Also available on YouTube.
Big Brother 28 sees the house debating who holds the mysterious power and reeling after a Veto shakeup. Taran Armstrong recaps Day 26 with AJ Norris, diving into shifting alliances, replacement nominee debates, and confusion around hidden game powers as the players try to figure out their next moves.
Haley is the current HoH, having nominated Drew, Melody, and Taylor, with Drew as the secret target. The Veto comp ends with Taylor grabbing safety, forcing Haley to choose a replacement nominee. Lyric seems to be the choice, though not everyone agrees. The house suspects Mallory may have a special power, and conversations spiral as Devens and Dee try to deduce who really has it. Chuk and Kamu push for Mallory to be the renom to flush any power, but Haley insists on Lyric. Meanwhile, Drew drops hints about a grand plan for the next HoH, raising even more eyebrows about the true powers in play. Angela, feeling paranoid, is convinced Drew is coming for her, even though his sights are elsewhere. Social cracks show as alliances waver and players worry about whoβs really pulling the strings.
- Taran notes that signs point away from Dee having the power, focusing suspicion on Drew and Mallory.
- AJ highlights how Barrettβs position in the alliance is risky after learning Drew is the primary target.
- Taran and AJ debate Drewβs logic for not using a possible power to save himself, comparing it to past infamous mistakes in the game.
- Haley resists Chuk and Kamuβs push for Mallory as renom, instead insisting Lyric is more dangerous.
- The hosts call out the houseβs shifting social energy, especially Haleyβs struggle deciding her true allies and Angelaβs read that doesnβt match reality.
The alliances are unsettled, powers are hidden, and Haleyβs replacement nom could decide if the main target goes or if the house flips. Will she stick with Lyric, or will Malloryβs rumored power force a last-minute change? Listen now for all the latest Big Brother 28 live feed twists and strategy drama.

Botox, onabotulinum toxin A, prevents headaches in adults with chronic migraine. It's not for those with 14 or fewer headache days a month. It's the number one prescribed branded chronic migraine preventive treatment. Effects of Botox may spread hours to weeks after injection, causing serious symptoms. Allert your doctor right away, as difficulty swallowing, speaking, breathing, eye problems, or muscle weakness can be signs of a life-threatening condition.
[00:01:58] Patients with these conditions before injection are at highest risk. Side effects may include allergic reactions, neck and injection site pain, fatigue, and headache. Allergic reactions can include rash, welts, asthma symptoms, and dizziness. Don't receive Botox if there's a skin infection. Tell your doctor your medical history, muscle or nerve conditions, including ALS Lou Gehrig's disease, myasthenia gravis or Lambert-Eaton syndrome, and medications, including botulinum toxins, as these may increase the risk of serious side effects. [00:03:25] Hello, everyone, and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for August 2nd. I am your host, Taran Armstrong, and I'm here to update you on everything that happened yesterday. The Big Brother 28 live feeds. It was day 26 in the house, and we had a very late veto competition, so we'll have that to talk about, of course.
[00:03:52] As well as some more speculation about powers, some possible plans with the veto situation, and where this week might end up going with me to talk through it all. It's AJ. How you doing, AJ? I'm doing great, Taryn. I'm going to be above 50 with you and everyone that's watching and listening. I genuinely thought at midnight last time, my time, this was going to be the most boring live feed update of the season so far.
[00:04:18] And then something happened, and I was like, okay, I can't chew on this, but like, yo, Taryn, yesterday was slow. It was slow. It was a very slow day through much of the day, yes. But once we got the veto, things picked up a little bit. There's plenty to talk about there, but let's just get straight into it. But of course, as you know, Haley, the HOH, has nominated Drew, Melody, and Taylor. Drew is the intended target.
[00:04:46] He does not know that. There's also speculation about who won the power, because nobody came out with a costume, with a punishment of any sort. So who has it? The prime suspects are Drew and Dee, but people in the house suspect that Mallory may also potentially have the power.
[00:05:12] So that's something else we're going to keep a track of here throughout the day. And I'll tell you that right out of the gates, Devins finally gets a chance to ask Dee. He's in the shower. He's like, she's like, what are you doing? Do you have to get it? She goes, no, I swear to God, I didn't. Really? Yeah, I swear.
[00:05:41] And then later on, they have a more concrete conversation about it. That's where basically she reiterates. She did not win the power. She feels kind of bad about it. And so Devin says, well, Mallory must have it then. But we would fully expect Dee to tell Devin, given that he has only told her about the diamond power of veto.
[00:06:11] So you would fully expect that Dee would have told Devin about a power if she won it. Certainly the never not pass. Certainly the two HOHs in a row. The bribe safety. Also, no reason to not tell him. The what else even is there? I was like the guest veto player.
[00:06:36] She would have told him you could maybe argue, maybe that if she had the coin of destiny, given that it's an anonymous power, maybe she would keep this from him. In the event that she ever wanted to use this power without his say, his influence or against his wishes. But this is very strong evidence that Dee did not, in fact, get this power.
[00:07:03] And I can see a world where Dee would keep like some powers like hidden to yourself, like you just mentioned. Some of the powers are so stupid and pointless. No offense that it makes no sense for you to hide it from the other house guests, let alone your closest ally. However, the fact that Dee and Devin's like came up with a code that like, oh, in case Dee wins it and she never did the code. Devin's confronted her like while he was in the shower and later on talk about it.
[00:07:27] Like I firmly at that point in time was off the D train because I genuinely felt, especially when Dee's playing this game, she likes bouncing ideas off other people. She likes talking things through. She would have told Devin's at this point in time. So I think Dee is out of contention, which I think for them to think Mallory has the power makes so much sense because Mallory has been put up multiple times. Like Drew, sure, Drew is a floater on both sides, but you wouldn't think like Drew is like popular, if that makes sense.
[00:07:53] Like you would look for who's the scrappy underdog who keeps winning competitions, who's like up against the big bad. And like that would be Mallory at this point in time. Like Drew could have it, but like I think it makes logical sense for them to think Mallory would be the more likely recipient of the power. Well, and I would say in addition to that, because they did talk about Drew as a possibility, the fact that he's in the diary room a lot and they hear him screaming in the diary room a lot.
[00:08:17] They're like, oh, he's probably really popular that he was in the diary room for a long time when the power was given out. So there was a lot of speculation that Drew would have it. But they kind of assume he couldn't, given the fact that he was just put on the block and is running around like he has got his head cut off, super nervous. That surely if he got a power, he would have used it.
[00:08:47] So it's probably not him. It's probably Mallory is their thought process. And yeah, I do think from their perspective, and honestly, even from our perspective, if I were to name a third place most likely person to have the power, I'd probably say it's Mallory. I think that she is probably up there as a possibility, but maybe not a super high one.
[00:09:12] Either way, though, it's important to note that they think Mallory has the power because it is impacting the way that they are, number one, talking about Mallory, which I think is hilarious. Because, listen, nobody wants to be the friendship alliance, the nerd herd, and talk bad on the fan favorites.
[00:09:36] So anytime somebody is in like, there's an indication that somebody is a fan favorite, talk immediately turns to like, good for them. You know, I also love Mallory too. She's funny. And I just I just find that very funny. But but yeah, so there's the talk about Mallory. And then also Devin's is going to talk about like, how can we flush this power with Mallory potentially having it?
[00:10:05] So that's another angle of this conversation. Well, there's plenty more to talk about with powers now, of course. But the main factor here, as I said, heavy, heavy evidence that D does not have it, which for us, looking at what we are looking at, points us back pretty firmly in the direction.
[00:10:29] The only direction left, which is that Drew must, in fact, must surely, in fact, have this power. The question is, what power is it? Because it is the coin. Then surely like they would suspect he would have used it. If it's the bribe, surely he either would use it or maybe still can use it. But it doesn't feel again, just doesn't feel like he has safety in his back pocket. It's not the way he's moving right now.
[00:10:57] If it's the guest veto thing, surely he would use that in today's veto competition. I can tell you right now, doesn't happen. Doesn't seem like it's that. If it's the never not pass, he'd just probably say it. And then, OK, maybe it's the back to back HOH, right? Maybe he can win back to back HOH. That could make some sense because there's not a lot of reason to tell anybody about it. And it wouldn't help him this week.
[00:11:26] It would only help him in future weeks when he won an HOH and then could play in the next one. So that could make the most amount of sense. But don't worry, there's going to be plenty of little hints and things we're going to try to extrapolate from and see what the leading theory is by the end of the day. And here's my also humble opinion why I think Drew would be the besides the hints and theories that the hints that were dropped throughout the day. Well, I think Drew will be the leading contender to have the power, especially over Mallory.
[00:11:56] Mallory would have told one of his her girls like melody or lyric like they would be under. They would know what the power is. So that way they could use it for their benefit. Drew is the type of player that would keep the secret. He might tell Barrett, maybe Devins, but Devins been like weird with Drew recently. So I see Drew as a type of player to like two things. One, keep it to himself. And two, wants to have this Dan Giesel and showman moment where like he pulls something out that people were not expecting to like make a big splash. Yeah.
[00:12:26] So put a pin in that for now. Now, in the meantime, in this conversation with D and Devins, D lets Devins know that she has already basically told Barrett that Drew is not just going up on the block, is not just a wild card they need to deal with. But in fact, the target. And she's worried she messed up, but it seems like he took it well. And then he's mostly just like, as long as it's not me.
[00:12:54] Barrett does talk to Devins about this later. And he's like, so why is Drew the target? And Devins says, it's general sketchballness. Sketchballness. And Barrett says, OK, but am I also considered sketchball? Like, am I backup sketchball? And Devins is like, I don't think so. Not that I'm aware of. I hope I'm also not sketchball, too, because I'm totally in the same boat as you guys. Right.
[00:13:22] OK, so Barrett now aware of the situation, still not telling Drew anything about it. Again, kind of while I understand the frustration with Barrett when it comes to this, I want to personally reiterate, I just I still don't think there's much point to him saying anything at this point in the week. Maybe later, maybe. But but like, what does Barrett have to gain?
[00:13:50] There's nothing Drew can do unless he did have a power he could still use, which Barrett doesn't really have any reason to believe he does. Other than just like blowing up his own spot when when Drew does something and gets voted out anyway, because he's he's the fact of the matter is he's on the block and nothing that Barrett or Drew can do right now can change that other than Drew winning something. Barrett winning something or. That's it. They don't have the votes. It's like there's nothing that can happen there.
[00:14:17] So letting Drew go, keeping Mallory is is kind of like whatever at this point for Barrett. Now, granted, I'm not saying that means that he's moving correctly. I think that there's plenty of other things he's doing wrong. And it does seem like it's not necessarily that he wants to help Drew and can't like I'm implying and that he, in fact, is just willing to drop Drew. I just don't think this is like the the street to be on when you're criticizing Barrett. I think that there are plenty of other things to look at.
[00:14:47] Like I have my issues with Barrett as a player and what he's doing. My issue with Barrett is not him not telling Drew that he's the target, because the only thing that does for Barrett is gives you the opportunity to sink Barrett's game before you can sink game itself. So I'm like a OK with Barrett not telling Drew. But I do not like the fact that in like, yes, you had to let Barrett in and know eventually like, oh, you don't want Barrett blindsided. Comma, but.
[00:15:14] Telling Barrett that Drew is the target because of his sketchiness and his sketchballness, Barrett and Drew are in the same position. Like the way that Barrett is looking at it, like Barrett and Drew are basically two sides of the same scoring. And Barrett understands that in the alliance and the toolshed alliance, like it's the vets that are in the middle of this. It's the vets that has the better connections with the red corner. It's the vets that are like the ones that are keeping Drew and Barrett along. So by letting Barrett know that Drew is the target because of sketchballness.
[00:15:41] If I was Barrett, I would be like, OK, now I have to start moving differently because Drew was one of my bigger pieces in the alliance. If he goes this week, there is nothing keeping Haley and Chuck and Comma from being like, you know, who's also sketchy? Barrett. You know, also has some decent relationship on the other side that we don't. Barrett. Why don't we also just take out Barrett? Heck, if Drew wins the veto, why don't we also just nominate Barrett if we want to get the sketchy person in our alliance? Like Barrett should be like, hey, red flags, alarms.
[00:16:08] Not I need to jump ship, but like I need to have a dinghy ready to go like ASAP because this is not a viable path for me. If in week four, you're already turning on your alliance. Yeah, I mean, I'll say again, I think that Barrett should have flipped last week. He should have tried to force that vote to keep Jason or Mallory. And but this week, there is no vote flip right now. Like he's he's got a great relationship with Taylor.
[00:16:37] He's got a good relationship with Melody. He's got a good relationship with none of those people are any more valuable to him than the other really at this point. And so it doesn't make sense for him to to ruin whatever he has left of his alliance just for the sake of giving a heads up. And you could maybe argue that if Drew did have the coin and chose not to use it because he didn't know. I'm sorry, that's fully on Drew.
[00:17:05] Like if he were a valuable enough ally for Barrett to risk this much for him, he should have told Barrett about the thing. And maybe then he could have gotten a heads up or maybe just use the thing in the first place if you're going on the block. Again, Barrett screwed up last week. He will probably screw up in the future. I just don't think he is screwed up here personally. So I.
[00:17:30] Speaking of Drew, he is going to start talking about something that begins the theory of like what's what's happening with potentially where he's where this power is. He starts to tell D earlier in the day that he has he has a plan that he wants to win H.O.H. next week because of this plan.
[00:17:58] And he's not going to say what it is. But it's going to be fun. OK, he's we know he's already implied pretty heavily that if he wins H.O.H. he wants to go after the red corner. And so and now he has an excuse to because he put up on the block. So plenty of reason to believe nothing too suspicious here that he what he means here is he wins the H.O.H.
[00:18:27] and he's going to go after fully just go after the red corner. And that's his plan. It's a fun plan. And he's being a little weird about it. But at this point in time, it's like, OK, it is. It doesn't necessarily mean anything. In fact, this could potentially support the idea that he really wants to win H.O.H. because he maybe thinks I can win another one right after. No, it's maybe one to one to punch. I don't know.
[00:18:53] So I think this conversation, though, where he says or this could be later in the day where he's like, you won't know what I'm doing at the start. That's much later. Much later. Fair enough. Fair enough. Yeah. OK. OK. See you. Avatar Fire and Ash is now streaming on Disney Plus. It's the film critics are calling the best Avatar yet. A true epic and completely jaw dropping.
[00:19:20] This is the only purest thing in this world. Return to Pandora on Disney Plus. It will be an adventure for the whole family. And watch the Oscar winning phenomenon at home. This is sick. [00:20:14] Yeah, just another perk of being a member. Come join us. Sam's Club. So we continue through the day. The other topic of the day, of course, who might be a replacement nominee if somebody comes off the block? Hayley talks to Kamu about it multiple times. Um, and, uh, she mentions, uh, like she had before, that Lyric is the replacement nominee for her.
[00:20:40] Now, she had originally talked about Mallory, but when talking to Kamu, she kind of changed her mind and went more toward Lyric. Um, Kamu thinks this is because she's jealous of his relationship with Lyric. Um, and she does talk about his relationship with Lyric quite a lot when talking about potentially nominating him or her.
[00:21:04] Uh, so, you know, uh, this is a big, this is a big part of the day, uh, that she really, she really feels like Lyric is the right replacement nominee here. She does not really want to nominate Mallory. Uh, and we start getting seeds of that, uh, early on in the day as well. Um, at this point, the veto draw hasn't even happened. Normally it happens like 9, 9 a.m. BB time.
[00:21:31] Uh, and we like start to approach like noon and it still hasn't happened. And this is also leading into some speculation that maybe something is happening with a power or maybe, and this was the case, it was just a late H, uh, late, uh, veto competition. Uh, a late veto competition, by the way, I believe because it was the wine poison veto competition. We'll talk about it later. Uh, and of course for the vibes, it's gotta be nighttime.
[00:21:57] Um, it was also a very hot day yesterday, especially in LA. And so, uh, kind of a, uh, either chosen because of that or good timing that they had a nighttime competition that wasn't very physical. Um, so, uh, in the meantime, Drew talks to Barrett, lets him know that he's feeling like he's going to pick him for the veto. Uh, and he says, again, he's gunning, gunning, gunning for HOH.
[00:22:24] He's got a very funny plan that hopefully he can do. Um, cause listen, and Hey, also this week, if I feel like I'm going to leave, I'll just, I'll just blow things up. Ooh. Okay. You got my attention, Drew blow things up. What are you talking? What do we got on the menu? Blow up the red corner. All right, here we go. Blow up the red corner, but don't bring up the end Evans.
[00:23:00] Sorry. So what are you blowing up then? Cause you say you're going to blow up. Kamu Haley Chuck. You're going to stand. You're going to make your big thing. You're like, Hey, I'm getting voted out, which means by the way, the D and Devons are voting you out. So you're going to stand up there and your big moment is going to be just to let you guys know. Kamu Haley and Chuck are in an alliance.
[00:23:35] What do you mean? Everyone knows that. Maybe if he drops red corner, but that would blow them up. I don't know. He could drop red corner, but if he doesn't mention D and Devons, then D and Devons have all the space in the world to be like, yeah, I don't know how he got that name. Like, what do you mean? What do you mean? Like, like Taryn, that would be the equivalent of Drew standing up on Thursday being like, guys, today is Thursday.
[00:24:05] Anyway, like, everyone knows this. Everyone knows that Haley, Chuck and Kamu are working together. Everyone like you saying the name, like I think saying the name does make it more real to people and not just speculation. Comma. But like if you're trying to like protect D and Devons, all Haley, Chuck and Kamu is going to do is like, now, how did Drew know the name of the red corner? Like who told Drew red corner? And that's going to put D and Devons in the crosshade.
[00:24:33] Like we saw when Angela brought up red corners to Kamu. Kamu was like, uh-uh, wait a minute. Hold up, pause. Like his entire train stopped trying to figure out how did Drew know the name of the red corners. So I don't think. I'm telling you, though, it's so easy. Okay. It's so easy. D and Devons go, wow. How did. I mean, it seems like he thought red corner was just the three of you. So like. You think Kamu told him?
[00:25:01] Like, you know, like, dude. Or did Haley let it slip? Did he overhear Chuck? Like the fact that he's not naming all five people implies that he has imperfect information, which implies that this was not that he did. He wasn't fully in the know. So. And as I talked about yesterday, these people are kind of, they're kind of dumb. They're kind of dummies. You know, like it's not going to be that hard.
[00:25:33] He's not going to be that hard. And also, here's my second issue with this. His bomb is not at all going to shift the paradigm of this game. It's not going to be like open people's eyes. What's going to happen is the red corner is still going to be like, well, we're still strong. The people not in the red corner still going to be like, well, we're still targeting the people in the red corner. Like, Drew, all you did was try to have a TV moment, which like, cool, whatever. I like people being theatric, make Thursday nights more fun.
[00:26:00] With that being said, like, this doesn't have the bite that I think Drew expects to have. Yeah, no, not at all. The fact that this is his backup, like if things go wrong and I think I'm about to be voted out. What do you, if you're a dude, if you're about to be voted out. Throw your firstborn son in the river. What do you mean? Like, do everything. Dump it all. You're about to die. Who cares?
[00:26:31] Also, with that being said, if you're about to get voted out, like you said earlier. Like, D and Devons have to. There's not a single thing that's going to happen in this house that D and Devons do not give the okay on. Like, full stop. Right. And these are the people that you trusted your game with. That you trusted your life in this game with. You gave everything to these people. And they're the ones that are going to be throwing you away. And yet you're going to be like, hey, the people who betrayed me were good. We're Gucci fam. I'm okay. But you, Haley, who I wasn't really rocking with that much.
[00:27:00] Kamu, Chuck, that I don't really care for a lot. Yeah, y'all are the people I have beef with. No, have beef with the people who screwed you over. Like, Drew, you. Drew is a player, Taryn, that has so much potential. And it is wasted if he goes home this week. And you're just going to be like, okay, that sucks. Like, Drew, I expected more for you. I expected better.
[00:27:23] Quite frankly, at this point, I don't even know if that, if, listen, I think, I think Drew has potential in Angela's mind only. I think that that's, like, Angela has hyped Drew up in all of our heads more so than the reality is warranted. Here's who I thought Drew was like. Drew, like, reminded me a lot of Brooklyn. Where it was, like, the first few weeks were like, yes, Brooklyn, along with Chelsea, like, yeah, that's the person doing great things. And she's running the game at S, Y, and Z.
[00:27:50] And then the moment things, like, hit the fans, we saw Brooklyn didn't really have, like, what it took. And that's why I'm seeing what Drew was like, okay, now that things are hitting the fan, you are still being idly by. And it's like, Drew, and part of me, and, like, you say no, part of me looks at this also similarly to Cedric, where it's like, you're too young to be playing this game. You are so young to be playing this game. And you are making foolish mistakes that I feel like only a 22-year-old will make.
[00:28:17] Yeah, well, we continue the day. Taylor has a conversation with Lyric and Barrett. It's pretty brief. But if you recall, prior to the HOH, they had been talking about potentially working together, pulling in a bigger alliance. And then Haley won. And it was like, oh, well, maybe never mind. Don't worry, though, Taylor. She's an alliance pitcher.
[00:28:44] And she has, and I love this about her, because she doesn't give up on alliances. This was, this is a huge fault of many players, that they'll talk about working in a group of people, and then they'll totally give up on it. She has, by the way, kind of given up on the whole Kamu Devins thing, because, like, they've given up on her. But she is still trying to work alliances, and she talks with Lyric and Barrett. And she says, I've thought of a name for us, the nursery.
[00:29:15] I believe, given the context of how they're talking about this, that, because they're talking about, like, there being, I think, a nursery in the HOH. I think they might have all gotten eliminated in the nursery in the HOH competition or something along those lines. Also, like, oh, we're all soft. Nurturing.
[00:29:42] So, so this is, there's still seeds of something here, obviously. Taylor's on the block. Lyric is a potential renom, you know, like, it's not exactly that something they've, is going to mean much right now, but pay attention to it. Like, here's my thing, like, there's many times that alliances don't mean nothing right now. And then something happens, and it's like, oh, thank God I had this side thing with Taylor that's really keeping me safe this week.
[00:30:10] And I think Barrett and Lyric are, like, two good people for Taylor to link up with, especially after last week where Taylor got in trouble with a lot of people on that side of the house for refusing to vote out Lala. I think Taylor, like, just trying with these people is better than, like, Lala doing nothing with people. And people still be like, I don't really trust Lala. I don't really feel good with Lala. Like, and people have, like, their issues with Taylor, comma, but, like, I like that Taylor's being proactive, like, planting seeds in their minds. And a lot of seeds die, but some seeds grow.
[00:30:39] And you might get lucky on the seed that grow this time, and I'm okay with it. Love me some Taylor. Yeah, I agree. I agree. Angela talks to the cameras, and she says, I know Drew has been coming for me. I know it, and that's why he has to go, and that's why he's going to go. Drew, by the way, still not coming for her.
[00:31:06] Four weeks in, still not even the slightest width in her direction. On the block as the target, still not even close. Like, here's my thing. I appreciate that Angela's like, hey, I know y'all see everything. So she says she sees too. Angela, I'm going to need you to get your glasses checked, because, like, Drew has done nothing to even suggest to you that he is not with you.
[00:31:34] Like, Drew has, like, has overly worked to gain your trust, and you have turned it away every second of the day. And, like, sure, I might like Haley and Chuck and Kamu better because they have shown that they are more capable in competitions. Like, that might be better wagons to hit yourself on. But we cannot sit here and say, Drew going home this week, Drew being the target this week is not because of Angela. Like, whether it's paranoia, whether it is foolishness or, like, a misread.
[00:32:02] Like, this train started rolling because Angela said, I don't trust Drew. I don't want him in this game. I don't want him in my alliance. And D got on board. Devin got on board. Haley got on board. Drew, I'm sorry, but we learned this lesson in BB26. Don't get close to Angela because Angela don't trust her allies. And honestly, I can name probably, like, close to half the house who I know for a fact are not as high on Angela as Drew.
[00:32:33] Taylor. Mallory. Lyric. Honestly, like Chuck and Kamu. Devon talks about being kind of annoyed with Angela during the day. Melody. That's seven. That's pretty good. Yeah. I feel pretty good about that.
[00:33:03] I think all of the people I just named feel worse about Angela. Yash, I bet. Feel worse about Angela. Yash is a big one, actually. And would potentially come for Angela sooner than Drew ever would have. And this has potentially been the case for a while. The reads are not good. No. They didn't bring Angela back because she had the greatest reads in the world, Taryn.
[00:33:31] That's not why we bring back Angela. Yeah. I think in particular, the reason I feel the need to point it out so strongly is because the edit has not caught up to this. Like, the edit is showing Angela like she has God reads all of a sudden. Which is very silly. Like, come on, edit. We need to catch up here. This is not the Angela we know and love. No. Like, this is not doing Angela any.
[00:34:00] I mean, I guess it is doing Angela favors with the casual audience. But it's certainly not doing favors with the edit for Angela with the people who actually see her on the feeds. And I recognize that the edit is not the case. We finally get to the veto draw. I know, right? And Mallory and Chuck are chosen to play in the veto. Mallory, a terrible pick for this veto if you are Haley and the rest of the crowd. Because she wins and pulls off Melody.
[00:34:30] It's exactly the situation we talked about before. Where, you know, now both Mallory and Melody are safe. It is probably Lyric as the renom. Drew still the target. Taylor the backup target at that point. Although, with Lyric on the block and the whole situation with Haley and Lyric. Haley Lyric. Haley Taylor. Who even really knows at that point. There's maybe some intrigue there.
[00:34:54] But we won't jump the gun and start talking about that until it actually happens. But, there's more. Drew weirdness. As he tells Devin, Hey, if I win next week, crossovers will need to talk. Because, I've got a plan. It'll be very funny. It's very stupid. But because now I have like, you know.
[00:35:24] He meant an excuse to do it. But, it's starting to get weird. It's starting to get weird that he keeps bringing it up. Like, it's one thing to be like, Yeah, this is what I would do. But, it's like, He keeps talking about a plan. He keeps talking about it being funny. It being stupid. And, it's just like, It's kind of weird that he keeps bringing it up like this. But, yeah. It's still, you know. It's still smoke. There's no fire yet.
[00:35:56] Melody, in the meantime, She's ready for this veto competition. She's getting ready for this veto competition. Because, hey. AJ. It's a war-ass veto. It's a war-ass veto competition. She needs to stop dancing before a veto competition. So, I'll tell you right now, She doesn't win it. She's wasting her energy.
[00:36:27] What would she like to do? What if it's a dancing veto? Drew's like, You'll lose. You'll lose. You'll lose. Oh, boy. It continues to spread that Mallory must have this power. Now that Dee has told Devin's she doesn't have it, Devin's is fairly convinced that Mallory must have it. And so, this information starts to spread. And Devin's starts to try to come up
[00:36:55] with potential plans to flush this power. That, like, hey, maybe we can get Mallory to try to use it to protect Melody or Lyric on the block. Like, that could make some sense. We're going to see later that he, that, like, maybe if we do need a renom, maybe Mallory makes sense to try to flush the power. So, this starts to become a topic of conversation as we talked about before. Haley even is going to have a conversation with Barrett
[00:37:25] that I found very funny where she says, So, I've been hearing about a power. Barrett's like, Oh, really? Who? Who's got it? She's like, Don't play dumb with me, Barrett. You're not a good liar. He's like, What are you? I literally, I know nothing. I swear to God. It's like, I heard Mallory has it. She hasn't said a word to me, I swear. I have no, if she has, I have no idea.
[00:37:55] It's like, Okay. I don't know who said it. Maybe it was Mike. Like, every day I see more Haley being Angela. Like, every day. It makes more sense to me. I get it every morning. He later goes to Mallory and he says, Listen, if you have the power, I don't want to know.
[00:38:25] Haley talks more with Kamu about Lyric as the replacement nominee. Uh, again, this is where Haley is leaning. Kamu isn't pushing back too much at this point. Um, but, he does want to know, like, okay, let's say, Drew wins the veto. Taylor, uh, Lyric goes up or whatever. Maybe, you know, uh, Blockbuster. Who do we want to lead? Should it be Melody? Or should it be Taylor? Uh, because obviously Lyric wouldn't lead.
[00:38:55] But Melody or Taylor, obviously Melody connected to Drew harder to influence. But, Taylor, more dangerous. Uh, and they both kind of agree that Taylor would be the target. Taylor, the backup target, if Drew were to save himself in the Blockbuster or to win the veto, uh, that Taylor would be their target. Because listen, you know, I, Taylor, she, I feel like she could be like
[00:39:24] the Chelsea of the season. Like, she could be like Chelsea. Uh, and Haley says, that's what I said about her and Lala. Really? Both of them. Chelsea. Taryn, I wasn't saying this was gross. This was gross. This was very gross. Especially because neither,
[00:39:54] uh, Taylor or Lala is anything like Chelsea. Like, in no world are either them like Chelsea at all. Like, especially Lala. Like, Lala's not good at this. Lala's in this house not knowing what she, Lala's day, her saga today, Taryn, is complaining about being a half-not. That has been Lala. Like, what are we doing here? And yes, I think Taylor has a lot of untapped potential. Like, Taylor has a lot of skills, good reads.
[00:40:23] I like Taylor. Taylor's great. Taylor is not freaking Chelsea. Like, I'm, and the fact that she wants to compare Taylor to Chelsea, I think, I generally think it's just because, like, she's a black woman. I'll be honest. And she was like, oh, Chelsea won, and Chelsea scared, uh, Chelsea was the dominant winner. So, this other black lady is going to be a dominant winner. And the reason why I continue to say this is because I also do not like the way they talk about Taylor and Lala in this house. Like, the way they are willing to, like,
[00:40:52] put down Taylor and Lala. Like, anytime they have a moment of joy, they are willing to, um, turn that into something else. When they want to comfort each other, they want to turn that into something else. Taylor, like, her calling Taylor hot and cold when, like, Taylor's just being, genuine with her. Like, Taylor's being a straight up person with her and she's like, ugh, Taylor's being hot. Later, she says, Lala will cause so much drama in this house if she's nominated. She was nominated last week, Taryn. That woman did not cause any drama. Like, like, the drama she causes
[00:41:21] is she cries in her room. Like, what are we doing here? Like, these two women are not, like, the way they frame them, like, you should be scared of them. And these two women are not scary. Like, these two women are not, um, dangerous. These two women are not overdramatic. Lala's low-key dramatic, but, like, not in the way that, but they're not, like, like, the way that Haley and other people, like, Chuck and them, frame, um, Taylor and Lala. It's like,
[00:41:50] have y'all met these women? Like, y'all lived in this house for, like, 20-something days at this point. And y'all treat, act like these women are, like, some, ugh, ugh, like, people that you need to fear. Like, oh no, I can't, I don't want to be on the bad side. Like, I don't want her to come at me. Like, what she gonna do to you? What she gonna do to you? Taylor's gonna be like, ugh, I didn't like this, uh, comma, but let me think, let me think what's best for my game. Because that's who Taylor is. Taylor's like, let me think what's best for my game. But she's like, you know, that might be the way, but, like, how do I personally feel?
[00:42:20] What does my emotions tell me? Because Haley tells Lala, Lala that Taylor was against her, and Lala went to, so many people be like, oh no, Taylor was against me. How could this happen? Lala is so easily manipulated. What are you doing villainizing these two women? It makes no sense to me, Taylor. It makes absolutely no sense to me. Well, uh, bottom line is, Taylor is the, uh, backup target. That's another thing. This is dumb. Taylor should not be the backdoor target. This is stupid. Like,
[00:42:50] your plan is to take out Drew. Your number one idea is, like, let's get Drew out of this game. But if we cannot get Drew, I know we got Drew's closest person in the house sitting right next to him, but let's get this girl who's not really associated with Drew. Who doesn't really care. I don't think she's that much of a threat. That's fair. Membership means more with American Express Business Gold. Earn four times

Taylor is the backup target.
[00:45:16] We finally get to the veto competition. Wouldn't you know it? Taylor wins it. Taylor wins it. As I mentioned, it's the poisoned wine competition and apparently tasted really bad. Which I believe I was the case last time as well. But Taylor ends up winning this veto. Haley says,
[00:45:47] worst case scenario. Worst case scenario. We didn't know for sure who won at first and she said worst case scenario and I was like, Mallory? Mallory? Or I guess maybe Drew? No. No, no, no. Taylor. Taylor. Taylor. Yeah.
[00:46:15] So she is going to have a conversation with Angela pretty quickly after the feed's back and confirms that Lyric is her choice of replacement nominee. But there's still going to be plenty of discussion happening around that. And this is around the time that Drew is talking to Devens and Barrett and Dee. And he says again, he's told them all individually,
[00:46:42] but he's still talking about this plan. He says, listen, buy one HOH next week. I'm going three for three. Unless you guys don't want me to. I'm going three for three. Okay. I guess this is what we're, he's just, he's nominating all three of the red corner. Kamu, Chuck, Haley. That's what he's talking about. He's, I guess this is what he's been doing. I'm ready to do it.
[00:47:11] I've got a plan. It's stupid. It's going to look like I'm, it's not, it's not going to look like I'm doing it until I'm doing it. Just hear me out. I'm not going to say it until I do, until I win it. And this is where, this is where I think like, everyone sort of collectively was like, no.
[00:47:43] No, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, true. True. Are you saying that your plan is that you want to win HOH and then flip a coin against yourself?
[00:48:11] So you can anonymously change your nominations. That's not what you're saying. No, no, no, no, couldn't be. No. I, he, not Bob, no, no, no, no. That doesn't make any sense. What happens if you flip the coin wrong? Then your nominations are stuck. That doesn't make any sense. Why would you win HOH and then anonymize your own HOH? It doesn't make any sense. Who are you? Quinn? You're not Quinn.
[00:48:41] Charlie. Wait, Angela thinks he's Quinn. Hold on. And, and then hold on, hold on, hold on. Now, now we're starting to think, okay, let's, this is a really stupid plan. No way. What do you think of that? But then you start to think, wait a minute, but if this was his plan and he has a coin, that also means that he didn't flip it this week,
[00:49:07] that he knew he was being nominated and that he chose, not to flip it this week and left himself on the block when he could have potentially flipped. That's just, this is impossible. It's not true. This can't possibly be true. AJ. I just, I, I can't, I can't believe, I can't believe that that's true. No. Darren, Darren, Darren, this is dumb. This is so dumb. Drew,
[00:49:37] Drew's being so stupid right now. Cause, cause here's the, here's the thing, right? The way that drew understand this week going, like maybe you like lose Taylor, but every other scenario is actively bad for him. Like everyone else who can go is actively bad, including most importantly, drew himself could be voted out this week. Drew. Let me tell you something. Let me tell you how I know this kid is in denial. Cause he keeps walking around being like, huh? I'm, you're not going to evict me. Right? Yeah. I'm not going to blindside me.
[00:50:06] Like he knows in the back of his head that he should be blackboard. He should be blindsided. He should be taken out this week. And he's just pretending like, Oh, everything's fine. Like that meme. Everything is fine. Even though the house is on fire. Drew, your house is on fire. You had a fire hose. You should have let it out. And guess what? Nominate Chuck. Nominate Kamu. Because at this point, Haley has basically declared war on you. Barrett is ready to go to war against the red corner. You are ready to go to war against the red corner.
[00:50:33] Why the hell are you going to get the red corner opportunity to neutralize you before you go to war? Like, it doesn't make sense to me, Taryn. Like you, you don't. And guess what? Here's the big, beautiful thing. It's anonymous. It's anonymous. And if the non-scot change, you know who they might assume had it? Mallory. You could have got away with this. You could have got away with this. Scott free, my dude. And you choose to, Taryn, you choose to ruin your own HOH.
[00:51:00] Or like best case scenario is like you take over your own HOH. Worst case scenario, your HOH is not the way you want it to run. Like it's dumb, Taryn. It's so bad. Well, AJ, why would he ruin Haley's HOH when he could ruin his own? Because if he did that, then he couldn't nominate all three because Haley would be safe. He'd have to nominate somebody else. Anonymously. Oh, Taryn, Taryn, freaking so?
[00:51:29] He wants to do three for three. He can't do two for three. He can only do three for three, AJ. Drew, you are in a crappy position. You don't get to be picky and choosy about when you get to use this power. You got so lucky. Taryn, like let's, let's be honest. This kid got so lucky that he was voted America's favorite player this week. And then he got so lucky of winning this power in particular. And he also got so lucky by being told that he's getting nominated next to one of his closest people. Like,
[00:51:59] Taryn, I don't know if y'all believe in fate. I don't know if y'all believe in the universe, but all the signs were there for Drew to be like, yo, this is your week. Use it. Please. Jesus. Listen. No. If, if this is the case, if this is the case, I just like, I, I just, I, it's how do you,
[00:52:28] how just one season later have we topped Zach? Like how? I just. Here's my thing, Taryn. I'm not a person who has faith in Zach. I did not have faith in that man. Drew, I have faith in you. I have faith in you to make a good decision. Like, that's like your A student being dumb and like getting suspended. It's like, kid, what are you doing? You knew better. You knew better there.
[00:52:59] I mean, Drew should know about Marcellus is we have been, we have been told that he should know about Marcellus. Zach did not know about Marcellus. He didn't. Anyway, listen, I don't want to, I need to save more energy for when it's actually confirmed a hundred percent. We're going to watch the episode tonight. I'll be streaming live during it on my Patreon. We'll have a podcast afterward.
[00:53:28] There'll be plenty more to say once we confirm exactly what has gone down. And, and I am just praying to the big brother gods that, that this is all one big set of coincidences. And, and I'm going to tell you this right now, Taryn, in about 10 hours, you better be pressed AF on this podcast. Because I don't believe in coincidences.
[00:54:06] Haley's going to talk to Chuck, Kamu and Angela. We still need to nail down this replacement nominee, because when she starts talking about it being lyric, Kamu and Chuck push back. Kamu has been kind of like chill about it, but now that it might actually happen, especially with Taylor coming down, he's starting to push back a bit. Don't you think it should be Mallory? You really think it should be lyric? And Chuck backs him up. And Haley's not fond of this. She's like, no guys,
[00:54:35] I don't want to do Mallory. I feel good about Mallory. I want to make a deal with Mallory. I want to put up lyric. I think she's more dangerous. I think lyrics in a bunch of people's ears, so on and so forth. This becomes a big issue. It's a big back and forth. Um, and it's largely what the night consists of. It's not particularly interesting. Uh, it's mostly just Haley wants this. Kamu wants this and nobody else really cares. Um, but, uh,
[00:55:05] but D and Devons do have a conversation. The one where Evans talks about how he does get kind of annoyed with Angela sometimes. Um, and Devons does suggest maybe we should push for Mallory to go up to flush this power. Uh, but D says, I, I worry about that because we don't know what the power is. And if we force her to use it, who knows what kind of stuff might happen? Uh, which this honestly, to me was, you know,
[00:55:35] like even deeper confirmation, of course, the D doesn't have it because it is seemingly genuinely influencing her strategic direction in some capacity. Uh, unless she just really does want lyric and is using this as an excuse. But, uh, but it does make some sense for why she would fear a power being used given that Devons' power is the diamond power of veto. If they forced Mallory to use a diamond power of veto, who would be her place, her person to,
[00:56:04] to replace her? Probably somebody like D, uh, or may, like, get, that's just a dangerous situation. So, in her mind, it's like, I don't want to flush a diamond power of veto and end up on the block because of it. I'd rather her just like sit with it for a while. Uh, maybe let it expire. Who knows? Like, I just, I don't want to force that issue right now in a spot where things feel tenuous. Um, and so, uh, so they back off of that idea. Um, and, uh, cause, cause listen,
[00:56:33] I think if Devons and D wanted Mallory on the block, I think that Haley would cave. Kamu is not going to get his way because there's a whole weird situation going on there. But I think if Devons and D and thus Angela, if they all pushed Mallory and they still have plenty of time to over the next few days, I think they can get Mallory. But for now, they, they have, they're kind of like, lyric is fine. And Haley still really wants lyric. And so that's where things are sitting at the moment. Uh, two things. Um, first thing with the Dean and Drew,
[00:57:04] not Dean, Dean, Dean, Dean and Devin conversation. I like that they're sitting back. I like that. They're not pushing the issue. Um, not so much because Mallory could have, um, a power, which first off, I guess you need to watch more of your brothers to know, like they will not have two diamond power of videos out there. At least not yet. They have not got to that out of that city. Um, with that being said, um, it's clear to me the way they've been moving today. D and Devin still value Barrett and still want Barrett on side. And by pushing to like nominate Mallory,
[00:57:33] you are like asking Barrett, not only are we targeting one of your closest people in this house. Um, we're also trying to put another, another person you're close to on the block. And that could turn Barrett completely off on them. So I do appreciate that on that scale. Like I think, okay, keep Barrett around. Barrett's not mad at you. Barrett's more mad at the red corner people for everything. That's fine. Um, I love how you glossed over to Haley and I'm common conversation. That pissed me off there. Like, I'll be honest with you. I thought the conversation was so dumb.
[00:58:03] I thought that was, um, so stupid mainly because. Listen, listen, listen, Haley reasoning is stupid. Like Haley, Haley's entire reasoning for not nominating Mallory is so dumb in my head because what she said, she said, Hey, I don't want Mallory to win the, um, BB blockbuster and to come at me. That's cool. I like the energy for sure. Actually, pause. I don't like that energy. I actually, I actually, I said that I thought about it for a second. I disagree. I do not like that. Like,
[00:58:33] yes, that's the point. Um, you nominate people. They have a chance to save themselves and they can win power next week. That's the entire game. Big brother. Why are you sitting here pretending? Like you have not nominated three other people already. And you are nominated for it's like, she's lyric. If lyric nominated her, she'd be good. She'd be fine. Karen Haley thinks there's a grand total of 1.5 people currently targeting her. A grand total of 1.5. She says Taylor and maybe Lala.
[00:59:04] In what world are you nominating people and thinking, you know what? Melody's going to be okay with this. Drew's going to be a okay with this. This woman says later on, end of her conversation. She's like, yeah, I want to nominate lyric, but lyric is also going to be our side. On God's green earth. Are you going to nominate a woman and then be like, but you're going to work with me? Taryn, pause it. It gets worse. I hear you from the robot. She's also says, I have no intention of building anything with Mallory. She's going to save Mallory, but has no intention of building anything with her. Taryn,
[00:59:33] in what world does that make sense? She also says, yeah, also, Mallory is a physical competition threat and Mallory can win competitions in the future, but I'm not going to take the chance to pick her out. Now we should do that another week. We should wait later on. What is less people from Mallory to compete against Karen? It's dumb. This is stupid. Like, listen, I get what you're, what you're not seeing is that when they take out drew, they're going to replace him with Lyric.
[01:00:04] So it makes sense to nominate Lyric because Lyric will be on their side and won't be mad. Taryn, don't anger me. It is, it is still the AM. Do not anger me. It's, it's so much stupid logic. I do not get it. It does not make any sense with me.
[01:00:34] It like, Haley's like, I don't want to, like, Haley, get your ad together, please, please. This is dumb. I, I, I, I hit this entire situation. Yeah. Uh, I'll just continue this thread. She's like,
[01:02:02] I can't believe he's trying to get keep lyric. She's like, she's flirting with him and his, his mind is just like not in the right place. And it's like, it's all the same stuff that I was saying the other day. It's just like lyric has stumbled into something here. She, she won Kamu over too well and it's putting her in the line of fire. Which, you know, I, I guess honestly, maybe she should, she should have been focusing more on Haley this week, considering Haley is the HOH.
[01:02:31] I think she incorrectly assumed that Kamu would genuinely have influence over Haley here. Um, and so, and of course she'd already put in a lot of work with Kamu, but, uh, but she's, but, but Haley almost wants to put lyric up even it's because again, we started this whole situation where like first, first Lala was the replacement. That was the very first conversation. Then with a little bit of pushing, it became Mallory.
[01:03:01] Then when it was Mallory, Kamu came in and said, it can't be lyric. And it became lyric. And the more Kamu has pushed, it can't be lyric. We should bring in lyric. I love lyric. Lyric is in love with, well, uh, the more it's become lyric, the more that it's locked in in Haley's mind, that it must, must, must be lyric. Uh, and so, uh, the further Kamu digs, the, the further,
[01:03:31] uh, down lyric is buried. Um, and so, uh, Haley's going to confirm to this with a, with a large group of people that, Hey, that lyric is the replacement. She should make a deal with Mallory, whatever she needs to do. But, uh, but lyric has got to go up on the block. Oh, like fair, like, and I, I think, um, Kamu and Chuck more Kamu than Chuck was in there very much, pushing. And so when complains to Chuck later and he's like, Oh yeah,
[01:04:02] which chooses like, this is deeper for her with Kamu. Um, but when everyone else came in and didn't really, um, buck to Haley, like Haley was like, yes, perfect. I'm running with this. Also, Taryn, another thing I was upset with that annoyed me with Haley. What do you mean? Not only am I going to dominate lyric Kamu, I need you in the room with me when we do it. She's mad at Kamu for constantly wanting to like the, the hood situation I was talking about where he's skulking around. Like Haley sees that. And she's like, no, no,
[01:04:31] you don't get to skulk around this one. I want you in these rooms. Um, and, uh, and she's, she also is like, like who, who else, who else has had, who else has lyric promise safety to? Who has she done this to? Raise your hand. Um, she's just, she's on one about lyric. Uh, I would worry for lyric safety. If, uh, if she, if her strings weren't pulled by Devin's and D,
[01:05:01] uh, Haley, I mean, everyone raised their hand except for Barrett. He was like, Oh, sorry, Barrett. That sucks. Um, through all of this, Drew is going to try to pitch Lala as the, as the renum. Um, his, his logic is if I'm the pawn and you don't want me to leave and melody is the target now,
[01:05:31] uh, then, you know, or, or Lala, but either way, like I will have a better chance of winning the blockbuster and us having a choice of who to send home. If Lala is next to me on the, uh, when we compete in the blockbuster, uh, to which Haley says, meh, I don't want to cause that much drama by nominating Lala. Uh, it doesn't go anywhere. Um,
[01:05:58] D and Angela do have a conversation later in the night where they talk about this whole thing that's going on and all of the stuff that's being talked about, Kamu trying to protect Lyric and Haley talking about making a deal with Mallory. Uh, and they're like, man, these three, they're like, they're really working the house, huh? Like they've got all these deals. Like, should we be worried? Should we be worried about, I think we should be worried about these.
[01:06:27] We're starting to get a little suspicious of this red corner situation. Uh, maybe listen, maybe we continue to flare up this whole Haley is jealous angle. We continue to separate them with that. Uh, that's maybe a good move moving forward. Which I, I think, I think it is fair. I think that is cool. You want, especially if you're D and Angela, you want Haley, Kamu and Chuck to be threats in front of you. You want that to be happening. Taryn, they need to stop trying to get their allies evicted.
[01:06:57] They really need to stop that. Like they, they are so okay with one of those three people going next week. And I'm like, yo, you are losing allies. Like, stop it. Like, Melody's not on your side. Taylor's not on your side. Well, Taylor tried to be on your side, but y'all stop that. You don't understand in Angela's mind, her biggest enemies are her closest allies. She needs to take out her own side before she can start taking out the other side. She needs to take out the unloyal people in her alliance.
[01:07:24] And those unloyal people are the people that are loyal to her. And the people that aren't loyal to her, they're more loyal because they never promised loyalty and then, and then got rid of it. Um, it's just, AJ, I just feel like you don't, you don't really get it. You know, you're like, no, you don't get Haley's logic. You don't get Angela's. You're just not getting it. AJ. I want y'all to understand next. Next. Next, you're going to tell me that Drew made a mistake. I want every single, every one of y'all to understand. I live on the East coast.
[01:07:53] So I'm up at four 35 o'clock in the morning, basically having an aneurysm over all these people. Like these people are getting me so worked up and I'm like, God bless my soul. Like Jesus. Um, Drew and melody chat for a long time through the night. She talks about being a game show host. Um,
[01:08:24] yeah, you know, they do their thing. Not a lot, not a lot worth mentioning there, but, uh, but AJ, that's, that's roughly where we stand. That, uh, Taylor's going to take herself off the block and she will be replaced at this moment by lyric. But I will say again, if Devin's and D and Angela decide that it's better for their game, that Mallory goes up instead, I firmly believe they can convince Haley to put up Mallory. Uh,
[01:08:52] it's just a matter of whether they actually decide they want to do that. It does make more sense for their game to do so. However, they are also right now on the train that like the lyric thing makes sense for their game because it continues to, to like, so discord amongst the red corner group with, with Kamu and Haley. So they kind of like it from that angle. And since Drew is the primary target anyway, uh, putting up Mallory is like whatever to them. Um, so, uh,
[01:09:22] lyric as the potential replacement nominee here means that lyric will be on the block with melody and drew drew would be evicted if he doesn't win the blockbuster. If he does, that's when things get a little weird. Again, melody should be the presumed backup target, but with lyric on the block as somebody who has proven herself more in competitions. And, you know, uh, there's all this stuff going on. Like there's,
[01:09:51] there's definitely a world where the vote could flip onto lyric all of a sudden. And just like that, like lyric gig, it's sniped out. Cause she flirted with the wrong guy. Like, it's like, oops, oops. Uh, you know, live by the fire, die by the fire, I guess, you know, you know, uh, with, with that being said, I do, I do like lyrics odds. Like, listen, let me tell y'all something. I'm ready to buy my words,
[01:10:21] eat my words this Thursday. I I'm wrong. Sometimes not often, I'm ready to eat it. Oh, I think lyric has the benefit versus melody of just being a straight up better social player than melody is like melodies. Like always like on the brink of like brink of, of crashing out on these people on everyone. And she's like annoyed me while lyric is able to fake it with more people like calm who feels good with her. Chuck saying, nah, I see through lyric. Chuck is in with lyric. Taylor likes lyric more. Lala.
[01:10:50] Like a lot of people just enjoy lyrics present more. And I think again, if D and Devin's wants to flip the game, I have more faith in their powers to like flip it and take a lyric out. So that will be my caveat. However, I, I think personally, it would be a shame if lyric goes, um, because I see so much potential lyric and I think lyric could do so much damage, um, in this game. But with that being said, I also think melody could do damage if she comes to power. I will love to see a melody. That would be so much fun.
[01:11:19] Like Andrew, I'm not saying he deserves to get vetted this week. Are you sure? You know, you know, you know, listen, innocent until proven guilty when we watch the episode tonight. Um, yeah. Uh, another thing worth mentioning, I, I'd sort of already hinted at it. Uh, but I don't think we, we locked it down that, that in one of these group conversations,
[01:11:45] Angela was informed that Yash has said something along the lines of like, yes, Angela can go. She was like, excuse me. Uh, so just put a pin in that one as well. Uh, you know, that, that could come back to harm, uh, Yash. It is. And Chuck brought this up to Angela and Angela did not let it go. When she was in a room with everyone, she was like, okay,
[01:12:10] so apparently Yash is coming after me and no one decided to tell me like, this is going to be Angela's bra. And I'm super excited. I love Angela. Having, um, and that she's mad at, um, it's always fun. And, and genuinely this, this is another thing that could have some influence on even the vote, because if Yash is a very strong pro lyric presence, which he may or may not be, that could be more reason at this point now for Angela to want lyric gone even more.
[01:12:41] Uh, especially cause like they all talk about melody, like she's a nothing player, like an absolute waste of an eviction. So, uh, so I, you know, cause we, and we don't even have to wait until drew wins the blockbuster. Obviously there will be conversations about what if he does between melody and lyric, assuming lyric stays the replacement nominee. Uh, and so this conversation, like, like I talked about last week, the melody or sorry,
[01:13:09] the Mallory versus Lala vote. Um, this is likely going to be a real meat and potatoes of campaigning this week. What happens if melody and lyrics stay on the block together? Who are we voting out? I doubt it'll be as interesting as the Mel Mallory Lala one, but, uh, but there's, there's still unresolved things there. In my opinion, here's why I think it could be more interesting than the Mallory Lala. Cause I can at least,
[01:13:38] I feel more confident that both of those women will be campaigning versus last week when Lala would just basically accept her fate. Um, so like, that might be interesting seeing melody and lyric, um, strategize and try to win people over, uh, comma, but at the end of the day, it's not really their decision. They're pleased. I'm really going to sway much. It's going to be up to the, uh, power trio of like who really goes. Yeah. So that's about it. AJ, anything else you wanted to bring up from, from yesterday? Uh, I,
[01:14:08] I just want everyone to know, like full stop. Everything I said was correct today. Um, I, I might've been on one, uh, comma, but these people were on negative 100 and I was very upset. Uh, I'm, and with that being said, I'm super happy that Taylor won. Cause I did not want to see Taylor leave this week. So that's all I have to say. All right. Well, thank you AJ for being on one today. I think we needed some ones. Uh,
[01:14:38] I need some tomorrow on the round table as well. Um, so, uh, yes. Tonight, I'll be watching the episode. As I said, I'll be watching it live on my Patreon. Come and join me. You might want to be there for when I fully are unable to not only potentially confirm what we believe might be true, uh, is at least very possible that it might be true. Uh,
[01:15:04] but to act to just see it actually happen in front of my eyes is going to be, um, you know, that scene in Indiana Jones with the face that could be me tonight. So make sure you tune in for that. And then on the podcast afterward, I'm sure there's going to be plenty for me to say as well. So you tune in for that one tonight. Uh, uh, also I'll be back tomorrow morning at 11 a.m. Eastern to update you on everything that happens today on the big brother, 28 live feeds and tomorrow night, of course, the round table where we will rate these players. And oh boy,
[01:15:33] will that be interesting as well? So plenty of stuff to come here for you. AJ, what do you got going on? You can find me at the animation station podcast with the great Felipe, where we're watching every single Pixar movie and we're talking about it. You can also find me as well as Matt Liguori and Mary Krakowski on the free Agents Millennial TV podcast, where we are talking about our millennial TV shows that we love in our youth. And that's it. All right. Well,
[01:16:02] thank you all so much for joining us here today. And I will see all of you next time. Bye.
