction night with shifting alliances and a blindsided house. Rob Cesternino and Taran Armstrong are joined by Survivorβs Omar Zaheer and Lovina Pavel to break down the latest chaos, where a surprise vote flip leaves the house scrambling and uncertainties about whoβs truly loyal emerge.
The core drama centers on Haleyβs turbulent Head of Household reign, as her plan gets upended hours before eviction. Dee masterminds a vote flip to save Drew, convincing Devens, Angela, and others, while blindsiding both the HOH and parts of the house. Melody survives the block, Lyric exits after a close vote, and the fallout creates confusion and mistrust. The group revisits the explosive vote, messy alliance lines, Deeβs chaotic gameplay, and how the vets maintain influence. Upcoming, everyoneβs focused on the wall endurance comp and the lingering questions around vote lies and blame.
- Omar questions if keeping Melody was smart, noting Haley and Angelaβs missed bond.
- Taran details Deeβs last-minute flip and how the accuracy of vote counting leads to more lies and confusion.
- Lovina points out Haleyβs struggle to target the right threats and the ongoing social fakeness in the house.
- The panel discusses Dee and Angelaβs success keeping their involvement secret (so far) and speculates if the wall comp will upend alliances.
- Funny moments include houseguest shout-outs in the Diary Room and pop culture quips about Paw Patrol and live feed drama.
As alliances fracture and trust erodes, will the fallout from this blindside push the Red Corner into power or has Dee set herself up for another week of chaos? Tune in for the full recap and all the evolving BB28 strategy.

[00:02:05] Hey everybody, what's going on? Rob Cesternino back on such an exciting eviction night Thursday of Big Brother 28. And boy, my heart goes out to Haley. She's been having a tough week and have her HOH not go the way she wanted. Heart goes out.
[00:02:27] Thogs and prayers tonight as we welcome in our incredible panel. And of course, a man I'm sure who has so much to say about today. It's Taron Armstrong. Taron, how are you? Rob, you know, sometimes we're giving things. And when we're giving things, we take them. And I'm taking tonight. This was a good night. We were have nots. And tonight we came off the slop.
[00:02:54] We really did. You know, I feel like, you know, the blockbuster is blockbustering, man. And like these, because we'll get into it. But like, this was a very, this happened like three hours ago. This vote. So like, this was good. Good stuff. Okay. Looking forward to breaking it all down here with us.
[00:03:17] Listen, there are survivors in the Big Brother house. There are survivors here on the eviction night recap from Survivor 42. Great friend of the pod. It's Omer Zaheer. Omer, how are you? I'm great. We just got thogged. And also, what a night for Jocasta because we are so used to giving to this show. And finally, we get to receive. Finally. Thrilled. Finally. How are you doing, Omer?
[00:03:47] I'm doing great. And you know what? I am locked in on this BB season. I was a big BB fan all the way back to when your time of maybe going on. Yeah. BB 2, BB 3 and onwards. You're an OG. And it really lost me around BB 16, which was boring as hell. And now we are so back the last two seasons. I am locked the fuck in. Please, please. No cursing. No cursing. Okay.
[00:04:15] Hi, JP. Social media. Please welcome back. Lavina Pavel. Lavina, how are you? Finally some good food. That's what I was saying before we went live. Finally. I was waiting for something. Like, give us something. Give me anything. I want to shitpost on the account. I want to shitpost on my own account. Like, thank God. Finally. I'm so happy. I need to go off on that for a minute, though. Go off on what? Go off. Because everybody, you know, last week at this very time, we are talking people off the ledge.
[00:04:43] This is the worst season ever. We have nothing to look forward to. Our lives are over. Nothing's ever going to happen. Are you new here? Our lives are over. Yeah. Have they ever seen Big Brother before? The birthday week happened in week four. You know, these things happen early on and you just have to wait for it. And you know what? When I was talking Kelly Wentworth off a ledge when Haley won HOH last week, I said, no, this thog is crazy. And she is going to get the worst case of HOH-itis and look where we are now.
[00:05:14] Yeah. No, it's such a good point about Haley's week. And really that we had to be reminded of it by the announcer. Thog's tyrannical tour of terror kicked off. Remember that? They hate her bad. They hate that woman bad. Like out the gate, out the gate. It was like the first word he said. You knew it was a good night, Taryn, when the announcer guy called her thog in the opening five seconds.
[00:05:44] I mean, that had to be so confusing for people who only watch the show. Yes, because it sounds like a slur. Like I was confused at first and then I really embraced it after I realized the origin, but it took time. Yep. So, all right. We have a lot to unpack. We will talk with Lyric tomorrow morning. There is a wall comp coming up. We are anticipating that that will come on after the West Coast airing of Big Brother tonight.
[00:06:12] So, look for a wall comp to play out live on the feeds. I'm sure Taryn will be live and streaming in but a couple of hours for everybody who is either on the West Coast or is cracking open a Red Bull, Pouya. A coffee and a Red Bull. Get it right. You got to. You got to. Yes. It is. It's pretty late for the East Coast. You'd anticipate it's going to be about an hour. That's about how long they have been lately.
[00:06:41] Maybe like an hour 40 at most. So, take that into account if you want to stay up tonight. Yep. Okay. So, Taryn, I think we kind of need to start with the anatomy of how this came together today because that as of last night, we did the podcast. We were saying goodbye to the Drew and Melody showmance. One of them was going home. This was going to be it. Lyric was safe no matter what in all scenarios.
[00:07:09] And then by the time the feeds ended up going down and the episode came on, Lyric was in big trouble, mister. Listen, don't threaten to take away all of Big Brother's showmances. It will find a way. No, I. So, so D came up with the idea, as we saw in the episode, that she wanted to keep Drew around. And we've been talking about this all week. Like, why are they taking Drew out?
[00:07:36] He is a number for them, and it doesn't make much sense for them to be doing this. D essentially realized that, pitched it to Devin's, pitched it to Angela. We saw this in the episode. What they didn't show us in the episode is that this pitch that they made to Hayley up in the HOH room, it worked flawlessly. Hayley thought she came up with the idea to keep Drew against Melody. The problem was Kamu did not want to keep Drew against Lyric. Kamu was convinced that they need to break up the showmance.
[00:08:05] One of Drew or Melody needs to go, which means if Melody wins the blockbuster, Drew gets evicted against Lyric. D did not like that Kamu was getting in the way of what she wanted. And so she bided her time yesterday. And today, hours before the eviction, she went to Devin's and said, I want to flip this whole thing. I want to, if they want to keep Lyric, I want to vote Lyric out.
[00:08:34] And I don't care if they know or not. And Devin's, chaos agent that he is, was like, Oh, I can't resist a good blindside. I'm in. They talked to Angela, who had the same reaction of like, You crazy eyes? Like, we're going to do something big? Like, yes, I'm in. And so they got Barrett. They got Mallory. They filled Drew in. And they planned to blindside the other side, not just to keep Drew against Lyric,
[00:09:02] but D also, just kind of on a whim, was like, might as well keep Melody too, I guess. Yeah. Might as well just vote out Lyric in every scenario. And that one almost didn't come together. But as we saw, it did. Okay. And I think it's worth exploring of just because you could, doesn't mean that you should. Omer, what do you think? Was this the right move keeping Melody in this scenario?
[00:09:32] You know, I think, you know, it was the right move for us. Sure. No doubt. That's all that matters. But I think that Taron has hit it on the head in the live streams that I have, or the live feed updates that I've listened to, in that if you're going to go after Drew, let it happen organically. Why are you trying to manufacture this to make it happen? And then when he's already up now, you're going to save him. And then you're already so, for the vets right now, they are like in the center of everything and they're totally fine.
[00:10:00] So why are you messing up the status quo and pissing off the red corner when they're doing everything you want? It just seems a little reckless, but now they have so many people on the other side, on their side. I think this was a terrible move for Angela because Haley was locked in with Angela, but it's great for us. I'm not convinced it's the best move that they could have made. And again, I'm happy. I like Drew and Melody on the show. I think that there was a lot of upside in keeping Drew without Melody
[00:10:29] because where else was he going? He was really going to be locked in, but now you kind of keep that side intact. And we find out, Lavina, that Lyric tells us that her nominations were going to be Drew and Barrett. Even Julie is like, girl, girl, that's crazy. She messed up the question, though. She literally just got done telling Lyric that Drew and Barrett were part of the alliance that kicked her out.
[00:10:56] So I feel like it was a tainted answer. But still, I guess it's frustrating because, again, I'm not in the house. I'm going to give them grace. But it's like, how do you not say, let me target the reality TV vets? To me, that's crazy. Yeah. As a person whose team fun feeds, I'm like, put the vets up. I don't get it. I had felt like that for the other side to have a chance, Lyric did need to go because she could definitely win an HOH
[00:11:26] and help to dismantle the other side of the house and try to appease the powers that be. Yes, I do think so. And in many ways like that, it was dangerous to have Lyric there in that she might have tried to keep her roster around. Her roster, by the way, the three vets that kept her. Yeah. And maybe the appeasement is not going after her friends, not going after her roster. That does kind of leave the vets as another option
[00:11:55] and the Drews and the Barretts. I don't think she would have gone after Barrett because of Mallory, but it also leaves potentially like the Lalas and the Taylors around. And that's it was just it was a little sketchy in that sense. The problem is that a problem for the vets if they're able to stay off of Lyric's block? Not really. But, but Rob, I agree. This was not a good move from, from the vets to blindside because they could have convinced Red Corner that this was fine. I absolutely, the Red Corner is so easily manipulated. They could have convinced them to do this. They would have been okay with it,
[00:12:25] but they do have a contingency plan. Something that they think will, will get them through this without any blame, which is just lie about their votes. Right. Yeah. There's not enough. Where's the votes? Everyone looked so every, the way everyone was like, like the way Devin's and I think Chuck was like, what even happened? Like, that's crazy. Like Taylor's like, what? I'm like, guys, there was like two votes. Yeah. So Chuck is trying to convince Dee he didn't,
[00:12:55] he voted the way for Melody. And it's like, she didn't vote with you, Chuck. You don't, you can't keep up. Yeah. Is this the plan that sort of just like by their time through the HOH competition in a couple of hours. And then maybe the plan is figure out then the other side might win the HOH and we don't have to like, try to come up with any other excuse. I would not say it was that sophisticated. At the time that they came up with the flip, it was going to be six, five.
[00:13:24] It was going to be the three vets, Drew Barrett and Mallory in this particular vote. And so there was a lot more room to play, to lie about your vote. Yash could have voted the other way, Taylor, Lala, but they approached Taylor and Lala and they got their votes. So now there's nowhere to hide. I assume that the lying plan was at least somewhat called off at that point. Um, but from the little I've seen from the feeds coming back already,
[00:13:53] it seems like Dee has already lied about her vote and Haley's already counting and saying somebody's not telling the truth. Yeah. Oh, this is brilliant. Honestly, Dee was giving very much. Like I got bored and I ruined lunch. Like I truly, truly can always count on her. I've been saying this, like she's like, it's going too well. Throw a spanner in the works. Like, I love it. We needed it. We needed it. And also like, it's kind of ironic. I love irony. It's my favorite thing. Alanis Morris said, but the, the best part of this is that,
[00:14:23] you know, who is Drew's closest ally other than melody? It's Barrett. And they, you know, Barrett has known for days that Drew is going home. And when this whole house plan flips to save Drew, who's the one person who did jack shit? Barrett. Like that's, that's irony. And I love it. Yeah. Hey, listen, we've all been dunking on Barrett all week long. He's not been doing anything to save Drew. Now who's laughing? Didn't need to do anything. Yeah. Just like he drew it up.
[00:14:52] Now I'd love to know Haley's perspective on this. Of course, she had a all time reaction to seeing what happened in the vote when she did not expect that Lyric was going to leave. She was in the dark, but Taryn, we did talk about it this week that it seemed like that she kind of liked the idea of Lyric going, although I guess it's her hatred of melody more. No, but that's,
[00:15:19] that's kind of what I mean is she would have been on board if they had pitched it to her and strongly enough. I think she absolutely would have been okay with it. Instead, they decided to blindside her and potentially ruin their relationship with an incredibly valuable player. It's kind of wild. But, but boy, was that a great reaction? Because it was like delayed. Like she like heard the vote. It was like, yeah, eight to three. Wait,
[00:15:50] face crack of the century, which name? That was so good. She's going to have a bad week. A fourth. A fourth. A fourth week. But she also, the thing is she hated, she hated melody. She's so jealous of Lyric, but if there's anything, but, but Thog doesn't hate or be jealous of anyone more than she loves herself. And so her just being left out of this, that is what probably hurts her the most.
[00:16:18] She doesn't care that Lyric goes home. Yeah. It's going to be fascinating to see how the icons deal with this and how they try to put the pieces back together in terms of like, I feel like that where they will go is that if the, if Chuck or Kamu or even Yash wins HOH, I think they're going to say they got tricked. I think that this has accelerated their job. They're going up on the block, but, but Rick will save them with his veto.
[00:16:48] But like, this is really going to accelerate. We're having an insurance policy. Yes. It's going to happen quicker. And you know what? Angela is probably going to be the one to pay probably at the hands of Drew, which also will be ironic. But she's going to go. We might get crazy eyes 2.0 though. Like everything's like, like lazy eyes, not crazy eyes. We're in such a good place. What this has done is set us up for a war on the wall tonight. Exactly. The entire house flipped on the red corner. And so up on that wall,
[00:17:16] it's going to be everyone against Kamu, Chuck, maybe Yash. Like, Yash becomes a bit of a wild card in this situation. Not in on this vote. I assume they tried to pitch it to him and he declined because they were planning to. He was very pro lyric. He had made a final two with her. He might be feeling pretty upset. And if Yash were to win, he might think, I want to keep the red corner strong and go after somebody else. Yash is a bit of a wild card here.
[00:17:44] Not to mention Kamu on the wall could certainly have a shot. So it's going to be, and Drew is just pumping them up. Like it's, it's like 13. Like there's like, there's a bunch of us against just a couple of them. We just need to beat them out on the wall. We've seen this kind of thing before. Of course, big brother 25 had a big blind side leading into the wall. So it's going to be a big one. Yeah. And they are aware it's a wall comp coming up tonight. They've been, they were speculating, but they're convinced now.
[00:18:12] They've been speculating that they're not convinced as far as I'm aware. That's, they don't really know what's coming. Other than just like, it's, we got a war ahead of us. We got, we got a bunch of people facing off against them, but, but once they see the wall, you know, game on. I was wondering last night if D would go all out to try to win an HOH in this spot, but I do kind of think that maybe she might be activated to try to win the wall comp. She has to, for sure.
[00:18:39] Not a single person in this game should not be trying to win this HOH right now. It's such a volatile time. Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And whoever wins gets to set the story of what just happened. If Kamu wins, everyone's like, oh my God, what, I got tricked. So it wasn't me. Uh, screw this whole, like, I don't even know how that happened. Um, if Mallory wins, it's, yeah, sorry guys, you suck. Sucks to suck. Mm-hmm. If he wasn't such a piece of shit, Kamu winning would actually be kind of funny in this spot,
[00:19:09] but no thanks. Yeah. Okay. It's really hard for me to not watch the chat. Like, it's a live feed update right now. Mm-hmm. But a lot is happening. A lot is happening. They're saying that right now, Haley believes that Dee and Angela voted with her, and that Kamu and Chuck, they, they did, Haley. I couldn't have drafted it better. You know, Tara,
[00:19:35] I was disappointed that they didn't include the exchange between Dee and Haley, where, uh, Dee got, they, they shared a little bit of that conversation, but they didn't include the whole part where, uh, Dee got Haley to sort of parrot it back. And then Haley, uh, was like, oh my God, you're so, you're so smart. Yeah. They, they walked right up to it and then they turned around and went home. Uh, they missed such a great scene. Um, I kind of understand why they didn't include it.
[00:20:05] It would have been a little confusing to see that Haley was on board for the Drew save, uh, and then watch them get blindsided. Um, and also theoretically, they also didn't know that this flip, like this flip, like I said, happened hours ago. This was likely edited back when will they agree to save drew was the final question. Yeah. Maybe Sunday night we'll get more of this, but Omar, I think that what would have really helped to sell all of this, we needed D and Devin's in the diary room together.
[00:20:36] Yes, we do. We would love these two coming together after they blindside each other on 58. What a great story. And I will say on the coconut phone, talking to each other, that's reheating, um, will and boogie, right? Yes. Um, but, but you know what? I will say survivor casting bring two people over. You could pick people that are not the vibe of this show. They picked two people that are perfect for the show. And I thought it was excellent. Did they call you for season 28, a big brother? Homer.
[00:21:07] I just, I, I told them I would be a simp for Angela. And so I, I need, I need, I kind of need this now. Go on big brother. One day. You don't actually, being a bad friend. Arissa, Arissa Cox once told me I should apply to big brother Canada. And I said, maybe, Hey, they're, they're working on a new cast. Look, this is a big hit. Maybe that's what they do. The Canadian survivors.
[00:21:36] Oh my God. Star of Canadian traders and survivor. Yeah. Marianne and I in that, we would strangle each other. They'll give you a free blood veto. Great. But you know who I'm all in on now though? I am all in on Haley. And I have to say. I am too. It's not that I like her. I love to hate her. And she is so effortlessly unlikable. You know how you have Parvati and Tyson. Sure. And they just have natural charisma.
[00:22:05] Haley has the exact opposite of that. She is so unlikable just by existing. I've come so far around that I kind of love her now. I cannot believe I'm saying this, but I need all four feeds on her and Kamu all week. Because apparently, I'm sorry, I can't stop reading the chat, but she's blaming Kamu for this flip presently. Brilliant. Yeah. Then she should love him. Yeah. Yeah. True. They're the FautΓ©. Oh my God. She literally was like,
[00:22:35] who, who, guys. It's just something like, like who made this happen? Who flipped was better. It was right there. It was right there. It is wild to think that after all this of that, Kamu has a thing for Lyric, that he masterminded her ouster also. Yeah. And you think that would make her love him now because. Yes. You chose me. Exactly. Yeah. Okay. That's, but that's, what's great about Thog. Okay.
[00:23:05] Thog don't care. Just a kid. Thog's so hard. Tomorrow morning is knocking. Stock your fridge now. How about a creamy mocha frappuccino drink? Or a sweet vanilla. Smooth caramel maybe. [00:25:32] There's a new Paw Patrol movie coming out. Paw Patrol Dino, uh, Dino, Paw Patrol the Dino Movie. Oh, I knew Drew was going to win that because he screams Paw Patrol ass bitch. You look at him and you know Yeah, if they need any, uh, anyone to put any of those dogs down, just let me know. You would put down the dog, any of the dogs from the Paw Patrol? Um, you know who I would put down first? Rubble.
[00:26:02] Rubble. On the double? On the double. You know, um, Just so everyone knows, Omer, I'm cutting you off and I need to say this. Just so everyone knows, before we went live, Omer's like, I had a long day. I was like, oh my god, what did you do? No, you can't say this. No, you can't. I'll get in trouble. Okay, sorry. Don't get him in trouble. Yeah. Okay. And it was a joke. We'll never know. All right. So, uh, we had the full-on Paw Patrol puzzle and this did go down
[00:26:31] to the wire or was it, it seemed exciting but we really only were watching one person. So, I, it seemed like that Lyric was off to a good start but then she really got in some, to place the bottom title card of the Paw Patrol. Yeah, that was, that was tricky. I mean, first of all, the Paw Patrol advertiser, like, if you ever want any further proof that they're trying to, like, attract children to this show, like, we're doing,
[00:27:01] we saw, we all saw the leak of their advertising thing, right? Like, the average age of the viewer of this show is pretty old. Yes. But I didn't see that. I didn't see the Paw Patrol here. You know, shout out to the guy in the chat that said Dog Patrol. Dog Patrol. Dog Patrol. The competition, the competition definitely suited Drew here. Those puzzle pieces, we watched Julie and Jay Moore compete on Instagram
[00:27:30] and they both were struggling to, like, maneuver them. They seemed kind of, not, like, super heavy but, like, heavy enough that if you grab just one end, you have to drag it. You can't, like, lift it up unless you're grabbing both ends. And so, that combined with the running back and forth, Drew just size-wise was going to have a better time at this. And yet, Lyric was doing better with the puzzle. She was planning it out better. He did not know where to put the pieces.
[00:28:00] She knew exactly where to put them initially. She wasn't able to map out the second layer and that's where she started to lose it. It seemed like they weren't fitting for her. Well, so what happened is first she put the bottom piece upside down, which ironically is almost exactly what Julie and Jay did when they were testing it out. They put the bottom piece on top. She just put the bottom piece on the bottom but upside down, which was quite silly, obviously, because there was an edge that she should have put there. And then,
[00:28:30] meanwhile, Drew was able to place it correctly, and then start placing the other pieces. And the tricky part is that because the pieces are so big and unwieldy, once you start piling pieces on the playboard, it gets way harder to place the pieces because you have to push stuff out of the way in order to make room. And so I think that's what happened to Lyric, but it was hard to tell because we only got one angle for about 30 seconds at the end, which was wild and should not happen. Yeah, so they
[00:29:00] nailed it last week. They did. That was a really good one complaint we have of the episode tonight. They didn't nail it on the wide shot. I'm not paying it. I'm paying half attention anyway. I'm staring at the middle of the screen and waiting for someone to call buzzer. That's what I'm doing. Every competition. It also seemed like Taryn that Drew buzzed in. They didn't give it to him and then he went and then he tightened up his puzzle and then he didn't hit the
[00:29:29] buzzer again and seemed like, all right, fine, he got it. Yeah, so I noticed this because when he was putting some of the pieces in, it seemed like at first they weren't fully because there were holes that the top pieces fit into. He went back and tried to tighten everything then hit his buzzer. So obviously he's thinking if they didn't call it, maybe one of my pieces is still loose. So he goes to try to jostle it to make sure they're all tight up. But I think that
[00:29:59] he had just won at that point. There's an intern getting fired for not D5Wing the holes. That was the issue. D5Wing? Yes. That's the lubricant. Is that what they call it in Canada? Yeah. You don't D5W. Oh, you know what? That is what it is. D5W is a type of fluid with, okay, yeah, work, yeah, okay, you're right.
[00:30:30] What's D5W? What is D5W for? I'm Googling that right now. It is, it's a type of fluid that you give animals and people. Oh, okay. Okay. I just got thogged. Just to be clear, like, Omer, I don't know if everyone knows your profession. They might just think you put down animals randomly. Yeah. I'm a veterinarian.
[00:31:00] I honk my beak real quick. Look at him. Yep. Taryn, did Lyric know how much trouble she was in tonight? Not in the way that she should have. She had a general sense of paranoia for being on the block as she described with Julie, but she was not aware of the shifting of things. She thought being on the block, I might just go home, period. And as things got closer and closer, she got more and more worried because fewer people were telling her she was
[00:31:30] okay. But what I was really hoping Julie would tell her was like, you were actually good like three hours ago. And it changed just like that because she does not know it was that close. Yeah. What about for Melody? Was she convinced she was leaving? Melody was very convinced she was leaving for a while. She knew that she, because the Drew plan happened and Barrett knew last night, so Melody
[00:31:59] was kind of officially informed that she would leave over Drew and also assumed that she would leave over Lyric because that was the case. So she was under the assumption last night coming into this morning that she was done. And then Barrett's talking to Mallory about flipping the vote to keep Drew against Lyric and she's like, what about me? And so she very last minute started to find out that she actually had
[00:32:29] a shot at staying against Lyric, but I don't know if she was ever fully informed. I assume she was, but I don't think we saw it on the feeds that she was ever given the heads up like we locked in six votes. Okay. I'm really curious to know. So Lyric gives her speech. She's like, if you think it's good, you know, keep me. Then Melody, it's her turn to give her words to the house. She says this. Julie, you look gorgeous. House guest. I've had so much fun. I've had so much fun on
[00:32:59] the show. And Julie, no cursing please. What did Melody say? What the bleep? I think we know the answer to this. Yes. What did she say, Taryn? She said, I've had so much fucking fun. Oh, no cursing please. See, I thought it was like a Shima Simone situation. Yes, he did.
[00:33:29] I was like, what did lyrics say about Julie I found Kamu's Instagram and he's Frankie Grande. Don't listen to this man. Nothing he says is true. Yeah. So, all right, Melody, try to keep it family friendly. We're talking about the freaking Paw Patrol. Exactly. We're trying to get people to watch the Paw Patrol dino movie. You know, we need to find out by getting Chase
[00:33:59] on the case. He'll figure this whole mess out for us. Yeah. You know, of all of the Paw Patrol catchphrases, you know, my favorite one is what? It's Chuck time. Do it again. It's Chuck time. You don't like this one? Her face is so poker. It's so poker. Is he talking about Lady Gaga? Yeah. I think Chuck could be the new thog. He could
[00:34:28] be the person that we truly stand next. He reminds me so much of who's that girl that looked like a porcupine from season 14? Bowie Jane. Oh, wait. Season 14. She won one veto. Yes. Jen city. That's Chuck. It's a very important veto she won. I actually knew a porcupine name. So at the time I worked in a zoo and we had a porcupine named Hawthorne. So I would always call
[00:34:58] her that called nobody understood except me and I knew that's a porcupine ass bitch right there. Okay. Let's talk about the votes because that the votes were coming in lyric, lyric, lyric, lyric, lyric. We saw when they put Taylor and Lala back to back. Taylor seemed to make sure that Lala
[00:35:27] was lock the F in before she voted. Yeah. So when the feeds cut, Taylor had been informed, like I said, about the Drew versus lyric vote, but had not been told about the melody versus lyric vote. But they were talking about going to Taylor Lala and Yash last minute to try to let them know that the votes were there. I assume that's what happened with Taylor and Taylor was just trying to make sure that Lala knew where they were actually
[00:35:57] going. I'm still very curious to know what happened with Yash, if they ended up not approaching him or if he just declined. But yeah, you want to make sure that there's no Ashley moments here. No Ashley moments. Where do we think Lala's going to land in this game? I want everybody's prediction. Final five. Yeah. She's going deep. I think she's a double eviction boot. Yeah. Either that or it's giving Victoria BB16.
[00:36:26] I had a premonition Chuck was going to win and I haven't stopped thinking about it. I'm so worried for us. Wow. Honestly, I saw your tweet earlier and I was like, it's time. I did pick him on my draft. So he does have a higher likelihood of winning. I'm down a person. Lyric, I was feeling so good about Lyric got sniped. I do feel
[00:36:56] like that Lyric did have a lot of upside. I feel like that she did not flame out. I think that they should find another show for her. I don't know. Omer, where should they put her in the CBS universe? In the CBS universe, I think that we got to go and put her on. Well, okay, the natural, the boring answer is the amazing race with Rome. That's a waste I want to see her on like, let's bring that show back, Pirate Master. Put her on there. Yeah. She could do it.
[00:37:26] She could do it. It's not CBS, but obviously Love Island is where she should be. She would be exploring. Although she's in love with Rome. She's got a man. Yeah. I just thought she was so capable. Like, ultimately she was, she just like, wasn't loyal enough to a side. Like, she was just such a, like, a rogue agent that could go in any direction that
[00:37:54] to be fair to her too. Like, almost every other version of this is a version where it worked out. Like, she just happened to run into, like, the one player in Haley who is, like, in a situation where she's a little jealous of the whole Kamu thing and is willing to just, like, completely out. Like, most people when you throw your friends under the bus are like, brilliant. This is great. They don't say, that was lame of you to do. Why'd you do that?
[00:38:24] And then rat you out to your friends. Like, she did such a good job getting herself off the block a couple weeks ago. But the thing is, you can kind of, you know, work with Haley without directly throwing your closest allies under the bus, especially after they just saw how she played them about the Rome thing. Like, it is, she was, she did the, she reminded me of Vince a little bit because Vince, if you think about Big Brother, it's like, tell people what they want to hear. But Vince took that to the extreme.
[00:38:54] And Lyric took self-preservation to the extreme. And it's like, it's not always in your best interest to be so, you have to show something to some people. Yeah. It was a little too desperate and transparent. Like, what happened was, it was the night before the replacement nominee was to be named. And all of a sudden, she's coming up to Haley and Chuck and Kamu saying, Mallory's, because Mallory was the other option. She's saying, Mallory's going to put all three of you on the block. And it's like, if you're going to do that, it needed to be seated properly. It was too last minute. It was too transparent. And it just,
[00:39:23] it gave Haley the opportunity to rat her out in the way that she did. Now, should Haley have done that if Lyric wasn't her target? Absolutely not. But it's Haley. Yeah. I must speak on behalf of Team Chaos and say that I truly, truly appreciate how many people in this house are so fake. Everyone's a fake ass bitch. And I truly appreciate that. Just from a chaos standpoint, like a lot of people were like, oh, now, you know, Melody did this. She turned
[00:39:53] against her friend and blah, blah, blah, doing it again. Now, Lyric's doing it. How could you like, you know, whatever. Good. I want everyone to be fake. All of the goodbye messages too. Like, was Melody crying? Like, I love you so much. And Haley's like, oh my God, I cannot wait to talk to everyone's a fake ass bitch. And I love it. Thank you. Thank you so much, you guys. I love that you brought that up because Melody really was that person that was abandoning every single one of
[00:40:22] her allies. And then now she thinks that Lyric is literally the devil for doing so. That was crazy. But I did love Melody's veto reactions with the drinky of the thing. And I need to say this before I forget. Because Rob's sister Nino, you are going to RHAP live or con or whatever it's called in a couple of weeks time doing a live show. You need to do the poison bit with people. You need to do it. And I want to see your death scene because I think you could have done a way
[00:40:52] better job than Chuck. Yeah. I don't trust women. All right. Maybe we could add that to the lineup. Yeah. Yeah. Will you come to Milwaukee, Wisconsin if we do that? I would really love to, but it's right in the middle of the work week. Yeah. All right. We'll phone you in. Phone you in. All right. Let's speaking of our HAP. We had a vote in the voting booth tonight from
[00:41:22] the great Rick Devins. I vote to evict Lyric. Thank you. I love you, Becca, Jack, Juju, Mom, Dad, Tony Kornheiser, R HAP. Yes. R HAP. Yeah. There you go. Right after. You were like fifth on the list. I think it was I might have been sixth. Yeah. But you weren't counting though. Yeah. Yeah. We will take it. Yeah. He doesn't know that you already changed it to our hat though with Rob has a thug.
[00:41:53] Yes. Right after Tony Kornheiser. Who's that? He is a famous talk show or is he's a famous sports writer. He's been on ESPN forever. His radio show. Rick Devins actually shouted him out in the edge of extinction aware that he won a challenge and he shouted out one of Tony Kornheiser's catchphrases. La cheesery. Oh, that's where that's from. Also, bring Reem on to Big Brother.
[00:42:22] Reem would be good. But yeah, appreciate appreciate Rick Devins fitting us in. Yeah. I tweeted we love you back. Yes. From the account. So we'll see it. Yes. Which which shout out did you like better that one or BB unlocked where I literally I I was it was a jump scare to see you on. Yes. Why you weren't ready for I wasn't ready. I didn't know what was happening and then it happened and I was like the one like the movie. Yeah. Well, I knew that was going to happen. The one that
[00:42:52] was really wild to me that night was when Rick Devins suggested that I might be one when Angelo thought that Rob was going to come out. Oh, he thought me instead of I know I was I think I literally said that night. I was like, I wonder if that's the first time maybe Boston Rob has been on the other side of the wrong Rob equation. If he's not a lot this week, they should ask him about it. It's me and Rick Devins. I'm always saying Sester Nino first,
[00:43:23] but that was not the only iconic shout out of the night tonight because Yash got to vote also. I vote to evict Melody. Thank you. Shout out Chipotle. Chipotle is my life. Can I just say like secure the bag? Brilliant work and Yash is giving very much like like I'm starting to worry that my love for him is not irony anymore. Nothing's going to change
[00:43:53] your love for Yash. I'm just not even mad about it anymore. And I truly feel like, you know that meme when people are like, oh, this is so like Dubai chocolate labubu. Like that's Yash. Doesn't that give you salmonella? Amazing. Like Yash. Dubai chocolate? There was a recall. Salmonella? Yeah. Listen, I gotta be honest. I'm having Chipotle tonight. Chipotle is my life. I was like, there's too much
[00:44:22] going on. I can't cook tonight. I gotta get Chipotle. Wait, what's your order? We need to know your order. A burrito, a chicken, a double chicken, a rice, cheese, veggies. It's pretty basic. Did you secure the bag? Not yet, but hopefully soon. Yes. I hate Chipotle. I hate, unapologetically hate Chipotle. And you know what? You're the devil in disguise. That's what you are, Taryn, for loving that shit. But you know what? I will say that was a
[00:44:52] great use of a shout out because Lala, you do it annoying just like everybody else. Yash, that's how you do it. That's how you do it. Omer, what's your opinion on Yash? You know what? I was so excited to see that there was a dropout so I could bring my countrymen in and really root for him. And then it was like, that's not us at first. But now he really is coming to his own. He seems like he knows what he's doing. And I could see him.
[00:45:22] The thing is, I was like, him and Taylor are in a similar position. A few weeks ago, I was like, Taylor has more smarts, game smarts, and sense than Yash does, but doesn't have as much of the good position. Whereas Yash is in a little bit of a better position, but doesn't have the game sense. And now he seems to be getting it, although Angela's on his ass and you know she's on the case. So I don't know how it's going to go, but I could see him having a better upside. Yeah. Taryn, could you see this potentially being the undoing of Yash,
[00:45:52] him being on the wrong side of this 8-3 vote? It is very bad. It is definitely bad. It flew too close to the sun. Yeah, because you really tend to, in these big moments, you tend to divide by those divisions. If somebody from the voting group that voted for Melody to stay, which is 8 people plus Melody herself makes 9 people, like, if any of them win, there's 4
[00:46:22] people on the other side. There's Hayley, Chuck, Kamu, and Yash. How many nominations do you often make in the blockbuster era? You make 4. It's not great. He'll stay against all of them, though. He needs to do the Dan Giesling thing now, you know, tuck his tail between his legs, be like, I'm so sorry. A lyric, she really lured me in and I was really loyal to her as a final too. I'm so sorry, blah, blah, blah, blah. Don't forget about it by next week, except for Angela.
[00:46:52] How about Lyric voting for Rome way back when? I know Taylor did a hinky vote that night, but I think that everybody pretty much believed that she did vote for Rome. Did that hurt her reputation in the house as being somebody who's just so self-interested? If they believed she I don't think it helped. Yeah, definitely. Yeah, they believed her and it was talked about like I think even today, because when Mallory found out today that they were voting for Drew to stay over Lyric,
[00:47:22] she was like upset about it. Like she was happy because this meant that the vets were drawing a line and this was good for her game because it was, but she was still very, as you saw it in the diary room when she cast the vote, which by the way, like that's what it looks like when somebody is actually sad to vote somebody out. I sadly vote to evict, but she was genuinely really sad and had to start talking herself into, well, I can't trust Lyric.
[00:47:52] She did do that and she didn't even vote for Rome to stay. And like, that was kind of one of the things that she was using to justify the vote out for Lyric. And so, you know, yeah, little things like that. I think she absolutely could have voted for Rome to stay. It would not have been a big deal. You know what they say is if you're loyal to everyone, you're loyal to no one. And if you're loyal to no one, you're also loyal to no one. Both things. Yeah. Omar, did you happen to catch the news item about Lyric admitting to peeing in the shower
[00:48:22] to spite the other house guests? I didn't know. You didn't know about that? There's a TMZ article. I think it was the New York Post. I don't know if TMZ had it also. I swear I saw TMZ pick that up. Isn't that, okay, I am not, I will say on the record, I am not a PMZ in the shower type of person. But when I found out this was like a behavior people performed, I was shocked to find out it's normal. So why is
[00:48:52] this front page news? You were shocked that people pee in the shower? Yeah. But like, I went through the shock of that years ago. So why is this front page news? What's the big deal? TMZ did have it too. I stand corrected. Yeah. So, yes, she told Mallory, she pulled Mallory aside, she's like, hey, I have a secret to tell you. I pee in the shower, I peed in the shower every single time, which, and Taryn, she wasn't even on the block until week two. I thought her secret was that her real name was Jill.
[00:49:22] Crazy. Did she say that? Yeah. Yeah. Like Jack and Jill. Okay. All right. So there you go. Tomorrow morning is knocking. Stock your fridge now. [00:51:51] lyrics conversation with Julie Chen Moonves. And she's so grateful, but Julie is going to ask her, who were the three votes to keep you? She always pop quizzes these people. She wants to know. Yeah. She, you know, I feel like she should just tell them. She should just, because it's also like so out of context. It's like, yeah, Chuck and Kamu
[00:52:21] and Yash voted to keep her, but Yash is probably the only one that would have done so even knowing that she didn't have the, like, Yash is the only one that actually stood up for her in a serious way. Chuck and Kamu just didn't realize that the votes weren't there. It's not that meaningful, but it always feels meaningful when Julie, you know, proposes it like this. Only Rob will get this reference, but it's like when on Survivor Thailand, your favorite season, when Jeff was
[00:52:50] like, hey, Jan, what goes with nachos? And then she was like, beer. He's like, no, enchiladas. And he was like, no, woman, margaritas. That's what it's like when Julie does that every He said no woman? Yeah. Jeff broke said no woman? I don't know if that's the right quote. We'll pull the clip. Okay.
[00:53:19] He said dig woman famously. He did say dig woman. It's crazy. All right. So Lyric was very emotional with Julie, Taryn. We usually don't see too many people crying with Julie. Yeah, I think Lyric was already feeling very emotional and then but like she was trying to leave like like quickly because she didn't want to get emotional. But then like Mallory and Melody kind of like pinned her down crying with her and that started to get her emotional.
[00:53:50] And so when Julie talked about like who voted for you, it you know, you just like you start to feel that swell of like, oh, these people did want me here. They were supporting me. And I think that that just kind of got her. Yeah, this was the end of the line for the Littles. Levina, I was happy even though that there was between Melody throwing Mallory under the bus and then famously Lyric throwing Mallory under the bus this week that I feel like that they left on pretty good terms. Yeah, and it's like I said earlier, I love
[00:54:19] fake ass bitches, but it's just a game, right? Like make good TV, be a fake ass bitch in the game and still come out with your friends. And I really believe that they will be friends. I don't think it's going to be any hard feelings. Taryn, I loved when you called them the three women from the White Lotus season three. So it's so apt. It really is. So good. Why do they call her the Pipe Queen? Is it because the challenge or because she has guns? And also, why does she look like Tumbleweed from Mario Party?
[00:54:50] It's from the challenge. But also, she does have guns. Yeah. I don't know. Tumbleweed? Tumbleweed. I didn't know. Yeah. Bring that up. Who wore it better? Okay. So that she gets asked about throwing her alliance under the bus and Lyric does clock. It is a six person alliance. Just it's actually an eight person alliance. Yeah. The one that
[00:55:19] just blew up because of this vote. How is this going to work like Julie? Like this is not helping. Yes. You were there was an eight person alliance and they were voted out eight to three. It was not the eight person alliance that voted you right? Also, Jason called out the eight last week. It's not like it's new news, Julie. Yeah. She's like, they were in the room together. Okay. I did not like this question from Julie that she asked Lyric, did you lose
[00:55:49] your footing when Rome got voted out? And I would say she played better when Rome got voted out. Yeah. It was kind of a not, I mean, I'm not going to say a non factor. I think there was some like, like they're like putting them in the same category, whatever you want to call it. The same with Jason too. I just don't like the implication that a woman in a showman's is going to just struggle and be that damsel in distress. If she was a damsel in distress, she used it to her benefit. It's all I mean, she lost a number.
[00:56:20] Yeah. She lost a number, but yeah, it kicked her into playing even more. I just, I really, I would like to give a small update on the state of that. Haley has said that she fully 100%, a thousand percent will die on this hill knows that Angela is not lying to her. That's, that's our thought. And,
[00:56:49] and she's even come up with a new theory. We've never found out what these powers are. What if one of the powers was to flip a vote? Oh, just one. Just one? Just Angela's. Just Angela's. She also believes D. She is believing both D and Angela. D is playing into it like, oh, yeah, I know we're mad at Devin's, but we got to pretend to still be good with him because we need numbers.
[00:57:19] You know what? When you said their plan was to lie about the, you know, I stand corrected. I know, right? Yeah. So who do we want to win HOH for maximum chaos at this Mallory? Mallory's Mallory's been my pick. I can't, I can't, off of Mallory. I think she also will win. It's the wall comp. She's small and strong and I think that she's going to do really well. And if I may say, and I'm really sorry to say this, Lavina, I think, I can't think of a person that I think would be worse on the wall than you.
[00:57:49] Really? You know what? He's not wrong. Exactly. I'm like, I have to go pee. Like, I have to do something else. It wouldn't even be like, I'm tired. I would just get bored and just drop. I would hit him with a Jessica Milagros and just scream. Has anyone peated their pants in one of these endurance comps? They must have done it. I mean, famously, yeah, but I'm not sure about it on
[00:58:19] the wall comp. And it's usually, it's so wet and goopy. It would be hard to tell, I think. Where did they pee when they were in the box for 15 hours on Big Brother 6? They didn't. Or did they pee in a cup? They did. I don't remember. Right? They certainly did in Big Brother 5. And certainly in the Big Brother 25 pressure cooker, right? There were many stories of the... There was peeing in the Big Brother
[00:58:48] 25 pressure cooker. No, I don't think so. I was like, y'all didn't even let us pee when we did the RHAP pressure cooker. Oh, but you could easily hide a bottle underneath the table. Exactly. Come on. Didn't let you in the same way they didn't let the pressure cooker. It's up to you. Did Bowie Jane do it or no? Only in the shower. Okay. All right. We had goodbye messages.
[00:59:19] Nothing too interesting in the goodbye messages, right? No. Yeah. I don't remember them. They were filmed before the flip happened. Right. None of them even knew that this was a possibility. Julie asked about what's with Rome. Is that serious? She says it's the real deal. I love Rome and Julie got to ask again if she's coming to the wedding. Yeah. And this time she made sure she got the song right by asking Lyric to say it first. Yes. What song is your dad going to sing?
[00:59:49] He only has one Julie. Is it ringing a bell for any of the viewers at all? No, there are two. I guess it's an old crowd. So you either get the song or you know Paw Patrol. There's no song than new Paw Patrol. I think kids. Yeah. By the way, Julie did her demo on social media. You mentioned with Jay Moore. She referenced the curse, Taryn. And she said, no,
[01:00:19] no, I'm not going to go from the middle position because that's cursed. She actually, I believe, did she do her practice from Drew's position? And nobody did the demo from the Lyric position, so the curse is officially broken. It's broken. Curse done. I think once you acknowledge its presence, the anti-curse toxins invade and it goes away. Yeah. Like a no hitter. Apparently, apparently I'm seeing that Melody said
[01:00:49] the Lyric fell during the blockbuster at one point. I don't think we saw it. away from it? Yeah, it's because we saw that one angle for too long. Yeah. Okay. So Julie said, oh, we have a guest here who's going to be on Big Brother Unlocked. And my head was ready to explode because I thought we were about to do a five minute segment with Jay Moore. Yeah, me too. I was like, oh, come on. Like, read the room. This was such a
[01:01:18] great episode. Such a great night. What are you doing? And Jay Moore is a comedian that he used to be on SNL. He was in Jerry McGuire. there? Okay. I don't know what that is. And he's been an actor in a bunch of things. I think he's a big sports fan. I guess he's a big Big Brother fan also if he's hanging out on the set and testing out the blockbuster. They were kind of joking about how much he knew about the show as if he knows nothing about the show.
[01:01:48] Could be a friend of Jerry O'Connell who happened to be in the building. If I had to guess. really big fan, though. He's locked the fuck in. Jerry O'Connell. Yeah. Yeah. All right. Chat BCC. Yes. And so then I thought we were going to get a Jay Moore interview a la Ross Matthews a couple of weeks ago, but instead what a nice surprise. Here comes Josh Martinez. King looking amazing. Yeah. Crushing it. Yeah. It was a good spot for Josh.
[01:02:18] It was I am very happy to see Josh definitely you know, this is probably better served on unlocked than right after a big blind side. But it was certainly better than I expected. Yeah. Like it does feel like that on a night like this that there's probably more things that could have been served. Josh could come out and say love one another and say, hey, tune in for more with Josh on BB unlocked. It was nice to hear about his experience on on
[01:02:48] the what is it called? Celebrity Big Brother Mexico. Is that what it is? Yeah. It was cool to hear about his experience on that. But yeah, I think the timing was just kind of off. But if it was anyone else like a D list Z list celebrity, I would have been pissed. Still a great night. Yeah. We love Josh. Yes. OK. And we'll see more from him on what should be a jam packed Big Brother unlocked. Taryn, do you think that they will save things from no
[01:03:18] because they still they're recording Big Brother unlocked tonight. They won't have any other footage to show us. They'll save that for Sunday. Yeah, that's actually I hadn't thought about that, but that might be true as well. I mean, I think they've probably got a little more flexibility for unlocked in terms of what they can show. They could probably string something together from the day because it doesn't need to fit into the overall storyline. they can throw a clip in so they can probably get some of it. But I assume we will also get a decent amount of it on Sunday. I suspect if anything, I think that they might give
[01:03:48] Lyric some more of the background information that you were talking about, like telling her, you know you were safe until like two hours ago, right? You would hope. I don't know if they'll have video footage, but I think that they will probably talk about that. Plus, Selena disaster that we almost missed her here. probably too short notice to get Rome in for the big reunion. Yeah, we're all more.
[01:04:18] Planes are fast, private jets. Get them in on the Paramount private jet. Okay. All right. Taron, anything else from the hour or so of feeds that have gone down? It's just, you know, Angela and D are working things. Devins admitted to his vote, so they are mad at Devins. They're mad at Barrett, who also admitted it. But again,
[01:04:47] because D and Angela kept their mouth shut, they theoretically still have some sway with where things might go. Now, the problem is that Haley isn't really the issue. Haley can't win this HOH. The issue is Chuck or Kamu, who, if they win, they now have a lot more power to say, no, I really did vote this way. You can't doubt me because I'm the HOH. So, that's still certainly
[01:05:17] a concern. But D is apparently talking to the cameras right now, talking about how much fun she's having because Chuck is believing that Kamu's lying to him and Haley believes that people are lying all over the place. The dumb dumb. Yeah, I take back everything about it being a bad move. They can do whatever they want and it's going to be fine. Truly. That's level five. Have we had this kind of a blind
[01:05:47] side who flipped kind of situation? Honestly, like if Haley truly honestly believes that it is a power and someone on the other side does win, say Mallory wins and does put them up. I just feel like the breakdowns that she's going to have are just going to be worse. So she's more than welcome to think that it's a power. She's probably not that worried because she also thinks that she's going to get America's power this week. So she's good.
[01:06:17] Oh my God, America loves her because she's so pretty. What did you say? Okay, actually, let's check in on the BB time capsule of where do we think it's going after? You have to think it's going to one of the people that are from the other side. I think that Melody, Mallory, and Drew are certainly in contention. I think those are the three. I think what I've seen online is mostly Mallory because Melody was too risky. But I think the show
[01:06:47] has given us a lot of Melody in particular. Drew hasn't had the best edit up until tonight, but tonight was big. Him crying over Melody, that's, I think, going to do numbers for the casual vote. So it would not surprise me if Drew got it. It would not surprise me if Melody got it. And Mallory still in there with a shot, I think. Mallory did not have a particularly big TV week. I'm trying to remember of she got thrown under the bus by Lyric, but really
[01:07:17] outside of that, she wasn't really featured too much. I think she was there saying, though, that she was like, Haley, what are you talking about a tough week? I'll show you a tough week. I think people like that. Hey, Omer. She says this. No, I'm fucking horrible because you're all ruining my life. Yeah. Omer, Haley is expecting to get the BB time capsule this week. Yeah, that's what I'm saying. She's good because she knows she's going to get it. If I have to be a bitch to a bitch, I will. will. Long
[01:07:47] time down. She's got this. I know where my 15 votes are going. Okay. Actually, there was another shout out that I forgot to mention, but this is an interesting one. Okay. We had Kamu goes to the diary room. He votes and then wants to shout out a big brother alumni. John 14 6. Frankie Grande. Tell your sister to hit me up. Ooh, okay. Now, Frankie Grande, in fairness to Kamu, has been extremely
[01:08:16] active this season, tweeting about Kamu all season long. So, all nice things. Yes. All things. Off with his hands. that's a guy that I would love to date my sister. I would love. Right. Yeah, so Frankie Grande has been on Kamu going back from when Kamu had made comments about how that he could, Jason could miss me with wearing a dress because he has an
[01:08:45] MMA reputation to uphold and Frankie Grande was on him for that and then Frankie Grande, Frankie Grande was calling for him to be removed from the house for that. Executed. It's genuinely because like Rob, it didn't even cross my mind. I don't know why, but like when he said Frankie Grande, I was like, oh yeah, of course, because Jason knows Frankie, that's probably why he's, but he had no idea. This was, Jason was referring to Frankie at the tea party when he said, I know
[01:09:15] people, I have friends that you would die to get in with, and here he is, unrelated in the confessional, calling out Frankie, hit me, get your sister to hit me up. That's wild, actually. Frankie Grande extremely active when all of the Kamu social media videos came to light, calling for him to be removed from the house. And then make his ass out. Yeah, he could not have picked a worse person to shout out
[01:09:44] and have people go look at what he's saying. Levina, do you have a tweet? Can I do the honors of reading it out loud? From Frankie Grande. Frankie Grande's response to Kamu is, not a fucking chance, Kamu, you can eat my ass. And here's the picture. Can you rewind that and play it again? Amazing. Amazing, amazing, amazing. Yeah,
[01:10:14] so wild, wild, wild night all around. Frankie Grande has not been active about Big Brother any season, really for years and years and years. He wasn't this active for Reindeer Games. Yeah, which was great. But for Big Brother proper, it's not like that Frankie Grande was out here talking about any of these other Big Brother players. I know his friend is on this season,
[01:10:44] but just picked a weird time for Kamu to shout this out. It's really fun. Yeah. Art. Yes. It truly is art. Cinema. Anything else from tonight's Big Brother? So excited. I feel like a lot of people were starting to get down on the season, including myself. Like, I was on the live feed update on Monday, and I told Taryn, like, I feel like I'm watching America's next top bottom of
[01:11:13] the tool shed or whatever I said, crossovers. And there's still elements of that are willing to play, be fake. They're willing to throw people under the bus for their own games. They're very willing to play. And I just didn't, in my heart of hearts, I never thought that it was just going to stay this way and just stay in a steam roll. Of course, you worry about that. But I've truly been
[01:11:43] locked into these feeds, honestly, more than I have the past two seasons. And I don't know if that is an unpopular opinion, but I really feel like the feeds have been really good. We did the stock watch survey this week, and the season as a whole rating was a 5.1, which was the lowest rated season at week four since Big Brother 21. People were down on this week. I'm very curious to know what the numbers will look like next week, maybe depending on this age. Big Brother 22 had
[01:12:15] a 5.4 at this point. Okay. Yeah. What was even happening? If you would have told us last Friday morning, and this is prior to everything with the coin, that ultimately this week is going to end with Lyric going home. Of all of the potential bad options that were out there, this was, with all due respect to Lyric, the least bad and it happened in the most exciting way. And a blindside. A blindside
[01:12:44] where now they're successfully lying about their votes. What more can we ask for? Yeah. What a huge day. That's what we can ask for. Yeah. And also today, if things ever die down in the action in the next day or so, be sure to check out earlier today, Summer of Stein, huge get, Pauly Calafiore joined Eric Stein and I for a conversation eight years
[01:13:14] in the making. This is big. And Pauly was great. He's so great. I would hope. Yeah. Let's give him a recap. He was great. He was in really good spirits. We talked a lot about Big Brother 18 and what his headspace was like at that season. Some of the parallels there are from that season. And he has a completely different worldview challenge.
[01:13:46] You have to take that up with the powers that be. But great job by Pauly Calafiore today. Then also Rahapcon at Omer mentioned it's coming up in just a couple of weeks. Sam was doing some math and he said that Big Brother episode 1000 is taking place when we are at Rahapcon. We'll be together. for the 1000th episode
[01:14:15] of Big Brother Party. Taren do you know is it the Wednesday or the Thursday? I think it's the Thursday. Oh good. They timed it right. Yes. Yeah. Thursday night eviction night will be episode number 1000 of Big Brother. Crazy. What are the chances? We did not plan it that way. So check that out. Rahapcon.com There are single ticket Big Brother tickets available passes for all three days. We'll be doing live podcasts, playing reality
[01:14:45] games as well, and lots of other fun meetups at Rahapcon.com Okay. Oh yeah, here it is. Summer of Stein, Paulie Calafiore. I don't know if that's an accurate recent picture of Paulie Calafiore, but he was incredible on the podcast today. Check that out. And of course, everything we're doing over on Patreon, including tomorrow, I'll be live at 3pm Eastern. Call in, give us your hot takes as well. We'd love
[01:15:14] to hear what you're thinking, ask your questions as we talk about whoever wins this wall comp and what they want to do. Taryn and I also on Wednesday, boy, this is going to be a big shakeup in the mailbag going into this week when we update the win percentages. Although, at the top, it'll probably be very similar. And so, of course, you can send in your questions where we're talking strategy. Rob's website.com slash BB mailbag. And of course, a very fun episode of The Slop this week with Chappelle talking about all of the
[01:15:44] nonsense in the Big Brother world. And also, we talked with Sandra Diaz-Twine about the Survivor Pearl Islands premiere over in the Survivor podcast feed. Omer, did you listen yet? Not, it's on my list for the jam this week, but you know what's been keeping me busy? Don't talk about the jam. And what's been keeping me busy and away from that podcast is Taryn's live feeds updates every day, which I have to listen to because I will say, Taryn, listening to your live
[01:16:13] feeds daily updates has made the experience of watching Big Brother in the summer so much more enjoyable. I used to only watch the TV show, and it's great, so thank you for all that you do there. And I don't know how you watch 24 hours of stuff. I'd like to hear the story behind how someday. Clones. Robots. Yeah. Is this the first season that you're watching the live feed update? I watched
[01:16:43] maybe 20% of them last year on my commute, but I wasn't that locked in. I really enjoyed last season, though, and now I can't get enough. Every day, I have to be up to date. Amazing. All right. Thank you so much. On Friday, Taryn and I will talk with Lyric right before the live feed update goes on. Omer, such a delight to have you here for Eviction Night. Anything else coming up for you? No.
[01:17:13] Well, maybe if I am sick, I can come to ArhabCon in Milwaukee, but everyone have a great time with the season, and I can't wait to watch the poison video. Yes. Okay. All right. Great to have you here, Omer. And yeah, I'm super excited about the season. Thanks for having me. You can follow me on my, well, follow the RHAP accounts. We're having fun over there, all of the social media accounts,
[01:17:43] and then you can follow me at LPAPS with two S's. Okay. And then Taryn, are you ready for the wall comp? Very ready. I'll be, I need to eat my Chipotle, and then I'll be going live for the wall comp as soon as I can. So check out the streams. Patreon is the best place to go, but Twitch and YouTube will be live as well. We'll watch the wall comp. It's a big one. It's a lot of stuff going down here. Big, important results.
[01:18:12] So it'll be interesting to see. All right. Enjoy the comp, everybody. Have a great night. We've got lots of great stuff coming up on Friday. So let's see where we go from here.
