Also available on YouTube.
Big Brother 28 is all about shifting alliances and trust issues as Haley’s HoH reign puts Drew, Melody, and Taylor on the block. Taran Armstrong recaps Day 25 live feed action with guest Chantele Francis, diving into nominations, strategy talks, and house dynamics in this detailed recap episode.
Haley’s nominations initially target Taylor, but “Red Corner” discussions and mounting skepticism turn the heat on Drew, who senses the walls closing in but struggles to counter his looming nomination. Much of the house views Kamu, Chuk, and Haley as easily influenced, leaving the veterans and “Red Corner” to push their agendas. Lyric appears to be playing both sides well, but Kamu’s overt support makes others wary, creating new doubts about where loyalties really stand. Conversations swirl around potential backdoors and vet power, with Dee and Angela quietly steering the game from the shadows and Drew realizing—too late—that he might be in deeper trouble than he thought.
- Taran Armstrong highlights how Drew’s attempts to reason with Haley fall flat, leading to Drew becoming the new main target.
- Chantele observes that Kamu’s push for Lyric raises suspicions among others, potentially hurting Lyric’s position.
- Haley repeatedly relives her “mean girl” confrontation with Melody, a running theme noted by both Taran Armstrong and Chantele.
- Dee masterfully reassures Kamu while possibly withholding information about powers; speculation grows but goes unresolved.
- Both hosts discuss the lack of agency for Drew or Barrett this week, noting missed opportunities and urging a needed power shift.
With the veterans influencing Red Corner decisions and the “easy vote” narrative in play, can Drew win veto and shake up the week, or is the house steamrolling toward his eviction? Listen in for a full breakdown of strategy, shifting allegiances, and the unpredictable gameplay inside the BB28 house.

[00:00:11] Big Brother looking at the stuff from yesterday. All the strategy and silliness from Fido to HOA. Every single season, you know he is the reason, you know that he could do it tomorrow.
[00:00:42] Hello everyone and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for August 1st. I'm your host, Taran Armstrong, and I'm here to update you on everything that happened yesterday.
[00:00:53] The Big Brother 28 live feeds. It was day 25 in the house, and we continued forward with the Haley week as HOH. We got her nominations. We have a new target and a power out there. Think. In the wild. With me to talk about it all, it's Chappelle. How are you doing, Chappelle?
[00:01:21] I'm doing well. It's actually really interesting to come back here now. Like I was here the first week, and there's nothing really that was solidified. Nothing was really kind of for sure with how people's gains were going. And now, like I understand the lay of the land, and I actually don't know if I want to continue going this direction, but it's very different seeing it three weeks later, how the game is kind of shaping up. Yeah. Yeah.
[00:01:46] Uh, it's, again, I mean, the week is going to continue. The most hope we have for the week is that Drew wakes up and does something. Uh, so that's kind of the thing that we're, we're taking a look at. Um, Haley, of course, as the HOH has mentioned the night before that her plan is to nominate Taylor, Drew, and Melody.
[00:02:10] With the intention of targeting Taylor. She looked at her weird. Uh, so that's what she plans to do. She spends, let me tell you, the whole entire day retelling over and over this, the grand tale of when she told Melody to her face that she was a mean girl.
[00:02:40] Yeah. And what I did, I told her that she was a mean girl and cause she is, you know, and I'm just like, I can't wait to see that on the show. Uh, and, um, and she's so proud of it. So proud of it. And it's really frustrating because it's like, you know, you're kind of being a mean girl, the way that you're talking about this girl. Um, you know, I, it's definitely a pointing the finger and your thumbs pointing back at you type of scenario.
[00:03:10] And you're, you're right. She was relentless. She did. She told everyone. And like, if there has started to have a regular conversation, people interjecting with their own thoughts and ideas about other things. She's like, no, no, no, no, but I need to come back and retell you again, the exact same thing that I just told you and the person before you and the person before you over and over again. So yes, it was a relentless, uh, viewing of her retelling this tale.
[00:03:35] Yes. Yes. Uh, so, um, she is also going to start talking to, I mean, she's going to continue to kind of have some one-on-ones of some sort. Uh, not like super, super one-on-ones, uh, cause she did do a lot of them the night before, but she's going to talk to most people and it's mostly all the same.
[00:03:55] Uh, she does though, of course, and this is what we were talking about, uh, yesterday in the, during the update is that they were having this conversation during the update between Haley and drew, uh, where Haley was not telling drew that he was going up quite yet, but was telling drew that she will need a pawn. That's a guy.
[00:04:21] And it can't be Yash cause she promised Yash that he'd be good. Uh, and so drew kind of quickly does the math and he goes, so one of us, somebody in the tool shed perhaps is what you're saying at this point. Uh, is that, is that what's happening? Um, and, uh, and, and, uh, you know, she doesn't say it's you.
[00:04:47] They go through the options of course, while like Chuck, Kamu, Devin, Barrett, me, that kind of the options available then is what you're saying. Um, and you know, the conversation doesn't really go anywhere, but drew certainly does come away from this conversation feeling like, yeah, I'm in some trouble here. I think that I might be going on the block at this point. I mean, I do feel that drew is great at kind of, uh, understanding his surroundings.
[00:05:17] I mean, he doesn't get a lot of information. Obviously he's seeing both sides of the house in the game, but he is friends with a lot of people. He is talking to a lot of people and, and he's able to clue in, but it's kind of like, he doesn't know how to stop this from happening to him. He doesn't know how to stop like, you know, Haley putting him on the block. Like he can see it, he can see it happening and it's happening in front of his eyes and he just doesn't know how to stop this tornado from like taking him down. Yes. Uh, Chantel is there, is there an alarm?
[00:05:46] I'm like, I couldn't find it. And okay. So I'll be right back. I'll stop it. Uh, sorry about that. I heard the alarm, but I was like, surely, surely it will end at some point, but it just wouldn't. Um, anyway, uh, Haley is then going to, uh, you know, talk to a sheet. Taley does talk to Lala.
[00:06:14] Um, and there's this sort of like mini plan that happens where, uh, she tells Lala that like, Hey, just so you know, Taylor, her target at this point, Taylor wanted you out last week. Um, and Lala's like, what? And then Lala goes to Angela and Angela reinforce. Yeah. Taylor was trying to get you out last week. Um, and Lala's like, Oh man, that sucks. Angela, you're like the only person I can trust.
[00:06:43] And, and Lala goes and talks to Yash about this. Like I was hearing that Taylor wanted me out last week. And Yash is like, Lala. No. Taylor wanted you here. That was a whole thing that she wanted you here. They're just trying to drive a wedge between you and Taylor. She was totally on your side. Don't listen. Don't listen to him.
[00:07:04] Well, well, and this is like kind of true, but I kind of feel like Taylor's position this, this day is I felt really bad for her because like she, you know, she started her first week on the block. She wasn't really able to communicate with people necessarily. She wasn't able to really be her true self. She was a have not. And so she kind of started the game where she wasn't probably her full, probably exuberant self.
[00:07:27] And so now that like the weeks are starting to go on, that's kind of like her baseline and everything she does is kind of being measured to that. And a lot of this day I'd found that, that Haley was just like, Oh, you know, she looked at me the wrong way. Oh, I don't like the, I don't think that she likes me. Oh, she kind of has like some attitude towards me. And I'm like, I feel like she's being wrongly judged. And the whole, you know, I do feel like they're probably using what had happened last week to kind of put a wedge between them because like she was in a hard position.
[00:07:55] She really like didn't want to vote out of her friend Lala. And, but then they wanted her to make potentially vote somebody else, vote her out to keep somebody else in. And, you know, it was game over hard. And so, yeah, I do think they're putting a kind of putting a wedge between her. And I kind of feel bad about it because like she doesn't really have anybody in this game. And so, yeah, I'm on Taylor's side, but I'm feeling bad for her positioning. Yeah. So, we continue through the day. Kamu has a plan.
[00:08:25] Kamu has a master plan that includes Lyric. Of course, remember the night before he was talking to Lyric about, hey, I've got you. I'm going to help bring you in. And then he pitched really hard for Lyric to stay. This is actually like starting to become an issue for Lyric. Actually, Lyric has been doing a great job of ingratiating herself with this side. She had a great conversation with Haley the night before.
[00:08:55] She's gotten in with Devin's in the past. She has an in with Dee. She's good with Chuck. She's great with Kamu now. And of course, she's now made a final two with Yash, which is very is really the best relationship she's had. She has at the moment. Outside, of course, the Giggle Girls. But but it's almost like she did too well with Kamu.
[00:09:24] So like I think it's important to understand in case it hasn't already been made clear that the entire game rests upon the fact that Kamu, Chuck and Haley are dummies. And they're very easily convinced of basically anything that you want them to think or feel or do.
[00:09:50] And they've now won two HOHs amongst the three of them so far. And and this is largely why the vets. I mean, not largely why this is one of the reasons why the vets are moving away from Barrett and Drew and toward this red corner group because they're just dummies. And so in power, dummies that win power. Exactly.
[00:10:19] This is what the like the entire season rests upon is just like who can convince the dummies to do what they want. And the vets got there first and they have the most experience and they had the most power starting the game. And so they've got a super head start on this. And they managed even though Drew had had got had had Kamu deep in the pocket of the handyman, Devons was able to reach into that pocket and take Kamu out and stick him in his pocket.
[00:10:50] And so Lyric is like, oh, these people are dummies. And so she's been working on them quite a bit. But the problem is she went a little overboard when it came to Kamu. You got to be a little careful about how you approach these dummies. And so Kamu is now too much of a Lyric soldier. And he's out there like, bro, we got to bring Lyric in. Lyric's the best, I'm telling you.
[00:11:18] And so his plan is, all right, how about this? We cut Drew. He becomes the target. And we bring in Lyric instead. New Alliance member, Lyric into the tool shed. And, you know, Haley's like, um, I don't know about that. I don't know about that at this moment. Maybe we need to talk to some people. He goes to Dee.
[00:11:48] He says, all right, Dee, I've got an idea. She goes, oh, tell me about your idea. He says, and listen, I'm just, I'm just pitching this idea. I'm not, I'm not going to die on this hill. It's just, I'm throwing this out there. What if we target Drew this week? She's like, okay. And then we replace him with Lyric. She goes, I love that idea. You should die on this hill, Kamu.
[00:12:19] She says those words. I know. I saw her say these words. And like, I need to see some diary rooms to know what Dee is actually thinking. Because she is so good at playing into what Kamu's saying. Like, oh, everything that we talk about is just being you. I don't tell anybody about the conversations that we have. Like, yeah, oh my God, you're playing. You're so smart. She plays into everything. And it's very convincing. So I need to see her diary rooms just to see whether or not she's like,
[00:12:47] I got this guy wrapped around my finger. Like, I'll let him die on that hill because he'll take his game down and I'll be sitting pretty. Yes. And so the reason this is like, she's done almost too well with Kamu here for Lyric's sake, is that because Kamu pushes so hard for this, Lyric becomes a topic of conversation amongst the red corner for like the rest of the day. We're not going to get into every individual conversation. But the vibe is not great.
[00:13:16] They are skeptical of Lyric and how much she seems to have influence over Kamu, what their relationship is like and stuff like that. And it's, you know, to varying degrees, they like appease Kamu about various things when it comes to Lyric. But when talking privately, they're a little bit like, what is Lyric up to? What is she doing?
[00:13:45] The saving grace for Lyric is that she does still have a decent relationship with most of them. And they still severely underestimate her as a game player. They think they think that she's just little flirty girl that they can judge for being little flirty girl. Like, oh, do you see the way she's doing things with Chuck? And Chuck is like, I know what she's doing with me. I see her with Kamu. And they think that that's all she is.
[00:14:14] And so even though they're a little skeptical, especially of this Kamu stuff, they don't think it's a threat. They don't think that it's worth doing anything about. But this is kind of like the situation with Lyric at the moment. And I think it's a good situation for her because at least people are wanting to play with her. You know, if Kamu is going to die on this hill for her, like maybe he's going to be able to convince the other people to bring her into the fold.
[00:14:41] And that's kind of going to be good for a little bit of protection here, right? Like she doesn't have anyone. Obviously, her closest allies were Jason and Rome. They're out of the game. She is looking for a place to land. And, you know, maybe she should be scooped up by this group. Not necessarily to take out Drew. I don't know if that's the best decision for them necessarily. Well, maybe now after today. But like, I do think that, you know, she would be a good competitor. I don't know how loyal she'll be because I do.
[00:15:09] It's because they did watch her kind of maybe drop her two friends, Valerie and Melody, as soon as they got like the stink on them. So she kind of drops those friends a little bit. But she's a good competitor. She seems to be likable. So I don't know. I can see it actually end up working in the end that Kamu might be able to actually bring her in eventually. I don't know.
[00:16:03] Well, Haley continues her one-on-ones. She talks to Barrett. And again, there's talk of a pawn that she might need from the group. And that, you know, and in her mind, that pawn ideally stays on the block past the veto. And Barrett's like, what, like not use the veto on them? So like, what are you saying? Like, that feels weird. No. And Barrett's just kind of like, is this alliance real?
[00:16:33] Like, what's going on, Haley? She's like, yeah. Yeah, it's real. Barrett says, listen, if we need a third nom, because Barrett is not saying, Barrett knows. Thank you, Barrett. Jeez. Not to start dropping names for no reason. He says instead, and I like this from Barrett, even though this conversation didn't go well. I do still like it from Barrett.
[00:17:00] He says, why don't we, if we need a third nom from our group, why don't we get together as a group and have that conversation? Uh, and, uh, and Haley's like, okay, yeah, that makes, that makes some sense. But she did not like the conversation. She felt very awkward. Um, and that's, I mean, that's largely because she doesn't have any relationship with Barrett. Uh, but, uh, and, and, you know, whatever. But she's like, ah, that was weird. I, and then she's going to spend the rest of the day.
[00:17:28] Did I, have I told you yet about my conversation with Barrett? It was fucked. Huh? It was fucked. And it was, it was a little, a little left, you know, um, just because like they, they both, she's not being completely honest and transparent with him. What she's doing is not necessarily making any sense. They're supposed to be in an alliance and working together, but he has better relationships with other people in the alliance.
[00:17:57] So them kind of coming together, it's just like, we need that, that, that link friend. You know, if you're like a, like a threesome friendship and like the late friend is not there, you're hanging out with the one that you're not actually friends. You need like that, that third party. I think that's kind of his situation with this, this alliance with Haley, because like they don't have a friendship really, um, or a relationship within the alliance. They're just part of the bigger group. And his link is more like, obviously like D and drew and et cetera, et cetera.
[00:18:25] So yeah, it's going to be awkward. It is going to be awkward. Drew in the meantime is, is kind of freaking out. Um, he, he comes back upstairs at one point, but he is, he is kind of like, you can see it. He's not like actively freaking out, but you can see that there's an energy to him that he's got. Like, he's kind of like, yeah, I mean, it might be me and good and honestly good. I'm happy about it.
[00:18:55] Totally chill. Uh, because listen, what this means is, I mean, I have the numbers. So next week I can go after them now. Easy. Uh, free reign. So I can be targeting the red corner. Oh, um, and he's telling this to, to basically anyone that'll listen, uh, in the crossover.
[00:19:20] Uh, he's telling it to, to Devin's, to Angela, to D to Barrett. Um, and of course they immediately just going to run this upstairs. Huh? You should hear what Drew's saying about all of this. Um, so, uh, and D also is going to take advantage of this as well. Uh, by kind of like pulling in Barrett and being like, you see what I'm talking about with Drew? You see what he's like, he's dropping names upstairs.
[00:19:49] Apparently he's, he's, he dropped Devin's his name. He dropped like your name. Uh, like what are we doing here? Um, and Barrett's like, Oh my God. Oh, what an idiot. Um, and Barrett is very much like, uh, just continuing to be dragged over and enforced to be okay with this. Pretty much, uh, as, uh, you know, it's just like, I guess, I guess Drew, listen, it's not me. She says, don't worry. It's not you. It's him.
[00:20:20] Okay. It's not me. It's him. All right. We've lost Barrett. He's gone. And where, where'd he go? I don't see him anymore. Sure. And I do agree with you with how well Drew has been acting. I do wish that he just wouldn't just like realize it. Dip it a little bit. And like, we always talk about information is power. Like, okay. Yeah. Like it's, it actually is great knowing that like, Hey, okay. I'm supposed to be working with these people. They're willing to put me on the block, which means they're willing to lose me.
[00:20:50] It's in some capacity. Anything can happen when you're on the block. I'll be, I had to fake being cool with it, but then know that like, I can take a shot freely and I don't have to feel any sort of way about it. So like, yeah, that is definitely the right feeling and attitude to have. And I, and I understand him for having it, but just don't tell anybody about it because that could like, that could harm your position in the game. If you don't win the blockbuster or whatnot, maybe then they're going to hear something and not want to keep you in the game.
[00:21:17] So yeah, he has the right attitude about how to play the game, but maybe for execution. Yeah. And you know, at the end of the day, there's not a lot that can even really be done at this point. I mean, the fact is what should have been done was last week when you actually had the power to do something, which was flip the vote. Keep Jason right. This week, neither of them have the power to do anything.
[00:21:46] Haley's the HOH. It's either you're going up on the block or you're not going up on the block. I can't even necessarily fault Barrett for not giving Drew a heads up because what does giving Drew a heads up even do for him at this point in the game? It should, he should have done it a couple of days ago, but at this point, what does it do for him? Kind of nothing right now.
[00:22:09] Maybe you could wait until like post veto, make sure you're not a replacement nominee and then give Drew a heads up and he can blow things up for you. But I, while I am still frustrated with Barrett in general, I'm not that mad that he's not like giving Drew the heads up or like defending Drew right now because this train has long since left the station. And, and like, you know, there's, there's genuinely like nothing he can really do about it right now. Right now.
[00:22:39] I mean, definitely there needs to be some sort of power shift for him to maybe resettle and maybe have a different opinion for sure. But it just, it sucks seeing him just like Barrett, you know, I don't know. You can't really do anything but do something, please. Yeah. So, uh, Haley is going to talk to Taylor, uh, her target.
[00:23:01] She does her Haley thing where she's like, uh, you know, Taylor, did you say anything last night that could get you in trouble? Because I've been hearing that you said some things that might get you in trouble. Um, and Taylor says, no. Haley has this whole like fear reign that's kind of interesting how it's happening.
[00:23:27] Like everybody, it seems to me anyways, that like everybody's a little bit on edge with her reign. Like she's always like, I'm cool. I'm a straight shooter. I'm cool. Like, you know, you can come see me, you can talk to me, but it's like, but you can't. And like everybody, I feel like it's just like, just like kind of tippy toe around her. Um, nobody seems to have any sort of relief, um, with having her as a head of household, even if they're pretending or playing off that like, you know, she's a good ally. We can, we can strategize and whatnot.
[00:23:54] But I just, I feel like everybody has is on edge with her being head of household, especially Taylor. Certainly the people who are not pleased with what she's doing, uh, are not, uh, very happy. And I will say like, I don't think that even the people who are happy that she's H-O-H love how sort of like, uh, free she's being with information. Uh, like stop telling people.
[00:24:20] Um, but, uh, but she has this conversation with Taylor and Taylor essentially says, I didn't say, I didn't say that. Uh, and, and she explains what she said. She said, I'm associated with Lala that might put a target on me. So on and so forth. Um, Taylor, I think matching the, the Haley energy in the sort of like no nonsense vibe, uh, that Haley actually kind of likes.
[00:24:45] Uh, and by the end of the conversation, I think that they kind of reached this sort of understanding where like, uh, you know, things were maybe misinterpreted and maybe it wasn't as bad as Haley thought it was. Um, and, uh, and I think that Taylor does manage to sort of soften Haley on her at least a little bit in this conversation, which becomes very important because there's about to be a red corner meeting.
[00:25:12] And, uh, and, you know, it's like when, when I'm watching Taylor and Haley, like I, I, this again was part of when I was kind of feeling a little bit bad for Taylor just because like, I feel like she wants to be more herself. And like, it seems like Haley's reprimanding just Taylor for just being who she is and like kind of just not liking anything that she does. And so this is just one of those like interactions. I was like, Oh, I don't like this dynamic. I don't like this vibe. Taylor get out. Yeah.
[00:25:42] Get out of the room. Yeah. Well, uh, red corner has a meeting. It's red corner minus Kamu basically. And that means of course, Haley, Angela D devins and Chuck. Um, and, uh, Haley basically does her thing. Hey guys, have I told you about how I told, uh, melody that she was a mean girl? And yes, she has individually at least twice already. Um, but Hey, she hasn't told them as a group yet.
[00:26:11] So she tells the story again. Um, and, uh, they start telling her again about like, Hey, have you heard what drew's saying downstairs? Uh, Devin says, drew is already burned. He's already talking about like blowing things up coming after you, uh, for putting him on the block. Um, don't you think we should just be targeting him at this point?
[00:26:36] Um, and there's a little bit of discussion here, but overall, uh, the, the push is received and Haley decides, yes, I agree. Devin's will just make drew the target. And so officially, uh, as expected, because again, they're just dummies. They're just waiting to be instructed. They have their own opinions, but they're just waiting to be eventually convinced to do what the, what the vets want them to do. And so now Haley is saying, yeah, okay. Yeah.
[00:27:06] No, Drew's the target. Um, now, uh, yeah, I guess to give Haley some credit, there was another push then to be like, all right, well, if he's the target, should we not just backdoor him? No. Right. That's a bit better. Uh, and Haley's like, oh yeah. Okay. We could backdoor him. I could then have to put lyric up in his place. Uh, and then we would back. Oh, but then I'd be putting up three girls. I need to put up a one guy.
[00:27:36] So I don't know. And then they, they essentially are like, it's not worth, it's not worth it. They, they decide they don't want to, they don't want to push too far. We don't have, we'll just put them on the block. We agree. Everyone's going to, we'll just put them on the block. And Haley's like, I will put them on the block. Like, I, I just, just to be clear, I will do it. If you guys want me to. No, it's fine. It's fine. We don't need to do that. Uh, they've, they've gotten enough from Haley. They don't need more.
[00:28:02] Uh, so, um, so Drew is going up on the block still, but now he is the primary target. If the veto is used, Mallory is the likely renom. Uh, Mallory goes up on the block. If Mallory goes up on the block, she's against Melody. She's against Taylor. Haley doesn't even really care which one of them leaves. Uh, like any, any of them can go. Um, so, uh, the only thing left to do is that there's supposed to be this meeting that Drew's
[00:28:29] talking about, that Barrett was talking about this meeting with the tool shed. And in this meeting with the tool shed, they're going to have to convince Drew that he's just a pawn that anybody could have gone up on the block, but it just happened to be him. And that he also just happens to be a pawn, meaning they plan to Jag him. You don't remember Big Brother 25, uh, famously.
[00:28:54] Now, listen, to be clear, this was much worse in the Jag situation because the man had just been evicted and his alliance sat him down and pretended they were like, Hmm, who should be a pawn for us? Jag, our real target. And Jag was like, Sure. Oh my God. How do you have this recall? But like, yes, yes. No, it's steered into my brain.
[00:29:24] Um, yeah, it's definitely, it's definitely, I can see the similarities, the parallels of these two situations. Does that mean though, that Drew's going to go on and win the game? Is he going to go on a comp run? Is he just going to like start winning out? Uh, he will. Listen, as I said, he's not quite there at the Jag level yet. He hasn't already been evicted once. Uh, and he hasn't had multiple people tell him multiple times.
[00:29:54] You can't trust your alliance. You idiot. Uh, so, um, you know, we'll see, but, uh, anyway, um, they plan to Jag him, but it hasn't happened yet. Uh, Haley talks to Kamu after this and kind of fills him in. He's like, he's like, okay. It's very funny. Like there's an image I have of Kamu throughout the day. He's like wearing his hood, uh, for most of the day.
[00:30:23] And he's just kind of, I just have this image of him just like skulking in the shadows, uh, of just like, uh, like, like I want Drew out, but don't let him see me. I can't let him see me as part of this. I'm not part of this group. Oh, you guys had a meeting. Oh, I didn't. Huh? I'm not invited. Whoops. Um, and so, uh, he like skulks up like at the meeting. I'm going to take out Drew.
[00:30:53] Uh, cause he doesn't want to get caught. He has his own. I don't want Drew to blow up the handyman kind of stuff. Um, and so, uh, he talks about it and Haley is like, well, we, we did this. We're going to target Drew. He's like, yes. Bring, bring Lyric in. Right. She's like, I might actually nominate Lyric as the renom. He's like, what? No, no, you can't do that. We're supposed to be bringing her in, you know? Like what about Mallory? Mallory should be the renom. She's like, I don't know. Maybe.
[00:31:22] Uh, she's just, I, I, and, and who knows what she'd really like. I think she's messing with him here. Um, or testing him here. Uh, but, uh, there is a world where Lyric could be the renom to be clear. Um, the, the world, especially where say like Mallory wins the veto and uses it on melody. Lyric could definitely be the renom there or Lyric could just be the renom because Haley feels like it if, uh, but, but I, I say that, but if Mallory is an option, I do believe that
[00:31:51] Devins and D, uh, will, will push Mallory because it makes more sense for their game. Of course. And what happened to not wanting to put up three women? What happened to, it's only for additional noms. Uh, but like we get backdoor, you know, one potentially. Um, where's that logic? What happened to that? Well, it's, it's, it's for her alliance. That's true. So it's not, yeah, it's not her doing specifically. Correct.
[00:32:19] Um, oh, with the, when you're doing the, the, the caboo skulking, uh, it actually reminds me like, you know, you play like peekaboo with a young kid and say they go like this and they think that because they go like this, you can't see them. Like that's what I'm picturing when you're just like going around imitating. That's what it's like. That's what everyone is doing to Drew. Everyone is like going up to Drew. Like you can't, you can't see me.
[00:32:46] You, you can't tell that I'm, that I'm in on this plan. And Drew, Drew looks him in the face and goes, no one's here. No, no one's in on this. There's no plan. You're right. Um, Kamu talks to D about Haley and the lyric situation, like subtle nominating lyric. Like what, what's wrong with her? Like, why is she doing that?
[00:33:13] Uh, and, and like, well, she's so like weird about lyric and, and they, and he says, I, they agree. She's just jealous. Haley's just jealous of, of the relationship that lyric has with Kamu. Yeah. That makes sense. Yeah. I mean, it could make sense, right? Yeah. Yeah. It makes sense. Yeah. Makes sense. Because didn't lyric kind of get Rome.
[00:33:40] And that was like, you know, the object of Haley's affection in the first week. And then now Matt, like I, you know, she has a good relationship, obviously with Kamu being in this, these alliances with him. And now like, he really wants to bring lyric in and she doesn't seem to want to play with any of the other women in the game. Um, other than D and Angela's supposedly. No, you're totally right. Chantel. Yeah. I hadn't even thought of it, but. I guess it happens sometimes.
[00:34:09] So what are you going to do? Haley's jealous. Me and lyric. Um, okay. So of course, of course, of course, of course we have a situation where at this point things are relatively locked in. There's two major things to think about. Number one, will drew realize what's happening to him with all of the evidence available? Uh, number two, will drew get a power?
[00:34:38] Will somebody get a power? We don't know what's happening with the power. And in particular, there are two people who happened to go to the diary room at around the right time. And those two people are basically the top two contenders for the power drew who was in the diary room for a while. And then D who was in the diary room for a bit after drew was, uh, and so who has the power is the question on everyone's mind.
[00:35:09] Drew starts, you know, tickling some, uh, some, some speculation when he starts talking about how maybe they should flip a coin, figure out who goes on the block. Uh, wouldn't it be great if, uh, this HOH was overturned? Um, and people like, oh, he's closed. We got him. Uh, he's got the coin of destiny.
[00:35:39] Get ready, Haley. Um, and so, uh, there's some speculation there. However, on the other side of things, um, there was, uh, a little, a little interaction that was going on. And Devin's and D and drew were in the room and they were talking to the cameras, talking to him. Hey, America loves. I love you more America. No, I love you more America. No camera. Come and look at me.
[00:36:04] Uh, and as they were doing that, the camera comes over on D and she says, I love you more. Oh, thank you, America. Oh, really? Thank you, America. Uh, and then, uh, you know, so then there was, oh, oh, oh, wait. What is this? Is this her thanking America for getting a power? Um, possibly. She was supposed to give Devin's a signal. We talked about this yesterday.
[00:36:32] Drew competing on Jeopardy, Survivor Drew. Uh, we did not hear that signal, though it certainly could have been, uh, you know, uh, off the feeds. Um, but she also has not talked to Devin's about this in general. She has not said anything that we have seen on the feeds to Devin's about the power, nor has she given him the signal. Uh, so, that's weird. A little bit. At least a little bit weird if she had one.
[00:37:00] Um, so, speculation continues. And, uh, and we're wondering if perhaps when the feeds come back from the nomination ceremony, if there's a new HOH. Like, who even knows at this point? How does the coin of destiny work exactly again? So, there's a little bit of confusion here, especially because the way it worked in season 23 may not be exactly how it works here. Because there were some other things involved with that.
[00:37:29] Uh, but theoretically, um, the, uh, the nominations would take place. And then later, a thing would happen. A coin would be flipped. If it lands on the side that Drew or whoever has it calls, they end up replacing the nominees with different nominees. Although, of course, in the case of Big Brother 23, the nominees were replaced with the same nominees.
[00:37:54] Um, and, uh, and then, and then, you know, from there on, uh, the, the coin holder would anonymously be the HOH, uh, for the rest of the week. Um, now, how the timing of that would work again is not super clear exactly. Uh, it could have been, it had to be at the ceremony. It could have been, it had to be a certain time after the ceremony.
[00:38:23] Um, but, uh, but ultimately what I can tell you is that nothing happens at the ceremony or for the rest of the day. If there is a coin of destiny in play, it seems pretty clear at this point that it was not played and likely cannot be played at this point because they are going to be picking players for the veto soon.
[00:38:50] There's no time to reset the nominations and do all that. They've got, they've got a, a veto competition to play. Well, so that leans then towards it, maybe D having it, but you'd also think though, for us, like for our sake, that D would kind of give us some, like a little dance and like a little bit more of excitement instead of like in that group situation, like a one-on-one. Cause she has been kind of talking to us a little bit and kind of letting us know a little bit about what her plans are.
[00:39:16] So I think that she would tip us off a little bit, like more overtly too. So still. I mean, you, you, you could argue that she has by going, thank you. You know what I mean, America. Thank you. So, uh, the, so the, prior to the ceremony, we do still have a few things to talk about.
[00:39:41] Uh, number one, um, Angela does talk to Haley and say, we shouldn't even give Drew a chance at a meeting to convince us to do anything else. Uh, we shouldn't, we shouldn't even have a meeting. Um, and so the meeting is called off. They are not going to jag him. Uh, she's just, Haley's just going to put him up. Um, and Drew starts wondering like, Barrett, have we been played?
[00:40:07] Did, did Devin's finesse us by convincing us not to flip the vote? I don't, I don't think so. Right. Um, but he's definitely concerned. Kamu is going to Lyric in his hood. Lyric. I'm working on something for you. Listen, I actually think you're in a better position now than you were last week. Let me tell you.
[00:40:33] Uh, I'm just, I can't tell you what it is yet, but I'm, I'm working on something. Okay. So stick in there, you know? Um, and Angela and D after talking with Haley some more go into the hallway and there's like,
[00:40:58] this game is so easy. Cause you're in power. They just do whatever we want. Uh, it's just so easy. Uh, it's, and, and, and, and, and Angela's like, and D thank God I didn't rat out the crossovers. Oh my, I, I'm so glad I didn't do that. We don't even have to now. Look at, look at Drew. He needs us to, for the votes to stay this week.
[00:41:28] He can't rat us out. He needs us. And so we can just vote him out. He'll never say a word. Like it's so easy. I don't even need to do anything. In theory, kind of. Yes. Um, and I, I, that's one of the reasons why myself and probably everybody else wants to have some sort of power shift in some capacity, but I don't even know if it's going to be able to work with like having these powers in play, but just think they don't, they can't see
[00:41:57] the game, you know, without them starting with a lot of power. They're able to have all these alliances that are trusting them, believing them, then they're winning stuff. So they're getting power. They're winning stuff. And then the people that they're working with are now, they're already, you know, have been saved by them in the first couple of weeks, like not being put on the block and all that stuff. They've been working together and now they have the power. And so they haven't experienced the game in a deficit at all. And so, yeah, of course, it's going to feel like they have ultimate control and they'll
[00:42:25] do anything that they want because, well, yeah, they are. And like, they have the power, they've had the power this whole time to be able to do so. Yes. And D tells Angela, I did not get the power. I did not get a power. She, she wonders about like, and that, that could be a problem for us. She says to Angela. So she, she tells Angela, she doesn't have it. They talk again about Devin's maybe having it. Angela saying that's a good thing.
[00:42:55] D being not confirming anything. Now D wouldn't necessarily tell Angela if she got a power. So this is not really confirming much of anything. That said, I do think she would tell Angela if she got something like the never not pass, because why not? Um, and so, uh, you know, probably wasn't that if it's D, uh, but, uh, but it's probably not that period because anybody that got that would probably just tell people right away.
[00:43:25] Um, so more, more information, as you can tell by the way that we're talking about these bits of information. There's no conclusion to this by the end of the night. We still don't know who has the power or what it is. Um, there's plenty of reason to believe D could have one. There's plenty of reason to believe Drew could have one.
[00:43:49] Uh, but again, what we do know is that whatever it was or is, it hasn't been used yet. Uh, that, uh, there's no, there was no safety that was given. There was no coin flip that happened. Um, you know, if it's, you can compete in two HOHs, that's obviously worthless right now. Uh, if it's somebody plays in the veto for you, we'll find out after the veto's, uh, competition,
[00:44:15] or we won't because whoever won, it doesn't need to use it right now for that. Uh, and if it's the never not pass again, I feel like people would just say it because it would become obvious. Um, how does the voting work for it though? So like they, is it only the one vote? And then it's just like, if that person, Jason is evicted, it's just like the second place person or is it, it's like, I would assume so. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, but we don't know for sure.
[00:44:46] Either way, we finally do get to the nomination ceremony where of course, as planned, Drew, Melody and Taylor are nominated for eviction. Uh, and nothing else happens. Uh, and let me tell you my read on drew again at the time was that he did not look like a man who had something that would keep him safe.
[00:45:14] Uh, he looked like a man who was very, uh, shaken, uh, very much like, uh, things are fine. Right. I think, I mean, this is actually a good thing because, uh, that means I get to go after Haley next week. And, um, you know, it's, uh, it's all going to be fine. It's, uh, it's probably, it's probably fine. I think it's probably fine. He definitely looked shook at poor guy though.
[00:45:42] Cause he thinks that he's in a decent place. He has all these alliances. His alliance member wins the power. He thinks he's having these conversations that are working in his favor and, oh, like he's, he's definitely losing. I think he's losing like the game, but he it's like falling from in front of his eyes. And so I hope he is able to like lock in and like win and get himself off the block because
[00:46:06] I do feel like he has potential to do well in this game, but he's not seeing the game clearly just because his allies, well, allies have had power. And now like he's in this weird position. So hopefully this like actually lights a fire under his butt. And he's like, starts to see things a little bit clearly. I've said those words too many times. I am lyric. I've given up. I'm off that train.
[00:46:36] No. Okay. I, I'm, uh, I'm on, I'm on board the, the Yirik train. I don't know. What are they calling Yash and Lyric nowadays? Um, anyway. Drew and Haley. Oh, Rickshaw. Rickshaw. Rickshaw. It was at work. Sorry. Just trying to make a strip name.
[00:47:00] Drew and Haley talk, of course, after the nominations, uh, Drew's like, would have been nice to have a heads up. Maybe, maybe, um, it's, this is a pretty funny conversation in that Drew is, he's got like a thing that he wants to do. And the thing that he wants to do is this. Listen, Haley. Oh, I listen.
[00:47:29] I know I was kind of nervous before. I am a little nervous. I'm not mad though. Cause actually this was a great idea. This is a brilliant idea from you, Haley. Uh, because this is really going to blur the lines with the Alliance. Uh, obviously I'm just a pawn. I completely understand where it's coming from. And I actually think it's such a good idea. Uh, and we're so, we're so good. Uh, that's what he wants to do. In reality, it goes something like this.
[00:47:59] Haley. Haley. I was thinking about it. Hey, no, listen, Drew, you got to stop. Okay. You're talking too much. I'm hearing you're freaking out. What are you doing? No, it's what I wanted to say is that like, I actually think this is a great idea. So I'm hearing that you're talking about me. Like what is going on, Drew? Yeah. Well, no, I mean, I wasn't, I mean, I, I don't know who was saying that, but like, what I was
[00:48:27] trying to say was that like, I actually think that this was a great, the brilliant thought, uh, that you had through, you need to stop running your mouth. Okay. That's, that's what I'm trying. I feel like, I'm sorry. I didn't tell you. I didn't have time. Okay. So you, what you need to do is stop running your mouth. Yeah, totally. I was just, I was just trying to say that like, I think this is actually a great idea. He looks like he's being scolded by his mom.
[00:48:56] Like, just like, let him breathe daily. I mean, it's obviously because she feels guilty, but like to a certain extent about like not giving him the heads up and like, obviously he's got to get all that information from the bats and like how he's been running his mouth, all that jazz. But more like Drew's still a young kid, you know, like I just, I feel bad. I feel bad for him as well. I don't know if I, he's pulling the wool over my eyes too, but I'm there. I'm still there, Taryn. I have, I, I just, I want him to do better.
[00:49:26] And I feel bad for his, the position that he's in right now and how they're treating him too. Uh, well, um, Kamu talks to Taylor. Um, and, uh, and, and like the landslide is just fully, just fully going, right? Like the avalanche is, is in full force. Um, and Kamu says to Taylor that, Hey, it's actually Drew's fault is hold on. Sorry. Put up.
[00:49:53] Just, you know, it's, it's actually Drew's fault that you're on the block because he told Haley that you were crying last night when Haley won HOH. What? I wasn't crying. What do you mean? Yeah. Yeah. So it's Drew's. And then Drew walks in. Kamu's like, Oh, and Taylor. To Drew with Kamu right there. You saying I'm crying? Uh, like what's up with that, Drew? Why did you say, why did you say I was crying? Well, I didn't say that.
[00:50:22] What do you mean? I didn't, I didn't say you were crying. Like, uh, I, I mean, I didn't mean to, I got, I, were you not crying? I mean, I, I didn't, I'm sorry. Uh, and she's like, just don't, don't, don't be talking about me like that. Uh, and she was like, I'm sorry. I didn't, I didn't mean anything by it. Like, uh, and then Drew leaves and he's like, and Kamu's like, no. Kamu of course has to explain himself later to Drew.
[00:50:51] Uh, it's like, yeah, sorry. I didn't, I didn't mean to do it. And Drew's like, she was crying by the way. Well, then she's explaining, you know, like having like streaks in your face, which is true. Like, you know, if you cry and if you're wearing makeup, you might have tear stains on your face. But then she kind of also admits that she was crying at the time and it's like, but it wasn't what she was crying. They think that she was crying about. She wasn't crying about Haley winning. It was a fake reason. None of it, none of it matters. There's a fake thing. The whole thing was fake.
[00:51:22] That's not the reason she's on the block. Kamu just loves making up reasons. I thought him in like, in Taylor, was it like a flirt man's happening between the two of them at some point? Or it's like, is that just a common one? Kamu and Taylor? Yeah. People say their things, you know. Okay. Right. Okay. So Haley tells Barrett, like, because Barrett's been told that Haley hated their conversation.
[00:51:51] And so he's like, what was I supposed to say? He goes up. They try to have a better conversation. Haley tells Barrett that Melody is the target. Um, and, uh, who knows how much he believes that, but, um, you know, it's, that's sort of like the line being told to Barrett at the very least. Uh, Drew continues to go around like Evans. Uh, so this sucks. Right.
[00:52:19] And let me tell you, Devins doesn't even really care to pretend he, Devins is just like, yeah. Yeah. Kind of. Yeah. Yeah. I guess so. I guess, um, I guess it kind of sucks. Um, anyway, I mean, hey, Vito, right? Right. What is that? That's Vito's tomorrow. Wow. That was real quick, huh? Yeah.
[00:52:49] Pretend a little bit. Come on, Devins. She's like, well, would you think that like, maybe you, I mean, like if I, should I, can I pick you? Like, would you use the Vito? Yeah, that would be, ooh. Um, I mean, that might be tough. That might be a tough one, actually. Yeah. Uh, cause like, you know, Haley probably wouldn't want, you might put me in a tough spot with Haley.
[00:53:21] Um, so, yeah. I don't know. Maybe, maybe. I mean, I guess if I used it, like, she used to nothing she could do about it, right? That's, I mean, I hadn't even thought about that, but like, yeah. Like, it's like you're in a relationship with someone that just does not like you at all and giving you all the sides, but you still want to be in this relationship with them.
[00:53:47] Do you think, I guess you don't think, but do you think that he's ever going to just jump ship and let's like really just be like, okay, F these guys? Or do you think he's just always just going to try to play into being in this, uh, this aligns with them? Well, it's, it's again, like at this point there, there really, there's nothing he can do. Right. Right. Like there, there's just nothing he can do. Uh, he can, he can out the crossovers. He can realize that they're against him.
[00:54:15] It doesn't matter this week. He's on the block. If he's on the block on Thursday, it doesn't matter what he says, what he does. He's going home. There's no reason to keep him, uh, for both the crossover for both the vets, the red corner and the other side who would probably rather keep melody or Mallory or whoever else he's sitting next to. There's not really any reason to keep him. Now I say that there's something there. It's still, it's still more than nothing. He should still go for broke.
[00:54:45] He should blow up the crossovers. He should try to turn red corner against them. Try to get Haley to target the vets because they're pinning them against each other. Hey, we're being played. Haley. It won't work, but he could try because even if it does work, the time power veto would stop it, but he could try. And then if that doesn't work, he could still pitch to the other side. Hey, you still need me to, you still need to keep me around and Haley, you need to keep me around to go after them because, uh, I'm, I'm, uh, I'm, I'm going to full force against them.
[00:55:10] You, Taylor might be working with them or whatever, if I'm up a bug, but like, you know, none of it's really going to work, you know, like he's not Dan Giesling. Uh, so like, like this is, this is kind of a Dan Giesling spot. Uh, and, and nobody really gets out of those spots other than Dan Giesling. He's going to probably have to win something, but, but, but I would like to see him try, you know what I mean? Like that's, that's where we're at.
[00:55:38] I would just like to see him do something because at the end of the day, I still think it's a huge difference between, you know, sitting on the block all week, hoping that your allies will keep you around and then getting blindsided and then kind of just like poofing out of existence in the show versus blowing things up and going for broke and making a name for yourself and making good TV. Like, I don't think Drew wants to poof out of the show. I think he wants to make a, make an impact.
[00:56:08] So, you know, that's what we're hoping for that he'll make an impact, even if it doesn't work, cause it probably won't. At least he will have tried and done something and like, you know, been like a Mitch on big brother Canada to not, not a, not a survivor Mitch, but a Mitch, a big brother Canada Mitch to go out of the house being like, you're a cancer to this house. Like, you know, like do something. That's what we want. That's what I want. That's what I want. I mean, that's what I, that's definitely what we want. We need, like, we want to see that there's like, like life in him, you know, the game spirit,
[00:56:38] like the, the, the, the desire to stay. I hope something is going to be a catalyst. Like maybe if he loses, maybe he's keeping things cool in case he wins the veto. And then he could, you know, maybe, maybe then he'll, he'll have a little more power or whatever. But if, if he loses the veto, I think it might be a better, more of an opportunity for him to maybe blow things up because like, then he's going to be trying to scraping at straws or grasping at straws, just trying to stay in the game or do something. So. Yes.
[00:57:06] And people are saying like, oh, he's waiting. He's waiting. He's, he's, you know, he's, he's biding his time. Uh, to some small degree. Yes, he is, but not to the degree we need him to be right. Like, uh, and this is sort of exemplified by the fact that he talks to Barrett and, uh, and, and he's just like, yeah, do you think, do you think there might, they might be in on it?
[00:57:32] Like he thinks that the conspiracy is that the vets might be in on it because they're trying to take out melody. They're trying to cut off his options. He does not see the full picture. He thinks my worst case scenario is I lose melody right now, uh, because they're trying to cut my options off and maybe I'll do something about that. He does not see the truth of it yet. Uh, whether that's because he's willfully not seeing it or because he genuinely doesn't
[00:58:01] see it, but either way, um, the, the, the truth is clear in his face. Isn't that conversation with Devins? He talks to Kamu, uh, man, I'm so glad I had the handyman, right? Like, uh, handyman forever. Uh, so I was thinking, would you, would you like playing the veto with, for me, uh, and use the veto Kamu in his hood? Oh, that would be tough actually.
[00:58:31] Cause you know, Haley, I'm not sure. I mean, maybe, but I'm not sure. Um, he's like, Oh, all right. Um, he goes to Yash, bro. Yash Dapper Dans. Am I right? Uh, so I was thinking, would you, would, would you maybe want to play in the veto? Yeah. I don't know, bro. Actually, that would be, that would pull me in kind of a rough spot, bro.
[00:58:59] But like totally rooting for you rooting for you to win that veto, man. Totally. And so it becomes pretty clear to drew that nobody wants to use the veto on him. Uh, and that's when he talks to Barrett. He's like Barrett, nobody wants to use the veto on me. And Barrett says, then you're not a pawn. I mean, and that's when, that's when drew says, well, I think maybe they're all in on it. And there's like the cookout, but they're trying to take out my people.
[00:59:29] They're trying to take out melody. So I have no other options. Uh, like Devin's didn't even seem very bothered by this whole situation. I think they all knew that I was going up on the block. I think that they all, they all kind of were fine with it. Um, I don't want to believe it, but I think maybe that might be the case. Uh, and it's like, it's not only that you keep going. You're not even halfway there yet. He, he might have the, I mean, it's obviously you don't want to believe that you're all,
[00:59:59] everybody's lying to you, to your face, but it's pretty clear that if your allies are saying that they will not use the veto on you and they don't want to play for you because of what the head of household might want and the head of household might want to keep the nominations the same and wouldn't use the veto herself. It's kind of like, take the hint. It's a, it's a big hint. This is never the case. It's, it's, it's, it's never true that this, that when people are like, oh man, I don't
[01:00:27] even know what she's going to do as H2H. Like, I know we're all in a big alliance, but it's like, oh, we're all scared. We're right in the same boat as you. I might go up too. I don't even know. I'm nervous. What is she doing? What? She did that. What? She, why is she nominated one of us? It's so weird. You don't, you don't just do things in this game.
[01:00:49] Even the, the worst of players, unless you are truly a full wild card, no allies, completely separate from the game. Sam, uh, you don't just make decisions and everyone in your alliance is like, I don't even know. I don't even know. What? What? What is happening? Oh, you're on the block. Wow. Uh, it just doesn't work that way. It's never true.
[01:01:17] It's the most obvious thing in the world, but, uh, people, nobody's talking to you about the plan. You're the plan. You're the plan. Um, small update to the Lala saga. Uh, Angela talks to Haley. They are number one, annoyed with Kamu and his lyric thing. Number two, annoyed with Lala. Cause she still trusts Taylor. What's with that? Taylor didn't even want her here. Why did she just, she was so annoying.
[01:01:48] Uh, their plan did not work. They're annoyed about it. Um, Drew talks to Haley again, again, tells her he's not mad. This was a good move. It's a better conversation than the one before, but it's still not much. Uh, and then he talked to Melody and Mallory at the end of the day. Uh, he says, nobody wants to use the veto on me. So I guess I'm just picking Barrett. Like, uh, it's the best I got. Um, and, uh, there's plenty of conversations with Melody and Mallory. Of course, uh, just kind of commiserating annoyed, being annoyed with Haley.
[01:02:18] Uh, Mallory concerned that she might go up as a renom, um, so on and so forth. But that's pretty much the day. Pretty much the day. Um, it was a lot of the same though, over and over again. Um, and like, I, like everyone, I'm sure I do need to have a shakeup. I really wish these powers weren't in play. Like, I just want to see what, I want to see what the vets can do when they don't have any power.
[01:02:44] Like, I want to see how they actually play the game when they're, when somebody that's not in one of these core alliances that they, that they're in maybe nominates them or, you know, is not having these game conversations that they're getting to have. That would be really exciting for me. Um, I think I, I need you. I don't know if I want you to win or lose because I want to just, I want to see him activated in some sort of way. I want to see him do something. So I don't know if that's a win or lose situation for him, um, with the veto, but I am interested
[01:03:14] to see how it goes down. So there's that. I mean, I think the hope is that like, honestly, best case scenarios, Barrett just throws the veto. To him? Just in general. Okay. Just throws it. Cause he's not using it on drew. Are you kidding? Uh, that'd be kind of drama though. If he wins it and then he doesn't use it on drew like, ah, that's why he's, that's why he might throw it. Cause why he doesn't want to have to be in that spot.
[01:03:40] Um, so getting somebody that, you know, is going to throw the veto is better than cause he was also like, or I could just pick Lala and you know, hopefully he's not going to win, but like Lala number one can win. And even more importantly, Lala as a competitor in the veto could be against you. Like it could be a situation where you can gang up on people or pick people to compete against or like whatever. And having somebody that is against you, whether or not you think you can beat them is not good.
[01:04:07] Not as good as somebody who is going to just throw because they can't, they can't make a move against you. Uh, so, you know, Barrett is, I think the right choice here for sure. Um, so, uh, so yeah, that's, that's where we're at. The veto of course is very important here. Drew definitely needs it. Uh, if true does get it, then we get into a much more kind of like who's going to be
[01:04:35] evicted kind of territory with some potential vote intrigue. Uh, right now the week is very, very simple. Drew is evicted unless he wins something. Um, and the only question remaining with that scenario is will he wake up to the situation he's in and try to do something about it and blow things up?
[01:04:54] If true does win something, then it becomes which of Mallory, Melody, Taylor, maybe lyric, uh, get evicted this week and are in trouble. Um, so, uh, so that's, that's where we stand. That's where we're at. And I'm interested. So hopefully I, I'm, I'm looking forward to seeing what happens today on the feeds with like, obviously the veto, et cetera, et cetera.
[01:05:24] And I can't wait till Thursday to come around because I just need to see new people in power. I need something different to happen right now because it, you know, just having these people have this, this false sense of like power and it's like the way that they're just like dictating everybody's supposed to play the game. Like they want them to do. Nobody else is allowed to strategize because they're not the ones in power. Like nobody can have them conversations. It's just like, yeah, it was annoying last week with, with Jason going around like with the,
[01:05:50] with the teapot, but it was a point that like, yeah, people are going around and they're having game conversations. Like it is big brother. People do talk about the game. And so it has been frustrating so far this week with Haley being like, oh, only the, only, only my people are allowed to talk about, you know, the game and have like game discussions. It seems like nobody else is allowed to have their ideas on how the game goes. So I need a game shakeup, please, please, please. Yes. All right.
[01:06:18] Anything else you wanted to bring up from yesterday, Chantel? No, I think you got it all. All right, then that is what we have for you today. Stay tuned for the veto. I will be back tomorrow morning, 11 a.m. Eastern to update, you know, what happens today on the big brother, 28 live feeds, including the veto results and anything else that happens. If Drew does more at some point, uh, so stay tuned for that. In the meantime, check out my Patreon. I was streaming last night, uh, for the post nominations, uh, feeds.
[01:06:48] Uh, I was like, maybe, maybe we'll come back to a coin being flipped. Uh, but that did not happen. Of course, we just hung out instead. Uh, but in general, just go over there, check out Patreon. It's a good time. Um, and that's about it. Chantel, what do you got going on? Uh, well, other than turning off alarms, sorry about that. Um, I talk on recap kickback on Sundays about, it's like my journey through the flavor of love universe and the origin of New York. And right now we're onto rock of love.
[01:07:18] So we'll be doing episode three recap. My first time watching any of these shows, talking about it with Chappelle is a super fun time. Um, so that's pretty much what I have going on right now. All right. Well, thank you all so much for joining us here today. And I will see all of you next time.
