BB28 Special Egyptian Eviction Pt 1 Episode Recap Also available on YouTube. Big Brother 28 narrows to an intense final five, with alliances on edge and every competition counting double. With Rob and Taran both travelling, Pooya is joined by Jenny Autumn and Maggie Morgan, who dive into the aftermath of the recent double eviction [β¦][00:00:08] Hello everybody and welcome back to Rob has a podcast for your Big Brother coverage, the number one destination for all Big Brother content. I'm a guy who knows the right move between my flirt mates and my papa. It's Puyazan Vakili here holding it down today or tonight rather. Some of the familiar faces that might be here on Sundays are not here currently, but we're holding it down. And I'm not here alone. I'm here to be elevated by two queens so I'm going to put myself in the bottom box as it should be.
[00:00:37] Welcome in first we'll introduce her. It's the one only Jenny Autumn. Jenny, how are you doing today? I was doing great until you put me where you were and now I'm like discombobulated. I don't know how I feel to be in top box. But you know, I'm very happy to be here with you guys. You know, the the episode after a double eviction is like almost as good as a double eviction.
[00:01:04] It's the next best thing in my in my opinion. So I'm very excited to talk about it with you guys. I'm happy you are here for that episode right before we went live here. This person said I could call her whatever I would like. So say hello to best friend. It's Maggie. Maggie, how are you doing? Hi, guys. I'm great. The double eviction episode of Big Brother officially became my favorite episode ever of Big Brother. Once Mike Bloom got a shout out on the live episode.
[00:01:33] Um, so I'm really happy that I'm here to talk about kind of what went on there the fallout. Um, yeah, this episode was like, you know, 40% stacking competition. So there's that but uh, like I'm here with friends and we're gonna have a good old time.
[00:01:53] We're gonna make the most of anything we are given and honestly, yes, we had about the same amount of stacking competition here that I did Friday for the Friday morning live feed update. So they shared the same ratio, but we do have to talk from the double eviction over because we did get a lot of the fallout here of that. Um, so right off top Jenny, let me ask you were you happy with the results of the double eviction that night?
[00:02:22] I mean, how I don't know how to define happiness was I entertained? Did I have a good time? Was I on the edge of my seat? Yes. Um, but you know, I had some rooting interests.
[00:02:36] Uh, so, you know, I think that you have to separate, you know, what you personally would enjoy and what you think is maybe best for the game or so I don't know I I wouldn't say that the double eviction went exactly how I went into it hoping it to go. Um, was a big fan of both bear and yosh and have the two of them go out back to back was obviously, um, a little rough.
[00:03:04] However, I love good TV. I love the fact that, you know, we got unlikely things happening with melody coming out of nowhere and then suddenly being like psych yo I can win some stuff.
[00:03:17] I'm going to do it here tonight and be responsible for sending some some faves home and also just like the failed attempt of getting an icon out and the fact that you start the, uh, you know, the double the second, uh, end of the double eviction with D and Devin's on the block and both of them survive at the end of the day. That's good TV. I think that's really fun.
[00:03:38] Um, and you know, the fine, we are now left with the final five that is very, very riveting, a lot of different scenarios to talk through. And I think that depending on the path and how you get there, any, any winner, I think I could feel good about knowing that if they got there and went one that they did something good, uh, and they got rewarded for it.
[00:04:04] So I, I feel like no one is drawing completely dead. And I think that's a very, very fun situation to be in at this point because I, I often tune out by now. I'm often just like, okay, let's just, let's just get it over with. And it's, it's nice to be, uh, entertained still at this point and be excited to talk about it. So all in all, I I'm okay with it. I'm okay with it.
[00:04:25] Okay. I think that's a good point to bring up that usually this late into the season, unless your name ends with Armstrong, you might be tapped out a little bit, but last year. I'm watching, but I'm like, uh, okay. It's a blog. Yeah. Well, last year was an exception to the rule Maggie because Vince and Morgan did everything they could to make it titillating all the way to the end. Um, but do you also agree that anyone winning of this five remaining, you'd be happy with?
[00:04:52] Um, yeah, I mean, I think that it would mean that whatever happens in the next couple of rounds is really exciting, whichever way it fell. Um, I, I just love that things have been so wide open since like final seven, you know, and I want to get out ahead of this.
[00:05:10] Like our, our very own Rob Sestranino was on a big brother unlocked, did an incredible job, but the people on unlocked were acting as though melody made the worst decision ever by voting out Yash here. Um, and I will not be tricked. I will not be bamboozled into thinking that this was wrong. Um, yeah, I don't think that there was a wrong decision to be made between D and Yash.
[00:05:37] I think that like melody was right when she says either one of them going is good, but like Yash would have won. Like Yash would have run away with this, especially looking at these challenge, this challenge that we had tonight. Like I think Yash would have been very good at this stacking competition. You know, once we get to the spoiler section, we can talk about the veto competition that happened this week.
[00:05:57] Like I, I just don't see a world where it's still not melody and drew being targeted as the final duo in the house because, uh, like either Yash would have won this HOH or Devins would have won this HOH. So I, but I will give D her flowers for this. Oh my God. I think that, and I'm standing on this business.
[00:06:25] Like D is one of the most impressive players that we have seen on these types of reality shows ever. Like she is in my top 10 most impressive cutthroat hardcore gamers. She is relentless. She does not give up. And I think the thing about D that like was really apparent throughout this episode and was, has been really apparent throughout the season.
[00:06:51] Is D speaks with such authority that you can't help, but not only believe what she says, but also like be like, okay, I guess that's what we're doing. Like D speaks with such confidence and with such authority. Like she knows what's going on that people are happy to go along with her. And I think that that is something so underrated, like, and she's able to balance that right. With being like, it's not that smart.
[00:07:21] Like D just doesn't really know what she's doing. Like melody is still saying, or was a couple of weeks ago that like D isn't that smart, but I think that there's something about being able to be authoritative without being, um, like a dictator.
[00:07:36] And that's really where D falls where she, like, I saw Steena stinks on, um, blue sky today said like, this is D's house. D runs this house. People think it's daddy Devin's house, but it's not it's D's because yes, D is the one pulling the strings, controlling daddy Devin's.
[00:07:57] I think there's something to be said about somebody coming into this game, being the only person to have nabbed a million dollars off of CBS in this game. Now at the final five and you're still there in the eviction seat at the final six. And you're like, no, I don't even think there's a top prospect to go here. What do you mean? It's like, and I think what I do love about what you said is because I do agree with your acumen has been on display both on survivor now and big brother.
[00:08:24] I think what helps is that these big like gesture. She does like the, the standing over Barrett and like the popping off when Devin's uses the dime power veto. I think these do offset her threat level. Cause she isn't threatening when she's doing it. I've seen people be like, she's bullying that man. And I'm like, it doesn't look like that at all. It's almost disarming. And then the fact of the matter is if those people that she's did this to are smiling and hugging her on the way out or are now okay with her,
[00:08:52] that's the social game, baby. That's what she's doing out here. Also like, yes, she does do those huge big swing things, but then she does things like during this double eviction, just marching right up to drew and being like, I will keep you safe. I am. I am the person who will keep you safe over these people. What are you talking about? Going to melody saying like this boys club, absolutely not. Like she is relentless, relentless.
[00:09:16] And we've seen so many people on this season alone kind of lay over and die when they're in a do or die situation. And D like she said in her confessional tonight, when she was talking about the HOH competition, but I think that this is D to a T being like, I have never thought something is impossible. I have always thought I can do it. And like, yeah, you need that. You see it like you, you need, I was like, how do I get that?
[00:09:43] But it's not even to me. I don't think it's hubris coming from D it's the truth. A lot of the time, like an expert manifestor, she speaks it into existence. And like, she knows her powers that girl, she just is that girl. And like, I, you can not like her. That's totally fine. But I'm like, God bless D being on our television screens. I can't wait to watch her for years to come.
[00:10:07] I can't wait. Like, I am so grateful that we've gotten this much access to watch her in action on Big Brother. Like she's a fantastic Big Brother player. She's obviously a fantastic survivor winner. And I, I just like, am so here for her. The fact that she has not, she is about to turn 30. I believe she turns 30 either like the day, maybe shortly after the Big Brother finale.
[00:10:35] Like the fact that there is a real possibility that this woman could have bagged two of the big like CBS titles, you know, by the age of 30 is so impressive. Especially given what we know about, you know, how people can really come into their own in terms of like confidence and knowing their power and like, you know, really going for their goals in their 30s.
[00:10:59] Like if she is this self-assured and skilled and confident and also just very, very well like positioned socially, she's so good, so naturally good at connecting and relating and getting people to like her, even if she's going for the jugular.
[00:11:19] Like if she's getting that done at this stage of her life, like hold on for what she is capable of as she gets older, even just using Rick Devins as a, as a comparative example. I think that we all can agree that he is way more impressive here. You know, years removed from his first time on TV and, and how he's playing this game, a more mature, a more measured kind of still the same guy.
[00:11:49] But like just a little bit more in control and confident and measured. Like imagine D being able to make that same sort of like growth. I, is it possible? She's already so like formed. It's just so impressive to me to see someone who's like 10 years younger than me and is like absolutely killing it. And she still has so many of the best years of her life ahead of her. Crazy, crazy. And, and I'm so sorry.
[00:12:19] Like, I love that. She's like a badass woman. I like, how lucky are we that we get to see somebody so freaking dominant who is a woman on these shows? And like, I, I just, I, I'm never going to not be thrilled about that. Like, I, sorry, maybe that's my bias coming in, but like, she's that girl. She is that girl. Yeah.
[00:12:47] I think that, and I think that obviously this is going to be a very interesting season to discuss when all is said and done, especially if one of D or Devin's wins out or wins the season. Because I do think obviously when it comes to Big Brother, a couple of things are for sure. The winner is never going to be universally agreed on except for like maybe one or two occasions. But the second, people love to put those asterisks next to the winner's name for whatever reason.
[00:13:14] I think that this will be interesting because I do think for a lot of people, they get docked a lot of points for having those early game powers that were audience voted to the known entities in the house getting the first three. Right. So I think that's going to be something that we see that will be a bit of a conversation during the aftermath of all this.
[00:13:34] But for me, one thing, like if I knew nothing about D from Survivor and I knew nothing about D, if I'm not watching the show outside of the episodes, one thing that would make me gravitate towards D is the fact that she is probably the only player in many a moon, especially this season. The only player who is actively using that. It's now your time to advocate for yourself before we go into the votes. She uses that time actively to campaign.
[00:14:03] And I think that that is something I absolutely admire. I feel like in this area, it's been a long time now where we legitimately have most people using that time to just shout out family and then tell everybody the same two things that everyone says. It's been a great insert duration of game so far here. I've loved getting to know all of you. Do what is best for your game. Julie, you look amazing. Sit down. I don't like that. I want you to say something. Yeah.
[00:14:34] No more hug time. Make me feel something. And I do appreciate from D that she's always done that. And also, I hear what everybody says about the powers. Like, I do hear it. But if we're talking D specifically, not Devin's. We're just talking about D. D got somebody to use a diamond power of veto on her. This was not her power. She got it to be used on her.
[00:14:58] And then she got a power that sucked and meant nothing to absolutely keep her safe last week and get out her biggest competition this week. And Yash because he pissed off the person who won HOH. And, like, I'm sorry at the end of the day to me, her being able to get Yash and Taylor to keep her in the game over Angela. Like, yeah, she had a lot of advantages coming into the game, being known, getting these powers.
[00:15:27] But, like, that's a player. That's somebody who, when your back is against the wall, when you have all of this stuff coming at you. You know, we always say we like to see adversity. D has proven to me, like, time and time again in this season that she fights through the adversity and she can come out on top. Devin's has never faced an eviction vote. D has faced two at this point. Devin's would have left so many times if he didn't win competitions. And that's not a knock on his game.
[00:15:55] It's just the truth of, like, what I value in Big Brother is the ability to win over hearts and minds. And, like, that is what D has done. I think Devin's would be an incredible winner of this season. I would not be mad at it at all. I've said that from the beginning. I feel like Devin's is, like, the person who you feel like is a Big Brother winner, kind of. But, I mean, D, like, if D wins and there is an asterisk next to her name,
[00:16:21] you can find me on Blue Sky fighting that asterisk tooth and nail until the day I die. Okay? There we go. Contrary to what you may β two things, actually. One, we don't know how long this podcast is going to go slash how much we have to say about the episode. So if you have any questions and you're watching live, put them in the YouTube comments. We'll have a couple of them picked out to answer potentially later down the line here.
[00:16:48] The other thing I want to say is there are a couple of the houseguests in the house. You may not know it based on what the three of us have been saying for the last little bit. I just wanted to give her a flower. She survived the double eviction, you know? Yeah. Which, yeah, I mean, again, as an icon, being on the chair is not easy. It's interesting, though, because I do think that was a big debate coming out of this weekend, which was did Drew make the right call voting out Yash?
[00:17:18] And I think that, obviously, the alternative there was voting out D. And as far as my feelings on Drew, you know, cow tongue to papa has been very well documented now. But I think that it's a tough spot to be in because you got to look at it on an individual level. And if you're trying to individually win some of these competitions, you got to get rid of the second frontrunner after Devin's won the veto, right?
[00:17:48] Like, you just have to do that. You got to get rid of one of them tonight. Even I say this knowing D's potential, knowing the fact that we've talked about D for 20 minutes now, knowing that D has won a million dollars. I still think you get rid of Yash at that point. Well, that's the thing is, like, you know, if you're going to get down to five and you're looking at two, you see yourself as someone who has the potential to win competitions,
[00:18:15] but you see two very clear roadblocks in Devin's and Yash that, you know, if one of those roadblocks is someone that you think might actually be still rocking with you to a certain point and might be one of your paths to getting to the final two, that's one thing. But if the other one, you're looking at that person and they're like, not only are they winning competitions and they're really good at stuff, we've had this weird feud for a while. And even though we're kind of acting like, you know, there's this agreement here,
[00:18:45] this person is not interested in going to the final two with me. They have another person that they're very interested in rocking with till the end. And they can win competitions. That's not a good situation for me. I do think that that's like an interesting thing about Dee's game is that like, Dee is no competition slouch in general. Like if you've seen her play other games, she is a very, very skilled, you know, competitor.
[00:19:12] Like it's been very, very good for her game that being a comp beast has not been a part of her story. And that that's being taken up by other people because it gives, it gives people an excuse to vote out someone else over her if that's what they're concerned about. And that is kind of what we see happen here in this vote between Dee and Yash. Like Drew says it in the DR tonight himself,
[00:19:37] that if Melody had put up Taylor instead of Yash against Dee, that he probably would have taken the shot at that point. That would have been a better situation for him. Um, so I don't really fault him for making the decision. Like it's, it's really not, it's, it's not a major blunder. And I also kind of see where Melody is coming from with, with making that decision in the first place. Like if you can't land your target, if Devin's is the one you want out and he gets himself off the block,
[00:20:07] you kind of got to pivot to the next thing. You can't put Drew at risk. That's kind of your final two ride. So I kind of get it. Um, Maggie, I have a question for you. Sure. Um, who is the better ally? Uh, Devin's who has documented Devin's towards Dee. He's documented with the dime power veto use and their general like willingness to work with each other. Devin's potentially looking at taking Dee to the final two
[00:20:32] or Taylor who legitimately was willing to put herself on the block on the night to prevent Yash from going up there, to prevent Yash from leaving. Gambling on the idea that they send out Dee because I swear to God, she campaigned for that man harder than that man campaigned for his own self. I think that it's like, if you look at it, of course, at face value, you're like, Taylor, how can you be mad that Melody didn't put you up? Like what?
[00:21:00] But I think the problem is that Taylor's path to the end is so slim and her path to winning is so slim. And she really needed Yash. And I think that without Yash in the house, she's like, I am drawing dead, which is not true, by the way. No, definitely not. But I, I mean, like Yash wanted to vote her out two weeks ago, like over Lala or three weeks ago. So I, I mean, I would say, yeah. I mean, Taylor's read of the whole situation was correct about what she wanted.
[00:21:30] She's like, Drew is lying. Um, you have to, you cannot put up Yash. Otherwise he will go. Um, but I, I think if we're talking like better ally, like Devin's has won a lot and kept D safe a lot. And like Taylor just hasn't been able to reciprocate that just because of competition prowess. Um, so yeah, I, I think I would have to say Devin's, but Taylor is, has shown, you know,
[00:21:58] throughout the season, she's a really good ally. It's, it's just a matter of like these competitions matter so much, especially going into this end game. Like they really do. Yeah. We, and now we find ourselves at the final five. The double is over. Our final five consists of two pairs and a Taylor. We've got Devin's and D we've got drew and melody and we've got Taylor.
[00:22:25] And there's room for one more at the house because lo and behold, someone used the time machine to rob the Egyptians. Here comes Vince. So how did we feel about this Vince cameo? Jenny? I mean, you know, I love me some Vince. I love me some weasel. Um, it was nice to see him again. This was like, I don't know. Like where they use people for these comms seems so random.
[00:22:52] Um, and, uh, I, I don't, I thought it was really cute. They had them at the table. They all come down. Okay. This is something I wanted to ask. Uh, does the time machine like table thing make a noise in the rest of the house? Or was that just like, pretend you heard the, the time machine table. And that prompts you to go downstairs. Like, did I miss something?
[00:23:19] Is that something that, that they, they would have known was happening or were they, the production told them to go downstairs to the table. You're telling me all of them were in one room when Vince arrived. Just so happened. Yeah. The gym. Nobody's working out. Yeah. Yeah. Right. We just, we just did a bunch of comps. Let's hang out in the gym. Uh, I just like, I'm sorry that I love that this show is corny as hell, but I, the, the time machine table has been killing me this entire season.
[00:23:47] It's like, it is so perfectly corny big brother. Um, Jenny, I literally had the, I had the thought today when they did it, I was like, wow, they really have not let up on this time machine table thing. No, really have not. They have stuck to it. You know, we've had them fall by the wayside of twists with ready for a takeover. But this is getting mastermind. They are committed to the bit, baby. They are committed to the bit. We as a fandom are quite fickle because I do feel like we used to complain.
[00:24:17] We're like, why are they even doing this? They just dropped it immediately. They don't care about their own twist, their own formatting, their own theme. And then here we are being like enough with the table or there's five of you. I feel like for some reason, I'm a lot more willing to suspend my beliefs and believe that this is a real time machine when there's 10 people. But when there's five, I'm like, come on, let's move it along. Like we don't need to do all these bells and whistles. Like it's fine. Is it the same size table? Cause I know eventually we shrink the table down.
[00:24:44] Are we not going to shrink the table down because it needs to be the time machine table? They did shrink it down a little bit. Okay. But you just can't really tell. I didn't. I can't really tell. It seems normal to me. Also, I'm distracted by the nonsense that happens around it. Table watch is alive and well with hamster watch. So if you are really interested in table watch. Yeah. Dingo's not. Okay. Well, I want, I want to see, will we still have a time machine like mini table when it's down for four?
[00:25:12] Like, I think that they eventually have to give up on this, but who knows? But yeah, I, I thought this was a fun little cameo from, from Vince. Like, you know, I don't really understand why did he steal the money? He's sharing it with his parents. That's why he's stealing the money. He's just like, he's being equitable about it. But that was the longest pause. That was the longest pause. I was like, did they make you say this or blink twice?
[00:25:40] Vinny, you won $75,000 last year. Please tell me you have an apartment. Come on, Vinny. He is. The housing market is ass. Okay. That can't go that far in LA or wherever he is. He's in California somewhere, right? Look, I love me some Vinny the lip. Uh, like he is to me, like he will go down in history as one of the big brother, great characters, truly. Yeah.
[00:26:09] Um, and I, I, seeing him back here was great and so fun. And his little fuck ass hat. I would say he had a hat. They couldn't. I think one of you was like, I will do it on one condition. My costume requires a hat. Do you have, do you have the Egyptian like Pharaoh, uh, in like a Patagonia? Like, can I, can I still wear that? Oh, I love Vince.
[00:26:39] Oh. Liana brought something up tonight that I double checked also. Um, did you know that Vince has the fourth most amount of DRs ever? I believe that. On big brother. Really? Like. Yeah. In a single season, I assume, right? In a single season. The only three people ahead of him are Danielle Reyes and BB3.
[00:27:07] Allison Irwin, BB4. June Song, BB4. And then Vince, BB27. That's a crazy gap in time. Holy shit. That's crazy. Yeah. Um. That's crazy. Will is fifth, followed by Paul, followed by Tyler. Oh my God. That's amazing. That's so amazing. Oh God. The most for a man too, right? Mm-hmm. Um, yeah. Because those are all women above him.
[00:27:36] This man is Will Kirby right behind him. Holy shit. Yeah. That's good for you, Vince. Vinny the Lip is so iconic that he had the paparazzi following him after last season. Okay. Vinny got papped. So like, argue with your mother about Vince's legacy. There is no doubt in my mind that wasn't, tonight wasn't the last time we've seen that man on television. I hope not. Whether it's another season.
[00:28:06] He's definitely getting a call for the next season of Big Brother. That's a all-stars or half even. Um, also Vinny on traitors. Oh my gosh. It's not me. I'm not a traitor. I want to say, I know RahabCon was about a month ago now. One of my favorite things that happened during RahabCon was the amount of Vinny impersonators that I saw. And let me tell you. You got double Vinny'd, Tuya. I have the photo. We got double Vinny'd. Yep, we did. Shout out to those guys.
[00:28:35] And, um, I don't know if it was just devoted feeds watchers or devoted feeds and Taryn fans, or it was just a combo of the two. Anyone that dressed like that man was nailing the impression. I was kind of upset at how good all the impressions were. Well, you know, a large body of work to study with so many DRs and then Taryn every single day reenacting the live feed.
[00:29:04] So, yeah. No, really, really good. We watched Taryn change as a person last year. We watched him transform. It was like, um, I don't know if anyone here watches Community, but it was like that episode of Community where Jeff is doing the Dean for the play, and then he kind of morphs into the Dean as it goes on. And that's what it was with Taryn last year. Um. So good.
[00:29:28] So, Maggie, there's this, he stole a basket full of what looked like bangles. Um, and now we have a dilemma. We have the Pharaoh's curse potentially available. Everyone gets a button in separate rooms downstairs. And we're in a position where everyone can choose to not press it and gain a thousand, which, by the way, Vince, kind of a cheap move.
[00:29:57] You brought back hella gold and you're only willing to part ways with a thousand per person? Well, do we know what the amount was? Yeah. Like, well, how much did he steal? I don't know. I don't know. Enough to move out of his parents' house. So, like, it's got to be at least, like, we're talking, like, what, six months rent maybe? Like, I was assuming at least that much. Anyway, he said a thousand each, which would have been 5K, same amount as the bribe, mind you, or if one of you presses it, 10K.
[00:30:27] How? Rick Devins gained more money doing this than Yash did agreeing to basically burn his HOH. Being held hostage for a couple of weeks. Mm-hmm. For, like, half his game tenure, I think. Yeah. Mm-hmm. I mean, also, okay, would you guys have pressed it? Yes. Yes? Yes. Would you have pressed it?
[00:30:50] I think that, I think that I, I know that someone is going, like, no one is ever not pressing buttons. Like, it's like asking, you know, a small child to go into the elevator and not press all of the, the number. You know what I mean? Unless. It's like, you're putting, I just think that, like, that, the chance of somebody else doing
[00:31:12] it is so, is so high that I understand the temptation, but I can also see myself thinking, what are the chances that I'm going to be the fastest? I'm never the fastest at anything. And, um, also, and we hear several people outline the same thought that there's always a catch. This is too good to be true. What am I unleashing by doing this? And we find out nothing just by, you just, no one else gets money.
[00:31:42] The problem is, Maggie, is, is that if we're in a, if we're, if the three of us and like five other people are in an elevator and we are, we say, hey, no one press that button. It'll stop the elevator in the middle of its journey. I'm so nervous that someone's going to press it. Like if there's a button and it's a, don't press it, someone's pressing it, especially in the big brother house. And at this point to me, my logic is it's kind of like the missions on the traders. I'm like, they're getting that money somehow anyway.
[00:32:12] So like now that we know it's an expedited week, this was always going to happen. Let me get 10,000 on it. Especially if I am a Devons who is the number one threat. Like, what are you going to do? Be more likely to get evicted. There's only five people. Like you might as well get, you know, get a little extra spending money to go with it. I think that I wouldn't have done it. Um, only because of not because I would be like, somebody is going to get this money, but I think I would have been in the mindset of like a D and Taylor of like, whatever the
[00:32:41] bad thing is that's associated with this. Like, I hope it's just, I would be like, if I pressed it, I would just have to assume that the bad thing is going to happen to me. Like I'm going to be the one screwed over. And honestly, like if Devons does end up getting screwed over by this, which like, you know, it seems like it'll just be a short week. Like it was last year, but if for whatever reason, it's, you know, all three of the people
[00:33:06] who didn't win veto or HOH are up for elimination, you know, whatever the situation is, like they could sort of, I did think that the wording was like, that would have spooked me a little bit of like only the HOH and the veto holder are safe, which like, of course that's every week of big brother. But like that still hearing that would have spooked me. Um, I think that in my mind I would have been like, yeah, no.
[00:33:31] And also if again, like D ends up going home this week because Devons pressed the button, then I will at least feel a bit of justice that he won the HOH and he got his HOH screwed over and he got the 10 K, you know, like that, that I at least will be able to live with a little bit more than like being like, Oh my God, this twist took out for KD here when like it never showed up, you know? Yeah. I think that if I'm like drawing dead, like I know like at best I'm getting maybe second
[00:33:58] place and that maybe my path to get there is also really hard. I'm like, why don't I just, you know, pad my wallet a little bit here? Um, because what's the worst that can happen? But there are so many things we've seen, like, you know, uh, like was, was it a recent reset button or lever or, you know what I mean? Like, you know, sometimes it means like somebody's coming back into the house, like, or we're really like, you know, repeating a week or something.
[00:34:25] Like I didn't understand being like, Oh, I just put myself in a really good position and anything that potentially changes that positioning right now could be detrimental to my game. And like doing those sort of math, like mathematics. But I just think ultimately I would know that somebody is going to do it. So I could see myself maybe just not doing it. Cause I'm like, I'm not going to be the fastest anyway. And then my conscious is clean. I don't have to lie about it. Um, and what am I going to do?
[00:34:52] Also to be clear, it's not like I wouldn't take the 10 K because I'm like, we're all going to get $1,000. Like I would know somebody's going to take it. I would just be like, Oh no, I don't want to get screwed here because I think that's fair. Yeah. Yeah. I think it's fair to, if you're like, I'm risk averse. I in the off chance that this is a condition where it's like, Oh, you got the 10 K, but now you can't tell anyone, but you have to throw the next HOH. Like, I don't want to do none of that. So I hear you.
[00:35:21] Like, I think, I think ultimately that's a gamble. I think what would have lulled me into a false sense of security was they made us go into five separate rooms. No one's going to know I have this money. Like I would have, I think I would like to think that I would have thought about the consequences. I fear I wouldn't have. Um, but then we get the Egyptian eviction. Okay. Sure. Special eviction. It's alliteration. Yeah.
[00:35:50] Halting hex rise, Egyptian eviction dies. Here we are. And, um, the eviction competition. Well, aside from the fact that they have three days until the eviction, which should be soon ask. Um, if that's the best thing in the real time. Yeah. Like speed the shit up at the end. You know what I mean? There's only so many scenarios to talk through with these people. It's all calm. Still. Yeah. Remember when big brother 25 was a hundred days. We don't need that. It doesn't need to be a hundred days.
[00:36:18] Um, so that was the darkest time. Yeah. Truly. And it began with zombie night, uh, zombie week. Zombie week. Oh God. Sadly. My, my, yeah. My, uh, attention span can't last for, uh, a hundred days of, of this nonsense and then repeating weeks. Jenny, could your attention span last? You don't even know what I'm going to ask. I know. And that's all what I know, but yes.
[00:36:46] Two hundred and forty minutes. Um, no, three hundred and snow. I'm not going to do math. It's not. Who's going to. Yeah. Anyway, four hours. Jenny, do you have four hours of attention span for the, um, tiny veto now tiny HOH competition? The old stack them. Here's the thing. Four hours on like no sleep. Yeah. This was, this was rough. Like it was what? Like three, three 30 their time.
[00:37:11] I know I was waking up for work on a Friday and on the East coast and it was on the feeds and it was, I was like, what they're doing a comp right now. It's like in the middle of the night there. This is crazy. Um, so they're under slept after a crazy stressful night. I will say, I think about things in two different ways here. Cause obviously I'm watching this comp being like, how bad would I be at this? Probably quite bad.
[00:37:38] Um, I'm like, okay, have I taken my ADHD meds? Because that is like a twofold thing because it can give you the shakes a little bit. And then you're going to worry about that steady hand. But if I am not activated, if my brain is tired and I'm moving like Kathy in the molasses, then like I might not be good either. So it's like, I think I'm just cooked no matter what. I'm not good at anything. Uh, when I'm under slept.
[00:38:08] Um, but damn, I'm going to try. Like, I don't know. I got small hands, but the thing is that the tools, the tools are big. So it's like, I don't know. I think if I was doing it with my fingers, like if you had, if you weren't using a tool, I actually think that I would maybe be good at that. I could use my little nails and just like, I don't know. I think I'd be really bad at this and, and it would be, it would be a struggle. So, uh, watching them, I was feeling it.
[00:38:34] I can say with complete and total certainty that if I had gone through a full double eviction that day and then started a competition like this at three 30 in the morning that lasted four hours, I would be sobbing. I would be full boohooing. Like it wouldn't be amazing television. Me just like fully sobbing, like trying to do it in the back. Like, like boohooing, no control.
[00:39:00] Like I would be unconsolable because I would be so exhausted and so frustrated. Like I, I, Devin's being like, this is breaking me and him needing to sit down. I was like, Loki, I think this is an underreaction compared to the way that I think I would be. When he took his sweater off, I was like, that's so real. I would be like sweating like profusely. Sure. I think I would have kept it together for like the first 40 to 45 minutes.
[00:39:29] Um, I think even then I'm being generous to myself. Probably I'm like over, over counting how well I would do. Um, I do think I would have crumbled. I think lack of sleep. I will sometimes struggle to want to sit at my computer, like watching stuff because I'm sleepy. Now imagine a do or die situation. You've been awake all day. You went, like you said, man, your heart's gone through it like thrice already today.
[00:39:55] And now, and like my dumb ass, like what I've been caffeinated probably, uh, that would have not helped. I would have been shaken all over the place. Uh, but four hours, I think is a true test of the human spirit. A lot of us got to watch about an hour of this on the feeds, uh, Friday morning before they cut it. And then we just didn't know who won when the feeds came back. Everyone was asleep, but Devin's ultimately perseveres here and wins it.
[00:40:23] He is now safe going into the final four. The man's resume just stays getting stacked. Um, and I do think he is. I think the thing that differentiates him and D to me is that Devin's just seems like the de facto person to cut if they're not safe. Whereas everyone, not even just the everyone else that's remaining, they have a chance of surviving the block in some capacity.
[00:40:51] So one conversation goes West or something. I just don't see a world where Devin's talks himself off of the block at this point. I don't really don't. Yeah. I don't see a world where Drew survives an eviction vote either, to be quite honest, unless it's against Devin's. But like I said earlier, like Devin's won't survive an eviction vote. Like he just won't. He has to comp out here.
[00:41:12] So honestly, him winning this final five HOH, like, yes, super important, but like really, really puts him in a tricky spot for this final four. Because if he is in that final four and he is does not win that veto and he's up like the veto holder is a D or a Drew or a Taylor. And the person sitting next to him is Taylor.
[00:41:40] Like if the veto holder has to choose between Devin's and Taylor, like he's in big trouble. He's in big, big trouble. In a perfect world, you're giving yourself two chances to claim your spot in the final three at the final four.
[00:41:57] But I also understand when you are Rick Devin's and at this stage of the game for a while, your game has had to be comp out and try to keep people that are working with you, at least until a certain point. Um, so also I understand, like you gotta, you gotta win. Like here's another opportunity.
[00:42:19] Like if he doesn't win this, this final five HOH also possibly a bad situation for him because, you know, again, we only have so many, uh, people here in the mix. Um, you know, then he's relying on, on winning a veto possibly because in, in a comp like this as well, you can't, if you are like, you know what?
[00:42:40] I want to, I want to be set up to be able to, uh, um, get final four HOH, give myself at least that, uh, second shot at getting myself to final three. I'm going to toss it to somebody else. I feel good about the numbers are, are as such that I should be okay. You, I, my understanding of this challenge, you can't really see anything about your little box.
[00:43:04] So it's not like if he can tell that like D is doing really well, he can kind of like slow his roll and like let her finish or something. So it's tough. It's not great, but this man is clutch. So I'm also not going to be like, oh, this is a bad situation because I also think that this week is going to work out like a net positive for Rick Devins as well. Um, so I get it. Just if you are captain clutch, just keep, just keep stacking those wins because that is kind of, you know, the key to success for you at this point.
[00:43:34] But yes, it does suck to go into final four without those two opportunities to, to claim your spot in the final three. If there's anybody that can afford to have only one chance at safety at the final four of the bunch, I would be like Devins is that guy just because the man just seems to have the clutch gene with the comps. Um, that being said, I think that he's just in a place where he has to, if he can win one, he should win one. I think there's no such thing as throwing this late in the game either. Yeah. So he wins it.
[00:44:03] And I think that this was a very interesting, well, about as interesting as it can be at the final five when you're definitely not going to put up D right. Um, of the three remaining, he's got drew melody and Taylor who to put up. Um, the reason why it's interesting is because there is a world where the one person you leave off the block next to D wins veto and chooses to make sure D goes on the block on your HOH.
[00:44:30] And now you're safe, but you're about to lose your closest ally and you're going to next HH without being able to play. And then you just have to veto Maggie at that point. That's a doomsday scenario for him. And also drew and melody are in the house and like drew and melody are locked in now. Like they just are. It's very obvious. They have been. Oh, I love the angst man. I, I just like, I love them so much. I don't want them to go. They have been so fun for me to watch this season.
[00:44:58] Like I, I've never been into a showman C thing the way that I'm into the angst man's mostly just because like it's no schmoop all angst. And, um, but like they're in the best place that they've been this whole game. Like, especially after this double, I think like melody having a little more confidence and feeling like, oh, you know, I'm not completely reliant on drew here. Um, him doing kind of what she wanted.
[00:45:26] Like they just are locked in at this point. They, you know, Taylor was saying to people that they're sleeping in the same bed, which they're not, but they might as well be, you know, um, like they just are locked in. And if he has like D go this week and he's in a final with drew melody and Taylor and like somehow melody or Taylor win the HOH. And it's like him and drew, you know what I mean?
[00:45:53] Like if he is in a veto situation where it's melody or drew with the veto and he is up, you know, like he just, he cannot risk that. You can't. Yeah. At this point, I'm going to very smoothly divert us and segue us into the live feed portion. So if you are averse and you do not want to know what has happened because you would like to find out what's good, what goes down in the Egyptian eviction.
[00:46:22] I was about to say raw, but I'm not going to say that, um, without knowing anything. If you want to go into that on Wednesday, that's for you. Late Wednesday too. Yeah. So yeah, you take care. Baby after dark. Enjoy the Survivor premiere. Enjoy BB after dark on Wednesday. Um, and without any further ado, the office of civil defense is refused to follow my message. This is a spoiler. Dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun, dun. I don't have all of it. I love that song. That's good. I love that song. That's good.
[00:46:53] Thank you. That's good. Maggie, you do love letting people know who won the veto, uh, typically. So what, what's going on in the big brother house? Well, first of all, who went on the block? Cause we got cliffhangers on this episode. I forgot about that. Let's start there. One, rude. I only let people know who won the veto in a room full of people who had traveled to Milwaukee because they are fans of RJP. So of course they would already know who won the freaking veto. Um, two, uh, yeah, we got a cliffhanger.
[00:47:20] It was Melody and Drew that ended up on the block and then Drew ended up winning the veto. The veto was the laser competition, but it was involved like transporting a incredibly large dummy. All of the lasers. All of the women were like, that was ridiculous. And Drew even was like, that was ridiculous. Um, so if our conversation about Yash leaving, like, yeah, Yash, Yash needed to go for, for Drew,
[00:47:49] who, you know, was the one who did the deciding vote. Like, that's the reason that he's safe this week. Um, you can argue a little bit like about Melody in this situation because then Drew would still be up and available for eviction. And then Drew probably would have gone over Melody. Like Taylor would vote to evict Drew. Devin's would have voted to save Drew. And then Yash could have sent Drew out. So Melody would still be there. But then she's in the final four with Devin's Taylor and Yash.
[00:48:19] And like, that's a really bad spot for her. And she probably is gone at final four at that point. Um, so yeah, I, I, that, that's where we're at right now. Um, I thought that we were going to get an elimination tonight, but it looks like on feeds, they just got an alcohol delivery. So it seems like that's going to happen tomorrow. Just kidding. Yeah. Have some drinks. We're not, we're not feeling like this Egyptian eviction yet.
[00:48:46] One more night of Drew and Melody possibly kissing. So let's send in some liquor and let's see what we can make happen. Yeah. Listen, I didn't take Egyptology when I was in university, but I'm pretty sure they weren't boozed up on the way out there. So yeah. So then, so yeah, we got, we got Papa the clutch. He wins HOH and then Clutch Jr. Wins the veto here.
[00:49:10] Um, we could literally sit here and talk at length about how ridiculous it is that they added a weight component to the competition to make it a little bit inequitable and a little bit more skewed towards Drew. Um, but Taryn and Kirsten did a great job of talking about that ad nauseum this morning. So y'all can check out the live feed update for that. Um, as things stand booze delivery tonight, there was a lot of, there's been a lot more interaction between Melody and Drew over the weekend.
[00:49:39] Um, Maggie, I know you've mentioned it. I feel like a lot of people have been rooting for these kids. Where do you stand on the, on the Drula D? I don't know. What do we lead on? Lead on. I think Melody was. Yeah. I'm in my Julie Chen era. How do you, what do you think about the two of them? Maggie. I call it the angst man's. I mean, I'm obsessed if, if they leave and I've invested 73, 75 days in this and I don't see them kiss. I will flip a table, but also that's me being a gross old lady. Like they're not going to kiss. They, they've made it this far. Like, come on.
[00:50:10] Um, but I, you know, I'm rooting for the two crazy kids. I don't care. I love them. I think that it's fun. I love that. It's been this like back and forth. Will they, won't they just like staring at each other? Like it's, it's very, you know, obviously nobody could ever be Morgan and Vince. Let's, let's not get it twisted. Okay. But I'm like loving this bizarro weird, like, do we hate each other? Are we in love with each other situation that's going on?
[00:50:39] Um, and like last night, Drew was like, like crying a lot about Melody leaving to the point where Taylor at one point came in and was like, Hey guys, I want to hang out with you. Uh-oh, Drew was really sad. Oh no, what's going on, Drew? And he was like, don't look at me. Um, so I, I don't know. I just, I think it's fun. I'm having a good time with it. You know? I just feel like it's a little, it, you know, Maggie, you're calling it the angst man.
[00:51:08] And I just feel like there's like a lot more angst on one side than the other. And so it feels a little imbalanced to me. Um, I think that in terms, I think that if Drew had it his way, it would be way more of a man's than it truly is. You know, it sounds like Melody, uh, maybe has some, some feelings for someone, uh, I don't know if that's true, Jenny, by the way, I will say.
[00:51:37] I don't know either, but it could, what, that it's not true that it's one sided? No. Yeah. Like that Drew wants it more than Melody because like lately as she's like, they like, she's like wants him to stay in bed. And then he like, kind of like, won't really cuddle her. Like it's, but, but also like, like I could see that just him being like, have some respect for yourself, man. Like she's been calling the shots the entire time.
[00:52:07] She's not that, you know what I mean? Like, I don't know. I, I could also see that be him being like, I need to, I need to pull back. I'm making myself too, uh, schmoopy and available for her. I, I don't know. I do think it's just very interesting. I think it's a fun story how we started off. I don't know if it was the premier episode where Melody was like, this guy is so effing annoying.
[00:52:31] Um, and then, you know, it turns out that she finds that he he's, he's really fun and she likes him and they start working together. I do love that. I just feel like the way that she has talked about him and the frustration of working together and being like, I like hanging out with you. You're fun. Like we are in a partnership, but also you literally make me so insane. I hate the way you play this game. You frustrate the hell out of me.
[00:52:59] Like it's so real, but I just feel like I have a hard time seeing that translate into an actual romance. However, we have seen this experience become, you know, something that truly bonds people in, in ways that are unexpected. We've seen people that don't end up in an official showmance while the show is on end up outside of the house. So anything can happen.
[00:53:24] I just feel like it's giving, you know, we're young and, and attractive and, uh, we have a bond, but also you frustrate the hell of me out of me. And we're maybe not super compatible. Like they bicker a lot too. I don't know. I just don't know that they're fully like, thank God for my entertainment. Oh, for sure. For sure. I just don't, I don't know if I see it for them, but it's been a fun storyline.
[00:53:53] I just hope that, uh, it's not being pushed too much by production. Let it happen now. Yeah. I, I need the bickering. I need the back and forth. I need the shady comments. Yeah. The banter, because I don't think I could do 60 days of watching two young, attractive people breathe closely into each other's mouths and not kiss. Like I'm not here to watch that. Um, and then sometimes I'm like, I shouldn't be watching that. Let me switch the camera too. Who's a camera? Oh, Chuck. Oh God.
[00:54:22] Why are these my two options? I don't know where to go now. What I will say about all of this though, like the, my final thought, and this is like truly them as like TV characters again. Like I feel bad. Like they're real people, but like there is a difference between being super intimate with somebody and being super physical with someone and they are not physical with each other.
[00:54:48] However, the intimacy level is insane of like minutes of prolonged eye contact and spitting in each other's mouths and like bizarro stuff. I feel like they are physical, like maybe not like physically intimate, but they're like always like touching and like him, like kicking her up all the time. By the crotch and like throwing her over his shoulder. But it's just very, I'm like, okay, so y'all haven't kissed, but you spit in each other's mouths.
[00:55:17] Like what's the difference here? Sure. But also again, at least we're talking about it. If they were just like making out, we would be like next, you know, like, who cares? Kill me. This is way more compelling for sure. Oh my God. I'm like, what is happening here? I still can't figure it out, but I enjoy the show. Listen, I've been attracted to people that I hate. Like Loki, I'm also like, I can't stand this person, but also here we are.
[00:55:47] Only this is the type of discourse you can get on the recap when Rob and Taryn have the night off. Okay. Cause I don't think either of them would have touched what we've talked about with the 10 foot pole. And I feel bad. Maybe I should have, I should have maybe kept this in the group chat and not in public on the podcast. I don't want to. Yeah. We're one big group chat tonight. Like, I don't think that she like will love like chatting about this after. So I do feel bad. Like, this is what we're watching.
[00:56:15] Like, I can't act like I didn't see you spit in his mouth. Like, I can't act like that was something I saw. Well, I think the difference is right. Is that once the season's over, we go move on. So if you, if you were thinking, if you were out there and you're like, you know what? I'm going to reply to her tweet when she comes up. No, don't reply to that. Yeah. Don't reply to his. Be normal, everyone. Be normal. Let them live.
[00:56:40] What happened in the big brother house never stays in the big brother house, but let them be the ones to discourse it. Let's not be the ones to do it. Now I did earlier prompt people to send some questions in. I see a couple of them starred here. Shall we answer a question or two before we shakedaddle? Let's do it. All right. Let's see. Okay. So this question is, you know, survivor is on the horizon. Survivor 50 had two of its players come to big brother.
[00:57:10] And then someone asked, Puglover asked, could you imagine coach on big brother? Everyone else would self evict. I do not, cannot even begin to fathom a world where I had to get on a live feed update and talk about coach and what he said over one night. Do it. We're just going to do it. You cowards. Take two people from survivor 50 and toss them on every season of big brother.
[00:57:36] You know, people seem to really enjoy the fact that two people came from another show and they played on a season together and they said, this is fine. It went so well. So, you know what? Let's next season we'll get coach. I don't know. Open to suggestions on who you want to put in with coach. It'll be fine. And then, and then one big brother returning as well. And we're going to run and we're going to run back the icons.
[00:58:03] It's the numbering of like returnees and where they came from won't make any sense, but that's fine. This is, this is where big brother goes the way of survivor. Like this is our format. Now we lock it in and it's blockbuster every week, two survivors, one big brother player, and then a bunch of new people. That's the format. I feel like people would get so mad. I don't think that that is the right move at all. I'm ready for, I'm ready for a big brother, uh, like survivor.
[00:58:33] Survive. No, no, I'm, I'm, I'm ready for, because this is the, this is the problem. I personally, and this is not a hot take at all, but I don't mind having returnees and having people that have played another game, play, play a different game. I think it's really compelling, like watching D and Rick Devins. The season has been really interesting. I think that they are both incredible big brother players. Um, I think that Rick Devins is showing that he's, I think he's a way better big brother player than survivor player. Um, love it.
[00:59:03] Interesting. It's the, it's the imbalance of, you know, people with no, uh, competition reality experience, uh, mixed with, with just like a couple of people. And then obviously like the votes, the public votes and the powers and all that stuff. I do love like when you get a mix of things. And so I'm like a mix of things where they all have like somewhat comparable experience. And that's why there's two things that I feel like have been out in the, in the like discussions.
[00:59:34] Uh, and I'm okay with either of them. Um, I feel like people have been saying like, we're getting pretty close to like, why haven't we done a U S versus Canada big brother? Um, that would be fun. But what I think would be really fun with the, with the survivor of it all. It's like, why not half cast coming from survivor and then half cast returnees from big brother. I think with all of the commentary this season of like the big brother, people being like, this is our show. We can't let anyone like, I think that that has really built up.
[01:00:04] What could be a really fun, uh, you know, rivalry of big brother, big brother versus survivor. Uh, I just, I would be here for it. And then you have all people that are coming with experience. Obviously it's nice to get fresh faces and new people see who's going to become the next icon. Full all big brother returning when it's only been what six seasons since our last all stars.
[01:00:34] Um, I like the idea. There's obviously a lot of survivor people that I think now would probably do it. So give me half the cast is from survivor and half the cast are maybe only second time big brother players. I think that's what I want to see. And, um, also love, like I'm pitching, do it in the winter. BB. Yeah. And make it a little bit shorter. Yeah. Just a little bit shorter. And like, yeah, keep, keep the summer for the newbies. Keep the summer as our big brother.
[01:01:04] And like, this can be called the traders is doing right now. Yeah. This can be called big brother survivor versus, you know, legends or whatever. CBS battle or whatever. I don't know. Yeah. Like, I would love that. That would be so fun. And like, oh my gosh, I, I also really do think like, I have a lot of friends who were previously into big brother and kind of fell off and like our very big survivor fans who came back to big brother this season because of D and Devins.
[01:01:31] And I think that it's fantastic that the season has been so good. Um, and like, I, I know a lot of people online don't like this season, but like objectively I'm having an amazing time. And my casual friends are also having an amazing time, especially the ones who are rooting for D and Devins. Um, so like, I, I think that there is something to this and it can be also, it could just be like battle of reality icons where you can bring in another couple of drag race girls.
[01:01:59] You can bring in a couple of challenge people and like, maybe it's not half survivor hat, like just go full traders and like, try and see what you can make happen. I don't know. I think that that would be really fun. CBS, you should do it. Why the hell not? Yeah. Yeah. If the traders has proven any format or anything to be success is that a big crossover event is what people are looking for. Now, some players made their own crossover Alliance this season, but I think a full crossover
[01:02:27] with different franchises of even just the CBS family coming together could be good. And at this point, wouldn't, um, wouldn't the challenge count as part of the paramount side of things. You could even do challenge big brother survivor. You should even do that if you want to mix a couple more things in there. I think there's a lot of possibilities there. And I agree with Maggie. Ideally for me, this is separate. This is a winter thing. For sure. I live for meeting new people in the summer for big brother.
[01:02:56] And I just would be so livid if we sacrifice that for a season of, because I watch the traders, as y'all know, a little too much. I watch all of it and cover all of it. And every year without fail, when we get to the January session and we get to the traders US season, I feel like for a lot of some people come in, they love the game. They're excited to watch it happen. They're excited to meet new people. But some people come in with their heart set on the players they like doing well. And if they leave, they're like, fuck this show. I'm out. Like, I can't do it.
[01:03:26] And I don't want people to get robbed of their summer enjoyment because they're mad the players they like left early. Because I always think there's a lot going on on the show that you should give a chance to anyway. So I agree. Give us that for the winter. Let us have a little bit of winter fun. And then we'll be back for the summer with the main show. I'd be fine with that. I mean, I think it would be really good. You guys, we solved it. We solved it. We did it. Congratulations, CB.
[01:03:56] Yes. Congratulations. And now's the time to like monopolize on the, you know, the commentary in the community of like, get these survivors. They think that they can come and play our game and they're all admitting it's harder. Like, all right, let's let's do it. Like, let's let's get half and half and see. And like kind of keep it on somewhat of a fair, you know, fair ground and see what happens. Is it fair ground if one of D or Devin's wins this season?
[01:04:25] Or then should they send two big brother players over to Survivor first? And then the culmination of it becomes a half and half season. I mean, they've sent people from big brother over to Survivor before. So I don't know. Like, I they haven't won. But I mean, they could if they want to do a gimmick. Like, like, like D and Devin's are infinitely both in many ways better picks than Caleb.
[01:04:55] Like big brother hasn't had like Hayden did. Okay. On on blood of water did a really good job of representing big brother. I feel like for a lot of Survivor fans. But I feel like we can do we can send better reps over. I agree. And I think we've gotten a lot of good. Yeah. Get Tiffany on the island. I mean, there's so many big brother legends who've said they would love to do Survivor. Danielle Reyes has been very like open about that. Janelle has talked about it. Rachel has talked about it.
[01:05:24] Vanessa initially applied for Survivor. Like there's so many people. Is that Jack? I mean, he's just going to collect these titles like. Send Jack. Give him another win. I mean. The first person to do the trifecta. I mean, won all three. Imagine. Yeah. Somebody said they would love to see Tyler on Survivor. And I actually feel like Tyler. I've seen him a lot more on TikTok recently. Like that.
[01:05:53] He's kind of back in the back in the show now. Yeah. Yeah. And I would love. People a while to come back. And I do understand. Like also for people who, you know, had their storylines, their season also like bleed into their real life. You know, obviously he was in a relationship, but happy to see him back. And I would love to see him on Survivor. I think that he would be a great choice. Someone said Joseph in the chat and I'd say either of them. Both.
[01:06:23] Why not both? And why not both? Listen, if you don't do this, then the good news is we now have a very fun off-season project to start brainstorming. I think it'll be very fun to cast that season. Okay. But we get to be on the podcast. Okay. Yeah. I would like to get on that podcast. This is the group chat. Pouya. Don't betray the group chat here. Don't replace me. Like I got power. Listen, this is the Egyptian curse.
[01:06:49] After this podcast, I lose power and Rob and Taryn have the keys once again. This was a once in a lifetime key that we have here. But listen, I leave it to the audience. They know if they hear a sniff of this idea being tossed around, they'll be like, we know which three have to be on this. You have to have. So we'll be there for that. But no, I hope y'all had fun here with us tonight. I did mention at the start, you know, Rob and Taryn were not around for tonight. They took the night off. They'll be back with the future recaps.
[01:07:18] But it was a pleasure getting to host in their set for y'all. The three of us had a good time. Jenny, let the people know where they can find you and what you got going on. Don't have much going on, at least in the online world. I don't know. But you can follow me on social media at Jenny Autumn on most platforms. And yeah, I'm just looking forward to it.
[01:07:44] It feels very good to care about seeing the rest of the season. Yes. Because by this point, I obviously have my personal like rooting interests. But I'm like, OK, this is the most likely thing that's going to happen. And whatever, like my life is fine. And I start caring about other things, you know, and get baseball playoffs and stuff like that. And I just get busy. But right now I'm like, I'm actually actively excited to see what's happening every day.
[01:08:11] And, you know, I will be excited to watch the finale because I think it's going. I think we will go into the finale being like, what the hell will happen? And that's a good feeling. And I think feeling good about the result no matter what. So anyway, it was really great to be able to do this tonight. Thanks to the chat for being cool and fun. And yeah, just looking forward to seeing seeing how this all ends. Thank you, Jenny. Maggie, where can people find you? Sure. You can find me covering Big Brother.
[01:08:40] I've been on a lot here as we go to the end game, I think because Jenny said people get busy and it seems I'm not. So I'm here. I also did a immediate reaction podcast with Pooja and Brandon Donlan to the Traders News. Um, I, you can find me on Instagram and TikTok at ML Morgan underscore right here. And I'm blue sky just at ML Morgan. Um, I love the season. I'm having so much fun. Um, and like you said, Jenny, I can't wait to see how it all shakes out.
[01:09:10] Um, yeah. And thank you so much, Maggie. We will be back, um, with more before the finale, but finale night, we'll also find out which of the three drafters win. Is it Taryn's season again? Is it Rob's time or is it Amon's time to finally do something with his drafting abilities? Uh, we'll find out. We'll see. I just think it's hilarious. A world where Drew wins the season and Amon wins the draft being the one person the Drew rep didn't DM.
[01:09:40] That would be such a funny story. That's really good. I know. The Drew rep is really nice, by the way. We still, we still talk in chat and he's very tapped in and really sweet. Thanks, Drew rep. Shout out to you. Y'all can find me on all socials at Pouyaism twitch.tv slash Pouya for when I'm not podcasting right now, amping up all the activity there as well. Uh, but with podcasting, I say amping up podcasting is on overdrive for me right now. Aside from the big brother. Yeah.
[01:10:10] Um, the traders new blood premiered last week. Myself and Rob got to talk about the premiere. We got exit interviews out for that also. So you can check those out. Um, as Maggie did allude myself, Brandon and Maggie broke down the traders cast for season six. That just came out a lot. This is my, this is my favorite cast. I think they've put together. Um, even with a couple of days past, I still maintain that feeling. So get our first takes on that. If you want to check those out, the traders Ireland, I thought was a miss. People are saying it's a hit. So go check it out for yourself.
[01:10:40] Um, I'll be back next week with Annabelle to cover the entire second half of the season as well there. And myself and Brian Scali will be kicking off the traders Canada tomorrow night. The premiere is here. They do a half and half civilian and celebrity. So you can check that out and see what we have to say about that. Um, I will have a brand new interview with Corrine coming out tomorrow. Also, it's a tradition. We have made up with Corrine once a year and it's delightful. So make sure you check that out as well. And if you're like, Pouya, where is 90 day fiance?
[01:11:11] 90 day fiance is coming out soon. Um, brand new season. We'll talk about all of it when the recap drops. And I got a brand new group of people to recap that with as well. But y'all take care. Thank you so much for being here. Thank you for being kind. Sound off in the comments. What did you agree with us? Did you disagree? Who do you think is going to win? Who's been your favorite? I want to know all of it. You let me know. I'll read it all. Um, if you're going to be mean to me, make it funny. Y'all take care. Have a good one. See you later. Bye.
