[00:01:20] [SPEAKER_02]: Last night, very fun podcast.
[00:01:22] [SPEAKER_02]: Heisem from last season joined us to talk about everybody in the house.
[00:01:29] [SPEAKER_02]: I had more than a few laughs with Heisem.
[00:01:32] [SPEAKER_02]: So be sure to check out our recap from last night of the entire eviction.
[00:01:38] [SPEAKER_02]: And then of course if you want to see the video of this,
[00:01:41] [SPEAKER_02]: you can also do so always at our YouTube channel at robbiswhipz.com.
[00:01:45] [SPEAKER_02]: Big Brother live feed update coming up on Friday.
[00:01:48] [SPEAKER_02]: And then also our Patreon Q&A at 3.
[00:01:51] [SPEAKER_02]: But I see that we have Brooklyn on the line.
[00:01:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Let's go ahead and bring her in.
[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Hey, Brooklyn.
[00:01:56] [SPEAKER_02]: Good morning, Rob Cisterino and Taryn Armstrong here to talk with you.
[00:02:01] [SPEAKER_02]: How are you doing?
[00:02:02] [SPEAKER_01]: Gosh, I am very, very excited but also sad to be talking to you, Rob and Taryn.
[00:02:08] [SPEAKER_01]: Big, big fan of both of yours.
[00:02:12] [SPEAKER_01]: So wish I wasn't talking to you but hey.
[00:02:15] [SPEAKER_02]: Thank you so much.
[00:02:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Wish this was a deeper dive that we had with you today but we got to jump into it.
[00:02:21] [SPEAKER_02]: So Brooklyn, can you tell us from your perspective,
[00:02:23] [SPEAKER_02]: things look like they were going so well and as somebody who had you in the draft,
[00:02:27] [SPEAKER_02]: I was feeling it too.
[00:02:28] [SPEAKER_02]: But where do you feel like it all went wrong?
[00:02:32] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh.
[00:02:33] [SPEAKER_01]: When boys get in charge, things go wrong.
[00:02:36] [SPEAKER_01]: Has that happened before?
[00:02:38] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, all the time.
[00:02:39] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh my gosh.
[00:02:41] [SPEAKER_01]: When Quinn decided to use his power week four and use Cedric as one of the nominees,
[00:02:49] [SPEAKER_01]: it should have raised a bigger flag in my head than it did.
[00:02:53] [SPEAKER_01]: And I was just really trusting in the Pentagon and tried to keep on telling Quinn
[00:02:58] [SPEAKER_01]: that this is where my eggs are and you can trust me and he just didn't.
[00:03:02] [SPEAKER_01]: So that was the start of the downfall.
[00:03:05] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah, we saw that Quinn had talked to you about feeling like the two of you
[00:03:09] [SPEAKER_03]: were on the outside of the Pentagon's power structure.
[00:03:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Were you trying to just make him feel comfortable with it?
[00:03:17] [SPEAKER_03]: Were you worried that he might try and do something else?
[00:03:20] [SPEAKER_01]: You know at the time I wasn't worried.
[00:03:23] [SPEAKER_01]: I should have locked in that final two with him there in that storage room
[00:03:26] [SPEAKER_01]: when we first had that conversation but at that time I had already had like three final twos.
[00:03:32] [SPEAKER_01]: So I wasn't so quick to get into another one but I should have to really,
[00:03:39] [SPEAKER_01]: really lock him in because I didn't and I think that that might have,
[00:03:44] [SPEAKER_01]: once he saw how close Chelsea and I were getting and that Cedric really enjoyed me,
[00:03:49] [SPEAKER_01]: I think it worried him.
[00:03:51] [SPEAKER_01]: And so of course he went out and did what he had to do
[00:03:55] [SPEAKER_01]: and painted me as the little bit of a mastermind of things.
[00:03:59] [SPEAKER_02]: Brooklyn, can you help us understand the hold that Tucker seems to have
[00:04:05] [SPEAKER_02]: over these people in the house?
[00:04:08] [SPEAKER_01]: I have said Tucker is like a little kid on the playground that got picked last
[00:04:13] [SPEAKER_01]: and is angry. No one wanted to work with him the first couple of weeks
[00:04:18] [SPEAKER_01]: and because everyone already had alliances, hello its big brother,
[00:04:23] [SPEAKER_01]: he got angry and wanted to just start blowing up everyone else's game
[00:04:28] [SPEAKER_01]: and he can because he's good at competitions.
[00:04:32] [SPEAKER_01]: But in the big brother house you know that when you win H-O-H
[00:04:35] [SPEAKER_01]: you can't play the next week and that was kind of my game play this week
[00:04:40] [SPEAKER_01]: is like leave me here and I will do it.
[00:04:44] [SPEAKER_01]: I'll be the one to take the shot, I'll be the one to take the fall
[00:04:48] [SPEAKER_01]: if the shot isn't taken, he'll put me back up on the block, I'm not scared.
[00:04:53] [SPEAKER_01]: It still didn't quite work so I just think he makes them nervous
[00:04:57] [SPEAKER_01]: but he doesn't want to play this game with anybody but himself.
[00:05:00] [SPEAKER_03]: True.
[00:05:01] [SPEAKER_03]: You know you had a pretty good campaign, you had a few people convinced
[00:05:06] [SPEAKER_03]: that they did want to keep you.
[00:05:08] [SPEAKER_03]: T-Corps and Kimo had considered it and at one point in the week
[00:05:13] [SPEAKER_03]: they were thinking about it but they were focused so much on
[00:05:15] [SPEAKER_03]: flipping the vote to keep Chelsea over Cam that like they even said today
[00:05:20] [SPEAKER_03]: they were like I was just too late to work on the Brooklyn one
[00:05:23] [SPEAKER_03]: but the votes were actually there and it feels like that has been kind of
[00:05:27] [SPEAKER_03]: the theme of the season is that there's been so much procrastination
[00:05:30] [SPEAKER_03]: in last minute vote talk.
[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:05:32] [SPEAKER_03]: So yeah, tough one.
[00:05:34] [SPEAKER_01]: It's the freaking AI arena, like stop it already.
[00:05:37] [SPEAKER_01]: It's been five weeks, it's done, it's old, no one cares, 0 out of 10
[00:05:42] [SPEAKER_01]: but it makes it hard.
[00:05:44] [SPEAKER_01]: So this game has never been played the way we had to play it this year
[00:05:48] [SPEAKER_01]: and how they have to continue to play it so people can say what they want
[00:05:51] [SPEAKER_01]: but this is freaking hard.
[00:05:53] [SPEAKER_02]: We saw how hard the AI arena was last night.
[00:05:57] [SPEAKER_02]: It seemed like it was a little bit of a struggle.
[00:06:00] [SPEAKER_02]: Can you talk a little bit about what the issue was in there for the three of you?
[00:06:07] [SPEAKER_01]: Listen, everything is harder than it looks.
[00:06:10] [SPEAKER_01]: I came into this house talking so much crap on people that are not good
[00:06:16] [SPEAKER_01]: and can't figure out stuff.
[00:06:18] [SPEAKER_01]: You just aren't prepared for how intense those moments are
[00:06:22] [SPEAKER_01]: and that arena you just don't know what to expect other than you know it's going to be very fast
[00:06:28] [SPEAKER_01]: and you know millions of people are watching you fight for your life on live TV
[00:06:32] [SPEAKER_01]: and you're trying not to cuss or sing and words are scrambled
[00:06:36] [SPEAKER_01]: and the game doesn't make sense and you're just, I did my best.
[00:06:42] [SPEAKER_01]: I did my best.
[00:06:43] [SPEAKER_02]: You were right there.
[00:06:45] [SPEAKER_01]: So close.
[00:06:46] [SPEAKER_01]: So close with a unicorn in the four.
[00:06:48] [SPEAKER_01]: I, you know, who makes up these games?
[00:06:50] [SPEAKER_01]: I'd like to be involved in it because I would have a couple pointers.
[00:06:55] [SPEAKER_03]: You know, Ainsley, I think.
[00:06:57] [SPEAKER_01]: Ainsley and Tucker, they are made in the same lab.
[00:07:00] [SPEAKER_01]: Both of them come from the same place.
[00:07:02] [SPEAKER_01]: Them two and hamsters all three of them AI generated.
[00:07:07] [SPEAKER_03]: Interesting.
[00:07:09] [SPEAKER_03]: I, Brooklyn, what did it mean to you to be a married mother in the big brother house?
[00:07:14] [SPEAKER_03]: Because you said going in, you wanted to be the first married mother to win.
[00:07:18] [SPEAKER_03]: And like, what, what did that mean for you?
[00:07:21] [SPEAKER_01]: It was my why coming in here.
[00:07:25] [SPEAKER_01]: I wanted to show women that are younger, older, my age with a lot of kids
[00:07:30] [SPEAKER_01]: that your dreams don't die when you have babies.
[00:07:33] [SPEAKER_01]: You can have your dreams and your babies too.
[00:07:34] [SPEAKER_01]: And that nothing's impossible as a mother.
[00:07:37] [SPEAKER_01]: We sit in front of our children almost daily and say, you can be anything you want.
[00:07:41] [SPEAKER_01]: And the world is your oyster, but a lot of us don't believe it for ourselves.
[00:07:45] [SPEAKER_01]: So I wanted to be the person that showed them that, hey, you can be sassy classy
[00:07:50] [SPEAKER_01]: and a little bad assy and be a mom all at the same time and play a fun game
[00:07:55] [SPEAKER_01]: and not take yourself too serious.
[00:07:57] [SPEAKER_01]: And when opportunity knocks, you should always say yes.
[00:08:01] [SPEAKER_03]: Did you realize that this might mean that some people saw you as competition?
[00:08:06] [SPEAKER_03]: For instance, Angela as early as week one would like watch you on the spy screen
[00:08:12] [SPEAKER_03]: and be like, Brooklyn, I know I'm your competition.
[00:08:15] [SPEAKER_03]: I know you're going to want me out.
[00:08:18] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah, I didn't realize that we were being frenemies.
[00:08:23] [SPEAKER_01]: I also detest her in the house, in the house, not outside the house.
[00:08:28] [SPEAKER_01]: I think she's toxic.
[00:08:30] [SPEAKER_01]: And the Angela that you saw week one is exactly who Angela truly is.
[00:08:36] [SPEAKER_01]: She can blame it on lack of sleep all she wants, but she's manipulative.
[00:08:39] [SPEAKER_01]: And she is using her, I'm just an old woman to benefit her.
[00:08:46] [SPEAKER_01]: And she's a floater.
[00:08:47] [SPEAKER_01]: Let's just say I know she's one two H OH is so blah, blah, blah,
[00:08:50] [SPEAKER_01]: but they were pure luck and she targeted me in the second one that she won
[00:08:55] [SPEAKER_01]: because she knew I would beat her.
[00:08:58] [SPEAKER_02]: Was there any extra satisfaction that came from eating Angela's charcuterie board?
[00:09:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Oh, I could eat it again if I could.
[00:09:07] [SPEAKER_01]: It was delicious.
[00:09:09] [SPEAKER_01]: Never let a good meat and cheese go to waste.
[00:09:12] [SPEAKER_01]: It's not my fault.
[00:09:13] [SPEAKER_01]: She was a have not.
[00:09:14] [SPEAKER_01]: I personally wasn't never not.
[00:09:16] [SPEAKER_01]: I didn't even taste swap once.
[00:09:18] [SPEAKER_01]: I refused.
[00:09:19] [SPEAKER_01]: I refused.
[00:09:20] [SPEAKER_01]: I said, when and if I have to, that will be the first time that I taste
[00:09:24] [SPEAKER_01]: all of your concoctions.
[00:09:26] [SPEAKER_01]: So I'm not sorry.
[00:09:27] [SPEAKER_01]: I hope that she's a have not again and someone else makes another charcuterie
[00:09:33] [SPEAKER_01]: trade.
[00:09:35] [SPEAKER_03]: Um, I did want to ask also about MJ and Leah because it felt like you
[00:09:41] [SPEAKER_03]: and Chelsea, we were talking about like the two of you were in this great
[00:09:43] [SPEAKER_03]: position.
[00:09:44] [SPEAKER_03]: And part of that was that you seemed to have the loyalty of MJ and Leah
[00:09:48] [SPEAKER_03]: who nobody else seemed to be bothering to like pick up as pieces on the
[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_03]: board.
[00:09:52] [SPEAKER_03]: But the week that Cedric was on the block, something went wrong and
[00:09:57] [SPEAKER_03]: they end up not voting with you.
[00:09:59] [SPEAKER_03]: What do you think happened there?
[00:10:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I think they felt on the outs, which they are.
[00:10:04] [SPEAKER_01]: They have no preview to anything that is happening in that house
[00:10:09] [SPEAKER_01]: because MJ only talks about herself and is wondering what Matt is
[00:10:16] [SPEAKER_01]: doing all day long and Leah is doing her nails and makeup all
[00:10:19] [SPEAKER_01]: day long.
[00:10:20] [SPEAKER_01]: So it's hard to play big brother when you're preoccupied.
[00:10:23] [SPEAKER_01]: Love them to death, but and I did want to keep them close because I
[00:10:27] [SPEAKER_01]: knew they had nothing else, but it's hard when the people you
[00:10:31] [SPEAKER_01]: really enjoy are in power and you're able to chat game and you
[00:10:36] [SPEAKER_01]: just start naturally gravitating to people and Chelsea was truly my
[00:10:41] [SPEAKER_01]: best friend in the house and we just got each other and we
[00:10:43] [SPEAKER_01]: enjoyed being sassy with each other.
[00:10:47] [SPEAKER_03]: Yeah.
[00:10:48] [SPEAKER_03]: So who would you have actually targeted if you'd stayed in the
[00:10:52] [SPEAKER_03]: game and one HOH?
[00:10:54] [SPEAKER_01]: Definitely Tucker.
[00:10:56] [SPEAKER_01]: Obviously I didn't.
[00:10:57] [SPEAKER_01]: No one thinks that this AI arena is continuing, which it is, but
[00:11:01] [SPEAKER_01]: I thought there would only be two and I was going to use T
[00:11:05] [SPEAKER_01]: core chemo and Joseph on the line, probably T core and Joseph
[00:11:09] [SPEAKER_01]: and then would have opened that back door for Tucker as fast
[00:11:14] [SPEAKER_01]: as I possibly could have.
[00:11:16] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. And then one last thing that when you left the house, you
[00:11:20] [SPEAKER_02]: said, I guess you'll never know who my what team my famous husband
[00:11:24] [SPEAKER_02]: plays for. Were you trolling or is your husband a professional
[00:11:30] [SPEAKER_02]: athlete?
[00:11:31] [SPEAKER_01]: No, I was that was the narrative that is going around the
[00:11:35] [SPEAKER_01]: house is that that is my secret is that my husband is an
[00:11:39] [SPEAKER_01]: MLB baseball player or that I'm a child actor or actress.
[00:11:44] [SPEAKER_01]: And so I wanted to keep it going and make them scheme a
[00:11:48] [SPEAKER_01]: little more.
[00:11:50] [SPEAKER_01]: Only Chelsea knows about my pageant background and dance
[00:11:53] [SPEAKER_01]: background.
[00:11:54] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. All right. Well, Brooklyn, thank you so much.
[00:11:57] [SPEAKER_02]: It was very nice to see you fight so hard to stay in the
[00:11:59] [SPEAKER_02]: house this week.
[00:12:01] [SPEAKER_02]: So all the best to you outside of big brother.
[00:12:03] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay.
[00:12:04] [SPEAKER_01]: Yeah. Thanks Rob.
[00:12:05] [SPEAKER_01]: Sorry about your pool.
[00:12:06] [SPEAKER_01]: I'm excited that you had me up on it, you know,
[00:12:10] [SPEAKER_02]: well, Brooklyn, thank you so much.
[00:12:12] [SPEAKER_02]: Okay. All right.
[00:12:13] [SPEAKER_02]: All right, everybody, there you have it.
[00:12:17] [SPEAKER_02]: There's Brooklyn.
[00:12:18] [SPEAKER_02]: Good job by her on the exit interview today and very nice to
[00:12:24] [SPEAKER_02]: get the chance to talk with her a little bit about the
[00:12:27] [SPEAKER_02]: game and again, not a deep dive, just a just a quick one for
[00:12:30] [SPEAKER_02]: Brooklyn.
[00:12:31] [SPEAKER_02]: But we still have a lot to do here on Friday.
[00:12:34] [SPEAKER_02]: Taren is off to go do the live feed update with Puyah
[00:12:37] [SPEAKER_02]: to talk about the brand new HOH.
[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_02]: Very interesting.
[00:12:40] [SPEAKER_02]: And then we will have at 3pm, our patron Q and A.
[00:12:46] [SPEAKER_02]: So patrons get in your calls for our show later on today.
[00:12:51] [SPEAKER_02]: Thanks so much for listening to care of a good one.
[00:12:53] [SPEAKER_02]: Bye.
