Today, Taran and Aysha Welch recap the live feeds from day 16 of Big Brother 26.[00:00:10] [SPEAKER_04]: Armstrong talk Big Brother looking at the stuff from yesterday. All the drama, all the strategy and silliness from Fido to HOA. Single season, you know he is the reason, you know what's happening. Rob said that he could do it, tomorrow he will do it again.
[00:00:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Hello everyone and good morning. Welcome to our live feed update for August 1st. I'm your host Darren Armstrong and I'm here today to update you on everything that happened yesterday on the Big Brother 26 live feeds. It was day 16 in the house and it was it was slow day. Not a lot, not a lot happening yesterday on the feed.
[00:01:11] [SPEAKER_03]: So, uh, this, this used to be a trope of the live feed updates. Uh, I'd say this is gonna be a quick one. And then they weren't quick ones most of the time. But this might be a quick one. And with me to talk about this slow quick day is Asia. How you doing Asia?
[00:01:31] [SPEAKER_00]: Hello, Taryn. Um, yeah, it, I, I think it'll be a quick one too. Wasn't much, you know, going on, um, a lot of like cuts and things, but I do want to say, I know yesterday was your last day, you know, the last day to get the, uh, Kellis plushie. Right.
[00:01:52] [SPEAKER_00]: So I'm excited to announce that I'm doing pepper and cinnamon plushies.
[00:02:00] [SPEAKER_00]: If you're listening to just the audio, it's a very accurate representation of pepper and cinnamon, as you can see.
[00:02:06] [SPEAKER_03]: Because they are bears.
[00:02:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Right. Because they are bears, you know, it doesn't, you know, you may not look at it and say, oh, that's a dog. But if you're, if your imagination is as, you know, as expansive as it should be, you'll look at this and think pepper and cinnamon.
[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_03]: Listen, I can highly recommend getting a plushie.
[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, this is nice leftovers from helping like host a baby shower.
[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_00]: You're like, why do you have two replicas? I actually have like six of these. So the exact same teddy bear.
[00:02:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh boy. Well, uh, well, let's, let's get into it. Let's get into the day. Of course. Um, as we can see, uh, Chelsea.
[00:02:53] [SPEAKER_03]: The H wage, she nominated Angela, Kenny, Lisa for eviction. Kenny won the veto. He used it on himself.
[00:03:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Tucker was the replacement nominee. He volunteered for it. The eviction is going to be tonight.
[00:03:08] [SPEAKER_03]: The vote is still on Lisa unless she wins the AI arena competition, in which case it will be Angela.
[00:03:16] [SPEAKER_03]: That is how things currently stand. None of that changed yesterday. Uh, despite the fact that Angela spent all day campaigning to a bunch of people who are just like, sure.
[00:03:27] Yeah.
[00:03:29] [SPEAKER_03]: Which is funny because like Angela spent the day campaigning and like, especially for like Angela has assumed that she's going home from before, from when she was HOH basically.
[00:03:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and that has been a wild assumption given that people are actively trying to start alliances with her.
[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_03]: However, it's reached a point now where if I were in Angela's spot and I were, I was campaigning to stay, uh, and people responded to me in the way that they are responding to Angela.
[00:04:01] [SPEAKER_03]: I would think I'm a goner because she's like, listen, here's all the things I can do for you. Here's why I should stay.
[00:04:06] [SPEAKER_03]: And at this point they've told her already so many times we're keeping you, but at this point they're just like, whatever, they're just waiting for her to leave.
[00:04:14] [SPEAKER_03]: And so typically that's what you do to the person that you're voting out, but, but they're doing to the person that there's that's staying because she just doesn't believe them when she tells them that she's staying.
[00:04:24] [SPEAKER_03]: So they don't even bother anymore. Uh, and that is kind of like the current stand stance of things for Angela in the game.
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. I mean, they almost just see her as irrelevant because it's like, yeah, we're keeping you, but it's not like we're keeping you as like a potential number.
[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_00]: We're just keeping you because just to keep you, because why not? Like we know what to expect.
[00:04:46] [SPEAKER_03]: We want Lisa out more.
[00:04:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, literally. So it, it, it's almost like you can't blame Angela for feeling as on the outs as she is because she is right.
[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Like she is on the outs, but then it's like, she feels she's on the outs because she's going home, but it's like, no, um, is it worse that she's just so on the outs and she's still staying, but they're going to continue to treat her the same way because she's going to continue to act the same way.
[00:05:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Like she has time to turn a new leaf. She has time to be like, look, I look clean slate.
[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Forget my first HOH. Forget this week of me being on the block and all of the blowups.
[00:05:25] [SPEAKER_00]: Let's start fresh. I am a number. I, if you tell me something, I'm not going to tell a soul I'm done being the Alliance destroyer.
[00:05:35] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, to be fair, she does keep saying that, but then she just will, will then call somebody out the next time.
[00:05:41] [SPEAKER_00]: Exactly. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. With that statement has to come changed behavior, which I don't think she's yet ready to do, which is her own downfall.
[00:05:50] [SPEAKER_03]: It truly is. Like we talk about self-fulfilling prophecies a lot in big brother because it is a fairly common thing.
[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_03]: I think that happens, but Angela is perhaps the biggest example of a self-fulfilling prophecy where like she was at the top of the food chain.
[00:06:07] [SPEAKER_03]: She was at the top of a majority Alliance.
[00:06:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Week one HOH was crushing her opposition.
[00:06:14] [SPEAKER_03]: But in her own mind was convinced that she was on the bottom and that everyone hated her and everyone wanted her out and everyone was secretly against her.
[00:06:21] [SPEAKER_03]: And.
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Was so convinced that she pushed that narrative so hard that now it's true.
[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_03]: And she's like, see, I knew it.
[00:06:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah. And that's what's going to happen when she eventually is sitting with Julie.
[00:06:37] [SPEAKER_00]: She used to be like, I knew I was going home this week.
[00:06:40] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, yeah, you knew that any any chance you weren't a Joe H.
[00:06:44] [SPEAKER_00]: You knew you were going home.
[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just like, does she just want to be right?
[00:06:49] [SPEAKER_03]: She's going to be.
[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Listen, Julie, I made a hell of a run for the position I started in.
[00:06:59] [SPEAKER_03]: So that's what Angela's up to throughout the day.
[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, the of course, the biggest story still is this whole power situation.
[00:07:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, Angela told Tucker that Quinn had the power.
[00:07:13] [SPEAKER_03]: He didn't believe her.
[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_03]: But then Kimo said, no, Quinn does have the power.
[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and, uh, and Tucker with this newfound information, he's going to be.
[00:07:26] [SPEAKER_03]: He's feeling himself a little bit.
[00:07:28] [SPEAKER_03]: I know where both powers are.
[00:07:31] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, he has a conversation with Chelsea.
[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_03]: We mentioned this last night on the recap.
[00:07:35] [SPEAKER_03]: If, uh, if you did not hear that, uh, where basically I explained that, um, he was talking
[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_03]: to Chelsea.
[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_03]: He mentioned, Hey, guess what?
[00:07:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Lisa doesn't have the power.
[00:07:44] [SPEAKER_03]: I know who has the power.
[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm not going to tell you who has the power unless I get voted out.
[00:07:48] [SPEAKER_03]: In which case I'll whisper it into your ear.
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and this is quite a silly idea because Tucker is in fact on the block.
[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and Lisa is also on the block and he might be end up on the block against Lisa in a vote.
[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and for all he knows, uh, the power is the only thing stopping him from being voted
[00:08:07] [SPEAKER_03]: out over Lisa.
[00:08:09] [SPEAKER_03]: And I convince people that she doesn't have the power anymore and that he knows who has
[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_03]: the power might have access to the person who has the power, not willing to tell anybody
[00:08:17] [SPEAKER_03]: who has the power unless he gets voted out.
[00:08:19] [SPEAKER_03]: It's just, I've already expressed how.
[00:08:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:08:24] [SPEAKER_00]: The wild part too, though.
[00:08:25] [SPEAKER_00]: I think even if there wasn't the suspicion on Lisa of her having the power, he still thinks
[00:08:32] [SPEAKER_00]: she would be in a position to go home.
[00:08:34] [SPEAKER_00]: Like they would have another reason that they have talked up enough to be the reason, but
[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_00]: they've convinced themselves so much that we want Lisa out because she has the power.
[00:08:45] [SPEAKER_00]: So it would be as simple as, oh, she doesn't have the power.
[00:08:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Then we don't want her to go.
[00:08:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Huh?
[00:08:52] [SPEAKER_00]: So, you know, it's, it's, it's kind of smart on Tucker too.
[00:08:57] [SPEAKER_00]: Well, it's, it's good that he has the information.
[00:09:00] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not good that he's trying to make sure as many people know as possible that Lisa doesn't
[00:09:05] [SPEAKER_00]: have it.
[00:09:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, I think by him starting early enough, but maybe not just doing it today as in today
[00:09:11] [SPEAKER_00]: as in like Thursday eviction day, uh, we'll get those people's wheels turning, but I don't
[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_00]: know.
[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I, I think too many people, Lisa included, Lisa and Tucker are just banking on winning this
[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_00]: AI comp and not even being in that position.
[00:09:28] [SPEAKER_00]: And my prediction is Angela will win it.
[00:09:34] [SPEAKER_03]: We will see.
[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, he also has a conversation with Rubina later, um, and also mentions to Rubina that
[00:09:42] [SPEAKER_03]: he knows that Lisa actually does not have power.
[00:09:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and, uh, and this is the thing.
[00:09:51] [SPEAKER_03]: He does not really talk to Quinn about this.
[00:09:53] [SPEAKER_03]: He had already talked to Quinn about Angela and what she was saying.
[00:09:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Quinn continued to pretend like he didn't have the power.
[00:10:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Then chemo confirmed that Quinn did have the power and Tucker has not gone back to Quinn about
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_03]: this.
[00:10:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, instead he talks to Chelsea alluding to the fact that he knew who had it.
[00:10:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Then he talked to Rubina saying that he knew who had it and mentioned to Rubina, I might
[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_03]: just throw up both people who have the powers flush them both.
[00:10:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and Rubina, not knowing that he's talking about Quinn was like, yeah, go for it.
[00:10:26] [SPEAKER_02]: Um, I, I get the sense that like Tucker does not love the fact that Quinn hasn't told him.
[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[00:10:37] [SPEAKER_00]: And, and that's why, and that's why I say, I like, I'm glad that he hasn't revealed that
[00:10:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Quinn has it because I at least shows me that Tucker is playing the game.
[00:10:46] [SPEAKER_00]: Like he is, he is capable of keeping this information.
[00:10:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, it's just that part two of it of Lisa not having it is the danger in him, his situation
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_00]: right now.
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_00]: But I, I, I think, I think Quinn has just, he, he, he told too many people.
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I think he invested in Angela too early.
[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_00]: So now he's in this position where he could have been in a greater position across the
[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_00]: house.
[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_00]: He has all these things going on.
[00:11:15] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's like, is Quinn thinking?
[00:11:19] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause even Quinn at, at a point today on, you know, on this day, on this Wednesday, he
[00:11:25] [SPEAKER_00]: said, Oh, I think only chemo and Angela know when it's like this blind spot of Tucker knowing
[00:11:33] [SPEAKER_00]: can be, can be really dangerous.
[00:11:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[00:11:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[00:11:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And, and there was a conversation between chemo and Quinn, uh, where chemo was kind of
[00:11:43] [SPEAKER_03]: talking to Quinn about like, Hey, you know, Angela's spreading this stuff around.
[00:11:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Tucker seems to have heard some things from Angela.
[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, of course, chemo did not reveal that he confirmed to Tucker that Quinn had the power.
[00:11:56] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, but, uh, but chemo is trying to encourage Quinn to tell more people, uh, like, Hey, you
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_03]: should tell our allies that you have this.
[00:12:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and Quinn is just kind of like, yeah, maybe, but you know, like I would tell T-Core, but
[00:12:15] [SPEAKER_03]: I don't want people to be mad at me that like, I've kept the secret from them that I've been
[00:12:19] [SPEAKER_03]: lying to them.
[00:12:20] [SPEAKER_03]: And chemo's like, I don't think they will care.
[00:12:23] [SPEAKER_03]: I think that they will just be happy that we have the power and that we can use this
[00:12:27] [SPEAKER_03]: to our advantage, protect ourselves.
[00:12:29] [SPEAKER_03]: We can use this to like solidify what we're putting together.
[00:12:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and Quinn is just still very reluctant.
[00:12:36] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, he, he doesn't really want to do it.
[00:12:38] [SPEAKER_03]: And, and yeah, as you said, chemo was asking, like, does who else knows?
[00:12:42] [SPEAKER_03]: And Quinn says, just you and Angela.
[00:12:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and chemo's like, I think chemo is like, oops, really figured you would have told some
[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_03]: other people.
[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_03]: So I am in a little bit of trouble if you find out that I told Tucker, but, um, yeah,
[00:12:56] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, I, I, you know, I really feel like Quinn should be taking this hint.
[00:13:00] [SPEAKER_03]: I think that chemo is right.
[00:13:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, this is already getting out.
[00:13:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Quinn should get ahead of this and just tell some people about his power.
[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_03]: That's what I think.
[00:13:09] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:13:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause I mean, yes.
[00:13:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Quinn's fear of people being upset for a split second that he's been lying this whole time.
[00:13:19] [SPEAKER_00]: That could be true.
[00:13:21] [SPEAKER_00]: But I think if you compare to tell them now, deal with the consequences of like having
[00:13:27] [SPEAKER_00]: to respond to like, okay, yes, I did lie, but come up with some reasons why, right?
[00:13:33] [SPEAKER_00]: It's early, whatever.
[00:13:34] [SPEAKER_00]: If you compare that to using the power and no one, and you still haven't told people,
[00:13:41] [SPEAKER_00]: and then it does eventually come out for whatever reason now, because, you know, Tucker knows,
[00:13:47] [SPEAKER_00]: right?
[00:13:47] [SPEAKER_00]: Tucker could easily, easily reveal that.
[00:13:50] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, then it's like, that's worse because you've already, you're using the power against
[00:13:57] [SPEAKER_00]: people that you probably you've aligned with the whole house at this point.
[00:14:00] [SPEAKER_00]: So you're going to have to backstab people in order to use this power.
[00:14:04] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just like, you gotta look at the lesser two evils.
[00:14:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:14:08] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, it's, it's just, it's a situation where, um, I don't think anybody would be that upset
[00:14:15] [SPEAKER_03]: if he told them now because he didn't know anybody at the beginning of the game.
[00:14:22] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, they would, might be upset if they found out that he told chemo right away, but even
[00:14:26] [SPEAKER_03]: telling Angela makes sense.
[00:14:28] [SPEAKER_03]: He has a good story for it.
[00:14:29] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, like, Hey, Angela confronted me about it early on.
[00:14:32] [SPEAKER_03]: I was afraid she already knew she was the HOH.
[00:14:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Like I just, uh, and then I immediately regretted it.
[00:14:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And then I didn't tell anybody else.
[00:14:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, but once Angela starts saying, Hey, Quinn has the power and it starts getting out and
[00:14:48] [SPEAKER_03]: people start directly questioning you like, Hey, Quinn, is this true?
[00:14:53] [SPEAKER_03]: Do you have the power different now?
[00:14:56] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, it's, it's, it's a different thing.
[00:14:58] [SPEAKER_03]: It's a new, I think it's, it's one of those things where it's like, it feels like you're
[00:15:03] [SPEAKER_03]: just defending yourself from the previous infraction.
[00:15:06] [SPEAKER_03]: But the reality is this is a brand new infraction.
[00:15:09] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, one that is much worse than the original one.
[00:15:12] [SPEAKER_03]: And if you just owned up to the original one, things would probably be fine by trying to
[00:15:16] [SPEAKER_03]: cover up the original one.
[00:15:17] [SPEAKER_03]: You're making things way, way worse.
[00:15:19] [SPEAKER_03]: I think.
[00:15:20] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, now he's not quite at that point yet because he's not being directly questioned
[00:15:24] [SPEAKER_03]: by many people yet.
[00:15:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Even Tucker wasn't really like directly like, Hey, really tell me you have it or not.
[00:15:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, but if that does occur, that's what, like, you need to be ready for what you're going
[00:15:38] [SPEAKER_03]: to do.
[00:15:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and cause, cause even like a hesitation where it's like, do I lie to this person?
[00:15:45] [SPEAKER_03]: It's depending on the person you're talking to can be read and then they will know like
[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_03]: this.
[00:15:50] [SPEAKER_03]: He really didn't want to have to tell me this.
[00:15:52] [SPEAKER_03]: And I forced him to, uh, as opposed to like, Oh, thank God I've been wanting to tell you.
[00:15:57] [SPEAKER_03]: I just didn't know how, you know, like, so I, I just think he needs to be thinking about
[00:16:01] [SPEAKER_03]: this and not just pushing it down the road more.
[00:16:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And the wild part is, is he has a blueprint.
[00:16:07] [SPEAKER_00]: It's not like somebody else doesn't have a power in the house who has already told so many
[00:16:11] [SPEAKER_00]: people and you'd gotten to see how people reacted to it.
[00:16:15] [SPEAKER_00]: I feel like the fact that, cause he knows right about McKenzie's power.
[00:16:20] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, yeah.
[00:16:21] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, it's, it's, it's pretty out there.
[00:16:24] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and, uh, but I don't know if he knows the full details at this point, but I'm pretty
[00:16:30] [SPEAKER_03]: sure everybody knows now that McKenzie has.
[00:16:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:16:32] [SPEAKER_00]: Cause I was thinking because of the Chelsea of it all and the Pentagon, like I thought Chelsea
[00:16:37] [SPEAKER_00]: had shared it with them.
[00:16:38] [SPEAKER_00]: And so now Quinn can see how they've reacted like, and it didn't land her on the block this
[00:16:42] [SPEAKER_00]: week, at least like, so I think this would have been the perfect opportunity.
[00:16:48] [SPEAKER_00]: The noms are locked in.
[00:16:50] [SPEAKER_00]: There's no immediate danger besides like, Oh, who could possibly get HOH?
[00:16:55] [SPEAKER_00]: It just feels like there was enough time to kind of deal with the consequences.
[00:16:58] [SPEAKER_00]: And if he, if he, if what Kimo is saying, like finally sets in now, like, okay, wait,
[00:17:04] [SPEAKER_00]: Angela may have like, she may Quinn may blame Angela for if he finds out Tucker knows he may
[00:17:11] [SPEAKER_00]: just automatically blame Angela.
[00:17:13] [SPEAKER_00]: And so it, I mean, she technically did tell him first, Tucker didn't believe her, but whatever.
[00:17:18] [SPEAKER_00]: And so I think that could be an angle that Kimo could play and he could still be in good
[00:17:25] [SPEAKER_00]: with Quinn, but it's still, it's, it's dangerous because now that it's floating out there,
[00:17:32] [SPEAKER_00]: specifically Tucker can learn how Quinn lies because now he knows, okay, he's lying about
[00:17:38] [SPEAKER_00]: this power.
[00:17:39] [SPEAKER_00]: If he starts to read how he's lying about other things, like Quinn's whole game is exposed
[00:17:43] [SPEAKER_00]: to Tucker at the very least.
[00:17:45] [SPEAKER_00]: And Tucker was, I think he's on the edge of telling Rubina, like just going ahead and
[00:17:52] [SPEAKER_00]: spilling the name.
[00:17:53] [SPEAKER_00]: I mean that last night was a start, but I think he'll eventually get there.
[00:17:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, I agree.
[00:18:01] [SPEAKER_03]: So, uh, there is, there are some later conversations with Quinn and Kimo, uh, and T-Cord to some degree,
[00:18:08] [SPEAKER_03]: uh, where they're going to be talking about again, the Alliance and the group of people that
[00:18:13] [SPEAKER_03]: they're trying to work with, and they start talking about who else should we be pulling
[00:18:16] [SPEAKER_03]: in?
[00:18:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Should it be Brooklyn?
[00:18:18] [SPEAKER_03]: Should it be Chelsea?
[00:18:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and at this point, I'm just, I'm just over it.
[00:18:24] [SPEAKER_03]: I'm just over it.
[00:18:27] [SPEAKER_02]: We're still talking about this.
[00:18:32] [SPEAKER_02]: Like just choose, just do something.
[00:18:38] [SPEAKER_00]: You can literally make up any arrangement of people because, oh, is it going to be four?
[00:18:45] [SPEAKER_00]: Is it going to be five is going to be six so we can do eight?
[00:18:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Oh, let's maybe we pluck out this person and add this person.
[00:18:52] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just like commit, commit.
[00:18:57] [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[00:18:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and, and like, again, like I feel like the, the blueprint is, is there.
[00:19:04] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's a pretty easy one.
[00:19:06] [SPEAKER_03]: If all like, again, like if, if they had just locked in with Rubina and Tucker, uh, told everyone
[00:19:12] [SPEAKER_03]: about the power, this whole power situation wouldn't even be an issue.
[00:19:15] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, you don't need Chelsea.
[00:19:18] [SPEAKER_03]: You don't need Brooklyn.
[00:19:19] [SPEAKER_03]: They are both very smart, very dangerous players to include because they have lots of other options
[00:19:25] [SPEAKER_03]: and connections.
[00:19:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and you can then with that base established, continue to work on relationships with people
[00:19:34] [SPEAKER_03]: like Brooklyn and Chelsea without giving them your whole playbook.
[00:19:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and it's, it's just seems so simple to me and, and they know, they all know this
[00:19:43] [SPEAKER_03]: too.
[00:19:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Like when knows this, he's talked about it, but they keep talking in circles around these,
[00:19:48] [SPEAKER_03]: these different options of like, well, but what if we do want to include Chelsea here?
[00:19:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Or what if we do want to include Brooklyn here?
[00:19:55] [SPEAKER_03]: Or what if we want to go with a six person or a seven person?
[00:19:58] [SPEAKER_03]: Should we, should we have Tucker?
[00:20:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Like, should we talk to Kenny?
[00:20:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Like it's, you're, you're just spinning around circles and at some point you need to land
[00:20:08] [SPEAKER_03]: somewhere because you're wasting a lot of time here.
[00:20:12] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and you know, you're, you're not going to have these options forever.
[00:20:16] [SPEAKER_03]: And again, like if somebody like, uh, maybe Cam, maybe Cedric, maybe MJ, like maybe Leah,
[00:20:24] [SPEAKER_03]: like if somebody outside of this, this potential grouping wins HOH, what are you going to do
[00:20:29] [SPEAKER_03]: then?
[00:20:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:20:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Include them?
[00:20:32] [SPEAKER_03]: Like, what are we doing?
[00:20:34] [SPEAKER_03]: Quinn's going to take over their HOH and then everyone knows that it's him, but you haven't
[00:20:38] [SPEAKER_03]: locked anything in yet.
[00:20:39] [SPEAKER_03]: And so now it's weird.
[00:20:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Like.
[00:20:42] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, it's, it's, I, it's almost, they're creating this culture that in, in order to agree
[00:20:51] [SPEAKER_00]: with other people and have the same plan, you have to have an established alliance that is
[00:20:56] [SPEAKER_00]: named and we've committed and we've had a group meeting when it's just like, yeah, you can
[00:21:02] [SPEAKER_00]: have your, your, your, your trust, your trusted people that you have locked it in with already.
[00:21:08] [SPEAKER_00]: And you can trust people outside of that circle.
[00:21:11] [SPEAKER_00]: You can trust people that are, you know, that you haven't officially attached yourself to,
[00:21:17] [SPEAKER_00]: but because they're just like toying with these things, like you said, they're wasting
[00:21:21] [SPEAKER_00]: time and you're allowing those other people to create trust with other people who may
[00:21:27] [SPEAKER_00]: not think, Oh, I need to have this established.
[00:21:29] [SPEAKER_00]: Like, no, I just need to trust this person.
[00:21:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:21:35] [SPEAKER_03]: So that's happening over there.
[00:21:37] [SPEAKER_03]: And then if you weren't frustrated enough, Chelsea still hung up on the Cam and Leah thing,
[00:21:44] [SPEAKER_03]: which listen, understandable, the Cam and Leah thing is annoying.
[00:21:50] [SPEAKER_03]: But, but Chelsea is very much still kind of like talking about Cam, talking about Leah,
[00:21:55] [SPEAKER_03]: talking about how frustrated she is.
[00:21:56] [SPEAKER_03]: And, and my frustration with Chelsea right now is that like MJ and Leah are great allies
[00:22:02] [SPEAKER_03]: for you at this point.
[00:22:03] [SPEAKER_03]: Like they don't have anybody else.
[00:22:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Like I don't like how expendable you feel they are.
[00:22:09] [SPEAKER_03]: I mean, granted, they are expendable.
[00:22:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Sure.
[00:22:12] [SPEAKER_03]: But like, they're great numbers for you.
[00:22:14] [SPEAKER_03]: A great power base.
[00:22:16] [SPEAKER_03]: And of course, so is Cam.
[00:22:19] [SPEAKER_03]: And, and so like, I think like ditching them for that group over there that's already established
[00:22:26] [SPEAKER_03]: that is considering whether or not they want to maybe include you as their bottom number,
[00:22:30] [SPEAKER_03]: your number, probably not the best idea, which is almost why it's, I think it might be better
[00:22:34] [SPEAKER_03]: for her if that group does approach her like, Hey, we want to pull you in Chelsea.
[00:22:38] [SPEAKER_03]: And then maybe she will realize, wait a minute, there's a whole thing going on over here.
[00:22:43] [SPEAKER_03]: Maybe I should make sure I'm locking this stuff up over here.
[00:22:47] [SPEAKER_03]: But, but she is, she is very much still frustrated about it.
[00:22:52] [SPEAKER_03]: And she doesn't like all the patty cake being played between Leah and Cam.
[00:22:58] [SPEAKER_00]: All the, all the cupcaking.
[00:23:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Cupcaking.
[00:23:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Sorry.
[00:23:01] [SPEAKER_03]: That was, that was perhaps what it was.
[00:23:03] [SPEAKER_03]: I was like, I remembered that it didn't make sense.
[00:23:05] [SPEAKER_03]: And I think I somehow tried to make it seem like it made more sense to me, but I don't
[00:23:09] [SPEAKER_03]: know.
[00:23:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:23:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Like I hear, I've heard, definitely heard like caking, like people say like people are
[00:23:14] [SPEAKER_00]: caking if they're just like being sweet with each other.
[00:23:18] [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[00:23:19] [SPEAKER_00]: But cupcaking was a, I was like, maybe that's a different part of, you know, maybe that's
[00:23:24] [SPEAKER_00]: what they use in like her state.
[00:23:26] [SPEAKER_00]: You know, Thanksgiving, I don't know.
[00:23:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I know language just evolves throughout the States and different regions of the country.
[00:23:33] [SPEAKER_00]: But yeah, I was like, okay, cupcaking.
[00:23:35] [SPEAKER_00]: That's interesting.
[00:23:36] [SPEAKER_00]: But I think what's happening with Chelsea here is she's HOH.
[00:23:41] [SPEAKER_00]: And I think she is kind, that has kind of warped her view of her position in the house.
[00:23:47] [SPEAKER_00]: She's like, I'm at the top.
[00:23:49] [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[00:23:49] [SPEAKER_00]: So, and I, you know, I have the, the Pentagon.
[00:23:52] [SPEAKER_00]: I have my core, you know, that, you know, even though I feel iffy on cam, I feel, you
[00:23:58] [SPEAKER_00]: know, I feel good without understanding the other dynamics in the house, understanding
[00:24:02] [SPEAKER_00]: everything that Quinn is doing.
[00:24:04] [SPEAKER_00]: And so I think it's like, if she had not won HOH, I think she would have a more solid
[00:24:09] [SPEAKER_00]: understanding of, I need to be whatever, whatever numbers I can pick up right now.
[00:24:14] [SPEAKER_00]: And so I, I hope that, you know, after her HOH reign, she is able to kind of, it, the, her,
[00:24:22] [SPEAKER_00]: her vision can be a little bit more clear.
[00:24:25] [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[00:24:26] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, the night went on and, uh, the have nots finally ended their have not penis.
[00:24:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, but somebody was very annoyed about this.
[00:24:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, Kenny was trying to sleep and, uh, he was not a fan of the celebrations.
[00:24:46] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and, uh, apparently we'll like went and yelled at everyone, but of course the feeds
[00:24:52] [SPEAKER_03]: were not on for it.
[00:24:54] Yeah.
[00:24:55] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah, he, he, uh, he was a, um, he was trying, he was trying to get his, uh, his rest in and
[00:25:03] [SPEAKER_00]: is just very annoyed that all the young people are being loud and rowdy.
[00:25:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Kenny, I'd like to see you, how you feel at the end of being a have not and wanting to
[00:25:13] [SPEAKER_00]: celebrate.
[00:25:14] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just like, it wasn't some random occurrence.
[00:25:17] [SPEAKER_00]: They weren't randomly playing hide and seek.
[00:25:20] [SPEAKER_00]: They weren't randomly trying to play mafia.
[00:25:23] [SPEAKER_00]: Like they were celebrating because the have nots are over.
[00:25:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Like there's just a level of understanding that he is consistently just thinking he's
[00:25:33] [SPEAKER_00]: living in regular life.
[00:25:35] [SPEAKER_00]: Like he reacts to these things as if it's his everyday life.
[00:25:38] [SPEAKER_00]: It's just like, you're in the big brother house.
[00:25:41] [SPEAKER_00]: There are things that are going to happen that you may not, you, you wouldn't have chosen
[00:25:44] [SPEAKER_00]: to do, or you wouldn't have planned to happen, but it's going to happen and it can't
[00:25:49] [SPEAKER_00]: get under your skin every single time.
[00:25:51] [SPEAKER_00]: Hmm.
[00:25:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:25:52] [SPEAKER_03]: And it feels like, uh, the producers have gotten to a point where they're, they're now
[00:25:56] [SPEAKER_03]: using the strategy of like, oh, they're onto us.
[00:25:59] [SPEAKER_03]: We cut the feeds every time there's something controversial.
[00:26:01] [SPEAKER_03]: So people know there's controversial stuff happening.
[00:26:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Ah, we know the solution.
[00:26:07] [SPEAKER_03]: We'll cut the feeds when anything remotely dramatic is happening.
[00:26:10] [SPEAKER_03]: And then they won't know whether or not there's controversy happening because it's just always
[00:26:15] [SPEAKER_03]: cutting.
[00:26:19] [SPEAKER_00]: I know.
[00:26:20] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just like all the, we only got the remnants of this.
[00:26:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Everyone's response.
[00:26:25] [SPEAKER_00]: You get Rubina like y'all, please.
[00:26:28] [SPEAKER_00]: Kenny is going to kill us if we keep being loud.
[00:26:31] [SPEAKER_00]: And it's just like, it's funny because they were just walking on eggshells the rest of the
[00:26:37] [SPEAKER_00]: evening because they didn't want Kenny to explode again.
[00:26:40] [SPEAKER_00]: And we're like, geez, what did Kenny say?
[00:26:42] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:26:45] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, that was honestly pretty much it.
[00:26:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Leah, uh, fell and hit her face.
[00:26:51] [SPEAKER_03]: That happened.
[00:26:52] [SPEAKER_00]: On the kitchen counter.
[00:26:56] [SPEAKER_00]: Hope she's okay.
[00:26:58] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:27:00] [SPEAKER_03]: I hit my chin on a trash can once.
[00:27:03] [SPEAKER_00]: Did it hurt?
[00:27:04] [SPEAKER_03]: It did hurt.
[00:27:05] [SPEAKER_03]: I got stitches.
[00:27:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Whoa.
[00:27:07] [SPEAKER_00]: That's serious.
[00:27:08] [SPEAKER_03]: I was a kid.
[00:27:08] [SPEAKER_03]: I was, I was, I was climbing on the counter.
[00:27:10] [SPEAKER_03]: Oh, pretty, pretty hard fall.
[00:27:14] [SPEAKER_00]: Consequences of your own actions.
[00:27:17] [SPEAKER_00]: So you're just like Leah.
[00:27:19] [SPEAKER_03]: I guess.
[00:27:20] [SPEAKER_00]: You just talk, talk, talk, talk all the time.
[00:27:23] [SPEAKER_00]: And, uh, and then climb up on the counter.
[00:27:26] [SPEAKER_00]: Climb up on counters.
[00:27:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:27:27] [SPEAKER_00]: Y'all are so similar.
[00:27:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:27:30] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, yeah, it really was, uh, quite a slow day.
[00:27:34] [SPEAKER_03]: It's been a bit of a slow week since the, uh, since the, uh, the, the Angela blow up stuff.
[00:27:42] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, so, uh, it's really the excitement tonight is who wins that AI arena competition.
[00:27:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, Lisa basically has a one in three chance of surviving the night.
[00:27:54] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, in some ways, if she does, it's a decent chance.
[00:27:58] [SPEAKER_03]: You just target again.
[00:28:00] [SPEAKER_03]: Pretty soon after, but yeah, we'll see.
[00:28:03] [SPEAKER_03]: There's a lot that could happen.
[00:28:04] [SPEAKER_03]: So, uh, stay tuned for all of that.
[00:28:06] [SPEAKER_03]: Asia, anything else that you wanted to bring up from yesterday?
[00:28:08] [SPEAKER_00]: Well, I guess on the, on the Chelsea of it all, Liam and MJ did sleep in the, in the HOH room last night with Chelsea.
[00:28:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Maybe that bonding will help it at Chelsea.
[00:28:20] [SPEAKER_00]: See, you know, what, where they could fit into her game.
[00:28:24] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, but it, it probably was just like, I was just helping you sleep away from Angela.
[00:28:32] [SPEAKER_00]: I think who else was it?
[00:28:33] [SPEAKER_00]: Quinn slept in Cedric's bed.
[00:28:35] [SPEAKER_00]: So he didn't have to sleep near Angela.
[00:28:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yes.
[00:28:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Didn't want to get yelled at.
[00:28:39] [SPEAKER_00]: Right.
[00:28:40] [SPEAKER_00]: When it's like, they're already treating her like she's out of the house.
[00:28:43] [SPEAKER_00]: They're trying to avoid her.
[00:28:45] [SPEAKER_00]: So it's just like, then just, I know us as feed watchers don't want her to go out of the house because, well, might as well at this point with all the feed cuts.
[00:28:57] [SPEAKER_00]: But if for any level of entertainment, okay, keep Angela, right?
[00:29:02] [SPEAKER_00]: But if they're going to keep treating her like this, there's nothing for her to do.
[00:29:06] [SPEAKER_00]: There's nowhere for her to go.
[00:29:07] [SPEAKER_00]: There's no drama to be had because they don't care anymore.
[00:29:11] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, so yeah, whatever.
[00:29:13] [SPEAKER_00]: We'll see what happens tonight.
[00:29:15] [SPEAKER_00]: I think it'll be very interesting.
[00:29:17] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, interesting results, uh, from the AI comp.
[00:29:21] [SPEAKER_00]: And since there have been equitable, equitable comps, that's what I'm thinking.
[00:29:25] [SPEAKER_00]: Uh, Hey, it's probably going to be Angela.
[00:29:27] [SPEAKER_00]: And then, uh, it'll be interesting to see.
[00:29:29] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't think that obviously we saw last week with the lack of campaigning right after, maybe they have it a little bit more fleshed out this week.
[00:29:38] [SPEAKER_00]: But with the lack of time in between that and deciding to vote, it probably will easily be Lisa.
[00:29:44] [SPEAKER_00]: I don't see any situation where like if, if Angela wins, I don't see any situation where their last minute trying to flip it on Tucker.
[00:29:50] [SPEAKER_03]: But I, I do think there's a non-zero chance that Angela in her 60 seconds outs Quinn's power to the entire house in a desperate attempt to reverse what she thinks is a guaranteed eviction.
[00:30:06] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:30:07] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:30:08] [SPEAKER_00]: True.
[00:30:10] [SPEAKER_00]: Wow.
[00:30:11] [SPEAKER_00]: And that, and, and that short amount of time you flipped me to wanting Tucker to win the AI comp, the AI arena.
[00:30:20] [SPEAKER_00]: Um, yeah, I think, yeah, Angela, if Angela ends up on the block at voting time, I think that, yeah, you're very right.
[00:30:29] [SPEAKER_00]: She has no reason not to.
[00:30:31] [SPEAKER_03]: Well, she has a lot of reasons not to, but in her mind, maybe.
[00:30:34] [SPEAKER_00]: In her mind, she has no reason not to.
[00:30:37] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:30:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:30:38] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, all right, then.
[00:30:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, I think that's what we have for you today.
[00:30:42] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, hopefully we'll have some more to talk to you, uh, uh, with, uh, tomorrow, uh, as, uh, we'll have a new HOA, probably some new potential nominations.
[00:30:54] [SPEAKER_03]: So I'll be back tomorrow morning, 11am Eastern to update you on everything that happens today and tonight on the big brother 26 live feeds.
[00:31:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, I'll also be live tonight on Twitch watching the episode.
[00:31:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, we experimented a little last night.
[00:31:08] [SPEAKER_03]: We left the stream up for people to just like come in, hang out and chat in the chat about feeds if you want.
[00:31:13] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, and then I can pop in here and there, uh, if, uh, if, uh, there's something going on or if I'm around.
[00:31:19] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, so if you want to just like hang out, uh, at, on my Twitch page tonight, you can, um, have some fun over there.
[00:31:28] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and of course we will have a podcast.
[00:31:32] [SPEAKER_03]: We'll recap the episode, uh, after it airs tonight, uh, our second eviction of the season.
[00:31:39] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, and, uh, Q and a tomorrow, um, plenty of, uh, big brother stuff still coming.
[00:31:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, we've got the getaway coverage.
[00:31:49] [SPEAKER_03]: We've got scripted show stuff happening.
[00:31:52] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, lots of, lots of fun things.
[00:31:54] [SPEAKER_03]: And yes, uh, sorry.
[00:31:55] [SPEAKER_03]: I said 11am Eastern.
[00:31:56] [SPEAKER_03]: It's actually not 11am Eastern.
[00:31:57] [SPEAKER_03]: It's noon Eastern tomorrow, noon Eastern, because we will also have an interview with the evicted house guest that will be taking place during the regular update time.
[00:32:07] [SPEAKER_03]: So noon Eastern for the update and stay tuned for the, uh, exit interview as well.
[00:32:11] [SPEAKER_03]: Asia, what do you got?
[00:32:13] [SPEAKER_00]: Yeah.
[00:32:13] [SPEAKER_00]: So I joined Jenny autumn on the claim to fame podcast this week.
[00:32:18] [SPEAKER_00]: So we had a lot of fun while Rob was away traveling.
[00:32:22] [SPEAKER_00]: So I had so much fun with Jenny.
[00:32:24] [SPEAKER_00]: So go check that out.
[00:32:25] [SPEAKER_00]: And then of course you could follow me anywhere on all social media at Asia, like Asia that's a Y S H a like A S I a.
[00:32:32] [SPEAKER_03]: All right.
[00:32:33] [SPEAKER_03]: Well, thank you all so much for joining us here tonight or sorry this morning.
[00:32:40] [SPEAKER_03]: Where's my brain?
[00:32:41] [SPEAKER_03]: And I'm waiting for tonight is really the thing.
[00:32:44] [SPEAKER_03]: Like, uh, geez, this was, it's a rough one.
[00:32:47] [SPEAKER_03]: This is a rough, uh, rough day.
[00:32:48] [SPEAKER_03]: Not a lot.
[00:32:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Not a lot.
[00:32:49] [SPEAKER_03]: Uh, thank you all for joining us here today and I will see all of you next time.
