[00:01:28] Hello everyone and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for August 29th. I'm your host, Taran Armstrong. I'm here today to update you on everything that happened yesterday on the Big Brother 28 live feeds. Except they weren't on. They weren't on yesterday.

[00:01:46] It was day 53 in the house. It was day 53 in the house. But the feeds were down the whole day. So I'm here to give you a quick update. A very short, quick update here. Just on the state of things. Keep you in the know. Make sure you're aware of what's going down. But really there's not much going down.

[00:02:09] I flew home yesterday. I was so tired. I was so genuinely tired. It was like I was a phone that was on like 1% battery. And I kept my battery kept dying. And I would just like fall asleep for like 30 minutes and then wake up like at a 1% charge again.

[00:02:40] And then it would just keep happening. But I slept last night. Not enough to apparently deal with my sleep debt. But I'm up this morning. And listen, there are some rumors, of course. There's some rumors about what's been happening in the house. I will tell you now, there's nothing credible at the moment. But we can talk through what there is.

[00:03:08] In addition to that, there was like a chat BCC game thing that happened yesterday. I've seen some people like, oh, it's airing. Give us the full rundown. I was on a flight for when it was mostly air. Mostly on a flight while it was airing. And then also in and out of sleep. So I don't have the full rundown.

[00:03:36] But I can give you, I think, some of what I've gleaned from it. If you're interested. But yeah, that's about what's on the agenda here today. We'll probably be live for like five to ten minutes tops here. So first of all, I'll run you through the rumors of what's happening. What we know is Mike Bloom told us this. Was that last night? No, surely. It was the night before.

[00:04:06] It was Friday. It was Thursday night. He told us there's an interview on Monday morning following Sunday's eviction, following Sunday's episode, which means there is an eviction on Sunday, very likely. We thought that might be the case. So we know there's an interview. We know there's an eviction happening. So it's very likely that this is something along the lines of like a hamster wheel of some sort, right? No HOH, no nominations, no votes, whatever.

[00:04:36] That likely means that there's going to be some kind of competition that eliminates somebody. So we also have heard that Keanu, I believe, that like we had we had like different alumni there and people were like, oh, you know, Brittany left at this time.

[00:05:02] Keanu was up at this time or whatever. So people are like, oh, I wonder if they know what happened. I think I saw a post where like Keanu had like said like, oh, it's funny to see all these rumors because I was there.

[00:05:23] So, again, it seems like there's something there that something happened like overnight and that it kind of went late, late into the night, seemingly. So, again, who knows? That would imply to me that it's a little longer than just the hamster wheel, which I imagine happened pretty quickly. But it's again, it's like, who knows? Who knows? Who really knows? So some rumors started happening.

[00:05:52] There were some early rumors of Angela potentially being the evictee, which made the rounds. Obviously, if this is going to be some kind of competition who performs the worst, Angela would be one of the people that you might be concerned about. Potentially, she has won some things, though.

[00:06:19] And she has a good record, a good track record of being of winning things outside. But but really, like if you're looking at competition stats, you know, you do have to worry about more than just Angela. But I think, you know, Angela was on on the radar for some people.

[00:06:43] Then there was a whole section of time where people were like, oh, is it Yash? Because of like the betting markets were worried about Yash. But but I don't think that it actually landed that way. In fact, I think most of the betting markets dropped after people were like, is it Yash? And then and then they looked and they saw that there was a drop and they were like, ah, it is. But I think it was kind of a self-fulfilling thing. Although I'm not a betting expert, betting market expert.

[00:07:17] And then there's been some rumors lately of Haley, which might just be wishful thinking. But but but but but here's the thing. And I'm telling you this because it's all there is to talk about. So but as I've said before, there are absolutely there's nothing credible at all out there right now.

[00:07:42] You'll hear somebody say something on Twitter or on Reddit or wherever else. And they'll be like, oh, I just heard I have a source. It says X and that's all anybody can go off of. And so you start to go off of it. But unless it's a certain subset of people who have always provided good information.

[00:08:10] It's not going to be it's not going to be real. You know what I mean? And and and people are just good. They're going to guess they're going to say, I think is this person or they're going to say, I've heard it's this person. And then and they got a one in 10 shot of being right. So, you know. But yes, we don't know anything for sure at this point. That is the primary thing to to mention here.

[00:08:39] We'll see if anything else comes today. Now, last year, we did hear about what happened beforehand. And and the people who talked about what happened with Rachel got a lot of heat for it. So it wouldn't surprise me if they're a little bit more like like listen. I don't want to get shot as the messenger again. But either way.

[00:09:08] Hamster watch, of course, is in my opinion, the gold standard here for credible information. So but don't don't go bother. You know what I mean? She'll she'll let you know if she wants to let you know and if she has anything. All right. So that's basically what's happening. The update is that there's no update, but I'm here to tell you that there's no update. You know what I mean?

[00:09:38] You might be sitting there going, I wonder if there's rumors. I wonder if there's anything credible. And I'm here going, no, no, not really. Then there was this chat BCC thing yesterday. Like I said, I didn't get a chance to watch much of it. I did try. It was. It was a little like on one hand, very impressive. So just to to set this up, they got a bunch of the alumni that were there for the thousandth episode.

[00:10:06] They stuck them in some kind of like Airbnb or something. And they had them play like a little game of. I wouldn't really call it Big Brother. You know, Big Brother esque game. And and they had they filmed it and they aired it live.

[00:10:33] But it was it was on one hand very, very technically impressive. They had a bunch of cameras. They had audio equipment. They had like a bunch of like live switching. Like it's an incredibly difficult thing to pull off. And the fact that they managed to pull it off to the extent that they did was very impressive. That said. Still kind of a rough watch. The the stream was kind of, you know, the connection was not always 100 percent.

[00:11:02] The the switching was like you couldn't you couldn't ever see who was voting for who most of the time. Which was like, come on, guys, that's what we that's what we get mad at production for. For Big Brother.

[00:11:17] And also like there was there were so many alumni just like in the house in this like Airbnb or whatever it was just like wandering around, like not playing, but just like there and chatting and being loud. Oh, I'm hearing that they've uploaded it to their YouTube with better quality. That's that's it. I might go and watch it then the whole thing, because like I said, I didn't get a chance to catch most of it.

[00:11:45] But but like again, what what I did manage to see was very impressively pulled off. It must have been like a really expensive endeavor. They had a lot of stuff going on there. But it was from what I can tell, very messy. Not not necessarily only on the production side, but in terms of the players.

[00:12:09] And which you might expect the the major thing that I heard was that Alyssa Slater in particular got into some mess with multiple people. And and and like I guess has started multiple new feuds.

[00:12:34] And and and and was like it got made it pretty far in the competition. I also know spoilers spoilers here. But the final five was Taylor, Tiffany, Felicia, Jimmy and Jason.

[00:13:00] BB 28 Jason, which was I mean, that's pretty good final five right there. Taylor, I think, won the final H.O.H. And and decided the time the final five. So Taylor and Tiffany worked together very well. They made it to the end together with Felicia. Very fun. And and then Jimmy ended up winning.

[00:13:27] But we we don't know who voted for. Because you couldn't see the jury votes for the most part. But maybe maybe the maybe the YouTube video has it actually. Maybe maybe there'll be a better better version of it there. Taylor, the comp beast, apparently. Yeah, look at that. Listen, Taylor.

[00:13:56] Taylor makes it to the finale. You can bet on one thing with Taylor. You can bet that she's going to make it to a finale. So so that was that was what I think everyone was kind of having fun with yesterday. Again, some messy stuff, some drama. You know, you stick you stick some of these players in a room together. They're going to they're going to be all over the place. And hopefully it was all in fun. But, you know.

[00:14:30] Anyway, that's about what I've got. It's we're going to spend the day kind of waiting to see if there's any other rumors going around. Because, of course, it's not just who got evicted in the or I wouldn't necessarily say who got eliminated in this twist. It's also that they're going to be doing they're going to be running another HOH competition and they're going to be doing nominations. Like there's a whole set of stuff that is also going to be happening.
