[00:00:50] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm your Taran Armstrong and I'm here today to update you on everything that happened yesterday
[00:00:55] [SPEAKER_02]: On the Big Brother 26 Live Feed, it was day 56 in the house
[00:01:02] [SPEAKER_02]: And I am here today on my own to talk to you about the events of the day
[00:01:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Including big move, big veto ceremony, big results, big drama
[00:01:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Lots going on today here to get through so we're gonna jump straight in of course
[00:01:24] [SPEAKER_02]: As you know, we are in a situation where Chelsea is the HOH
[00:01:35] [SPEAKER_02]: She nominated Angela and Kimo for eviction
[00:01:40] [SPEAKER_01]: But on day 55, Angela brought up some things about Leah
[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Got Chelsea's head spinning a little bit
[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Chelsea started thinking about making a move on Leah
[00:01:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Then it shifted to Quinn
[00:02:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Then they were up all night talking about Quinn
[00:02:05] [SPEAKER_02]: By the time it was 5am, the move was set against Quinn
[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_02]: They were planning to take this shot on Quinn, use the veto on Angela
[00:02:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Put Quinn on the block, send Quinn home
[00:02:22] [SPEAKER_02]: They were gonna kind of blame Leah for it as well
[00:02:26] [SPEAKER_02]: That was kind of the idea
[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_02]: So that's what we have here in the morning
[00:02:31] [SPEAKER_02]: In the morning, it turns out Leah did give Quinn a little bit of a heads up last night
[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_02]: The night before
[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Leah talked with Chelsea and MJ for a long time
[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_02]: She was throwing Quinn under the bus a bit
[00:02:46] [SPEAKER_02]: But then kind of tried to walk it back when she realized that they were
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Then trying to use that to put Quinn on the block
[00:02:52] [SPEAKER_02]: She did give Quinn a little bit of a heads up
[00:02:54] [SPEAKER_02]: MJ and Chelsea did plan to talk to Quinn prior to the veto ceremony
[00:02:59] [SPEAKER_02]: To let him know what was going to happen, not blindside him
[00:03:03] [SPEAKER_02]: They did have that conversation
[00:03:04] [SPEAKER_02]: It wasn't really much
[00:03:06] [SPEAKER_02]: The veto ceremony was very early yesterday
[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_02]: There was not a lot of space before the veto ceremony happened
[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_02]: For anything to change
[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn did try to pitch like, hey, I'm loyal to the five
[00:03:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Don't put me up, don't use the veto, this is silly
[00:03:25] [SPEAKER_02]: But they basically just kind of ignored him
[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_02]: They kind of like exited in the middle of the conversation
[00:03:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, sorry, the veto ceremony is coming up soon
[00:03:35] [SPEAKER_02]: So we got to get ready
[00:03:40] [SPEAKER_02]: And they did let him know that, hey, this is kind of Leah's fault
[00:03:43] [SPEAKER_02]: She was up all night with us talking about you throwing you under the bus
[00:03:48] [SPEAKER_02]: So the feeds went down for the veto ceremony
[00:03:54] [SPEAKER_02]: And yeah, I have a feeling that production did not want things to change
[00:04:02] [SPEAKER_02]: They definitely seemed to be pushing this meeting as quickly as possible
[00:04:09] [SPEAKER_02]: So the veto ceremony happened
[00:04:12] [SPEAKER_02]: And wouldn't you know it?
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_02]: MJ uses the veto on Angela
[00:04:15] [SPEAKER_02]: And Quinn goes on the block
[00:04:17] [SPEAKER_02]: It is now Quinn versus chemo for eviction
[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_02]: And that is where the nominations will stand until Thursday until the vote
[00:04:29] [SPEAKER_02]: No AI arena anymore, it's just these two on the block
[00:04:33] [SPEAKER_02]: That's how it goes
[00:04:36] [SPEAKER_02]: So then things get a little more interesting
[00:04:38] [SPEAKER_02]: Because there's a little bit more to talk about here after the veto ceremony
[00:04:42] [SPEAKER_02]: This is more time
[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Leah's pissed
[00:04:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Leah's not pleased about this
[00:04:49] [SPEAKER_02]: She was told straight up by Chelsea, you were one of the options to go up
[00:04:52] [SPEAKER_02]: So basically you should be grateful that it's Quinn and not you
[00:04:56] [SPEAKER_02]: She says to Quinn that MJ is just a puppet
[00:05:00] [SPEAKER_02]: Just doing what's good for other people
[00:05:03] [SPEAKER_02]: This is what I thought might happen with MJ
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Is that like this move does not really benefit her
[00:05:09] [SPEAKER_02]: It benefits Chelsea more
[00:05:11] [SPEAKER_02]: And so it really does look like she's making a move against her own interests
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_02]: For the interests of somebody else
[00:05:19] And...
[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_02]: She also says if Chelsea thinks she's going to beat T-Corps in Final 2
[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_02]: She's got another thing coming
[00:05:29] [SPEAKER_02]: Basically she's delusional
[00:05:31] [SPEAKER_02]: Basically like if MJ is playing for Chelsea and Chelsea is playing for T-Corps
[00:05:36] Then...
[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_02]: They're all idiots
[00:05:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn thinks he's in some deep trouble here
[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Obviously he is
[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_02]: Angela is very happy
[00:05:46] [SPEAKER_02]: And Chelsea tells the cameras that she does feel bad after all
[00:05:51] [SPEAKER_02]: That she had been talking with MJ the night before
[00:05:55] [SPEAKER_02]: They'd been really trying to get it like
[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Man, he totally deserves this
[00:05:59] [SPEAKER_02]: But once again Quinn's reaction kind of disarmed them
[00:06:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn is so non-defensive
[00:06:05] [SPEAKER_02]: He really just does not lash out
[00:06:08] [SPEAKER_02]: He takes it in
[00:06:09] [SPEAKER_02]: He has that vulnerability in him
[00:06:13] [SPEAKER_02]: Oddly despite the fact that the jokes maybe make it feel like he
[00:06:17] [SPEAKER_02]: Refrains from that vulnerability
[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_02]: But the vulnerability helps him here
[00:06:21] [SPEAKER_02]: And once again he has disarmed his opponents
[00:06:24] [SPEAKER_02]: And Chelsea again feels bad
[00:06:27] [SPEAKER_02]: He took it so well she does really like him
[00:06:31] [SPEAKER_02]: But she did the move she had to do
[00:06:35] [SPEAKER_02]: Now throughout the day
[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_02]: But especially initially
[00:06:38] [SPEAKER_02]: The explanation for why Quinn went on the block
[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_02]: Is all over the place
[00:06:44] [SPEAKER_02]: I mean it ranges from like
[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_02]: It's so inconsistent but like it ranges from
[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_02]: Oh, the inconsistencies with who you wanted out
[00:06:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Did you want out Kimo or did you want out Angela
[00:06:54] [SPEAKER_02]: And did you tell Leah that you wanted out Kimo
[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Or did you tell Leah that you wanted out Angela
[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_02]: Because she seemed to not know for sure
[00:07:01] [SPEAKER_02]: And so what's going on there
[00:07:03] [SPEAKER_02]: And hey, did Rubina try to work with you
[00:07:06] [SPEAKER_02]: Or did she not try to work with you
[00:07:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Why didn't you tell us any of this
[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_02]: What about Angela's theory
[00:07:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Were you trying to make an alliance
[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_02]: What about Leah throwing you under the bus
[00:07:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Why is she throwing you under the bus
[00:07:17] [SPEAKER_02]: But then also not a little bit
[00:07:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Like lots of different just wild stuff

[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_02]: Well, and also you're like good at competitions
[00:07:30] [SPEAKER_00]: Which is like the main thing
[00:07:36] [SPEAKER_02]: So Chelsea and MJ do talk about the trio
[00:07:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Now that this move has been made
[00:07:42] [SPEAKER_02]: They talk about this they say
[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, Quinn, he's on the block
[00:07:47] [SPEAKER_02]: We're taking the shot at Quinn
[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_02]: We're leaving the trio in the game
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_02]: Is that the right move
[00:07:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Because they're going to have the majority soon
[00:07:54] [SPEAKER_02]: They're going to be able to control the votes
[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_02]: And Chelsea says
[00:07:56] [SPEAKER_02]: They're not going to control the votes
[00:07:59] [SPEAKER_00]: They will need to survive one more week
[00:08:02] [SPEAKER_00]: After this
[00:08:04] [SPEAKER_02]: Then they will control the votes
[00:08:08] [SPEAKER_02]: So it's very important
[00:08:10] [SPEAKER_02]: MJ that you or Cam win the next HOH
[00:08:13] [SPEAKER_02]: And we take a shot at them
[00:08:14] [SPEAKER_02]: Then they won't be able to control the votes
[00:08:16] [SPEAKER_02]: And it's going to be great
[00:08:21] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't even need to like address
[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_02]: I think that logic in the first place
[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_02]: But I do want to say
[00:08:27] [SPEAKER_02]: There's often so much focus
[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_02]: On controlling the votes
[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_02]: Like whenever it's like
[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay, there's an alliance of seven
[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_02]: If we get down to 13 people
[00:08:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Then we'll always control the votes
[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_02]: Because we have the majority
[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_02]: This isn't survivor
[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_02]: This needs to stop
[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_02]: Because it happens every single season
[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_02]: This is not how Big Brother works
[00:08:59] [SPEAKER_02]: Vote control is not that important
[00:09:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Unless there's some kind of twist
[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_02]: Impacting things, impacting nominations
[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_02]: What matters is HOH
[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_02]: What matters is that if you have a majority
[00:09:12] [SPEAKER_02]: You are more likely to be the HOH
[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_02]: The HOH can control the vote flow
[00:09:17] [SPEAKER_02]: For the most part
[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_02]: As long as they're not idiots
[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_02]: And they don't put up people
[00:09:22] [SPEAKER_02]: That they don't want to leave
[00:09:23] [SPEAKER_02]: It's easy
[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_02]: If you have 10 people
[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_02]: In a house of 11 people
[00:09:31] [SPEAKER_02]: You control the votes, right?
[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_01]: Except if that one person wins HOH
[00:09:36] [SPEAKER_01]: They just put two of you on the block
[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Now who controls the votes, right?
[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_02]: Again, there are other scenarios
[00:09:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Where if you have a secret alliance
[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_02]: And you can guarantee
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Like say the cookout
[00:09:54] [SPEAKER_02]: And you can guarantee that one of your numbers
[00:09:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Is up against somebody that's not in your numbers
[00:09:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Then you can control the votes
[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_02]: To make sure that your alliance member
[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Is safe against the other person
[00:10:03] [SPEAKER_02]: But the thing that matters is the secrecy
[00:10:05] [SPEAKER_02]: The structure
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_02]: Just having raw numbers
[00:10:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Having a trio in the house
[00:10:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Does not mean you control the votes
[00:10:12] [SPEAKER_02]: It doesn't
[00:10:14] [SPEAKER_02]: If the trio wins
[00:10:15] [SPEAKER_02]: They're gonna put two of you up
[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_02]: They're not gonna put one of themselves up
[00:10:18] [SPEAKER_02]: If you win
[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna put two of the trio up
[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_00]: Because why would you put one of your own up?
[00:10:25] [SPEAKER_00]: The votes don't matter, okay
[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_00]: That's all I got there
[00:10:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Anyway
[00:10:33] [SPEAKER_02]: From Chelsea's point of view
[00:10:34] [SPEAKER_02]: It's vital that MJ or Cam
[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_02]: Wins the next HOH
[00:10:38] [SPEAKER_02]: And takes down one of the trio
[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_02]: So
[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn, in the meantime
[00:10:44] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn has this impression
[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_02]: Largely because one of the excuses
[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_02]: That he's on the block
[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_02]: Was his like supposed working with the Rubina thing
[00:10:51] [SPEAKER_02]: He's under the impression that Rubina
[00:10:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Kind of screwed him over
[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_02]: So he's kind of annoyed with her
[00:10:55] [SPEAKER_02]: She tries telling him
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_02]: That she didn't do anything
[00:10:57] [SPEAKER_02]: But I think part of this
[00:11:00] [SPEAKER_02]: Is that he has misplaced frustration
[00:11:02] [SPEAKER_02]: He's been told over and over
[00:11:03] [SPEAKER_02]: That Leah threw him under the bus
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_02]: And so initially
[00:11:06] [SPEAKER_02]: He's like, well what
[00:11:07] [SPEAKER_02]: But also Rubina threw me under the bus
[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm mad at Rubina then
[00:11:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Because he doesn't want to be mad at Leah
[00:11:12] [SPEAKER_02]: I think this eventually gets cleared up
[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_02]: Over the day
[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_02]: But it was a weird little thing that happened
[00:11:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn also talks to MJ
[00:11:21] [SPEAKER_02]: And
[00:11:22] [SPEAKER_02]: He kind of lets her explain
[00:11:24] [SPEAKER_02]: All of these inconsistencies
[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_02]: This is why I used the Vita
[00:11:27] [SPEAKER_02]: This is why you went on the block
[00:11:29] [SPEAKER_02]: Because of the things that Leah was saying
[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_02]: Because of the things that Angela was saying
[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_02]: Because of the things that Rubina was saying
[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_02]: And he says, I understand
[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_02]: That makes a lot of sense to me
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_02]: I get why this might have happened
[00:11:42] [SPEAKER_02]: That said
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm still loyal
[00:11:46] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm still loyal
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm still gonna work with you
[00:11:48] [SPEAKER_02]: We can't keep this trio in the game
[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_02]: If we let them stay
[00:11:51] [SPEAKER_02]: We are in trouble
[00:11:52] [SPEAKER_02]: You need me in this game
[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_02]: I will stay loyal to this
[00:11:56] [SPEAKER_02]: That's what I wanted to do in the first place

[00:12:02] [SPEAKER_02]: I actually believe you
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_02]: But in order for you to stay
[00:12:08] [SPEAKER_02]: You're gonna need Cam
[00:12:09] [SPEAKER_02]: And by extension
[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_02]: That means you're gonna need Chelsea
[00:12:11] [SPEAKER_02]: Because Cam will do what Chelsea says
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_02]: And so they talk for a little while
[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_02]: And it's a good conversation
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_02]: From Quinn's end
[00:12:21] [SPEAKER_02]: Again, he responds to this well
[00:12:24] [SPEAKER_02]: He genuinely is trying
[00:12:25] [SPEAKER_02]: To convince her that he understands
[00:12:28] [SPEAKER_02]: Why she would have done
[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_02]: Even though it made no sense
[00:12:30] [SPEAKER_02]: The way she explained it
[00:12:33] [SPEAKER_02]: But I understand
[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_02]: It makes sense to me
[00:12:35] [SPEAKER_02]: I get why you would have done it
[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_02]: That's my bad
[00:12:38] [SPEAKER_02]: But I'm telling you I'm loyal
[00:12:41] [SPEAKER_02]: And if you keep me
[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_02]: I'm still with you
[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_02]: And I'm going after that trio

[00:12:57] [SPEAKER_02]: Like maybe MJ is open
[00:12:59] [SPEAKER_02]: But I don't think Chelsea
[00:13:01] [SPEAKER_02]: Keeping me in a tie
[00:13:02] [SPEAKER_02]: Which means we need both MJ and Cam
[00:13:06] [SPEAKER_02]: And then also Angela like
[00:13:10] [SPEAKER_02]: That's rough
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_02]: That's a rough
[00:13:14] [SPEAKER_02]: But in the meantime
[00:13:15] [SPEAKER_02]: MJ goes to Chelsea
[00:13:16] [SPEAKER_02]: After her conversation with Quinn
[00:13:18] [SPEAKER_02]: And she says, hey, I just talked to Quinn
[00:13:21] [SPEAKER_02]: And I'm gonna
[00:13:21] [SPEAKER_02]: I gotta say it
[00:13:23] [SPEAKER_02]: I think he's right
[00:13:25] [SPEAKER_02]: I think that trio is more dangerous
[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_02]: Than the duo of Quinn and Leah
[00:13:29] [SPEAKER_02]: And I think that he will be loyal to us
[00:13:31] [SPEAKER_02]: Maybe we should keep Quinn
[00:13:35] [SPEAKER_02]: And Chelsea's like
[00:13:37] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know about that
[00:13:38] [SPEAKER_02]: I feel like it's a little late
[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_02]: It's a little late at this point
[00:13:43] [SPEAKER_02]: We just put him on the block
[00:13:45] [SPEAKER_02]: And MJ's like, I don't think so

[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_02]: And Chelsea says, look, I'm open to it
[00:14:01] [SPEAKER_02]: But I don't want to break a tie
[00:14:05] [SPEAKER_02]: So don't have me breaking a tie here
[00:14:06] [SPEAKER_02]: That's not what's gonna happen
[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_02]: Which means basically no
[00:14:10] [SPEAKER_02]: Because you can't expect Angela's vote
[00:14:12] [SPEAKER_02]: To keep Quinn, right?
[00:14:14] [SPEAKER_02]: She says, and plus
[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't know
[00:14:16] [SPEAKER_02]: I don't think Quinn will be loyal
[00:14:18] [SPEAKER_02]: He wasn't loyal to the Pentagon
[00:14:20] [SPEAKER_02]: He threw us under the bus
[00:14:23] [SPEAKER_02]: Why would he have done that
[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_02]: If he's not gonna
[00:14:25] [SPEAKER_02]: Like the Pentagon was loyal
[00:14:27] [SPEAKER_02]: And she has this conversation with Cam too
[00:14:28] [SPEAKER_02]: They're still salty about the Pentagon
[00:14:31] [SPEAKER_02]: They're like, the Pentagon was a proven loyal alliance
[00:14:34] [SPEAKER_02]: And Quinn turned on it
[00:14:36] [SPEAKER_02]: So what's gonna stop Quinn from turning on this five
[00:14:38] [SPEAKER_02]: That he keeps talking about
[00:14:41] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn is only loyal to Leah
[00:14:43] [SPEAKER_02]: She says
[00:14:44] [SPEAKER_02]: He loves her
[00:14:46] [SPEAKER_02]: And MJ does back down a little bit here
[00:14:49] [SPEAKER_02]: She is kind of convinced by this line of argument
[00:14:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Like yeah
[00:14:52] [SPEAKER_02]: You're kind of right
[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Quinn is only loyal to Leah
[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_02]: That is a problem
