BB28 Sunday Live Feed Update August 16, 2026

BB28 Sunday Live Feed Update August 16, 2026 Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 gets complicated as the power in the house fractures and alliances scramble for control. In todayโ€™s Live Feed Update, Taran Armstrong is joined by Aman Adwin to break down all the drama, competition results, and shifting strategies as Day 40 [โ€ฆ]

[00:00:11] Big Brother looking at the stuff from yesterday. All the strategy and silliness from Fido to HOA. Every single season, you know he is the reason, you know that he could do it tomorrow.

[00:00:42] Hello everyone and good morning. Welcome to our Live Feed Update for August 16th. I'm your host, Taran Armstrong, and I'm here to update you on everything that happened yesterday. The Big Brother 28 live feeds. It was day 40 in the house and he had a veto competition, a veto winner, a big move on the horizon.

[00:01:11] A lot to talk about in terms of like how things can move, should move and could move. And with me to talk about it all is Iman. How are you doing Iman? I'm great, Taran. Good morning, everybody. Yeah, it's the past couple of weeks have been pretty good.

[00:01:33] These are the types of house dynamics that we love to see. We like to see the power shifts. We like to see the majority alliance or the alliances kind of pre-built in have to experience a little bit of diver diversity. Well, yes, that as well, but adversity. And yeah, it's definitely creeping up to be something, something interesting this week. So I'm excited to talk about it.

[00:01:58] Yes. Some interesting stuff. Interesting stuff to talk about, of course, as you all know, Yash is the HOH. He nominated Angela, Dee and Haley for eviction. And his target at this point is Dee, as the intended to be. Dee tried to bribe him out of nominating her. He declined that option.

[00:02:27] We did learn a couple of things that I neglected to mention yesterday about Dee's power. Number one, she is able to offer it to multiple people. I've heard some people say like that. That's kind of like that's not a good thing, like like, oh, he shouldn't be able to offer it to multiple people, which I don't quite understand as a concept.

[00:02:49] Like, why wouldn't if they decline it? Why wouldn't if you have five thousand dollars that you offer to somebody and they say no, you still have the five thousand dollars. Like, why wouldn't you be able to offer it to somebody else? That's just my personal opinion. But also it is if somebody accepts, we learned that it is a binding contract.

[00:03:11] They must go through with whatever they accepted to do, which is what gives this power some actual teeth, though it is still obviously pretty lackluster in comparison to something like a diamond power of veto. So either way, the main thing here is that there is a veto competition coming up in the day and that veto competition is incredibly important because if Dee wins it, takes herself off the block.

[00:03:41] Barrett is the likely replacement nominee. There's no need for a diamond power of veto, very likely. And things proceed in a very different way this week. If Dee does not win the diamond power or does not win the regular power of veto and the diamond power of veto needs to be used, Devin's is going to name a replacement. We do not yet know who that replacement will be at the start of the day here. And who knows where the house goes from there?

[00:04:07] If Haley wins or Yash wins and takes Haley down, that also changes the calculus because it changes what Devin's is capable of doing when he names his replacement nominee and the risk factor involved. So a lot to determine with this veto competition, Amon.

[00:04:27] Yeah, it's a lot of moving parts. And it's how do we keep like how do Rick, Devin's Angela and Dee try to all keep themselves safe without the hours appearance of them trying to keep themselves super, super safe and super, super tight? And how to balance that, you know, in front of the side alliances that they have going on.

[00:04:55] It's it's it's a lot. And this is like the crunchy stuff that we love to have to watch them go through. I mean, I just realized that I just left my TV on. Feel free to turn it off. Give me one second. I'll be right back in two seconds. Yes. So we started the day with Kamu and Haley. Kamu telling Haley that Dee is the target and Haley is good with that. Haley is fine with Dee being the target.

[00:05:25] Obviously, it's better that she's not the target. But but Dee being the target is is good for for Haley in many ways. When Kamu talks about, you know, how they should be working together and Haley says she wants to work with Kamu, Yash and Taylor.

[00:05:44] And this is one of the main storylines throughout the day is that Kamu, Yash and Taylor, who have been pretty closely working together, are really looking to pull Haley in and make her their fourth, especially as they push Devin's further away, not trusting him with the Dee situation. And Haley being a really valuable asset to them in the game makes a lot of sense.

[00:06:09] At this point, Kamu, Yash and Haley are three of the strongest competitors in the game. So being able to pull Haley into a group like this, again, has incredible value for them, which makes you wonder why nominate Haley in the first place. If you can pull her to your side and she's very valuable like that, why put her in a vulnerable position?

[00:06:35] Especially since she's been so dejected the past couple of weeks, like, you know, the whole, you know, breaking down of her original power structure. I think it's just the perfect thing to reel her in and to make her feel like, OK, you know, this is your team now. This is your home base now. You tried it with those vets and everything. It's not working out. This is this is the path forward. It only makes too much sense.

[00:07:03] But I also understand, like, you know, first time being at your wage, you kind of you know, you want to make a big move, but you kind of want to water it down a little bit by putting somebody else up there that's been up there already. But we've known we've seen that mistake made over and over and over again. If you want to take the shot, you have to go full throttle. You want to put as much you want to lessen the possibility of any of your targets secondary or otherwise going home. You want that possibility all the way to the roof. So I 100 percent agree.

[00:07:33] Yes, yes. So Drew talks to D. This conversation was happening, I believe, in part during the update yesterday. Drew is like, do you trust me? Yeah, there was a point. There's a point that I didn't. But I trust you. And and he says, can you stop leaking in my information? Yeah. That'd be great.

[00:08:04] Yeah, I'm sorry. I'm sorry. And he says, OK, well. Here's the thing. Drew are sorry. Kamu, I believe, is running Yasha's H. Oh, he wants you out. You cannot trust him. Barrett is the replacement nominee. He basically dumps a bunch of information on D to point her in the direction of Kamu. He's been trying to get her to look at Kamu and Yash for a little over a week now.

[00:08:32] And she hasn't been listening, which is in part why she didn't choose Yash for the HOH knockout competition, which has landed her in this position. And now he is telling her on top of everything else, you being on the block and all of it, Kamu is actively pushing for you to be the target. And this is when I think it finally sinks in for D. OK, I can trust Drew's information and Kamu is probably really gunning for me.

[00:09:03] Like, what else is it going to take? Why did it have to take for you to finally be on the block for you to feel that heat, to feel that pressure and to be the most susceptible to anybody telling you? I mean, we know why, psychologically speaking. But it's like. When has he ever really given you guys any reason not to trust him? I mean, he's like, you know, Drew's a little wiry, but like. Even him coming to you in this moment and being like, look, you.

[00:09:30] You've been spilling some stuff that it's kind of screwing me up, but I'm still give you something like. Come on, like this is this is we've been waiting on this moment, but, you know, at the same time. If this is what it takes for D to wake up and like, you know, have to really put her feet to the fire. And so be it. But it was just it was just a very funny conversation to listen to. Yeah. He says Haley was almost not even nominated this week.

[00:10:00] He had to really push for it. And this is true. They they almost switched from Haley to Barrett. But Drew really pushed for Haley instead of Barrett. And he he obviously does not want Barrett on the block. I'm seeing some people in the chat and I've seen a little bit of the sentiment like, oh, Drew, pathetic Drew ratting again to the vets. And I'm like, listen, I you know, I've been on that train. This is a thousand percent. Not that like this is a great move for Drew.

[00:10:30] Are you kidding? He should, of course, be ratting out Kamu and Yash here. They trust Drew for now. But Drew's not embedded in that group. And they're all better competitors than him. The vets have lost so much ground and so much power that hitting the vets against Kamu and Yash is phenomenal for his game. This is the best thing to happen to FAP in the entire season. Oh, yeah.

[00:10:58] Yeah, no, I agree because, you know, I think all of us were on that train because of the fact that Drew was in such a bad position and his position. It's still, you know, isn't he's still it's it's tentative, right? Like he's still in a position where things could go bad for him because there are still people that still just can't see it for him. But in weeks prior, it was like 100 percent. We don't know what Drew's doing. Like he's got to go. He's untrustworthy. Yet he's still feeding information. Whereas this time around now they're in trouble now. The power dynamics have shifted.

[00:11:27] It actually behooves you to try to balance that power by being a rat. So, no, I completely agree. I think this I think this works. And if this is what gets D to fully trust him and then perhaps put in a good word to somebody like Angela and then they start going after people like. Yeah, if if I'm Drew, who is very well situated in FAP and I have the choice between working with.

[00:11:56] Devin's D and Angela D and Angela who have been God awful in competitions and Devin's who has been OK in them. And it's three people or work with Kamu, Yash, Taylor, Lala and Haley, a group of five people, three of which are the three top competitors in the season statistically. Yeah. And and and one of which is Taylor, who I don't have a great relationship with.

[00:12:25] And one of which is Lala, who is an easy person to drag to the end at this point. Like, it's not even a close decision in any capacity. You know what I mean? Like, of course, he should be doing this. And again, it makes so much sense because if the vets target Kamu and Kamu is targeting the vets, that leaves FAP safely positioned in the middle as well.

[00:12:50] Whereas if he sides with Kamu and Yash and they take out D and the vets are instantly crippled, he's the next. FAP is the next target. And that is what they are talking about as well. FAP is the next target for Kamu, Yash and Taylor. So why in the world would he not be doing this? It's just it's kind of a wild concept.

[00:13:11] Yeah, I mean, splitting the house, if you have the ability to split the house and watch it from the middle, that has always been one of the better playing positions, whether it's big brother, whether it's survivor. It just it works. And if you can if you can stay invisible while doing it. It's pretty much golden. Now, the question is, can Drew really maintain that type of position without catching any blowback? Because in the past, you know, he's received a lot of blowback.

[00:13:40] So that's why I say it's still a very tentative position. I just wonder how much. And I think it really just depends on like how fiercely people like Kamu and D are going to go after one another. How quickly are they willing to call a truce with one another? We don't want any like Drew should be worried about any truces. Drew should be worried about anybody finding out anything and then being like, well, let's go after somebody else together. That's what he needs to focus on right now. So it's it's exciting. It's it's scary.

[00:14:10] Yeah, I just feel like people haven't recognized that the structure of the house has completely changed. This is no longer a dominant power structure in charge. This is a split house. It's just it's a split house. And there are two sides in one side is a lot stronger than the other right now. Yeah. And that's the side in power. So now, of course, this could change depending on this week.

[00:14:38] But that is sort of like where things are headed. So Melody and Barrett end up being picked to play in the veto. And this is obviously huge because, you know, it's it's it allows Barrett to potentially win and keep himself off the block. If any of the three nominees win, Barrett is the replacement nominee. And Drew told him that, right?

[00:15:08] And Drew is going to tell him after the veto draw, you are the replacement nominee. You should you should be trying to win. Yes. Yeah. Because Barrett Barrett's name has been in everybody's mouths for quite some time. And it feels like Barrett just he is so tall that it feels like he just his head just doesn't see anything. He's just like amongst the fray is walking around.

[00:15:35] So it's like I just sometimes I just want to pull him by the ear and be like, you are you're in trouble. Get down here. Play the game. Come on now. Yeah. Devon talks to D and he's been thinking about what he might do with the diamond power of veto. And right now it's just he's just throwing out some ideas. Now, obviously, I have said I think the move is if you're going to play the the diamond power of veto, which honestly, at this point, I think he should.

[00:16:04] You know, I've I've said there's an argument. There's certainly a very good argument to say that he shouldn't use it. But given the way that that Kamu and Yash and Taylor are going to end up talking about Devon's later in the day, it actually seems pretty clear that he doesn't really have a ton of runway with that crew. Now, maybe you could argue that if he wasn't as close to D as he was, that he would have more runway with that group.

[00:16:32] But I'm going to say again that like I'm always going to rather work with people who are less good at competitions in general. And I think that there's actually a very good play for him, which is put up Kamu with the diamond veto, blow up his game as much as possible. Take either Kamu or Haley as long as Haley remains on the block. You've weakened that group. You have numbers going into the next HOH. And it's a it's a pretty good move.

[00:17:02] But Devon's really thinks he's gotten in with Kamu and Yash, despite them continuing to slowly push him out of their their structure. And so it's been unclear whether or not he'd be willing to do that. Now, he mentions the possibility of it here early in the day. But he the main thing I think he wants out of D is that he wants her to use the bribe on him to do it, to do any of it.

[00:17:29] Like my only the only way I do any of this is if you use the bribe on me. So I have that excuse. And D is like. Yeah, but I don't want to I don't want to waste it. I'm trying to combine with your powers combined. I don't want to waste it. Yeah, that's that's that's that's a bit too much. I mean, we need it later. Right, right, right. I think the power of Vita was strong enough on its own. Like you don't need to do all of that.

[00:17:58] He's like, OK, well, but can't maybe can we lie and say that at least say that you bribed me? She's like, oh, I don't think so. You can't lie. You can't use production strategy. You can't lie about a power. And so they end up coming up with something that I thought was actually pretty clever. I actually like this idea that, you know, in an attempt to work around the use production as a strategy thing,

[00:18:24] D officially offers Devin's the bribe to use. I will bribe. I'm offering you the bribe five thousand dollars to use the diamond power of Vita on me. And Devin says, I'm going to have to think about it. But now Devin's can truthfully say that D offered him the bribe.

[00:18:48] He just doesn't have to also say that he didn't accept it, that this is something that they might end up doing, that, you know, it is it is technically the truth. And if somebody asked follow up questions, it would be exposed as not the truth or sorry, as like as a as an attempt at like deception. Like if they were like, oh, and did you accept it? He couldn't say yes.

[00:19:14] But if he says it in the right way that like, hey, the only reason I did this is because D offered the bribe to me. Then then they might not think to ask a follow up question. They might assume that she used the bribe on him. Mm hmm. It's a nice it's it looks good on paper. It allows for people to sort of like come up with their own ideas and use their imaginations. It's it's cool.

[00:19:44] It's you call it clever. I call it slimy. But, you know, fine. Like, hey, look, they're they're really trying here. And that's all we can ever really ask for is people that are actually intentional with the way they use their powers and really crunch it out. So it's it's fine. I was just like, oh, like, come on. Oh, I love it. I love it. Because the thing is, it feels very fair.

[00:20:10] Like, yeah, because it's not like it's infallible. And this is infallibility is why you can't use production as a strategy, because, you know, you could just lie about whatever you want. Nobody has any way of ascertaining what the truth is, which means they're playing in a game that they don't know the rules to. Right. But if you have to tell the truth, like you're an eyes to die and wheel of time, like you have to be careful with how you say the truth.

[00:20:38] And then you can maybe deceive people with the truth, which I think is like a fun concept. So they they might not end up doing this anyway, but I thought it was a fun, fun little thing. Yeah. D, though, says, oh, I can't wait to see the look on Mr. Bible's face if this happens. So they got they got that cooking.

[00:21:05] I mean, yeah, it's a I tend to agree with you about what Devin should do and, you know, getting Kamu out just as he's like because he's a rising star right now in this house. He is just amassing more and more power and influence. And I think taking him out absolutely causes everybody else to just scatter. It cripples everything. No one really knows where to go.

[00:21:34] Now they're cowering again in the in the in the shadow of D and Devin's and Angela. And I think it makes all too much sense. I know that personally speaking. I'm too selfish of a player and I feel like and I think, you know, Devin sort of mentions this. So he's like, I know my family's like, no, bitch, if you don't save that for yourself, like but sometimes saving saving somebody else is saving yourself. You know, like if you can keep if you need people, you need people in this house.

[00:22:00] And if you have the power to make that happen, especially and take out someone that is coming after you. I mean, it's it only makes too much sense. So. Yeah. Yeah. D is going to tell Angela that they've kind of they've got something cooking. There's a good chance they'll be able to save the both of them. So Angela has a good idea of it, though. She's still pretty upset about the whole situation.

[00:22:26] She tells Drew that she'd she'd be willing to sacrifice her game for D to stay. And Drew gives her a bit of a pep talk. It's just always funny to me to see the Drew and Angela relationship and how much better it is now compared to the beginning of the game. And but like the only thing that's changed is Angela now not thinking that Drew is the devil because he hasn't changed his thoughts on Angela at all. He's like, welcome to the party, sis.

[00:22:56] He tells Melody later in the day, talks to Melody later in the day about how much he loves Angela and has loved Angela the whole season. And so, you know, it's funny stuff. Kamu and Taylor talk about evicting D and pulling in Haley again, talking about working with Haley as a four.

[00:23:17] And Taylor, again, had also talked about potentially to Haley, at least having Yash use the veto on Haley, which, yes, Taylor, that is exactly what you should do. If you want to pull somebody in who's on the block, you should try to save them and take them off the block so that they can't vote people like you can't. The people can't vote that person out that you want to work with.

[00:23:40] And Kamu talks about how he's thinking about, hear me out, Tea Party 2.0. Because that worked so well and everyone loved it. But this time, oh, God, against D. D.

[00:24:09] Um, OK. What what what big truth do you think is going to get revealed here? Well, he's got a lot of dirt on D. D's got a lot of dirt on him, too. But, you know. Yeah, I guess that's what I should be asking. Like, what what do you think is going to be revealed here without revealing? You.

[00:24:39] D. And as much as I would have given Jason much more of like a, you know, Jason defended himself fairly well, I would say. I I feel like D. Is more prone to go for the jugular. And so, you know, let's let's let's let's let's do it. Let's let's do it. Yeah, let's get all types of peppermint, lemon, chamomile. You know, I'm here for it. Yes.

[00:25:10] Well, we get to the veto competition and the veto competition is, in fact, it's Otev. But all Otev. It's Otev. Again, very big veto competition. Now, just to be clear, this idea about putting Kamu on the block, it's an idea right now. It's not reality.

[00:25:35] And I think it will still take Devin's some some convincing to actually go through with it. But if this were the plan, the veto competition remains very important because, again, if the noms stay the same and D comes off the block and Kamu goes on the block, then you have the numbers to take out Kamu or Haley.

[00:25:58] No matter what, no matter what, no matter what happens with the blockbuster, Kamu wins, Haley wins, the other one goes and you take down a number from the other side and you move forward. Right. Right. If Haley wins the veto or Yash wins and takes Haley down, then Barrett goes up in Haley's place. D comes off the block from the diamond veto. Kamu goes up. But now you're in a do or die situation.

[00:26:26] If Kamu wins the blockbuster, you're still losing either Barrett or Angela, which is very, very bad. It's a huge swing in outcomes to lose one of Kamu or Haley or one of Angela or Barrett. And if you take the swing at Kamu and then lose Barrett as a result, that's really, really bad for you. Um, so, uh, so again, the veto really matters.

[00:26:55] Haley winning or Yash winning could have, uh, some significant, uh, impact on the results of the week and really the whole season, because this is like genuinely, I talked about this on, on, on my Patreon stream yesterday. This is the battle for the soul of the season. Whoever wins the outcome of this week, I think takes charge of the game moving forward. Um, whether the diamond power veto, uh, is used or not.

[00:27:23] If Barrett or Angela leave Kamu, Yash, Taylor, and them, they're going to be running things moving forward. Or at the very least, it will be a battle for the next HOH. One that they have an advantage in because they have all the best competitors. If one of Yash or if one of Kamu or Haley leave, then, uh, then the FAP plus Vets side will sort of take charge. They'll have the numbers in the next HOH, though not the best competitors. And it'll be again, a bit of a battle.

[00:27:52] Uh, but they're also kind of a shaky side to begin with. So who knows how long they stay together. Right. Um, but that's kind of the battle, right? Now, apparently Haley is the first out of Otev. So, uh, that's not happening. However, Yash could still win and use the veto on Haley. Yeah. So Yash still being in the competition definitely matters.

[00:28:19] Uh, now, uh, I believe, I think it was like maybe D was out second or something along those lines. And then Melody. And then, uh, and then I think maybe Angela, uh, who I think maybe lasted a little, uh, a little while. And it comes down to you, Angela. Good for you. Barrett or Yash. And wouldn't you know it?

[00:28:47] Yash wins the power of veto. Yash wins Otev. Barrett comes. The weak. Barrett comes in second place once again. And with this win, I've been talking about how, oh, sorry. Yeah. Melody. Sorry. Melody was third. I was going backwards and put Melody third from the back, but it was actually the reverse. Melody came in third. Um, with this in place, this is why I've been saying like Yash. Cause I was doing some statistics yesterday.

[00:29:15] Or that meme of the guy with the plans on the wall and everything. Um, cause I'm always on comp, comp beast watch. Uh, and, and genuinely, if you look at the amount of people, uh, if you look at not just the wins, but the placement and who they beat and how many people they be in each competition, statistically Yash is the best competitor in the house right now, followed by Kamu, followed by Haley.

[00:29:45] And actually Barrett is in fourth, uh, despite winning zero competitions, his performance in each competition places him in fourth of the entire, uh, remaining house. Um, but the top three, Yash, Kamu and Haley, uh, and their top three by a decent margin. Mallory's surprisingly is actually only about halfway through her wins, uh, like in the

[00:30:13] blockbuster and, uh, in the veto, she won't, she beat two people in the blockbuster and she only beat five people in the veto. Uh, so like, and Yash was second place in that veto as well. Um, so in, in, then in other competitions, Mallory has not performed as well. So she's actually lower if we look at it from that perspective. Um, so, uh, so this is huge.

[00:30:37] I mean, these people are like, uh, doing very well in the competitions and Yash has now swept this week. Uh, and, and things are looking pretty good. Now the main question becomes two questions. One, what is Devin's going to do now that D is definitely going to stay on the block? Who is he going to put up on the block with the diamond power veto? Assuming he uses it.

[00:31:05] And two, what will Yash do with this veto? Because even if you completely take the, the, the fact that there's a power out there away from the situation, even if you just say there, even if you say there's no powers, but you say, I want to make sure D or Angela leave or maybe Barrett. And I want to make sure Haley stays. You should just take Haley off the block.

[00:31:35] Because you don't know for sure that you have the numbers. And so it's already been talked about by Taylor. It's a very real scenario that Yash could take Haley off the block, put Barrett up. And then even if Devin's tries to take D down and put somebody like Kamu up, there's a very good chance Kamu wins the blockbuster. And you still managed to take out a target Barrett or Angela. Or if you incorporate the fact that you know there's a power in the house and that you

[00:32:04] know, Devin's probably has that power. That should make you want even more to take Haley off the block to make sure she doesn't leave. And at least put Barrett up on the block as the replacement. But if you really are thinking about it and you really don't trust Devin's, you should actually put Devin's on the block as Haley's replacement, which would fully or much more fully negate Devin's power and allow you to take out your true target Haley.

[00:32:34] Now, you know, that's that's the best move, but that's the power influenced move. The best move with no power is still taking Haley down and putting Barrett up the bad move. Power or no power is not using the veto. So, yeah, that is that are those are the questions of the day for me heading into the post veto world.

[00:33:01] And very quickly, I was streaming on Patreon for this. Check it out if you want. The VOD has been posted is a very fun time. We hear from Devin's. In the in the gym alone. He's he's doing some weird stuff. I made a gif of it and I posted on Twitter. Good camera work, Skippy. This is what we like to see. He's like making faces.

[00:33:29] And then smiling weird like like it's like. Yes. Should I put Kamu up? Yes. That's a move. What if what if we take the crossovers? We add the obvious. Add ons. Melody and Mallory. Mm hmm.

[00:33:59] And just declare war on everyone else. Yeah. Yeah. That's pretty much the play. I mean, you don't declare war on Taylor and Lala. You can mostly just blow up Kamu. Right. It's kind of the point is you put up Kamu. You blow up all of the alliances he's ever been in. Yeah. And you and you kind of make him like, oh, this guy's a huge threat to to win this game.

[00:34:26] And I think Taylor and Lala abandoned ship and the game just opens up again. That's quite frankly what I think will happen. But. But what if we do? We just declare war. Ah, the only problem is, he says. Those four fab. They outnumber us four to three. Don't like that. Like. It's so clear that he's survivor pilled. Right. Like. Mm hmm. He's such a survivor player.

[00:34:55] He thinks about four versus three. The next cycle. Each. Each vote. Each number. Each. Yeah. Mm hmm. Yeah. As though they'll get to seven together. Because on Survivor, you could. Mm hmm. If you take seven people, you just vote out the rest. You will get down to seven. And then you need to make sure you have the majority in that number. Mm hmm. Four to three. Like, it's one thing for it to be like four to two in an alliance or something along. But four to three is not that big of a deal. It's seven people.

[00:35:25] And it's a one person difference. And it's not going to get down to seven. He also thinks like in terms of. But that'll be seven people, at least five of them guaranteed to be on jury. And that's also survivor pill. Because that's not how that's how it works on Survivor. You get your alliance to jury. Your alliance votes for you to win the game. No. That doesn't really happen on Big Brother. No. Your alliance. Your alliance doesn't matter. The Big Brother jury lasts so much longer.

[00:35:55] They last so much longer. They get in there and they start talking so much crap. People are much more prone to be. Like, it's not. No. No. Yeah. Because then he starts talking about the downsides as well of that. Like, oh, it's good that they're in jury because then they'll vote for me to win. But then he realizes, oh, wait. But then four of FAP are all in jury. So that's they'll all vote for each other for sure. In the end. It's just like this is so Survivor. He's also worried.

[00:36:23] But he also thinks that making this move, putting up Kamu, is like a game winning move. It's something for his resume that he can take credit for. And I'm like, you're still thinking Survivor. Big Brother doesn't care about resumes. Like, that's not how Big Brother works. He's worried he'll peak too early, which is again a Survivor. It's so funny watching his brain work on Survivor terms. What do we mean? Peaking too early. Like, what is this?

[00:36:51] Like, that is the matter of current Survivor strategy, which is that you need to peak at the right time. Because if you make your move too early, you become the tallest blade of grass that gets cut down. And so like, if y'all don't just start playing week to week. What is it? OK, I haven't been watching Survivor, so I'm a little out of out of out of touch, I guess. But that is just neurotic AF. Like what?

[00:37:14] I think it's so funny to see somebody who is so who's played two seasons of Survivor and made it pretty deep both times to to be thinking about Big Brother in such survivory terms. Yeah. But the bottom line is he's think he's thinking this might be the time. He's like, what would my what would my allies say? What would Christian Hubecky say? What would Emily Flippen say? What would Aubrey Brocko say?

[00:37:43] And he said, well, I know what Emily would say. She's a bad influence. She would say blow it all off. Yeah. He's like, all right, just screw it. I think it's time. I think it's time. Blow up Kamu's game. Encourage Angela and Dee to to to blow him up. Just go for it. It's the move that he's been wanting to. He wants, regardless if it's Kamu or anybody else, is what Devin's is designed to do. It's what he's been wanting to do.

[00:38:11] He's been trying to temper himself from being too much of that, you know, explosive character on the show. But, you know, this is a situation in which, you know, you can use your strengths to their to your to their best. And I think it's like you said, it's less about like the Kamu of it all. But it's more so just about opening up that side of the house again and giving yourself more room.

[00:38:38] Like, yes, it's nice to think and pre plan to get down to seven. I think that. Players should, you know, I think that players see his credit. I think that players should be more akin to figuring out how to get their alliance to the end intact. But before you even get to that to that point, you just have to think about, like, what is this going to do for me next week? What is it? How is what position is this going to leave me and Dee in for next week with Kamu gone? With that side scattered? What do we do then?

[00:39:07] Then you can start worrying about that seven. That could potentially flip to a different way depending on who you pull in. So the question was just asking chat, like, how can you blow up Kamu's game when you're just as, you know, palpable? Right. In the same way that Kamu is looking to do Tea Party 2.0 to Dee. And the answer to the question genuinely is who is in power when it happens?

[00:39:31] Kamu wants to do it to Dee because Dee's on the block and he's got the numbers to take Dee out. And so when he calls Dee out, she can, you know, expose him all she wants. But there's nothing anybody can do about Kamu in Kamu's mind at that moment. Dee's the one in trouble. And so everyone kind of has to side with him. It's what he did to Jason.

[00:39:53] Now, the reverse is true if Kamu goes up on the block and Haley is still there on the block because then Kamu or Haley will be on the block and Vets plus FAP control the vote. So Kamu is now the one who is, you know, vulnerable in that spot.

[00:40:17] He can try to flip FAP back to his side by, you know, calling out Dee. But FAP, most of FAP, already most of FAP, half of FAP already knows anything Kamu might say and will do their best to smooth it over with Maladine Mallory. Meaning, like, yeah, Taylor and Yash might be like, oh, wow, I didn't realize Dee was up to all that. But I really didn't realize Kamu was up to all that. And Kamu's right now on the block and I'm in one of Kamu or Haley is likely leaving.

[00:40:47] And we need to get in on the good side of the people who are now in power. That's kind of how the call outs generally work in spots like this. So so that's kind of like you just you just kind of make sure that you have the leverage and you shouldn't have the leverage because the diamond power veto, as we talked about, is super, super powerful if you use it in one of two ways.

[00:41:12] Either you use it to manipulate the HOH to do what you want so that you don't have to use in the first place. Devins did not do this. He did not do this. He did not use it in that way. I think he should have. He didn't. Or number two, you have the majority and you can put somebody on the block and and guarantee that they get voted out.

[00:41:36] Devins kind of maybe has a majority, but it's hard to take out a big target if they have to have a great chance to win the blockbuster. So as long as the other as long as the HOH is careful about their nominations, you can't guarantee that you take a target out with the diamond power veto. But Yash was not careful with his nominations. He does still hold the veto. So that's the next part of this.

[00:42:03] Will Yash want to use the veto? Now, before we get to that conversation, Devins does talk to Barrett. He talks about fapping up the crossovers. Barrett says he's down. Oh, my God. Dee talks to Drew about how she tried to use the bribe to not go up on the block to Yash, meaning she's telling Drew about the bribe. Dee's going to mostly be telling people about the bribe throughout the day because, of course, Yash already knows about it and is likely going to be telling people about it.

[00:42:33] But then we get to Yash's conversation with Kamu. And this is the one I am like watching closely. I am like, OK, here we go. This is what the entire week really rides on. Will Yash think to use the veto on Haley? Because, again, even discounting any powers, he should use the veto on Haley.

[00:43:02] And he knows there are powers and he knows that Devins specifically likely has one. So you can't even say that you take powers out of it. This is like even with powers out of it, he should still do it. And with powers, he should definitely very much definitely do it. So I'm listening to them talk and they're talking about what they want to do this week. And they're saying all of the right things. It's really important that Haley stays.

[00:43:30] It's really important that Haley stays. We need Haley to stay this week. We need to make sure we pull her in. We need to make sure that at least Dee or maybe Angela go. In fact, you know, Barrett, who came in second place in this veto, came in second place in the HOH, comes in second place a bunch of times. They are recognizing what my stats were showing, which is that Barrett is actually the fourth best competitor in the house right now, statistically. And they're really worried about that because he's close to the vets and they don't trust him.

[00:44:00] And Yash was really kind of like, yeah, you know, he was going to be the replacement nominee. And Barrett on the block this week makes a lot of sense. And I'm hearing a lot of things that are pointing in the exact direction that should happen, which is, yeah, you need to keep Haley. So pull Haley down and put Barrett on the block. Barrett can beat Dee in the blockbuster. Dee goes home for you. A lot of things work out. And then they talk about like, OK, well, what about the votes?

[00:44:28] We have the votes to keep Haley, right? And they start counting the votes. And it's a lot closer than they would have liked because they're not sure they have Devin's because they don't. So it's Devin's. And let's say like Dee or Angela come down. Dee or Angela vote Haley out. Barrett votes Haley out. And now all of a sudden, it's at least three votes for Haley to go. They only need five.

[00:44:58] If Mallory, Melody, Drew, if they go in that direction, if like then then Haley leaves, that would be really bad. It would be really bad if they flipped the votes against us and then they outnumbered us going into the next HOH. That would be a really bad situation. I'm like, yeah, it would be. That would be a really bad situation. And remember, this has nothing to do with the diamond power. They're talking about realistic scenarios right now, which is that Angela or Dee beat Haley in the blockbuster and then the votes flip against Haley, which is quite frankly what will happen, period.

[00:45:28] Yeah. With or without a diamond power or veto. But they go, ah, no, but we have Drew. They don't have Drew at all, but they think they have Drew. So if we have, as long as we have Drew, and I think we, I think we can get Mallory, then we should have the votes. And with Drew probably comes Melody. So as long as we have Drew, we've got it. I mean, it would really suck if Drew flipped on us, like screw him. That would really expose him.

[00:45:57] We'd just nominate him next week though. If he flipped on us, we'd just, we'd just target him. So, so he's not going to do that. He's not going to do that. Yeah. And it would really suck. It would really suck if the votes flipped on us. So, okay, wait, hold on. I'm listening. Like, okay, here we go. Here we go. Kamu, Kamu's talking. Yeah.

[00:46:19] He goes, okay, what if, and hear me out, but what if we, what if we put Barrett up? I'm like, okay, here we go. Here we go. I, I figured this would, I mean, they were saying all of the reasons why they would eventually come to this conclusion. Of course, of course they're going to get here. Here we go. What if we put Barrett up? Oh, yes. That could make some sense. Okay. Well, we put Barrett up. Yeah. Cause hear me out.

[00:46:48] We use the veto on Angela.

[00:47:22] I was like, wait, wait, what? This reminds me. I don't remember the specifics of this week as it's been years, but it was, I was on another live feed update with you. It was like BB can nine, I believe. And they were trying to like, whoever was in power was trying to like make something happen with the veto. And everybody that was in that alliance was in the veto competition. And they wanted one specific person to win the veto. And they were coming up with all these.

[00:47:52] And we're just like, just throw the veto to them. The veto that you have won and take her off. Yeah. Um, I couldn't, I couldn't believe it. Cause I was, again, they had talked through every reason that Haley should come off the block and that Barrett should go up.

[00:48:20] Because it guarantees that D or, or Angela leaves. It makes it more likely even that D leaves. Um, and, or, or worst case scenario, Barrett leaves. Oh, that's great for them too. Um, and, and the only reason to not do that is if you don't want to piss Barrett off unnecessarily.

[00:48:44] So there's no world in my mind where they would put Barrett up, but not take Haley down and instead take Angela down. They're like, Angela would be so grateful. They just have that image of Tucker using that veto on her. And they didn't want, they want that for themselves. They want that reaction from Angela. That's what they want. I was like, what in the world?

[00:49:13] And, and so now instead of counteracting the diamond power of veto in, in the most, in what, in one of the more effective ways they could do it, they've somehow managed to make their situation even worse. If they go through this idea, because if they take Angela down now, all of a sudden Kamu's competing against Haley and Barrett in the blockbuster instead of Haley and Angela, uh, which I personally would rather not do. Uh, now that's power stuff.

[00:49:42] And I'm not going to blame them for putting themselves in that position, but I will blame them for the wild idea of taking Angela off the block instead of Haley, the person you want to bring in. The stuff in their control, regardless of the power. Come on. Come on. Um, so Taylor ends up joining this conversation and, uh, she's like, what are you guys talking about?

[00:50:09] There's like, we're talking about Barrett and how he's such a huge problem that he's probably the biggest threat in the game right now. And she says, I was literally just talking about this yesterday. Cause she was, um, and so she's super on board with the idea of putting Barrett up on the block. Uh, and they say, okay, well we were, we were thinking we used the veto on Angela to put up Barrett. And she's like, I don't know if that's nice. I don't know if that's the right idea. Like, okay.

[00:50:38] Hey, Taylor will set us straight. Taylor will get us on the right track. Um, but, uh, but they mostly just talk about the idea of nominating Barrett in the first place. And she's kind of like, well, do we even want to do that in the first place? If he's just going to win the blockbuster, uh, then do we want to even have him like, why piss him off? Um, and they're like, ah, yeah, I'm not sure. Maybe. And they start talking about votes again.

[00:51:07] Well, the main thing is we need to think to make sure Haley stays safe this week because we want to pull Haley in. Like there's such an easy way to do that. People with all of the power right now. Um, and they're like, well, we do have something. We've got Drew. Uh, and so as long as we've got Drew, Haley will be safe. Uh, because I don't know, Taylor, I don't know how you feel about Devin's, but we're not sure that Devin's is going to vote for Haley to stay.

[00:51:36] She's like, I don't think he will. Uh, and they start talking more about Devin's and how close he is with D and how they, they're kind of not trusting him anymore. They kind of trust Drew more. Uh, and, uh, and so there's a moment here where Taylor's like, yeah, you know, Devin's, he's really dangerous in this game. He might have a power. Like, uh, I mean, honestly, just put Devin. Nah, nah, nah, nah. You wouldn't do that.

[00:52:05] Cause he just went to Blockbuster. Too much. Yeah. Yeah. To a can of worms. Can of diamond worms. Oh no. Like that was your, that's. Like Smeagol trying to grab the ring in the fires of doom. This is why everybody shouldn't be in business of power. Plimplink in the period, yo. Like some people just, they have all, they have every resource, almost every resource.

[00:52:34] And they cannot, they cannot see through the weeds and the weeds aren't even that thick. Like, and you're, you are actively going further into the forest. Yeah. Yeah. So, uh, Yash says we're probably not going to use the veto anyway. So it's, we don't even need to really talk about this much more.

[00:52:57] Um, and so the conversation ends and that's the conclusion for the rest of the night is that the veto probably just won't be used at all, which is certainly better than using it on Angela, but still not good. Like Haley should not be on the block. You know, like if she loses that Blockbuster, she is going home. Again, take the power out of it. I keep reinforcing that because I don't want it to muddy this conversation.

[00:53:27] But like, take the power out of it. And Haley is going home if she doesn't win the Blockbuster and you've lost a number and you don't have Drew and the house is against you. It's this, it's the same outcome as the Blockbuster, uh, as the diamond veto being used and Kamu winning the Blockbuster and Haley leaving. It's all the same. It's a very real, very real scenario. Um, so, uh, but that's where they are.

[00:53:55] And, and let me tell you the rest of the night, they are going to get tons of information continuing to point them in the direction of using the veto on Haley because they are going to keep talking. Taylor and Yash, uh, Kamu is going to leave the room. And Yash says, we really need to just make sure we have the votes to keep Haley. Like again, there's no way to do this. Um, but he wants to do it with the votes.

[00:54:21] He thinks he should tell Melody and Mallory that D offered him $5,000 to put them on the Block, which is not strictly true. That's not what she offered the bribe for, but she did offer a bribe. So it could help lock in their votes. Maybe, uh, I don't know. I don't know that you should be lying about it, but okay. Um, they really, her, uh, Taylor and Yash want to pull Mallory to their side. They just want to get rid of Barrett and the rest of them first so that they can work

[00:54:50] with Mallory. They really want to be able to work with Mallory. Um, which, you know, I think good on Mallory's social game, but also, you know, it's, it's wild what winning in America's vote will do. Um, Mallory ends up joining them in the conversation. And they're like, so Mallory, what are you thinking? And she says, well, Haley out, obviously. Okay. Well, that's a sign.

[00:55:19] Um, and they're like, well, but we, well, we were thinking maybe not Haley. Uh, like what wasn't supposed to be the icons? And Mallory was like, I mean, I, I guess, I, I mean, I, I guess I'd be down for that, but, but I really would prefer Haley leaving. Like she's probably the biggest competitive threat amongst the three of them. Um, and it's like, Mallory, don't tell them this. They have the veto. And if they were smart, they'd use it. Um, and, uh, and so they keep kind of pointing her back at D and she goes, yeah, I mean, I

[00:55:49] guess I'd be down to take out D too. Uh, I will tell you, I have a theory. She says, my theory is that D obviously has power. I think it's an HOH takeover power. And she's talked about this theory before. She thinks that D has the HOH takeover power because she got called into the diary room before the nomination ceremony. And at that point in time, she thought she was good. And then she got nominated and then she lost her chance to use the HOH takeover. And that's why she's so upset.

[00:56:19] Um, and I think in Yash's mind, he was like, Hmm, maybe better to let her think this because Mallory was saying, this is a good reason to take D out while she hasn't been able to use it before she has a chance to use it in the future. Um, and so in their minds, they have now convinced Mallory to take out D another reason they don't

[00:56:44] need to use the veto on Haley, of course, not necessarily thinking at this moment about the scenario where D wins the blockbuster and then what you're losing Haley over Angela. Like, what are we doing? It's so much like, like interpretation and people's own head cannons that are in some ways beneficial and in most ways not.

[00:57:08] Um, and I mean, I, you know, good, good on Yash for simply just being like, all right, well, you know, whatever it takes for you to see that D is an issue, we can rock with it. That's not quite where I was going to go with it, but that's fine. You know? And I understand like the predicament that Mallory is in, you know, like she has this whole fat thing going on. And by extension, there's like a bit of an in with some of these vets. So I think it's clouding her judgment as to like when these people should go, when it should

[00:57:37] be sooner rather than later. And Taylor and Yash trying to convince her. And it's, it's, it's, I think it's a lot to have to deal with when like, you've been steadily like being like deeper and deeper and deeper entrenched into a power structure because Mallory has spent so much time like not in it. So I think in her mind, it just feels good to be in something that she doesn't want to stupid net doesn't want to like rock the boat too much, but like, no, sis, the boat's rocking

[00:58:07] it's rocking and you're in it. So, uh, and it's, yeah, and it's rocking even harder than they realize, uh, or could realize, uh, although they could anticipate because Devins is telling D about this Kamu play and she of course loves it. Uh, they're going to argue a bit back and forth again. He really wants the $5,000, uh, and she really doesn't want to give it to him.

[00:58:33] Um, what's interesting about this though, given what we know about the power, uh, if he were to take the bribe, um, then he would be locked into then using the diamond power veto on D and if Yash or Taylor or Kamu came to their senses and realized that Devins should be nominated, uh, he would then still be obligated to use the diamond power veto on D and not himself,

[00:59:02] uh, which would be pretty funny in my opinion. Um, but it'll be wild. Haley is going to talk to Kamu. Uh, she again is just like, she's fully willing to jump on board with, with Taylor and Yash. She says, I mean, I'm, I'm willing to go on the block one more time to help take other people out, but then I'm done after that. No more. Uh, and it's like, no, yeah, you shouldn't even be on the block right now. That's not how the game works.

[00:59:32] You should not nominate your allies. Sorry. No, say it again for the people is back because I don't think it's sinking in. It's my one rule. Just one more time. I'll go on the block one more time. It's fine. It's good for your health. Everybody deserves a block. One block a day. We'll keep eviction away. I don't know. What the hell?

[01:00:06] Kamu talks to Devin's. He's supposed to be feeling Devin's out. Um, and he's like, yeah. So we were thinking about the, uh, the eviction and Devin's like, well, we're doing Haley. Right. And he's like, oh, we were just talking about options. Just talking about, you know, different reasons for why we might do different things. Uh, and you know, it's like, you know, yeah.

[01:00:29] Haley's like a good competitor, but she's kind of like with us, you know, like kind of like an ally that maybe we shouldn't have nominated at all. Uh, and then, you know, there's Angela, who's like not really a competitor. It's like not really a threat, maybe a little messy. And then D was, I guess, also not really competitive, but like, you know, she's, she's been up to a lot of things. So, uh, and Devin's is like, I've, I've said this all along. I don't think Devin's is a good liar.

[01:00:58] I don't think he has a good poker face. Um, Devin's is so clearly just like hating Kamu's guts in this moment. Like, yeah, I just, I didn't realize D was an option this week. I mean, you know, that's not what I want for D to leave. Uh, and Kamu's like, yeah, you know, just talking about it, just thinking about it. Uh, and he's like, okay. I mean, I just thought it was Haley, but.

[01:01:29] And then he's like, realizes like, oh wait, I'm supposed to be pretending. And he's like, but hey, you know, listen, Yash got that veto. Yash, he's doing well. He's doing well that Yash. Um, it's like, okay, that didn't go well. Especially since he kind of was already under the, like he already had, he was like, oh, I might be able to get out of this. Scott free. Like this might work out for me this week. And then all of a sudden the plan changes drastically. And it's like, damn, I didn't, it's like that frustration that's leaking out.

[01:01:58] I think is like him realizing, oh, maybe these people aren't as stupid as I thought that they were, even though they still kind of are because the nominations really don't make much sense. Um, but yeah, it's, uh, the mask slippeth and the mask goeth back up. Yes.

[01:02:20] So, uh, melody and drew talk, um, and, uh, and melody is telling drew, uh, we talked about this a few days ago that, uh, Kamu is like real weird around melody and babies. Uh, and turns out as sort of expected melody feels weird about it. She tells drew that Kamu makes her uncomfortable when he talks about her having babies. And, uh, she just wants him to shut up about it.

[01:02:48] Um, and, uh, and then they also go over like how they feel about everyone in the house. Uh, she, she worries that Devons doesn't like her, which is, uh, I think an accurate read quite frankly. Um, and drew worries that D doesn't like him, which I think was also an accurate read. Um, and, uh, but how much they both don't like Kamu and, uh, and you know, like Kamu and Yash are so bro-y.

[01:03:16] Uh, and earlier in the day, melody was talking about how she doesn't like guys being all bro-y. They're always like, you know, like every time Kamu comes up, it's like, bro, how's it, what's up? How's it going, bro? Uh, it's, uh, I'm, I'm butchering this cause, cause, cause, cause melody says bro more than anyone in the house. Um, bro has become a genderless pronoun at this point. Like, yeah, this, uh, I, I'm genuinely butchering it.

[01:03:45] Melody has a, has a much funnier way of putting it, uh, that I did not write down. But, uh, but the point being that like, there's such a bro-y energy to Kamu, uh, and Yash that, uh, that, that she and Mallory both kind of like bounce off of. Um, and so, uh, they talk about that. This is when, um, Drew talks about really liking Angela as well. Um, Angela in the meantime is, uh, continuing to learn more.

[01:04:13] D has told Angela about her power at this point. Uh, and, um, and Angela says that she's, she wants to ask Yash if he'd be willing to use the veto on her. And I'm like, okay, hold on. This could, this could relight a fire. Like, uh, if and when this happens, if Angela goes to Yash, you know, uh, hat in hand, um, and it's like, uh, please, sir, may I have a veto?

[01:04:42] Um, again, this could reignite the idea that like, oh, maybe, maybe I save Angela with this veto. I mean, it's exactly, it's unbeknownst to her, it probably would work. Could work. So, we'll see. Um, Dee and Melody are gonna talk for a long time. Dee really works on Melody for a while. She tells Melody about her bribe power that she tried and failed to use with Yash.

[01:05:09] Uh, they bond over not liking Kamu, um, and, uh, and about like potentially working together moving forward. Um, and, uh, it's a long conversation. It's very effective. They have a great conversation together, really like bonding. Melody talking about her life and her stand-up comedy and, um, and all kinds of stuff like that. So, it's a big, long conversation with Dee and Melody.

[01:05:34] Good work, um, with Dee here because obviously she's doing a lot of work on the back end to, you know, make this, you know, if things go as planned this week, as they probably will for them. Um, it's, it's good groundwork for getting the FAP and crossover thing, um, getting, getting that rolling. So. Yes. Um, in the meantime, Devon's talks with Barrett and Drew, uh, continuing to pitch this idea of uniting FAP and crossovers.

[01:06:03] Uh, and Devon's at this point who, he said this during the cam talk as well. He said, uh, you know, the funny thing about this alliance is that it's all of the people America voted for. Um, him, uh, Dee, Angela, Melody, and Mallory. Um, and he accidentally kind of, I think, lets this slip in front of Barrett and Drew.

[01:06:25] He's like, and the cool thing about this is that it's all the people America voted for, except the two people who have powers that we don't know about. Except me. I don't, I don't, I don't got no power. I, uh, but I didn't have a punishment either. But sure, Devon's sure.

[01:06:47] Uh, and then they spend a good, like 10 minutes just kind of like talking through, uh, all of the, uh, things that, uh, like, like we know you have the power, Devon's. Like we know it does. Does it rhyme with Poudetat? Uh, like, um, uh, is it a diamond power of veto? Devon's like, I don't even know what that is.

[01:07:12] Um, Devon's very much like playing the joke of I'm not going to admit it. But at this point, he's basically admitting it to them, um, without actually saying the words. So they now know. And because again, he's planning to use the thing. So we might as well give them a hint that it's coming. Uh, but he's not going to tell them what it is or what's coming specifically. He wants that to still be, I think, a big kind of surprise. Yeah.

[01:07:40] So, um, Mallory talks to Barrett. Uh, and she says that between Dee and Angela, she does prefer Dee leave, but Barrett disagrees with her. Barrett says they need Dee to stay because they need her to, uh, to, to fight against Kamu. Um, and it's a little bit of a disagreement between the two of them. Uh, Barrett, I think in her mind, obviously has some extra incentive.

[01:08:07] Barrett has spent most of his day with Dee in the cuddling position. Uh, and so, um, you know, it's, it's like, uh, what is Barrett doing? I don't know. Uh, like, uh, like, I don't know why he thinks this is a good idea. I don't know why he thinks that he should be spending all of his time with Dee right now. Um, it's just made him a bigger target. It's made them want to nominate him.

[01:08:35] Uh, but, uh, at this point it is what it is. Yeah. I, I just charge it up to the game at this point. It's you, like, I, I've been there. I've been head over heels for somebody to the point where they can't do any wrong. And their concerns become your concerns. You get trapped and it's just, you, you, you, you create this own little world.

[01:09:01] And I think that that's just, that's where he's been operating from for the past several weeks. And it's hard to get out of that, especially when you're already in a pressure cooker. So I don't really expect anything else from him at this point, other than trying to protect Dee. Um, so I, I don't know what it would take. I don't know. Maybe, maybe if he wins HOH and he gets to see a letter from a family member and then it

[01:09:31] reminds him, Hey, you're a huge fan of this show. You've been wanting to get on it for a very long time. You've seen what happens when there are vets on these types of shows. They usually win. Do you want to win? Like I need, I need, like he just needs, he needs an external wake up call and I'm not suggesting anybody go to the house and scream anything over the moat. That's not what I'm suggesting.

[01:09:57] I'm just saying, win HOH and he needs a letter from someone that he knows and loves. That's what he needs. Yeah. Um, maybe this move will wake him up a little bit. Who knows? Probably not.

Mach's dir Indeed einfach. Jetzt auf indeed.de slash recruiting. So, uh, just to be clear, Mallory still wants Hayley out first and foremost. Um, it's between Angela and Dee that she would prefer Dee out. And at this point, I think for many reasons.

[01:10:57] One is that Barrett is too close to Dee. Two is that, uh, it allows her to continue to like develop this relationship with Yash and Taylor and Kamu. Uh, and three, she has her own good relationship with Angela. Um, so there's many reasons why she would want Dee out over Angela here. Now, none of this is relevant because we know Dee's coming off the block. Uh, and I fully believe that Mallory will be a vote for Kamu or Hayley to leave over Angela. We know that's already true. Um, but it's happening. So I'm talking about it.

[01:11:27] Uh, so, uh, in the meantime, Yash, Kamu, and Taylor talk with Hayley and officially talk about like the four of them working together, which is such a good idea. As long as you keep Hayley safe this week, I'll stop harping on it now, but oh my God. Um, they confirmed Dee is their target. They confirm with Hayley that she has the votes to stay and that Yash will not be using the veto on her.

[01:11:56] Um, she's not pitching for it to be used on her because she trusts them that they have the votes. It's so much so that she's already being like, just help me with the blockbuster. Like, come on. Sorry. In the meantime, FAP is meeting and talking about how they're voting out Hayley.

[01:12:27] So no, you don't have the votes. Um, Drew does give them a warning. Uh, Barrett is talking about how we need to keep Dee and, you know, that's again, not relevant at this point. Um, but, but Drew is talking about how, like, just so you guys know, Yash, I don't know if you realize this, Yash holds a veto right now.

[01:12:55] So we need to be careful about what we say because we don't want Yash to use the veto. Um, and I was like, yep. Yep. Um, so, uh, so, you know, try not to be too obvious about like the fact that maybe like, you know, we want to do whatever we would be like, pretend that we were, are with them as much as possible. Um, now I don't think Drew goes far enough here. I think he should be saying that they should be pretending that they're willing to vote out Hayley full stop.

[01:13:25] Uh, but, um, but what he's more saying, I believe is like, let's just pretend like we are with them. And I think they took that to mean like, let's try to convince them to be okay with voting out Hayley, uh, because again, they don't really know what's coming here quite yet. Um, so, uh, Taylor and Yash talk to Mallory and, uh, and, and Taylor pitches Mallory on working with her Yash and Kamu.

[01:13:51] Now, if you recall the day before Taylor and Mallory talked about working initially working with, uh, this was the initial pitch from Taylor. It was like Taylor, Mallory, Lala, Melody. Then it was no, not Melody. Okay. Taylor, Lala, Mallory, uh, Barrett. Now let's get rid of Lala, Taylor, Yash, Mallory, Barrett. And now it's changed to Taylor, Yash, Kamu, Mallory.

[01:14:21] Um, and she's like, um, yeah, I don't know. Cause I don't really know how I feel about Kamu. Um, and, uh, they're like, nah, it's fine. Kamu's fine. Um, and, uh, and they keep talking about that a little bit. They talk about the Haley vote and Mallory keeps saying like, I, I do think that Haley is like kind of the person I would want out.

[01:14:52] I mean, I do think that a lot of people would want Haley out. Like I think Drew would probably vote Haley out and Barrett would vote Haley out and Melody would vote Haley out. Uh, so I kind of feel like if Haley's on the block, uh, at least against Angela, that we would take Haley out anyway. Um, and, uh, they're like, yeah, I think we've got Drew though. I think we've got Drew.

[01:15:21] Um, and so even like to them, Haley versus Angela, they're being told by Mallory. They don't have the votes Haley versus D. They think they, they think they do, but Haley versus Angela, they don't. Um, and now Drew ends up joining this conversation and kind of putting an end to this vote talk, but it's like, you continue to get information on top of information pointing you in the direction you need to go. Think.

[01:15:52] I'm getting a mimosa after this update. Um, and Mallory, what are you doing? Yash has a veto. Do you want Barrett on the block? That's because she's like, she's trapped in this position where she's like, I want to work. I need more things to work with. I need more people. I want to be trustworthy, but like,

[01:16:21] at this point, just, you know, just, I don't know. I don't know. I really don't know. And I don't know why it was so hard for them to just rub two brain cells together and be like, okay, well then maybe we should, to, to, to not even have that be an option. Let's just take her off. Put him up. They still have a whole day. They have a whole day. They, they were able to sleep on it tonight. They're going to wake up today.

[01:16:51] Doesn't the veto. Oh wait, no. Oh yeah, that's right. It's on Monday. Veto ceremonies tomorrow. Today is Sunday. Today is Sunday. They have a whole day. To go, man, it would really suck if D won the blockbuster and then Haley got voted out over Angela because we don't have the votes. That'd really suck. Gotta really hope that D doesn't win that blockbuster. And anyway, yeah, I would really, I don't want to lose Haley.

[01:17:16] I do, if only there were something, there was something we could do to prevent Haley from leaving. If D wins the blockbuster, there's something, what could it be? I'm really thinking hard about, is there something we could do? So listen, there's a chance.

[01:17:45] There's a chance. They got a whole day. They got a whole day. If you were listening to this podcast, both Amon and I took out our veto props. I'm just missing diamonds. So we have a full set. Shout out to Matt Hoffman for sending me this a while ago. I need to, honestly, at this point, I want him to send me a diamond one.

[01:18:15] So the rest of the night kind of continues. Drew and Barrett talk about D's power. They talk about naming this new group, the Band of Misfits. We'll see if that sticks. Drew and Melody talk to Yash and Taylor and say that they are down to evict D. They are doing what they're supposed to do. But they, too, say Haley versus Angela. I don't know.

[01:18:42] And so in this conversation as well, basically it's Yash continuing to dump the information about D naming Drew as a potential nominee. This time in front of Melody. They talk. Oh, yeah. I mean, we're down to evict D for sure. And this is like kind of the lie that they are selling. They don't know that they also need to sell the Haley versus Angela lie. And so they don't.

[01:19:13] But the conversation, I think, goes well enough for them. And then afterward, Melody is like, you didn't tell me D said your name. Like, what can we not trust D? Like, what's happening? And Drew's like, ah, yeah, I forgot about that. Meant to tell you. But I don't think it's a big deal. I think we still need D. And she's like, okay, we can trust. You sure we can trust D? Yeah, I think we're good. I think we can trust D.

[01:19:46] So that's kind of where we end the night. They continue flirting through the rest of the night. They have a bit of a moment. They wake up Lala. It was kind of funny. It's people like, oh, you almost kissed. But they didn't. So, you know, that's going on. Oh, Drew B. Drew B droops. You know, this was a journey.

[01:20:18] And I have no idea what's going to happen today. This could be, this could line up to be a very, very interesting Sunday, given everything that we've seen. Because it does feel like, you know, we've been making fun of them all, all update long. But it feels like they're on the precipice, right? Like, it feels like they're on the precipice of it. If they just have a little bit more time to talk.

[01:20:44] And I know that, like, you know, like, you know, ruined a bit of their conversation last night. Like, sent Mallory up there to break it up. But, like, I just, it's got to be there, right? It's got, like, that option has to swing in your mind when you literally have this. Like, does he need to put it back on, maybe? Like, maybe not wearing it is like, it's like, this shit is heavy. Okay?

[01:21:13] I, it's genuine, like, I've never, I don't think I've ever, no, that's not true. Because it literally just happened last season so often. But it's so, it's otherwise so rare to hear people talk about all of the reasons why they need to do a thing. No, because the thing that, the thing that happened last season, they talk about all the reasons why to do a thing, and then they'd say they should do the thing, and then they'd chicken out of it.

[01:21:39] But this is a situation where they are saying all of the reasons over and over why they should do a thing, but the thought to do that thing has, like, not crossed their minds. Like, usually, if a move doesn't cross your mind, it's because you have no idea that you need to do it. But they are talking about all of the reasons why they do need to do it, and still not coming up with the idea. Um, and so it's just like, wild, wild stuff.

[01:22:06] Um, but the result is, if nothing changes, the plan right now is that Devins will use the Diamond Power Vito on D, Kamu will go up as the replacement nominee, and then if Kamu doesn't win the blockbuster, he will be going home. If he does win the blockbuster, Hayley will be going home. We'll guarantee one of them leaves, uh, as long as nothing else changes. Um, now, if the, if they do change their minds and they use the veto on Hayley and Barrett

[01:22:35] goes up in Hayley's place, the veto, Diamond Power Vito still gets used on D, Kamu still potentially goes on the block, but the plan could change if Hayley gets vetoed. Uh, and here's why. Um, if Hayley gets taken down off the block and Barrett goes up in her place, putting Kamu up is much worse of a play because now if Kamu wins the blockbuster, either Barrett or Angela leave and you've lost a number while taking a shot and burning your relationship with Kamu.

[01:23:05] So this could genuinely change who, uh, Devins even puts on the block. Uh, he might change it to somebody like Taylor or even Lala, somebody that he thinks is less likely to win the blockbuster, uh, because he can't afford for the person he puts up to win the blockbuster. He needs to make sure he takes out one of those players. So in my opinion, if Hayley does come off the block for as much as I'm like, Taylor should

[01:23:35] be advocating for this because it's like the better move. That's a spot where like, yeah, it's the better move without the Diamond Power Vito. But actually if the Vito gets used on Hayley, it could be weirdly bad for Taylor because of the Diamond Power Vito and the way that it's going to work that they might feel like they need to put Taylor up as somebody that Barrett is a little more likely to beat in the blockbuster, even potentially Lala. But Lala is less of a number for the other side, but she is a little more beatable.

[01:24:04] So like Lala could also potentially go up there, but do you really want to use the Diamond Power Vito on Lala? That's like a question. I'm not sure that Devins would want to do that. So now this is all pure speculation on my part. I think that if I were Devins and I were thinking about this, Hayley coming off the block and Barrett going up would change the way that I'm thinking about it. And I would want to put up somebody who wasn't as big a comp threat as Kamu. So that could happen.

[01:24:33] It could also completely shift him in the other direction, though at this point, I doubt it. Um, so, uh, so listen, the point being, and yeah, I think the major factor here as pointed out in the chat is that I think D would push for Taylor for sure. I think that, uh, if she's dangerous, if the, yeah, if the plan became take Haley off the block, put Barrett up, I think, and they thought maybe we don't want to put up Kamu. I think D would push Taylor for sure.

[01:25:00] They'd say we have a much better shot at beating Taylor in the blockbuster and it's still a great shot to take, to take Taylor out of the game. So, um, definitely a worry. So there's still so many possibilities for what might happen this week. Uh, and, uh, it really depends on what happens today. Do they think to use this veto on Haley? Do they not? Do they end up wanting to use it on Angela? Do they not? Uh, and does Devin's follow through with this plan? And then Monday is going to be wild.

[01:25:29] And it also happens to be Angela's birthday. So when does the deal DPOV get used? Is it after the first veto was used? After the first veto before the veto ceremony ends. So by, and forgive me, cause I haven't had as much time to like think about all these scenarios by some stretch of the imagination. If some like stroke of genius hits Taylor and she goes to Yash and she's like, Yash

[01:25:54] and she's like, y'all, whatever this power is, let's force him to use it. Let's put up Devin's. Right. He would go up. It would, what would happen is Yash uses the veto on, I would hope Haley, uh, takes her down. Uh-huh. Nominates Devin's in her place. Uh-huh. Then Devin stands up and says, actually puts on his diamond power veto, takes himself

[01:26:23] off the block and puts up perhaps. Taloo. In that spot, again, it might be Taylor, uh, or even Lala. If he's blindsided, he might not have time to think about it. But like, especially if D stays on the block, you'd, you'd want even more. So the option of somebody who won't win the block. Oh, right. That's right. Cause he would still be on the block. So if not Kamu. Yeah. It's probably, yeah. He wouldn't do that. He put up probably Lala. Yeah. Cause Taylor, Taylor is, I mean, both Taylor and Lala have shown themselves to be able to win.

[01:26:54] I don't know. Maybe like, Hmm, that's interesting. What do you do? Do you, do you underestimate the 57 year old, even though the 57 year old just won HOH last week? Like, what do you do? Hmm. Hmm. Yeah. Um, for the record, according to the, um, the statistics I worked out, uh, in terms of, again, not wins, but placement and how many people they beat. Uh, Lala has actually outperformed Taylor in, uh, competitions thus far.

[01:27:22] Um, they've both won one competition, but, uh, Lala obviously beat more people and in general has placed slightly better, uh, over the amount of competitions that they've competed in. Um, but I, that's, statistics can only say so much. And at the end of the day, they can't see those numbers in their face. Yeah. A blockbuster is more likely to be a little bit physical.

[01:27:45] Um, and so, you know, it's, you can't, you can't just take, uh, statistics, uh, by themselves. Yeah. So, um, yeah, stay tuned. When you, when you were, when you were saying like, if Taylor has a flash of brilliance, it's like, this is, I'm going to rag on them all day long for not using the veto on Haley with or without the power, because they should do it even without the power.

[01:28:13] However, what I will not blame them for is if Taylor does come up with the brilliant idea of like, wait a minute, guys, we should be using the veto on Haley. And then it blows back in her face. Like that'll suck. Yeah. Cause she will have come up with the right move and it will blow back on her. I would not, that would not be good. I would not like that. Yeah. No, it'd suck. I mean, it's you, it's all of the correct work. It just ends up the wrong outcome, um, which, you know, sometimes happens in big brother. That's just, it is what it is.

[01:28:42] But yeah, that would, that would suck. Especially cause again, like, you know, similar to common, I think Taylor has really been rising up and showing a lot of like, you know, some good chops for BB. So I would like to see that continue. Oh, this is, this is crunchy. Listen, it's a long update because there's so much to go through and there's so many possibilities still up in the air. Uh, stay tuned. I'll be back tomorrow morning, 11 a.m.

[01:29:11] Eastern to update on everything that happens today on the big brother, 28 live feeds, including if they come up with the idea to use the veto on Haley. And if that changes Devin's nomination plans, um, I'll be live tonight on my Patreon, uh, as well as Twitch and YouTube to, uh, watch tonight's episode. We'll be doing a podcast to recap afterward. And then tomorrow the veto ceremony will take place and some big things will happen. Not only is the current plan for the veto to not be used and for then Devin's to use

[01:29:41] his diamond power veto on D meaning that Kamu goes up next to Angela and Haley. But in addition to that, there's also going to be a big meeting. It's also going to be a big, like spectacle throwing Kamu under the bus. Kamu, I imagine throwing them under the bus, uh, the whole house blowing up, uh, and it, and it being Angela's birthday. So, uh, tomorrow. Dare I say it? Big day. Big day tomorrow. Oh yeah, for sure.

[01:30:10] For sure. Anything else you want to talk about, Amon? No, I'm good. I'm, uh, I'm, I'm excited. I'm very excited to see how this continues to shift. Um, and I'll be, uh, I'll be watching the feeds very closely today to look at these conversations to see if there's any, like, are there any more clues that get dropped? Are there any more things that make people second guess?

[01:30:36] Do, does fat maybe hype it up a little bit too much that they're willing to, to, to vote whichever way that they think that they want, that Yash wants them to vote. And then Yash is like, what's going on? Like I, so much can happen. So I'm just, I'm excited. All right. Well, stay tuned. Uh, I will, I imagine I will be streaming a bunch tomorrow on my Patreon. If you haven't checked it out, it's a great place to be, uh, supporting the content that

[01:31:02] I'm making, uh, tons of other shows there on my Patreon as well. Uh, jet lags coming back up, um, and all kinds of other fun stuff, uh, as well as some fun plans for the off season where I'll be, uh, going back and watching old seasons, going through live feed archives, all kinds of fun and interesting stuff. Check it out. Check, check out what I got going on on my, uh, my Patreon, uh, patreon.com slash Taron Armstrong. Um, and, uh, Amon, what do you got going on? Um, you can, oh yes.

[01:31:30] You can always catch me, um, over at the diary room podcast with Matt Liguori. Um, we've had Taron on quite a few times. Uh, we're in the middle of round two, trying to whittle down who is going to be the best big brother player of all time. Six players enter one episode three. We'll continue. We just had captain will. We just recorded an episode with him. Um, so yeah, make sure you check that out. All right. Well, thank you all so much for joining us here today. I will see all of you next time.
